    @EE I'm not getting certain automated SMS messages, always seems to be messages with codes to log into sites, one of the sites told me to check with my network provider if there is a setting that blocks automated messages?

    @EE 70+ drops since the 15th at least. One lasted just shy of 12hours and with the house connected to the wi-fi left without hot water and heating, (greaty for the disabled resident and child here) multiple failed call backs even from your escalation/customer assist team. What next?

    Some companies have been brilliant during this pandemic, understanding the difficulties that people have faced...others have been despicable and heartless. @virginmedia & @BritishGas have been the worst. @EE have been superb

    @Soxthewavingcat @EE Having worked as an advisor and then on to support advisors if any of mine said this I would go absolutely mad. It’s not acceptable to talk to customers like that where I work. EE has a responsibility to work with you not against you. Raise a complaint!
