    Since Dec 17 I have been without a proper signal from @EE in my area. I have all the posts from their Twitter Team about why, but today an email says they haven't even got access to the site yet! So email sent to EE CEO Marc Allera. No way to treat loyal customer!

    @EE All night last night. I tried calling but for nearly 1 hour all I got was "Server unreachable". I turned flight mode on and off on my phone and finally got through but it was pointless. I was basically told there wasn't an issue and they're sending a cube engineer later today.

    Would love to know why @EE signal is so **** where I live, 4G and 5G I never have more than 2 bars and facetimes/videos calls constantly have to reconnect and always freeze with how bad the signal is. Even normal calls are always fuzzy and break up when I’m at home

    @EE @EilidhMcNaught take is you’re selective with the customers you reply to and ignore the ones who’ve been needing help since November. I would recommend nobody buy a phone locked to EE because you seem to do what you can to stop them unlocking the handset.

    @harry74545215 @EE @OakNational They aren’t, they didn’t get any somehow so it seems like only smyths and game received any type of stock these lot are in feb which sucks

    @EE OK thanks sorry to be a pain but if I send it back to you will I revert back to my contract I'm on now or would I have to apply as if a new customer that's on pay as you go? Sorry 1st time I've ordered online and preordered so very new to me all of this process

    Very unhappy with @EE service provided wonder if @MartinSLewis could help regards Consumer rights as @EE are saying they can’t do anything after a 30 day purchase period
