Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE Not having trouble with the services, it is none existent, yet one of the most urbanised parts of the area. I've had to order Broadband so I can actually get a signal (pay for 100GB a month mobile that's unusable in this area).

@EE I don't think I will bother. I know too much about the service levels of EE. But if you find you've bought too many I will happily take one of your hands if you need to reduce stocks.

@kasssun @EE It’s March 9th today. Your contract ends 20th April. They are simply saying you can only action the cancel working 30 days of the contract end date otherwise you’d pay £12 cancellation fee.

@EE Hi yes, this has been an on going problem. All off her boast have not been activated. Only had 1gb data when it renewed and she has 21 data boasts which should equate to 1.5gb. Pack didn't renew despite there being £10 on the account
