@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

@EE Hi David, as I mentioned, your team has already tried to repair my phone over the past 48 hours. Since they were not able to fix the problem, I was told I had to go to Apple in London to fix / replace it. What will be different next time?

@EE @GoogleUK I have the Google 6pro and it's been garbage, every previous Google handset have been ok. Contract runs out Nov next year I can not wait to get a different handset wish I could leave or afford to upgrade early

@EE Hi Bob. Yes, I made the order, and you guys were more than happy to take my money for it and then call to say I can't do it. I have been issued a refund, but that is beyond the point. My current phone is slow and ready to be changed 1/2
