@EE Hi, I put a new SIM card in my phone 24 hours ago. I was told I wouldn’t need to activate it but I have had no service since, and my old SIM has been deactivated. Is there anything you can do to check what’s happening? Thanks

  • AidanLacey Aidan Lacey (@AidanLacey) reported

@EE Thanks Phil. Actually it was my sister in laws bill. It seems you have some nasty people working for you on the phone. The gentleman chose to mess around with her bill and change her contract on his own free will (not agreed) rude on the phone and then hung up.

  • JasonPalethorpe Jason Palethorpe (@JasonPalethorpe) reported

@EE hiya, at 01:38am this morning, my broadband went down and is still down to Lincoln LN4 2.. area (wont give full postcode on here). I’ve reconfigured the primary power coupling quite a few times, but Still ‘No Internet Connection’ displayed & other devices too (so not just 1)

  • sandrachataway Sandra Scott (@sandrachataway) reported from Liverpool, England

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

  • Ryzilla85 Ryan Brooks (@Ryzilla85) reported

@EE is there any reason why there is delays in dispatching phone orders even though I rang ur customer service today and was told it would be delivered by tomorrow yet DPD have no tracking or parcel info #crapcustomerservice

  • Saintbarca Steve Fraser (@Saintbarca) reported from Birkenhead, England

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

  • PhillipJ1991 Phillip Williams (@PhillipJ1991) reported

@EE Oh yeah like you'd be able to sort the problem.

  • MarcTierneyNews Cllr 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 (@MarcTierneyNews) reported
