Tell you @ee, if I could cancel my contract I’d do it in a heartbeat. Absolutely hopeless. Useless across Africa, useless across Europe. Your woeful data coverage has left me unable to use the German covid check-in app Luca three times today, can’t access train times, etc

@EE @bt_uk My phone line with BT hasn’t worked for about 11 months now - I pay them £72 a month (mainly for full fibre internet) but £5 is for a call package I’ve not been able to use - I asked to cancel it and could they come and just remove the master socket - that’ll be £98 please.

@EE, waited over an hour and half in store today trying to upgrade my iphone, only to be told that the ‘trade in portal’ was down and it was not possible to upgrade today. Please can I speak to customer services as I believe this to be a waste of my time

@lywyn @MarcAllera @EE It will be EE are full of crap they lie through there teeth been waiting 4 weeks for a phone that was gonna be 7 days now told might be next week if not just cancel what a class company not a clue how to treat customers thank god I didn’t go for broadband with them

Will @ee be discounting my bill? 5 days of planned disrupted service in my area! That's not good enough. For a company that annually increases bills can offer poor service for a prolonged period with no discount is very poor

Coverage by @ee in eastern Germany continues to be shockingly bad, day in day out. Don’t even THINK about going for EE if you travel extensively: their data coverage is dreadful.

@EE needing help, I was sent the wrong Apple Watch Series 7, I contacted yourself to get it sorted, customer service put an order in again for the Watch I originally ordered,every time I try to look up the status of my order it says it can’t be found
