    @EE I always thought EE had excellent customer services and have been with you for a number of years. However, over the past six months in my opinion your level of customer service is pathetic, things not being done, wrong information provided and lack of effort

    @EE Yep, tried those, not connecting, up until this year I'd never had a problem anywhere, not very impressed to be honest. Hubby's on Sky, got a connection straight away!

    @Spooky15 @EE If your phone shows 3 bars, you have good coverage. What's the actual issue you have... is it problems with voice calls? Slow data? Or something else?

    @WeAreOpenreach have just pushed my installation back for the SIXTH TIME since I ordered with @EE at the start of July, and having raised a complaint to the executive level with them. This is downright ridiculous, I expected better from EE at the least. I cannot believe this.

    @EE why is it challenging to communicate with a communication company.. a simple question turns into a very protracted process then gets cut off because of poor signal… do I start all over again?? Or go elsewhere. #CustomerExperience

    @EE #Broadband is down, no suprise there is no messages on your home page, cant expect customers to be paying full price this month as expected of the best broadband provider.
