@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

Last week @WeAreOpenreach engineer putting our @EE internet in "yes, were sure we can put the fiber in, we never cut the copper before we make sure fiber is working"... They cut the copper and now say they can't fit the fiber. Should have gone @CommunityFibre

@EE I am an older customer,bi didn't really want a Bt/EE joint enterprise, I didn't understand and when I phoned to renew I was just confused, couldn't understand and because I didn't understand the various contracts I ended up confused and I signed for something that isn't right.

@EE I was discussed with the service my wife go at Banbury EE store, our store in Rugby is CLOSED as we were on holiday she call in to update her phone but was told " sorry we are to busy" only 1 customer in shop. " told it will take to long to transfer data to new phone"

14 hours of sorting BT **** ups - including broadband and mobile Awful service on renewals - like seriously wrong! If you are considering their renewal process - maybe choose another provider first! EE have equally been terrible at resolutions Shame on you! @bt_uk @EE
