    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @grantaddick100 @EE Anything for companies to rip customers off. We must be lying about our complaint, not, they pay their employees poorly so employees don’t do their job properly, and somehow we’re the problem 🙄

    @EE What's happening my broad band is down via you on BT... And your bb tracker is offline. So... Not really sure what you can propose. This is also the third time this week and had a whole day in the weekend out which is in you sla but cmon

    Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, can’t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.

    @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company. The company is you, you bunch of *****.

    @EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??

    Hello @EE soon to be ex-customer here. Absolutely appalling 'customer service' from one of your shops today + if true, a policy of facial scanning that's blatant discrimination against anyone with health issues / undergoing cancer etc treatment & sinister AF 🤬
