    @EE 50 mins, 2 calls, speak to three people to sort out an account issue isnt great customer service. And you claim to be a communications company.

    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    @Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @EE the problem wasn’t the account issue. It’s the poor service when EE are phoned. That’s what needs addressing and EE already know about it so what good will telling you about it again do?

    @EE I’ve just activated a Microsoft 365 Personal benefit as one of my inclusive extras however whenever I try to activate it the 2 factor authentication fails with the error “We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.” - can you help?

    @EE What number can I call? When I call the one on the letter and press Opt 1, it asks for a number? I do not have a number as I was never sent it by EE and it hangs up?

    I never do this but @EE you are an absolute disgrace. @benrichardsact and I will be leaving you after 15 years with immediate effect! The worst customer service I have every experienced and your Cambridge store is abysmal. You have lied, and mis sold us a contract. 😡

    I really wish @EE would make eSIMs available for psy as you go. Being subjected to this terrible @LycamobileUK customer experience is so upsetting. I hate everything about it. 😩

    .@EE has gone downhill so badly. Was told the fact my power lead has become temperamental after just 18 months was my own fault because I have "plugged it in regularly". Customer service phone line asks if you want to speak to someone. Yes! That's why I phoned!

    @CJSeedge @XboxP3 @EE This is how competition works. You can't support exclusives, but, complain about 1 platform taking exclusives. Want to play FFXVI get a PS5, Zelda get a Switch, Starfield get an Xbox, PC or even a Steam Deck. Don't limit yourself to so few platforms.

    @EE In any case it's working fine now on wifia and data. I'll let you know if this changes as a web search shows that this occurs frequently on EE and there is no known fix.

    Yet again I’m abroad and can’t use my phone thanks to EE. No mobile signal so can’t call them and message function unavailable online. Was promised it was fixed, it’s not. Sort it out @ee

    I don’t think I have had a worse experience with a phone network than @ee these last two days. A total shambles on every level.
