@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@DavidMelia @EE I cut my EE of years ago when they were called t mobile and I have never had a problem with my network IV been on since leaving EE because EE just want your money my miss is with EE and has a problem nearly every month I wouldn't use EE if they gave it free.

@EE Hi Jess, the moment she got handset she has never bn able to use her data, however the main issue is the phone isn't holding the charge, she has deleted all her apps yet has made no difference
