@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

Hi @EE I placed an order for a device on Sunday and haven’t received anything to say about it being dispatched, and I can’t see any info about it in my account. I’ve now also noticed that my address doesn’t show my flat number, please can someone help?

Pissed off as my @EE Broadband went down again. Just after Richarlison scored!!Only got it less than 2 weeks ago and already had engineer out!!! Great when it works but in all years of having WiFi with various suppliers. Never had to call an engineer out once never mind twice.😡

@EE I cannot see a single “good” reason to not do it online. All I can see is a desperate attempt to convince a user to not cancel over the phone… This asymmetry of process (order online in a few seconds, cancel by phone in 30 days) stinks!
