@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE Helpdesk already checked signal in area, no issues. They said there is a known issue with these boxes.

@EE I'm really not sure this is the sort of advertising claim you want to go for, track alignment is awful for mobile signal, train wifi is fed with kit that sits higher up and is better suited to dealing with that but my phone sure isn't.

So, @EE the broadband engineer who was meant to come, who didn't turn up last week, after I had to chase it up to re-book and made a complaint, hasn't turned up. 2 months of paying for broadband that you haven't even connected and I have to chase it up.

@ilikeotters @EE I had something like 6 weeks of no service because—despite my starting every phone call with the information that I’d moved—they’d never put the move order in. They’d sent an engineer to the new house, even. But I did end up with 5 free months of broadband eventually.

@EE She can talk to people as long as she is on/very near the balcony so it may be building materials. Just seemed weird how I had no issues at all and she did, consider how close we to the city centre. I’ll get her to check her WIFI calling and turn it on if it isn’t.

@EE No wifi all day? Any problems in Swansea or is it just mine again..this is happening too often.
