@Stevieboys7 @EE I’m on 4G and it went to 3G then nothing and later I saw where the EE logo is said EE EDGE and next to the signal strength I got E, even with 3G I couldn’t get on the internet I could text my son and called him his phone is on my plan he said his fine

@bt_uk @EE nine days ago while modifying my service I agreed to migrate mobile service from BT to EE, in hindsight had misleading information from BT and zero communication from EE. You’ve managed to take money and have yet to supply a new SIM for service I have no access to
