@virginmedia Here's some ideas for you....tell people your service may be limited if @EE has high demand and that your WiFi calling is limited to iPhone and Samsung devices. I've been a virgin broadband and TV customer for 6 years and my custom seems to count for nothing....shame really.

@EE so just been told I can upgrade early... when I look at your deals without singing in to my account they are around £10 a month cheaper than when I do sign in? What a way to treat a customer who has been with you for nearly 20 years!

@EE Hi Michael, I've managed to sort it now. Because I ported my number out I had no way of contacting customer service as it would not accept my number and would not let me go any further. I had to go through complaints in the end to sort it.

@EE realy poor...just purchased a 1st apple phone and it doesn’t come with charger or earphones, but we haven’t been told this by ee... now trying to sort but very poor sales service even if it might be an apple policy to help the environment. 😡
