    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    @EE ordered broadband from you, BT eventually fixed it, but service constantly drops, now BT have billed me for £37.99 despite being told I would get a rebate for first week nor being connected My question is am I a BT or EE customer as EE promised to pay off my previous

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @EE I have been in touch that is my point. They have told me there is an issue in the area and engineers are working on it this weekend. So the text message makes no sense

    @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area

    @EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you can’t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail
