I think, @EE must stop their misleading ads about super-fast networks. I jumped off #Vodafone last month and since then not a single day I enjoyed the smooth Network. Right now, I am in Southend and struggling with the Network.

@EE it’s become clear that you no longer service PAYG data only customers. I assume that this is deliberate as BT provide fibre systems with EE mobile LTE backup device in order that competitors users are forced to switch so they can continue to have their own backup systems!!

@stacelouise7 @EE You will need to put a 30 day notice in to cancel the contract so ring them after the 16th September and just tell you want to put a cancellation in on that number
