@nigelwalsh @EE It’s endemic now. I know of many outsource contracts where targets on call answering time only trigger once the customer has got through the initial messaging (high volume of calls) and selection of option. A % of customers quit at the cried wolf message so hit target.

@EE so for 10 years EE has provided us with a signal box to boost our signal in our house. Now they’re discontinuing this service so we have to use Wi-Fi calling and that’s our virgin Wi-Fi we’ll be using but the issue is my iPhone is now looking for a signal that isn’t there so

@nigelwalsh @EE I’ve found Tesco mobile decent - all the power of the O2 network but a smaller company (with easier service trappings) set up and generally easy speak to someone.
