@DeCM__ @EE The services have dropped over the years, I've been with them for 10 years and the exec team hung up when I challenged them. Even lied to the ombudsman no such conversation happened even though the call recording is there. The Company is ok just the odd bad apples ruin it all

Can anyone help? My dad is in the Isle of Man and his phone can’t get a signal ANYWHERE. He also can’t connect to wifi. Anybody know why this would be? He’s on @EE
