    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

    @EE @EE @Ofcom - all the way through this whole saga it’s myself that’s had to put up with weak “sorry”’s - my complaint being closed without my knowledge, incorrectly- so wrong - no contact with a human being - just texts - so I thought it was time to let Ofcom knew how you operate
