@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

@EE Great day prices go up, your network goes down, I can't make or receive calls, I can understand price increases,the percentage however is ridiculous, but whats difficult to swallow is, people have been reporting problems since midday yet EE are saying there's no issue Wow.
