    @EE hi bought a phone outright from an ee store and its locked to your network. Its dual sim so would like one of my sums to not be on the ee network. How can I get this unlocked

    @EE Any issues with broadband in the HP13 area? Been on the go slow for the past couple of hours and ping times are double what they usually are. Restarting modem and router have made no difference.

    @EE I changed my plan due to one of your advisors offering me a better deal and for some reason my phone now doesn’t work at all without WiFi. So I get no signal, can’t make calls or texts..... very inconvenient as I use it for work. Sort ASAP!

    @EE I know you prefer ppl to call you with there problems, and that you not bothered with helping anyone on here. How else can anyone contact you if your 'most reliable network' is out of service since yesterday? I mean talk about making things difficult for ppl.

    @EE hi. I’ve received a text from you this morning saying my sim has arrived. It hasn’t. And my old provider has now shut off my phone and I have no way to contact you on a replacement. Could you help me.

    @EE Unfortunately I was told that as I am not in arrears there is nothing you can do & the agent checked with the collections team who confirmed I had to miss 2 payments before you could help

    @EE very unhappy with service today. Pushed from pillar to post, lack of care and interest. Mis-sold a Samsung tablet as they haven’t got i-pads..the staff talked us in to it, knew we weren’t convinced, but did not warn us of the ‘no return policy’. Will be losing us in August!
