    @EE I have had know reply to my issue. I selected a roaming bundle and it’s selected the wrong option instead and i have been charged outside my allowance. I want a call and get this sorted out please asap. Thank you

    This is a ridiculous policy that makes amockery of all the advertising thats constantly shoved at us to tll us how wonderful @EE are. Mind you @Vodafone, @Virgin all the same, others too . if you dont live in a town or city they dont give a damn!

    @notJonahVeep @EE I'm sorry to hear that. I've only had exceptional service from them plus their Smart Plan meets a specific need I have that no other company offers.
