For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

  • JacksonSR Steven Jackson (@JacksonSR) reported from Lincoln District, England

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Lincoln District, England

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

  • annaonthemoon Rebecca J Lockley 😷 | 👻🕯🖖🏻 🇪🇺 (@annaonthemoon) reported from Dunholme, England

@EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE last night, while in the same area on 5G, I was getting 10-20MB/s, while my friend on another network was getting just above 50MB/s, kind of a let down 😕

  • JamesBremner24 James Bremner (@JamesBremner24) reported

@EE how is it supposed to be the best network in the UK yet as soon as you leave a town or city ive found the signal isn't that good and struggle online. I've even had 2 bars of 4g and takes ages to load things? #EE

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@EE … tanks that had already been done time abs time again. I was informed at around 18 months the bill was going up 1% and I mentioned how absurd it was that it was even happening at all to me when for 18 month I’d been paying for a service I was not receiving. I was …

  • banmedianow BSmedia Patrol (@banmedianow) reported

@matts_musings @danwootton @EE i guess that’s lucky you live in a 5G area. But overall 3 does have the worst coverage and slowest 4G speeds which is why it’s much cheaper than other networks. 3 is perfect for roaming though and if you are a heavy data user and there is a strong signal in your area.

  • SteveGrant1983 Steve Grant (@SteveGrant1983) reported

@wembleystadium Have @EE fixed their signal boosters? 🤔

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@EE I was cheekily told “Well you have to pay it” and that is the reason that after 18 months of paying for a service that did not work at all I ceased paying and you have harassed me ever since for what you claim is a “debt”.

  • matts_musings Matt Clarke #FFS! (@matts_musings) reported

@banmedianow @danwootton @EE Never had any probs down here...getting a speed of over 700mbps with their 5g which isnt too bad.

  • wormston_95 William Ormston (@wormston_95) reported

@EE What about the connection in Newcastle upon Tyne? I was with yourselves and wanted a change and went to O2 contract almost up thinking of coming up had bad connection for a while now *in certain areas*

  • yungee__ Yungee (@yungee__) reported

@EE I'll take this opportunity to remind you that you did my 80 year old mum over to the tune of £90 for a broken ADSL modem, which she could not return to you (because we had binned it as it was broken). You charged a pensioner £90 for something worth maybe £10 to you when working!

  • Vicky_F1Girl Vicky (@Vicky_F1Girl) reported from Margate, England

@EE hi, just upgraded to a 5G iPhone 12 and yet to see 5G network.. seem to be getting 3G & and barely 4G
