@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

@EE WiFi calling isn't working on my phone. Support have told me that it's only available on phones bought from EE and not on Sim only contracts using your own phone. Is this true?

@EE hello I upgraded my phoned online last Friday 10th September but yet to receive my phone. When I track it its stuck on order confirmed. I've been told my order is on track but I've upgraded a few times with EE and never has a phone taken this long to arrive?
