For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

@EE Hiya, I've got my partners new 📱 and sim. In bid to try and solve the problem sim is a replacement as old one lost, constantly says "sim not provisioned" online say 150 or we will send a text, that's great but you can't phone or send texts as sim doesn't work. Please help

@EE Your network coverage on the HS1 is appalling! It’s been years since you planned improvements, but it’s still impossible to load a single web page let alone videos. This is day and night compared to what other careers do on other European high speed lines. DO SOMETHING!!!😡

@EE Also, from that carefully worded customer service statement it's clear that staff aren't seeing much of this fat charge we have to shoulder, had it been that EE were making efforts to pay their staff appropriately this would be much easier to swallow.

@StephenAHenry @EE I’m exactly same…..loyal customer forever, due an upgrade months ago (just not done it yet) and another £4 a month increase message yesterday!
