    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @EE Ok, Jenny, got distracted by the Perseverance landing on Mars. I worked out it was the tracking protection on the browser causing the problem, or more to the point the website's tracking requirements. I refuse to be tracked. Anyway, I worked around it and got it sorted 👍

    @EE funny fact is they still on here pretending to help u,when they can boost ur speed their end.Send tech out so ppl have to pay for THEIR issues.Then say outta the blue theres a problem inside the house?How when no1 touches it and the companies that have control of it?

    @EE Its witb the customer assist team currently. The last engineer advised its the green box thats the issues as it takes 2mins30 to reboot rather than the usual quicker speeds which has a knock on effect. All ive been advised is call backs and further engineers so far. Thanks

    @ellagoodchild2 @EE I’ve been with Tesco mobile for years and have never had any problems with it! Honestly tho they seem to be *************** that’s mental that they keep taking money from inactive numbers 🙄

    @EE I’m still waiting for my broadband to be connected since 29th January, open reach keep attending and failing and you keep promising to call me with updates but never do #gettingfrustrated

    @ellagoodchild2 @EE Definitely go Tesco then! At least if there’s any problems you can actually easily speak to someone and the contracts are so simple to keep track of! I really hope your dad manages to get some sort of refund from it all eventually!
