@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I want to know why my bill has gone up by 60% for exactly the same service. I use the phone for one week of the year when I'm in the UK, and keep the contract solely for the phone number. It used to be 10 quid, now it's 16.

@EE Seriously, outside of major cities your coverage varies between poor and non-existent. On train between London and Newcastle and have been more or less without 4G for most of the journey so far
