    @EE it is dumb to need to verify WiFi login by needing a passcode I can only access by email WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOGON TO WIFI. I have no bloody internet!!! Make it make sense

    @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves

    @EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.
