For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE I've raised a complaint already. One thing you can help with though, is why have I not been sent a link for the pixel watch claim yet? I got told it would be sent out by text when my handset is dispatched which was yesterday.

@EE Hi Stacey - sorry for the late reply - I’m already in contract with O2 unfortunately - and I know EE have great coverage - I was with BT mobile for a while, EE wouldn’t accept my sim only application so I joined O2 (worst choice I’ve ever made!)

@EE is it possible to actually speak to someone? Consider you’re a communication company it seems pretty impossible at the minute. Cut off on calls and live chat never goes any further then “Aimee”.

What a joke @EE say have the best network but yet again no internet even know showing 4g and signal. @EE a complete waste of money

@WrightLights1 @EE There will also be smaller companies that use EE network. ID Mobile for example use 3. So if you Google which companies use EE network you might get a better deal but still be actually using EE.

@MarcAllera @EE I've been on the phone for more than 2 hours and nobody can sort my insurance claim. I've explained my problem to 7 different people and still no solution. Customer service totally unacceptable.
