    @EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE I may move my own phone & 2 family contracts to EE. Before I do, confirm whether EE has ever, currently, or plans to provide free/subsidised phones SIMs data or other support to organisations assisting illegal immigrants or asylum seekers in the UK? Straight answer please.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    @EE Currently in Turkiye and meant to have roaming as part of my package. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

    @EE why is your wifi so bad? Told you it would be when i joined. But as usual your bit doesnt understand and no humans. All i wanted was to add another extender At least BT were mostly helpful, even their autobots sometimes. Ee now help whatsoever

    @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!

    @EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst
