@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE I have an issue with my phone but can't call you on 150 as it's saying 'emergency calls only'. Your website says my account has been temporarily suspended due to an unpaid invoice, but when I click on the latest invoice it says it's been paid!

@btsport I've just ordered BT Sports monthly pass for £25 - I already have BT Sports Ultimate via @EE - But as the big screen is no longer available with EE. The package isn't letting me watch, says I need to upgrade to watch on my PC, can you help?

@EE after praising you for customer service you have charged me £6.59 for a customer service call!! So according to money saving expert I can claim this back through small claims court if you want it to go that far!! It’s a small amount but it’s the fact of the matter!!
