  @EE wow you really do make it hard to speak to a human being. Tried numerous times to speak to somebody and just results in my call getting ended and diverted elsewhere which is no good! Very poor

  Do people with a VPN on @EE have problems with no connection like @ThreeUKSupport ? I'm gonna have to switch to EE if customers have no issues. Absolutely fuming. Have had no problems all year now suddenly can't protect myself while on the internet with certain things.

  Just had some shocking customer service from @EE - simply wanted to cancel a PAYG sim - person didn't seem to know what to do and wanted to 'speak to their manager... doubt I'll be back...

  @EE poor service when trying buy phone outright/ upgrade. Any chance can b improved? Trying to do this today n can’t get through. You’re losing out on potential sales here
