Chat for 4O mins waiting to chat to person. Call. Useless person who does nothing. Then transfers. Start again. No answer to issue. 6pm arrives. Call ends.

Ollie (@ollieb997) reported@EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isn’t allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you don’t provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?

darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

鬼萃香 OniSuika (@OniSuika) reported@EE Home broadband. Never seen speeds over 3mb/s even through ethernet, and now had a week of random disconnects every hour. The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?
