@EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

6 lines with @ee and I get an email to say my phone bill is going up £41 a month. 4 of them end this year. Feel sorry for the guy/girl/them/saucepan that answers the phone that day. Cost of living crisis and EE kick you whilst you’re down. Ex employee too. Thanks for that!

@EE Maybe if you put the money from sponsoring the @BAFTA awards in to increasing the number of technical staff available for online chat, I wouldn’t still be waiting after 45 minutes to fix a phone that suddenly won’t make or receive calls. And, no, I can’t call 150! Sadly.
