@EE I think @ADT_UK are looking into it, (unlikely they’ll take ownership to be honest) either way.. that’s a farce from both of you! Customer services, when most of the call was on hold the max was 4 mins of a 29 min call… and it costs £22.18. Merry Christmas to me eh?!?

@EE @MarcAllera what a sad experience i have had with your customer team today. Your staff shouting and yelling at me making an enquiry about upgrade. Been a customer for 7 years paid 12k in terms of bills. What a horrific day to start with. Disappointed and gutted.

@EE What's wrong with My EE app, it won't let you log in, I've looked on Google play store & everyone is have the same problem, all you say is try reinstalling it but it seems that don't work, you ask people to send a DM, but just explain to everyone on here why it don't on here.

@GooglePlay can you please help me with an account hack and charges to @bladeandsoul, as the charges were classed as entertainment there is no correlation ID to complete the online form. @EE want to charge me £238 which someone in Korea spent!!
