    @EE I have been a loyal customer for many many years.i have 4 phones on contract and pay £150 a month and still u don't give me a deal,bye.

    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @MrMatt_Robinson 5G is rubbish too. It was so exciting covering it as a journo (a decade!) back in 2013. 'It'll solve all our coverage/capacity problems.' All the mobile spectrum @EE is reported as buying. I couldn't get a webpage switching between 5G and CrossCountry's Wi-Fi for 30 mins. Mad.

    The @EE supervisor that I just spoke to should be ashamed of herself. Telling someone to “cancel your DD so that you miss the bill, you’ll receive a text to pay. Call up & discuss how you can lower your bill” - this is how people end up with terrible credit! #poorcustomerservice

    @EE awful processes and customer services for the statutory 14-day returns period. Wasted 5+h on getting a faulty device within 5 days of receipt,to be returned. Shunted from pillar to post. EE seem to run down the clock and make statutory returns as difficult as possible. Shame
