@EE Hi No I have not, but the one thing about it was, even if I knew the Password to the Samsung Account I don't give Passwords to no one, that is how Hackers get in, you learn about these things when you have I.T. Qualifications, other problem of course is Money with Samsung

@EE Why should I have to waste time in a queue calling for you inadequacy? Your engineer turned up on Monday and luckily my other half could get home to meet him. The week before you came on the Wednesday when it was booked for Thursday and never told us so we missed apt spot
