@Brimau16 @EE @ThreeUK The costs I’ve have with three have been good plus good customer service etc. But the do charge to get out a contract like other companies

@EE @McMillan_Sean is having the same problem but he’s done all you have stated and nothing #Frustrating keeps saying “too many redirects occurred” he clears cache and goes round in a loop!!! Same on the app/website/iPad. Pls advise

Amazed and heartened by the service @EE I've been on hold for over 2 hours to @VodafoneUK for a billing issue and am ignored. EE picking up some of the false billing Vodafone have done. Yet to hear from Vodafone - years of horrible service to the point of regular tears.

I am really happy with @EE. My broadband doesn't reach to my office, which is annoying and I'm going to just get rid of my broadband. And instead today I upgraded to unlimited everything for just £25 on my phone. Which is pretty great. Solid customer service.
@EE just letting you guys know Julie was absolute star 😁 she didn’t fix my problem but honestly boss customer service, put a smile on my face and great service from EE as always you don’t have pick some good eggs to employ also please let her know even Apple didn’t have clue
Now i will continue to try but unlike some i work a very hard shift pattern to keep trying to ring you i will keep going as you normanlly provide a good service this time i think you missed a few things out but i will keep trying you are normanlly good let that be the end @EE
Whereas you have created yourself an extra call in already a so called busy situation in what i tried to resolve online without clogging up your phone lines anymore there isnt even an option to stay online that is the problem so learn for next time instead of nonsense @EE
EE are boring me now just sort out your customer service if you require myself to ring and i cant get through you should provided better situation whereas you offer a callback or something similar you forget i dont need to speak to you it yourselfs wanting me to speak to you @EE
