@EE Tried that, no better. Just very frustrating and feel disappointed that this offer has been made but with no substance, and trying to get help has been really difficult. As a loyal customer with more than one account, I feel that I will be rethinking renewing with EE

@MartinSLewis Even before Covid our local @EE shop was no cash. Really bad for those people, usually on a low income already, that find managing their expenses easier if it's cash.

@tescomobile I ha e been with Tesco and @EE and frankly having to pay 90 pence more a month for fantastic coverage and service is better than saving a few pennies and getting the Tesco package of O2 dialed back connection.
