    I’ve never experienced such terrible service in the States. Called @O2 and nothing they can do about it. Reset settings, taken out sim etc but phone is useless without wi-fi. Just gives me the pointless EDGE indicator. Anyone find @EE better? #iphone 😡😡😡😡

    Whoever redesigned the @EE mobile app for iOS did a bad job. Whoever signed it off has no idea how somebody uses the app. Absolutely lacking a user-centric design.

    @EE I’m not paying this bill. This contract was cancelled apparently at your end but judging by how awful the customer service has been I think it’s going to cause me more aggravation
