@EE I still have not received my order since September 14 and I’m travelling to Vienna this Sunday. I really can’t deal with this right after suffering a 4-week network downtime.

@EE - my main phone number has been cut off for nearly a week, at 9 months pregnant, because EE can’t work out how to transfer the electronic SIM. EE have also upgraded the wrong number. The hospital now can’t reach me & I’ve spent 6 hours on the phone so far - can you help?

@Daniely79 Got one from @EE as a pay monthly customer, was a little apprehensive about it arriving, but it can within 2 days of ordering. Might have to give it a quick test just to make sure it works
