    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @EE I have been a loyal customer for many many years.i have 4 phones on contract and pay £150 a month and still u don't give me a deal,bye.

    @EE had no service since Christmas Eve. Can you tell me why and when we will get it back? About the 3rd time in 4 months. We live in the Sedgemoor area of Somerset

    @EE can anyone help I have ordered a new phone of Sunday, I’ve received an order confirmation and then nothing, tried to track my order and there isn’t anything there? I was told my new phone should be with the delivery company within 24 hours, it’s now been 4 days!

    @EE Trying to call you on 150 on my mobile and it won't connect. Line just disconnects. Have also tried the freephone number too. Is there a problem with your phone lines?

    @EE claim I have tampered with my phone and that's their excuse for not unlocking it. If you want a video of the card inside my SIM slot, attached to my mobile, I will happily post that online for @EE to prove I have given the correct IMEI code. You WILL cancel my account 😡

    @EE can someone help, I have an account number but no phone number and all of your automated services won’t allow me through to discuss my bill without a phone number, which I don’t know as I had a sim only and no longer have the sim!
