@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

Thanks Monika. I used to rely on wifi calling before having to move as when our internet went down I was dead in the water and couldn’t hotspot my laptop, so sadly wifi calling wasn’t the solution for me to stick with @EE Maybe your network planning team can shed some light ?

@EE my household use your network for phone service and we have recently changed from BT wifi to EE hub (due to a few 5G spots) but recently the internet has been so slow, can’t even join a meeting without lag/drop out - are there any works going on? (Postcode-CH3 / Chester area)

@EE Hi Debbie, Had to relocate to be able to work today so not long home. Bill payer has spoken to EE but they could only confirm that work is ongoing. It’s an issue for the whole area as it’s a fault with the 4G mast.
