@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@TheReturnOfLCF @VodafoneUK @ee call centre staff nearly all WFH from home now, have done since about 2 weeks into April 2020. They are bang on with support and don't suffer from such issues. Being as they are a communications technology company and all that.

Shocking @EE signal in Bury. Advised there are essential works being carried out for 7 days?! Am I getting 7 days discount off my bill because I’m on 1 bar of signal with zero internet at the moment 😣😬
