@racenerd2 @TimHarford @EE A good way to get a better deal is to ask to transfer. They will almost always the give you the deal they claim they cannot give. It’s simply business and the loyal customer is the cash-cow that they milk.

@EE I've just spoken to someone on 150. She said the platforms have been down for months for some people. The website as you must know is dreadful. Always crashing. I was told if I want to check any account details I have to call 150 and they would email me!

@virginmedia @ben_benjamin3 I’ve had to switch providers this year as @EE are offering a MUCH better deal. Even after being a customer for 13 years at my home, and 10 at my dad’s. Talking to them on the phone reduced the cost *somewhat* but it’s still not good enough.

@EE got my head battered today. Every time i try to download invoices it just takes me back to the home screen every time. Click on the options in "help" and i'm going round in circles. Why have a section "need more help" when you click on it takes you back to the page you've just navigated from.

@EE so I need to access my account and you have made it impossible. Calling you doesn't work, the app won't log me so what am I supposed to do? Luckily I am out of contract so looks like I shall be leaving you because I am fed up of trying to access my OWN ACCOUNT!

@EE “Rely on a brilliant connection”. My phone constantly drops signal, there are so many dead spots in Edinburgh that it’s impossible to walk more than a few minutes without calls cutting out. Already had my phone looked at and they’ve confirmed it’s not the issue.
