    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE Hello I have got a new SIM card today and had it in my phone but it has said no service all day ? I have PAC my number too - any ideas ? So I need to activate the sim perhaps ? Thank you

    @EE I have been a loyal customer for many many years.i have 4 phones on contract and pay £150 a month and still u don't give me a deal,bye.

    @EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

    @EE had no service since Christmas Eve. Can you tell me why and when we will get it back? About the 3rd time in 4 months. We live in the Sedgemoor area of Somerset

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

    @EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I don’t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about £10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.

    @EE This is not super helpful - I don't know the postcode of every single area where the network dropped out and this map only indicates expected coverage, not faults. My connection was intermittent across the whole of Hull, Woodmansey and Beverley.

    @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful

    @EE hello Team EE ! We have continuous drop outs of the Internet and it is not working . No support provided from EE ! Help or release the contract so we can shift to a better provider
