@Dplus_Care_Intl hi, I have free discovery plus through EE/BT Sport but everytime I try to watch anything it says contact your supplier, can you help fix this please? @EE advised it would resolve itself but it hasn't yet, I know can take up to 24 hrs but want to make sure thanks.

@EE You offered me a measly £10 off my bill for my 100 mile round trip. I had to take a total of six hours off work unpaid to do this. Yet my phone is still broken. Get someone to contact me via phone about this.

@jamiemufc187 @SkyHelpTeam Don't go to virgin if you end up with a fault on your line they'll take months to fix it and make you chase them up. My suggestion would be to get a 5g router and put a SIM card in it from a network of your choice. I'm getting 300 mbs with @EE and we're running 3 gaming machines

@EE No Glen. Too much hassle. Some service providers offer customers mobile router backup options. That takes over in the event of line failures. But not you I guess? Such poorly maintained infrastructure...
