    @EE considering I have been connected to EE for over 20 years I have never been so disappointed in the broadbrand we have upgraded to a couple of months go . Numerous calls to EE, still no outcome and sat with no WiFi again for the ?You tell me EE as you clearly don’t care

    @ldramsey72 @EE My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    @EE signal in my area has been awful 4G/3G signal showing but dropped calls and no data connection - been told that this is due to trees but I am under the impression the mast is in a open field. Does the mast need maintenance?

    @EE 15 months you’ve been working on the issue in my area. Lockdown pregnancy and first year of motherhood without the ability to call family and friends as the signal is non existent. 19 years of customer, 5 products …. But this can’t go on #TimeForAChange #BestNetworkLies

    @EE I’ve been trying to log in to my account for the last week now and I keep getting an error message that the page is being worked on. I kinda need to login so I can pay my contract bill- but it simply won’t let me regardless. Which is ultimately going to mess up my credit score

    @EE yet another example of bad customer service. Call back due at 7pm and still waiting. You keep changing the goalposts, no wonder customers get hacked off and change provider
