    @EE why, when my partner is trying to sort out our Internet issues (I.e we have none) does it say to text FAULT (he did) and we will have a message back within a few minutes - to have received NOTHING in over 2 hours? What is going on and will we get refunded?!?

    @EE Liam - we’ve been down this route already. I got a letter from you saying the case is closed even though you haven’t considered the evidence I gave you. I’ve spent 18 hours on this already so you can understand I’m reluctant to get into another unproductive conversation with EE

    @EE I hope you can help me plus other people as well. I got a voice prompt call about my bank account which I didn't and its from 079483 821990. According to my call app its an EE number. Is there anything you can do to stop it and possibly other numbers that there are using?

    @MarcAllera @EE I have been a customer for over 25 years with EE. Son’s phone was stolen after being mugged at knife point . Outstanding bill paid yet I am denied the ability to make an insurance claim or even an upgrade because I have to pay the new bill. @MarcAllera please intervene and help

    Do @EE 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal. #5G
