    @ee another 20 minutes trying to talk to the 1 person who works in customer service and failing. You literally give zero ***** about your customers problems.

    It's great the likes of @EE can jack the price up on contract because they can in line with RPI. But will not allow their customers to reduce their bill. What additional benefit does the customer get from increase? That's right, nothing.

    @EE Fine let’s do the DM thing where what would have been a 1 minute conversation will take an hour as you’ll be messaging around 20 people, the ONLY good things about EE are data share and Kevin Bacon, your customer service consistently SUCKS.
