    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

    Once again our internet has crashed. Everyday around 7-9 it crashes and this has been going on for years and @bt_uk do absolutely nothing about it. We switched to @EE for a while but they were unable to do anything as it was a BT line problem!

    @VodafoneUK any plans to introduce support for “Wi-Fi Calling on supported iCloud-connected devices” like @EE? Very useful feature and can be dealbreaker considering limited differences between networks these days.

    @EE This is not good enough. APP says try again but I’ve tried for 18 hours and it’s 1 am and I’m supposed to be an emergency contact for 91 year old. I will want a serious reimbursement for this stress!

    @EE why is there no customer services e mail for EE? My complaint closed 2 minutes after opening without resolution. Only choice now another hour on the phone or snail mail

    Why is it I’ve had a new iPhone (13) for a year & yet I have literally NEVER received 5G, esp when I pay an extortionate amount a month for a sim only contract with EE. What an absolute rip off. @EE staff said “I must just never have stood in a 5G area” when I went in for help…
