@dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

  • dannybwhittle Danny Whittle  (@dannybwhittle) reported from Exeter District, England

@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

  • StefanDrewe Stefan Drew (@StefanDrewe) reported from Sidmouth, England

@EE the problem wasn’t the account issue. It’s the poor service when EE are phoned. That’s what needs addressing and EE already know about it so what good will telling you about it again do?

  • StefanDrewe Stefan Drew (@StefanDrewe) reported from Sidmouth, England

@EE 50 mins, 2 calls, speak to three people to sort out an account issue isnt great customer service. And you claim to be a communications company.

  • G86457197 Gary C (@G86457197) reported from Exeter District, England

  • AdsBrady Adam Brady (@AdsBrady) reported

@ee So on the 8th time of chasing, after you added a second line to my account instead of upgrading it - I’m told the resolution and refund was essentially invented by the last person in customer service I spoke to. Ridiculous.

  • misskirsten187 Kirsten Alexander (@misskirsten187) reported

@EE I am trying to login to my account on your website on my Chromebook. I have entered the correct details and the main page appears. Then when I click to look at my account it says "You've successfully logged out". It did that a couple of days ago too. Why is it happening?

  • keith_wilson 𝔎𝔢𝔦𝔱𝔥 𝔚𝔦𝔩𝔰𝔬𝔫 #CovidIsNotOver (@keith_wilson) reported

It turns out that @EE has only one roaming partner in Germany: O2. So if the O2 signal is poor, you don’t get any internet. So much for paying extra to ‘roam abroad’. 🤨

  • moosemousse Rachel James 🍓 (@moosemousse) reported

Was looking at upgrading my phone with @EE and it said to log in for better deals. As a new customer the phone I want is £45 a month with £50 up front for £10GB a month. As an upgrade it's £49 a month with £70 up front for £10GB a month. That's not better.

  • h0useplant Luce ✨ (@h0useplant) reported

@EE I’m having issues every other week since I upgraded my phone with you guys. My bill last month failed, when I rang to rectify it you told me it’d try again which it didn’t so I paid through the app, you then tried to charge me 2 more times for the same bill (1/2)

  • filmflammable Filmflammable (@filmflammable) reported

@EE disappointing upgrade offers guys. Loyal customer since you started and you can't even match @iD_Mobile_UK sadly i think this means goodbye.

  • BaylisKatie Katie Baylis (@BaylisKatie) reported

@EE Unfortunately not. Been treated really poorly by EE after ten years of loyal service. I have given up on contacting you directly due to the amount of times I've waited on hold and been disconnected.

  • jameswolf_7 James (@jameswolf_7) reported

@EE Reliable? You left me without data in Turkey and I had to call cust service that incorrectly told me no more data; I was eventually able to pay for and use more data the next day but you charged me over £100 for the call to cust services!!!

  • PriyaMulji Priya Mulji (@PriyaMulji) reported

@O2 Hi, I was just talking to someone (think his name was Mohammed) about leaving @EE and moving to you. Any chance someone could call me as I’m having major issues with calls on my current network

  • JNMFagan Jessica Whitcutt Fagan (@JNMFagan) reported

@EE Same everywhere although not so bad today. Pls DM me
