  @EE The EE app doesn't seem to be able to be downloaded on my non-British phone. I tried the number again and it's just saying not available. Bank is doing a charge back at this point since you can't help me.

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

  @EE Day 2 of broken Smart Hub. No Internet, WiFi for tv or landline. Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. I assume our next bill will reflect this?

  @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful
