Hi @EE. On your website, it says the iPhone 12 Pro Max (Pacific Blue, 256gb) is in stock and ‘usually despatched within 1 day’. I’m an existing customer, who ordered and paid for it on 14/12, and an expected delivery date is not even specified on my order. Can you explain, pls?

Ever since I got a new 5G contract with you my data has been awful I can barely get 4G anywhere now Can't even buffer a YT video on 144hz @EE I would assume that 5G would be quicker than 4G 🤔

@EE should you not be contacting your customers to tell them the service is terrible, apologise and sort it out as part of our contract! This is back to front. You know you have an issue, so contact your customers its affecting???

Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.
