@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

@EE No problem, I’ll just do that. I googled the issue and many people have had the same problem but I can see a fix anywhere so I’m not sure what’s happening but I’ll just call later. Thanks for trying!

@EE Hi I have received a voicemail asking me to call EE back on 150 to speak about an existing delivery issue… but all I get are automated options. How can I call you and speak to a person to follow this up?

@EE allo, according to your coverage map I get full signal indoors and outdoors when in reality it's usually on H+. What's the deal? You're not fulfilling your end of the contract.
