    @EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE as a ee customer who is out of contract if I switch my broadband to you what data boost will I get my wife and son are also with ee there contract's end Nov 2021.

    @EE I did, but although my broadband is poor, my landline has been down for over a week. Spoke to a person last week. Said it would be back by 4th. Spoke again yesterday. She said she will contact me in, I think, a week, or 10 days. This is awful.

    @EE No not really ! They claim it a problem with open reach. I have been without WiFi since 28/1 and the next review date is the 10/2 I personally don’t understand why it takes so long. This should have been working on the 14/1 . I speak with EE every day what more can I do

    @EE can someone contact me ASAP please, I was due a call back Saturday & still not heard from the technical team! I wish to cancel my watch sim rolling contract as it won’t connect and hasn’t for days even after spend half of fri on the phone!2day on hold for over 15min&cut off😡

    @EE Unbelievably bad customer service. New phone but after 2 months still no SIM card. Now soon to pay 3 month, but can't use the phone. So £120 so far. Customer service unable to help!

    Damn, I must be tired. Just fell for my first ever phishing email, which linked to a very passable replica of my @EE account login page, now taken down. Watch out for that one.
