@EE Hi! I'm registered with Ee Perk Portal but every time I try and use the code it says its not valid. I can get a code? I've tried twice with different phones and it just says not valid. Can you help please? I'm trying to upgrade if that makes any difference?

@VodafoneUK I’ve tweeted you a few times regarding this and it’s getting on my nerves, I am @EE customer and keep getting someone’s Vodafone monthly bill text message, I’ve blocked it every time and still the same each month!

@EE renewed my contract with you this week. I was promised Apple Music for the duration of the contract. After a 2 hour live chat and a call to 150 it’s still not set up. Diabolical customer service. How do I get this sorted?

@EE @btsport I've had an issue logging into my online account for the last 2days. 2 chats with tech support , a Dm to yourselves and a call to 150 and still not resolved. One attempt at resolving this resulted in me logging in and getting someone else's plan and phone showing. Shocking!
