  • daverholland Dave Holland (@daverholland) reported from Lyme Regis, England

@EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

  • pifflevalve Jon (@pifflevalve) reported from Uplyme, England

@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

  • DamienHellewell Damien, The IndyCar Brit 🏁🍊 (@DamienHellewell) reported

@MartinSLewis This is nothing short of shameful. @EE I've been a customer of yours T-Mobile for TWENTY years. If you tell me I'm going to have to pay to use my phone in the EU - somewhere I usually go to 30-40 days per year - I will not be renewing my contract.

  • deisetrev Trevor Stone (@deisetrev) reported

Such a shame @EE are not being true to their word and are to re introduce roaming charges in the EU. As a loyal customer of almost 20 years (joined when Orange) I will be leaving at next upgrade if roaming charges materialise.

  • zefrog Nicolas Chinardet (@zefrog) reported

Hey, @EE, as EU citizen resident in the UK, and loyal customer of many years, I'm really less than impressed by your decision to reinstate roaming charges in Europe. You managed well enough when you had to do it, you greedy bastards!

  • jeggburt James Christie (@jeggburt) reported

@Tuftyduck74 @biscuitsgod @EE I doubt they would have assured you. They probably said "there are no currently no plans." Of course, if you think you have been misled, you could claim you have the right to terminate your contact without paying a fee...

  • ChocoFudgelet1 Julian Hutchings (@ChocoFudgelet1) reported

@EE basically lied that they wouldn't change their roaming charges in Europe. What they should have said is: "we won't change the charges for now to make you keep trust in us and then a little while down the line we'll change our tune"

  • dmrobertson Daniel Robertson (@dmrobertson) reported

    @MartinSLewis Easy solution don’t renew with @EE

  • KateOflaherty Kate O'Flaherty (@KateOflaherty) reported

@BBCNews Certainly not an incentive to join @EE as a new customer, nor a reason to stay. You'd think competitors would jump on this but I guess it's a reflection of quality not quantity from customers - ie wanting high spenders rather than loads of customers.

  • ilikeotters Charlotte Cook (@ilikeotters) reported

After 2 months of delays my @EE broadband engineer has yet again not turned up. I’m so sick of this abhorrently **** service.

  • Symingtonjason Jason Symington (@Symingtonjason) reported

@EE It works ok if I login to the website direct, I have this problem if I go onto the website via the MyEE app.

  • HappyTepid Felix Michaux (@HappyTepid) reported

@EE Thanks Olivia, but I’ll still be leaving because of this awful decision.
