For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

Had text from #virginmobile tells me they're ending 'pay as you go' 22.01.22. @EE shop kindly agrees switch to them, via virgin, on 29.10.21. It's now 04.11.21 & we're still unable to use our mobiles because Virgin is holding things up. Compensation needed for loss of service.

@EE I have been sim swapped twice this week. 2nd November and 4th November. Customer service said there has been fraudulent activities on my account. I would like to know how and who has been impersonating me. This is a serious security breach. Unacceptable, EE.

Great service at @EE phone for help with something waited over 30 mins, explained my query and your operator hung up on me. Tried to phone again and was on hold for the same length of time with no answer, what a joke of a service!!

@EE I got a message asking me to tell you how you done. Well I know you called Sunday but I was very ill I couldn't move as my fibro was bad. I am so stressed as asking me to ring 150 but I'm disconnected & ask me to go to help desk, can't get into my accounts to raise,bedridden
