Jon (@pifflevalve) reported from Uplyme, England@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

Matt (@MattHone06) reported@EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and I’m seriously considering changing providers.
-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
Paul McGee (@psmcg76) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 As an ex customer for several years, this is not true. You never once done it with me. I left paying around double what you offer new customers.
-
Tony (@Foolham) reported@EE DSL light off so line is dead - Is this an issue in parts of London right now?
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE Please see this thread. I've had another 40 minutes on the phone with 150 and, again, no help at all!
-
Universe 25 ⚠️ (@Cynicicide) reported@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE My elderly parents were forced onto fibre by BT. Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE EE supplies my broadband, not my mobile service.
-
Singing Mary 💜 (@Longtallhel23) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They’ve already withdrawn all landlines from military bases. When the internet goes down, they are lost.
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍

Lee (@smil3r5) reported@EE It’s a waste of time. These poor signal issues we speak of have existed for almost 2 years. My phone claims to have a 5G reception but doesn’t actually work. Anyway like I say, no trouble. The 2 years is almost up and I’ll be free. Good day to you 🫡
