    @EE how about getting your door to door sales people to show their ID before telling them they need to check their broadband speed!! Especially with the elderly. Bad practice.

    So it looks like after 20 years @EE and I will part ways and I’ll go full fibre with someone else. Not willing to offer me the same deal as a new customer, nor match a competitors offer — some bullshit about their systems not letting them.

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
