@EE I was in contact with them for a month. I had an EE company mobile for many years and I complained to EE, but no one listened. I then ditched Plusnet as it got worse. I'm now with giffgaff and have a full signal in the house. EE just don't seem bothered about this area.

Hey @EE I'm getting no coverage in Dumfries - DG1, DG2 and DG12. Is this due to the fire at the transmitter site or a different issue. Do we know if it will be resolved soon? TIA

@VodafoneUK @EE @BoomtownFair Perhaps you could fix it for next year.. you had temporary masts on site and coverage was fine, you just didn't have the connectivity.

@EE Hi Sarah. It's really not an issue to me. I just vote with my feet. I always rate a company on how well they resolve issues, as we all get them. EE have failed badly for me over several years. I'm just giving you info. What you do with it, is up to you :o)

@EE Great! How do I start my own 5G network in the UK? I can’t, because BT owns the monopoly. #pathetic

@EE Question.....Why would you waste money putting a small town in the middle of nowhere onto 5g only to stuff everyone up using your 4g service surrounded that town? It's bloody ridiculous and stuffed a lot of people up that relied on your 4g service for internet.🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

@EE No, because you have taken so long to answer that your engineers have now rectified whatever the problem was in my postcode. This doesn't negate the fact that I was without the service I pay for for several days. How will my refund be applied to this month's bill? I am contract.
