@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@trevor_p_malco @EE Yeah EE is much cheaper than BT but I guess you get what you pay for, as I was with BT for 4 years never had a single problem, been with EE less than a year and its shocking. I'm on my data on my phone 24/7 as it just doesn't work on the broadband

@EE new customer, submitted pac when took contract out, insalled new sim yesterday, number doesn't appear to have transferred, went to your web form to put details in but it says my PAC is wrong.....I assure you its identical to the one I was sent by previous provider what now?

@EE can you help please, my home broadband keeps going offline whilst I'm trying to work from home
