Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE 2/2 Why take customer's to a page that tells you that you're eligible, make them go through the checkout process then send an email asking them to call you only to tell them they can't have the upgrade?

@EE Recently got sent a new router to try & fix streaming issues. There is STILL a black spot in the house which makes streaming to our TV incredibly difficult. Would it be possible to get one of the Smart Discs with our account?

@EE Hi I contacted you last night about my Internet speed which has dropped dramatically. It was down to 2mbps.i have done the switching off and on basics, but the speed is still only 9mbps. It should be around 27mbps. Help!

@EE Yes. Several browsers. This is an issue that is universal as I’ve had other people test too. I tried via ios safari and chrome and safari on my Mac.

@EE is the worst service provider ever. I cannot wait to leave! Been a customer since one2one. Now onwards and upwards. Done with conflicting information. The claw to charge you more. How can your contract be ENDING but you have to give them 30 days
