@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

@EE This isn't just recently, been going on for 2 years despite being told when I upgraded there was no issues. I was getting free credit added but it stopped despite the continuous issues. Having to use WiFi calling when in the house from sky Internet so pretty much paying twice

@EE Bribing people with gifts, if the network was that good you wouldn't need to do this. remember back in the day mobile phone shops would give people free TVs/game consoles etc.

@EE You are raising charges on many customers bills by 10% & charging them to cancel the contract? I've just visited a store to discuss & was told I would either pay over £400 to buy out my 24 month contract or more to cancel.

@spences10 Yeah. So that's your mobile speed? That's pretty bad, tried @EE ? I was using 4g modem and getting about 100mbps before we had fttp
