@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

@EE Been trying to upgrade my phone today. But i can get the same plan 20% cheaper as a new customer! Do i really need to cancel my contract, port my number to PAYG other network & then Port back in to be able to take advantage of that price - or will you not just honour it?

@EE knock, knock, is anybody in customer service? Son on hold for over 1 hour (via 150)! Trying to re-arrange delivery of his new phone, delivery guy would not hand over today as he reckoned my son requested setup support (he didn't) and wouldn't hand it to my wife🤬#useless
