@BeastlyBeautyUK FYI. My phone died! ha ha. I dropped it so I now have a new phone (with battery life) and contract. I'm just waiting for my number to transfer over. Should be tomorrow. Went with @EE because @virginmedia have shut down all their stores! #BadMove

Hi folks, @EE I've got rid of my LTE smartwatch, how do I cancel the extra line that I had for it? I can only find my main phone contract in the App, not the additional £7/monthly e-sim one. TIA.

@EE can you please help, my phone can’t receive or make any calls, I’ve done all of the recommendation steps to reset the sim. It seems to register the network, but I cannot send or receive calls. Your live chat is busy. Thanks x

@EE Can't find a link to live chat. New work location, no signal, tried the text INFO feature, to cancel itll cost £300... which I guess while extortionate is the price..., but I can't even find a link to do that.
