Can’t knock @EE phoned them yesterday to see why I’ve got dodgy reception at home for the last few days, bird I spoke to gave me 50% off my bill & is phoning me back Saturday to see if the issue is sorted, if not she’s gonna gimme the month free, on all 3 contracts.

@EE I am having problems with my EE mobile WiFi box. It turns on ( all 4 lights showing) but then does not go through the sequence of going off and on again. This started Saturday and still not corrected. I did have data on this device so that not the reason.

@EE I am having a lot of problems with my EE service at present. I will raise them one at a time. Your header says that you keep me connected. My iPad ran out 2 days ago but I was unable to access your app to buy more.

My problems with online access continue. My EE WiFi device is not connecting to the service . I was unable to buy more data for the 4G option despite @EE claim that they keep people connected. I had no service for 2 days ( 4G reloads today)

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK shocking management of a customer complaint I was advised to place by a Manager of one of your stores. Terrible inconsistency with what my case worker says will happen and does happen. Thankfully moved to @EE which is proving a pleasure/breeze
