    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE I had called 150, £67.49 was the best price you could reward a loyal customer. So they loyal customer get charge more for your new ones

    @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

    What an absolute mess from @EE Isabella promised the world, then hung up. Jack followed up on those promises and gave me the deal I needed…well so I thought. Full of lies and **** ups! Bye Bye EE, never again!

    What on earth are @EE doing…clearly a significant problem with European connections and yet they have not advised anything to customers, business users or otherwise. In France unable to call the U.K…an hour and waiting on the online chat or non-chat in this case…hopeless
