@EE my 4GEE router speeds on the 2.5gHz and 5gHz have been slow as of late, and are running 0.21Mbps download and 0.51Mbps upload whilst I'm working. Is there an issue affecting the NW (specifically Ashton) area?

@EE appalling service. Emergency calls only for the 2nd day running. Trying to run a business. What a joke #ServiceDelivery failure

  • robert_dannatt Robert Dannatt (@robert_dannatt) reported

@EE following a 2-year contract your company made a unilateral decision to continue the contract. Not only that, but your company has also charged a full monthly rate (x6) for what is a sim-only service, clearly unreasonable - where can court papers be served on your company?

  • NoseeNaybe54 Simon Jay 🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@NoseeNaybe54) reported

@EE I was up all night worried about a family member, tweeting you will ring me in a few mins and ringing the exact same minute doesn't give me time to move to an area I CAN USE MY PHONE. I didn't say you could close the complaint @Ofcom @OmbudServices
