@EE @DPDgroup_news have worked in perfect partnership to over promise and under deliver. New phone lost in transit Bermuda Triangle, replacement now delayed after promised next day delivery. Customer services appalling. And nil response to formal complaint. But they’ve got my £!

@EE hi, I sent you a tweet which has disappeared! Pse help. My non tech bro has a vv old Samsung phone with sim only deal at £11 pm. EE sent txt saying up renewal offerng £12 pm. I hv looked at acct, seems he signed for £17 sim only. This can’t be? Surely. Can u look in to this?

Once again @EE you’ve crashed in my area!!! I haven’t got WiFi set up in my new house yet so rely on my phone for everything!! Having to use my parents WiFi isn’t the best!!! I have 3 kids and I’m type 1 diabetic I need service!!! You seem to be down more than available

Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.
