    @SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE Right. But it’s national, yet there frontline social teams are downplaying it saying it’s only some customers affected. Some maybe a few thousand in a small area. National suggests the whole network. Which is much more difficult than engineers busting their asses.

    @EE 5 g iPad working fine. 5g roger and 4 handsets not working at all. When will this be fixed? Are you going to refund for 5 accounts?

    @EE Problem with my partners EE phone- in Spain and calls, texts and data not working since Sunday. Expecting important messages re flights home Etc. Can you assist please. Thank goodness I have Vodafone or we would be without any means of communication.

    @EE Please do update as your last update said use Wi-Fi calling, this is the only option I gave as your coverage of Exmoor is poor, guess what? It’s the Wi-Fi calling that’s the problem status - searching since 12.30ish… honesty would be a good call here TIA

    @SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE It’s not identical. They have been slow to respond, which means it’s reactive not proactive. A telecommunications company should be alerting customers everywhere to expect service issues so the customer can avert some with contingency plans.
