@EE Hi I went from contract to sim only last week, cancelled my insurance too. Couple of days ago I got a confirmation saying I was no longer insured 👌, but today I received a text saying my new device is now insured. Can anyone help please?

@EE I have persistent issues with sorting roaming and I haven’t got time to spend hanging on the phone or waiting for a non existing call back I’d be subjected to crap menu driven chat bot. You just need to make the app work if we can get through to real humans at will

@EE I paid for roam further but my phone never has any signal. Data roaming is switched on and select carrier automatically. What else can I try?
