@EE You want to get your act together!! Our shop in Oswestry wifi has been down for 2 days now cannot take any card payments losing business all we get is conflicting updates as to when it’s going to be back on from 6hrs to the 3.10 😡 #badcustomerservice

@EE currently traveling from Manchester to London Euston on the train. For most of the journey either NO service or extremely poor! It’s pretty shocking EE that one of the most strategic rail lines in the UK has virtually no mobile service.

@EE please fix the signal in Cheadle Hulme (SK8 5AF). It hasn't been working for months and quite a large area of Cheadle Hulme has no reception at all despite bars showing on my phone. I can't send texts nor use the internet. I have tried reporting it online.

@EE received a text from yourself to say my usage is higher than usual and to continue using my services a payment is required. Just upgraded 2 numbers so can only assume it’s the international calling deposit that’s still on. Lines closed now can you help please?

@VodafoneUK I'm with @EE and keep having problems texting someone on your network. They don't always receive my texts and I don't always receive theirs. Fine with someone else on your network though. Any ideas please?

@EE Hi, what’s the ongoing problem in the E3 area, please? My broadband hasn’t worked since Sunday. Diagnostic bot says it’s an issue since 21/9 and now won’t be fixed until 28/9, which seems less than ideal.

1 hour 21 minutes and counting on hod to speak someone at @EE just terrible! One of the many reasons I left them!!!! To receive a letter to say I owe you £20 after 3 years of leaving you is a bit stupid don't you think? Rubbish!!!!!
