    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

    @EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

    Such a shame that @EE retention offers are so breathtakingly poor. Looks like after 20+ years i'll be moving to @O2 as their offers are pretty good (£15 per month less than ee on a like for like basis) plus O2 alow roaming in EU without ripping off the customer.

    @David39317197 @EE Yep tried to drive a dm chat but all they could do was say look at the down status that they would have it back in 16 h but it had already said that for days. Its almost dead for a week here now. Pretty poor show.

    awful service from @ThreeUK These 2 weeks I’ve got a speed of 1 Mb/s that does not support online meetings + Service is unstable through the whole day... Now using @EE top-up broadband. Complaint made and thinking about switching...
