    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    Hi @EE any known issues in CH65? Multiple devices having connection issues. Router restarted. Issue persists. Some devices working fine? Can’t even get into EE app to run tests!

    @Hepworthclare @EE Been in same situation. Found e mail address of CEO and e mailed them direct. Received a call within 4 hours and resolution in 24.

    @Hepworthclare @EE My local shop was very dismissive and wilfully unhelpful but I did get help on the phone a couple of years ago. Can't find the number I used.

    @EE take out a phone contract, get promised free buds, 6 calls later and still not sorted. Keep getting told our guide says we have to do this, well your guide is not working so we need another solution. I am going to @OmbudsmanPh if this isn't sorted
