    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE I have been a loyal customer for many many years.i have 4 phones on contract and pay £150 a month and still u don't give me a deal,bye.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I live rurally, I don’t even have a mobile signal most of the time outside of WiFi. Rural communities are not served well by mobile phone companies.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldn’t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

    @EE dear EE I bought a £35 unlimited data sim for a Mifi device that isn’t tied to a particular network but I’m unable to activate it.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE There will be something for those communities they can’t legally leave a house without a connection I’ve just moved my elderly parents over to digital home phone there are backup lines for pendant alarms. The copper landline wiring is poor these days it’s just moving with the tec
