@EE Hi Peter. It’s just the past of town I was in it wasn’t working. Fine about a mile either direction but in the main shopping area there was no signal, well, just really poor 3G which wasn’t loading anything. Usually get at least 1-2 bars of 4G there. There’s 5G down the road!

@EE I've paid for 2 months of home broadband that hasn't been working - still, no one has come out to help. Luckily, I'm at the end of my contract and won't be renewing, but I'm seriously disappointed and would like to have a refund resolved

@ee thanks for your customer service it’s amazing. Oh sorry you would actually have to do customer service to be amazing. It’s either incompetence or your agent lie to customers either way pretty appalling from a communications company

@EE Your Customer Service is usually exemplary. Not today! Absolutely abysmal. I spent a long time on the phone earlier to EE in Ireland and was given totally wrong information. My password was changed and I’m now locked out of my app. I’ve sent 2 DMs to you today - HELP PLEASE!
