@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@SamsungUK the Samsung s10e is the worst phone on earth. I bought it from @ee and had nothing but problems from day 1.. now the cameras has failed. 😠

@EE Obviously we’ve been on the phone to EE every day for 10 days Your people have no idea what’s wrong and they can’t organise an Openreach engineer. We’ve had 3 “cancelled” appointments with no reasons given. Your broadband service is worse than a joke .@EE
