Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE both my wife and my ee phones keep cutting out. The recipient can’t hear us but we can hear them. Cutes out after about 10 seconds of call. Please places please fix this. This happened a few days ago also and no one replied to my tweet!

I transferred from BT to EE. Should be simple right? Pff. Only received 1 SIM. Then while waiting for the replacement to arrive they deactivated the one that did arrive. So I have no phone! Thanks @EE (been a customer for a week and already regretting it)
