@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE 4GEE wifi mini at my work hasn’t been working all week, we have been using this whilst the o2 mast is down in Leeds city centre and now we have no wifi at all and we require internet connection to be able to actually get anything done, you claim to be Leeds fastest network :(

Hi @EE. I've been on hold now to cancel a contract for over 30 minutes now, so I'm simply going to cancel my direct debit. I'm sure there will be an outstanding bill but it will be cancelled out by my time you have wasted whilst I have been on hold.
