    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful

    @WeAreOpenreach Our service provider has done this twice whilst we've been on hold. Both times have resulted in assurances that it will be done in minimum 2 weeks. Both times have been lies. Im at my wits end @EE

    @EE Complaint already escalated… however no real word… on to EE this morning to cancel… looking online so many people angry with lack of service, poor repair and addressing of issues… I’ll be adding to their voice. 2 weeks no broadband: comms between EE and Openreach not working

    @EE you turned my internet off erroneously and now wont reconnect me for a week. Your company should be shut down by trading standards or you should be forced to rename your company somewhere sometimes. You really have f'ed me in the a when I really didnt need it. I hope you all catch ebola.

    @MisterCow @EE They're switching off half the network, it's not fit for purpose. 3rd mast down in my area in London. No 5g in the south west today. Seems it's offline
