@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE Hey sorry. I’m not sure if we got a landline we never used one ever, I’ve been looking for paper work too confirm but had no luck. Tried to get though via phone but had no luck either 😕

@MarcAllera @EE Don't forget, as far as I am aware, also the first UK operator to refuse to have regard for the Equality Act 2010 and to treat disabled people in such ways so as to cause them to suffer both mentally and financially.

@EE Number transferred this morning and all seems to be working 👍 only issue now is my phone is still displaying the temporary number as my number so had to call someone to check if it had actually transferred

@EE help please, my phone is always showing 4G and service yet the internet just doesn’t work. It’s been like this for days now when I’m at my house, but there are no problems in the area. It’s really frustrating as I don’t have WiFi at the moment so I can’t used my phone.

@EE just had a marketing call from ee, when I pointed out that ee signal in Northumberland has gotten really bad and I would probably move network the reply was yes go change network great customer retention skills, not.
