    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

    @EE They already have several times and the problem keeps recurring, surely we're not getting what we pay for and therefore should be able to get out of the contract, with a refund

    @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!

    @EE nothing but bad service trying to get better price on broadband. Spent over 40 mins on phone and then wasted 1 hour 40 mins on online chat .. Trustpilot response lousy .. #poorservive #broadband

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    Best of luck switching to @EE with their bait and switch £50 deposit mentioned literally nowhere until you get your first bill and which they will hold “until you establish good payment history” which means indefinitely. FOH. Cancel it quickly please.
