@EE So the WiFi is down, seems there is an outage and this really is no good to me since my mobile is also EE and I’m running out of data and doesn’t refresh till next Friday. Has issues with the internet for the last 2 weeks and yeah I’ve used all my data!!🙄🙄

@EE … I pay £95 a month!! … I’ve been dealing with this for 2 days now … I only wanted to merge 2 accounts and upgrade to unlimited data … now I have no phone service at all and because I was cut off as it closed … there’s no one to speak to 🙈

@EE Getting a message on my phone saying "No mobile data service. Temporarily turned off by your carrier". Colleague at work has same issue, yet can't find anything on the site to say there's a problem. Just bought more data as I thought I'd run out when I haven't. Advice please?

It’s bad enough @EE that your coverage is so utterly dire that I can’t make calls in my own house but when situations like my wifi goes down I can’t rely on the phone I pay for to connect me to 4G so I can still do what I need to do in a day.

@bt i bought some home discs from @ee 12 months ago and now one of the discs is broken and showing arcadyn as wifi which according to support pages means its broken are you able to replace please @ee said i need to speak to you for replacement
