@canham25390 @EE I've had no internet since Saturday. My misses and I both work from home. This is beyond a joke now. I can't just move to virgin to fix the issues. I've had nothing but issues with EE and they never improve just seem to get worse...

  • sarnmonica mark1972 (@sarnmonica) reported

@EE so my broadband and and p hone contract is going up by £9 a month. Before you give me the crap about its in your terms and conditions I know but your just taking the mick . 👋👋 probably a good buy this time when contract expires.

  • Gamingffc OFFICIAL GAMINGFFC 🚜▶️ (@Gamingffc) reported

@EE @BrumCityGuy There has been a lot of bad actors fakes going door to door claiming they are from EE, this is well known

  • PanipatIV Patriotic Indian (@PanipatIV) reported

@EE horrible experience with Jake of Grimsby who refused to honour an agreement made with another representative who put it in a text and promised to proceed with the contract at midday today though she failed to call despite a very civil discussion for which gave her a 5 score?

  • carlbell85 Carl bell (@carlbell85) reported

@EE Spoke to your customer service 7 days ago told me going in my bank account now spoke today and it's not your a bunch of liars and con artists

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported

@EE It says no outages but when you call your support team there is a national fault for all 1.6gbps customers. You arnt publicly publishing the fault online and there is no where to chase it, I’ve had unusable broadband for days

  • Zotreth Orthae (@Zotreth) reported

@EE We need official statement on issues with 1.6gbps broadband. Had no internet at all since Saturday.

  • alpalf Alastair Findlay (@alpalf) reported

@EE We are moving and have transferred the main fttp service to our new address. In the meant we have been advised to buy a 4G router which will provide us with an adequate service. I asked in particular whether it would support Sky tv and was told it would. It doesn’t.

  • ZanwarSwapnil Swapnil Zanwar (@ZanwarSwapnil) reported

@EE I did call to your customer support a couple of times, but they didn't mention that since I do not have either broadband or any cell phone account with them, they will not be able to help me out. But the complaint is already in place

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported

@EE hey, outside of support calls you guys seem to have no status page regarding the fault with your entire 1.6gbps package The app rather brilliantly tells me there is no issue with the broadband dispite it being very broken, how come you aren’t publicly posting about the fault
