Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE appalled at the level of cust serv Ive received over the last couple of months, added BT SPORT to account, its never worked, got charged early upg fee £144.. I've not upgraded,£200 of my money you have taken and the response was almost... Oh well, please reply to resolve

@EE We a long-term customer of EE since 1998 (Orange). Currently an issue with a time that my husband (70, Stage IV cancer) has never used which I have asked for 12 mnths to be cancelled. Now trying to charge me £183 and no-one is listening!

Thanks Monika. I used to rely on wifi calling before having to move as when our internet went down I was dead in the water and couldn’t hotspot my laptop, so sadly wifi calling wasn’t the solution for me to stick with @EE Maybe your network planning team can shed some light ?

@bt_uk It is just rubbish! Drops out all of the time and the speed is almost snail like! I would love to have @virgin but they say they can't put a cable in! Therefore I'm stuck with @EE at £78 a month for a crap service! #ruralproblems
