Apparently UK mobile network @EE (a) don't monitor their social media account, and (b) don't maintain the RFC-mandated security mailboxes. Eventually found a 4-digit phone number to contact, but they don't make it easy.

@EE wouldn’t bother!!!!! Signal is rubbish and the last customer service I have had was awful !!! No signal at home I pay £60 a month and been told to use my WiFi!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!! Going to the ombudsman!!!!!

@nicolebailey_xo @EE Do you have WiFi-assist turned on in settings under mobile data? If you do turn that off & that will help as this has happened to me before & ee have told me to do that as WiFi-assist uses your data when your WiFi signal goes a bit weak

@EE we need to talk please why have you recklessly taken money out of my account! I have never been in overdraft before. The arrangement for the new SIM card which hasn’t arrived hasn’t even started what on earth happened I’m annoyed.

@EE it has been more than 20 days that the reception is almost nonexistent in our area! (1 bar only!) and we are constantly being told that the company is aware of the problem and it will be solved soon! So, this is the award-winning service that you promise?!?!
