  @YardleyShooting @EE I took to Twitter when I had an issue with Virgin Media. I was relentless with my complaint. They contacted me directly within an hour and sorted the issue. Those that scream loudest get heard!

  @EE good morning. I signed up to a new SIM only contract yesterday. As I’m existing EE customer am I right in thinking I’ll use continue to use the same SIM card? Can you confirm when my new contract will be activated and will be able to see details in my EE account. Thank you.

  @YardleyShooting @EE This was one of the early digital age 'improvements' wind your customers up to fk by never wanting to speak to them. Find a Co with proper customer services and dump the tossers.

  Call centres have become a sort of torture. I am still on hold with @EE - over 40 minutes on this call so far and more than 2 hours wasted today and yesterday without resolution...

  @EE have been a loyal customer since you was one2one. Looking to upgrade 2 phones but no deals or anything for loyal customers. Looks like I am going to a different network @SkyUK seems to be offering the best deals.
