@JolyonMaugham Sorry for sneaking this here. Have written to @MarcAllera about @EE staff being abusive and unlawful discrimination. He ignored all my letters. Why would he do that? Its frightening to just be ignored. What is the next step? Any tips would be very much appreciated. Please help!

@EE I would agree with what others are saying. I would not recommend anyone taking out a contract with @EE. My experience of them has been awful. Currently forced to take legal action. They don't even seem to care. Run the other way.

Why on earth does @MarcAllera CEO of @EE allow his staff to treat people this way? In my opinion this is abusive and unlawful. You cannot treat disabled or vulnerable people this way.

@EE Have been taking money from me for over a year despite my countless complaints of me stuck on 1 bar 2 at best. They’ve taken forever to install their new mast which is the reason for the network issue. Why am i paying for a service ive not been able to use?

@EE I don’t know if it was closed or not. Got 2 texts, 1 giving me the complaint number. Then another saying “chat cut off” (it wasn’t) “so complaint closed, start again from scratch if you still want to complain”

Just called @EE to cancel contract ending in 2 months. They don't let you cancel your contract with them unless you're within 30 days of the end of your fixed contract. If you cancel 29 days out, you'll incur a charge as you need to give 30 days notice. Shady, shady practices.

@EE worst customer service on live chat & on calls. Been 2 weeks ish trying to sort the same bloody issue, no call backs, live chat waste my time by not reading then 30mins later 'sorry that department is closed'. Why would I pay for such an awful service?!
