@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

@EE I bought, what I assumed as per your website, would be one off additional data last month as we were having WiFi issues. You’ve charged me for them again, which I was not expecting. I don’t need the extra data, why was I charged for it?
