We’ve moved from @ThreeUK to @EE - Three need to empower 333 & chat teams to avoid the “just like starting over” scenario every call & call customers back if chats cut off. Three don’t seem to communicate between technical & front office teams, their support is at best useless

@EE wow fair play phoned to cancel my sim only contract and see how much I would have to pay to end contract for a new phone and cheaper deal elsewhere and they didn’t even ask WHY? Or if they could do a better deal 🤔…. Let’s start looking for a better deal 👌🏼

@EE hi guys I need your help. When my mum rings me off her mobile there’s no dial tone so she doesn’t know if the call is registering. My phone rings as normal. Hers works fine for all other calls
