  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

  @EE is NOT the best network in the UK. Don’t believe the adverts! 👎 Worst network I’ve ever used — unreliable signal, poor data and absolutely terrible customer service. Save your money and choose another network. #EE #EEUK #London

  @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.
