@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

@O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

@EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

@EE Your Salisbury Store: both members had a REALLY bad attitude and refused to help bc I was not the account holder. Even when I offered her phone number they refused to do anything due to “security” I drove home rang the help line - sorted. Really??

Been with @EE for 12 yrs. On Aug 9, my SIM sent an MMS to 18 unknown numbers—£16.74 charged. I didn’t send it. Rep said “I know for a FACT you did.” Then refused help unless I apologised. Coercive, dismissive, unacceptable. #SIMSecurity #EEComplaint #ConsumerRights

@EE Well , your super fast phone network got even worse. Sitting outside for an hour and browsing is like watching jelly set , slow but has a purpose I suppose! A mind-boggling-124 dBm. It's like a 90's dialup modem but far less exciting. Explanations please?
