@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

Disappointing service from #@EE their mobile mast went down on Wednesday following a power cut and although power was restored on Friday and we were assured things be back to normal by 6 pm yesterday we still have no regular service 😣

@theproperKP @VodafoneUK @EE If you live in London - avoid. The only provider with no Internet on the tube and above ground the signal is a joke, in most parts.
