    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @EE finding it very difficult to cancel a historical contract with you. Account hasn’t been used for at least 7 years but keep getting told I need a SIM. That’s all well and good but how do I use that in a phone locked to O2!!! 🤬🤬

    @EE I've had an ongoing issue since late October. You've messed up time and time again and every time you 'resolve it' you cause another problem. How do I speak to someone who actually knows what they're doing or do I have to contact the Ombudsman before I'm taken seriously?

    Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh

    @EE @eehelp Still waiting! Scanner in the shop doesn't work in Harrow. I have been to this store 3 times now and waited an hour each time. Telephone support is can't help. I can be without my phone
