I’ve been a loyal customer of @EE for I’ve 20 years and now they are stinging everyone with a price increase inline with CPI PLUS 3.9%. Plus, I only upgraded a few weeks ago 😭🤬

@EE When you put the prices up in extortion u put us into vulnerable. I’ve been faithful to you for 10 years and in my cancer treatment. I have a year of that but you didn’t give me support or options. Just a text telling me you are rising yet another of my survival costs! Blunt!

@EE Hi, thanks for the reply. I feel like you've misunderstood the issue, maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm supposed to have 10GB, that's what I pay for on my contract, but EE have only given me 6GB. I upgraded & switched contracts last month. Thanks

@EE so at a time when the country is about to hit a horrid time with the cost of living going you announce that your hiking bills in line with cpi and an additional 3.9% is disgraceful...a £53 contract going up by £5 is shocking #lastcontractihave
