@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@dungey2002 @EE After 2.5 hours and asking for a Manager who then makes you wait 30 mins to “read the notes” who then talks and knows nothing, making you repeat everything all over again is absolute madness. Never known incompetence like it.

@EE I’ve had a “conversation” with one of your staff online that has taken over 2 hours. And I’ve made almost zero progress. It’s painfully slow, frustrating and cannot be an acceptable way to manage customer enquiries. I cannot face going through all of that again.
