@EE We need a direct line, your 0800 number keeps us holding on and keeps sending us to different departments. We’ve now been told the internet has been switched on but it’s not working. We need to speak direct to a manager.

@EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

@EE called in today but just been advised I have to wait for a call back, quite disappointed on the customer service from a firm who prides itself of providing best customer experience
-
Darran (@Neurotypecast) reported
@EE I suppose I was hoping for something like "Yeah, a meteor hit the junction box and a commune of rats have gained sentience. They're preventing our engineers from getting a good look at it", something I can say "fair enough, I can wait" to or look forward to some defined fix date.

Darran (@Neurotypecast) reported
@EE The issue here is that on your own network checking service these issues/faults are already documented and allegedly resolved. As I have previously stated. You (EE) are flagging up the problems, they are just persistent leaving me with a weekly average speed of 1mb/s.
-
Ryan Anderson (@ryanstanley22) reported
@EE That’s not the point. You are the only network that prevents the use of the phone
-
Ryan Anderson (@ryanstanley22) reported
@EE I love how when you realise you have nothing to back up an argument and know you are right you just ignore the customer, that’s not really acceptable customer service is it
