And we've seen usage more than doubling across those same three months. YouTube, Facebook, Netflix and Instagram are still the most popular services on @EE’s 5G network, and month on month have seen traffic grow by at least 30%. 2/10

  • MattCPFC Matt (@MattCPFC) reported

@EE Should I automatically get 5G if there's a signal or do I need to be on a special 5G tariff?

  • Emma_Bowey Emma Bowey (@Emma_Bowey) reported

@EE Thanks for your response, it's for fixed broadband. Luckily it was restored 2 hrs later, but it's ridiculous that I have no internet for so long and cannot speak to anyone about it. Is there anywhere online I can check if service is down in my area, and how long til it's fixed?

  • abrookesuk Adrian Brookes (@abrookesuk) reported

@EE still no eSIM! Such poor customer service. I haven’t received my eSIM and I have had to send my phone back yesterdayy! Did call you last Tuesday - must be a better way to send an eSIM other than post

  • aquaman4002 Arthur Curry (@aquaman4002) reported

Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 24 month contract is £29 per month = £696 with 10GB PAYG 24 months is £510 (£186 cheaper) £150 for phone PAYG £15 PAYG * 24 months = £360 30GB (3x Pay Monthly) No incentive to be loyal customer? @EE

  • nleaney Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.
