Anyone considering getting a new @EE line, my advice don’t bother. Worst customer service going. Unable to make or receive calls for 4 days and their response, wait another 5 days and see what happens, but it’s not their problem therefore they “cant” give me a temp number to use.

@EE 4G mast issues in the SY18 6 area seem to be getting progressively worse today after seeming to be fixed last night. I’m working from home with meetings to attend in the morning. Can’t afford to be dropping out every 1-2 minutes.

Absolutely appalling service @EE Ordered a new iPhone to be dispatched within 7 days, signed docs. I ring up today to be told that the phone will not be coming within 7 days and also that they cant honour a signed agreement! Is this legal? Can’t speak to a manager for 48 hours!!

@EE Yeh it does that’s what I can’t get my head around it’s android so it doesn’t show 4g or h+ etc just shows the signal strength

@EE I have DM you now. Btw, I am STILL waiting for my account to receive the full 200gb even though I was assured through EE chat on 2/11 that it would be done. Last week I called for an update and was told I’d be called back but still nothing. What is going on with your service?!?

@EE I’d love to move back to your network but unfortunately ur network has low coverage where I live which forced me to move networks. How can I find out if any masts are planned in my area?

@EE any idea why I still haven’t received my order confirmation after nearly 72 hours? Cant even connect to chat on app so terrible customer service, will be cancelling and switching if no solution soon.

@EE Thankfully the service came back on last night and I now have 4g. At least EE refunded me which is more than I can say for BT who gave a measly £50 credit after months of upset and still no broadband.
