.@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

Getting really sick of @EE ECR team sending me abusive emails and all the while their CEO @MarcAllera completely ignores my letters reporting these matters to him. I've never known the UK to be so bad. Almost impossible to get any decency or respect from anyone.

@EE paid for my phone to have data roaming whilst I’m in Canada, been here over a week and no service or potential network connections anywhere I go. talk about a waste of money. why even make it an option?
