    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

    @EE the problem wasn’t the account issue. It’s the poor service when EE are phoned. That’s what needs addressing and EE already know about it so what good will telling you about it again do?

    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    @EE 50 mins, 2 calls, speak to three people to sort out an account issue isnt great customer service. And you claim to be a communications company.

    @EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

    @EE adding fake line items to mobiles after 14% increase last month, making Del Boy look honest and he had the decency to his phone, really poor service from a formally decent company!

    @EE About roaming abroud -i see that is quite common issue for EE COSTUMERS. and lies about spending cap issue? How much u need put ? Thousand£. Too small- maybe million £? EE SHOULD BEFORE RISING PRICES FIX LOCKDOWN LAZINESS ISSUE.

    @EE Yes Jess exactly that but it was handled so badly with no guidance and we could have just easily waited til Monday to swap SIMS which we are now doing! We are vulnerable seniors and cannot be without mobile service so stressful!

    @EE any idea how much longer S44 will be having broadband issues. I checked yesterday and it said approx 16 hours, just checked again and guess what, it says 16 hours! 3mbps when I'm paying for fibre is unacceptable

    @EE Morning, how long typically do the fraud team take to carry out an investigation? My number was ported out to another device and I’ve been without service for 3 weeks now whilst the team investigate. I’ve tried calling customer services but they will not tel me anything! Plz help
