20 minutes on hold to @EE trying to speak to someone because I can’t cancel my contract in any other way. And the hold music is horrific! I imagine that if I wanted to become an EE customer they’d not make me wait this long.

@EE I haven’t been left feeling let down, I have been let down. I’ve been lied to repeatedly. I’ve been lied to about the availability of a digital download version of the eSIM. I’ve been lied to about how the eSIM would be delivered.
