    @EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    @EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

    @EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

    @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

    @EE you people should be embarrassed for the service you offer. I have had connection issues in my house 3 years now and you have failed to fix it. I have now been told to buy a shelf to elevate the modem which i did and its now even worse. What exactly am I paying for?

    @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…

    @EE I have already done this twice, both times it stopped working within 15 minutes of ending the call. I’d like to know if our next bill will reflect 3/4 days of no service? Currently having to use family members hotspot when they visit.

    @EE @paulmatt86 This is the same for all uk mobile providers. In Croatia i can get a signal in the middle of the sea on my way to brač island but cant get a.signal in the Lake District
