@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE trying to contact EE re a new order from BT best of both. BT unable to help as apparently I'm not with you, unable to contact you as I don't have a mobile number with you! 5 hours today an £19 worth of call charges for your 09015455329 number and still no better off! HELP!!!

I never do this but the customer service of @EE is amazing!! There’s an 0800 number to call and you get straight through to a human being!!! 😱😱😱 Didn’t even have to choose a single number and they solved my problem straight away #EE #BT
