@VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers

Absolutely shocking service from @EE. Been trying since the 28th of august to change my direct debit date and have 3 different advisors say they’re going to do it and when I ring up today to speak to the 4th different person I get hung up on.

@EE having network issues AGAIN @Ofcom maybe you should review.and remove their best UK network slogan to the worst, as is their customer service, which is non-existent.

@EE I’m sure to have my fire broadband installed Friday 9th September, we still don’t have our router etcetera. With the panned strikes going ahead with the Royal Mail. We will be left with out the internet, in which we need to work. Any help please.
