For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE we have been on phone for@hours to customer service to get a watch set up, after being in shop on November 14th seemingly we are not account holders yet you take our money every month giving till end of day to be sorted out we both be leaving EE shambles of a company

@EE hey, on my benefits, it says I can cast bt sport onto my apple tv, I can only get sound for some reason and also when I download the app on there, says I don't have a subscription, can you help?

@EE I’ve tried all of these options, however the main issue is it still drops connection especially during evening times around 9-10pm. Also the upload dropped to 6mbps yesterday night
