EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dhphoto dhphoto (@dhphoto) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE So far EE say it'll be a maximum of £2 a day roaming charge, so it was much more expensive in the bad old days But companies lying like this is not a good look and punters have long memories After Vodafone pulled their ads from @GBNEWS I have vowed never to use them.

  • Pauldonny1983 Paul (@Pauldonny1983) reported

@lonna10 @EE They are saying if you go over 25gb aren’t they? Some people don’t use 25gb in a month so won’t be as bad as the way @EE are going. Time for a new network possibly?

  • Caerlynydd Martin Coleman (@Caerlynydd) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE You are doing precisely the sort of thing you rail constantly against. Encouraging people to cancel their EE subscription because YOU do not like their behaviour. And you have a lovely weekend too, Darren.

  • d1_david David (@d1_david) reported

@darrengrimes_ @john_palfrey @EE Networks revenues have been plummeting for years. Lockdown will have exacerbated this problem. With declining revenues, there's less £ to invest in network development. If they didn't look to secure more £ from roaming then they would look at increasing line rentals.

  • AshleyCompton_ Ashley Compton (@AshleyCompton_) reported

@EE Hi, do I need a pac code if I am using a third party seller to get a new contact, but sticking with the same network (EE)?

  • kamsdhillon 23 (@kamsdhillon) reported

@EE when I tether my Android head unit to my phone. I don't seem to be able to use the data on the head unit. How do I fix this. I've tried with a giffgaff sim in my phone and it works.

  • darrengrimes_ Darren Grimes (@darrengrimes_) reported

@Caerlynydd @EE No. I’m advocating consumer choice and market competition. I didn’t call for EE to be shut down and lose their livelihoods or license to operate, I’m not confident you know what cancel culture actually is. Have a great weekend.

  • eric_neill Eric O’Neill (@eric_neill) reported

@EE Hi, I’d like to cancel my contract without penalty due to the imposing of roaming charges in the EU. As someone who works abroad this just won’t work for me at all and it is very disappointing that you have chosen to do this to your customers.

  • jae_dhi JAΞ DHI (@jae_dhi) reported

@EE there’s been zero signal in the CR2 area in Croydon. Been trying to get in touch.

  • rtrsports Riccardo Tafà - RTR (@rtrsports) reported

Hi @EE is there a way to downgrade an ongoing contract? We never use our Giga... pls let me know
