@EE I had no signal outside from around midday until 13. 45 Ive got a 200gb plan, but it's not much use if there is no signal Why bother with a plan if I can only connect on WiFi? Never had any issues with BT sim

@CumbrianWolf @EE Finally got it sorted after nearly an hour trying to get through and over 1/2 an hour on the phone to tech team. I would suggest people to call up as it seems it is an issue with accounts.

@EE He wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. I appreciate companies set prices, but £40 more when being told it’s a special offer is extortionate to ripe of a loyal customer. I can’t believe a company like @EE treat customers like this and then he has cancelled

@EE I bought a refurbished pixel 4 XL that's locked to your network and I've been trying to contact you to get it unlocked. just seems that every channel I try to contact you on doesn't let me through because I don't have an EE phone number
