    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE the problem wasn’t the account issue. It’s the poor service when EE are phoned. That’s what needs addressing and EE already know about it so what good will telling you about it again do?

    @EE 50 mins, 2 calls, speak to three people to sort out an account issue isnt great customer service. And you claim to be a communications company.

    @EE has to have the worst chat service! The advisors lie to you to get you into a contract! I then try and get this resolved and the next person I speak to hasn't got a clue what's going on! Say goodbye to a 15 year customer!

    @EE what kinda scam are you running? Turned off the 4g mast in the Clapham area rather than fix it and now there's a 5g mast outrage for the second time in 2 weeks. Another customer lost! I've never been so grateful for a cooling off period!!!!

    @EE I have a valid PAC and your system keeps saying it’s invalid. I’ve been waiting since Friday. The EE SIM is active, and I’ve checked everything. I need a manual port done immediately. No one is answering 150 or support. Fix this ASAP.

    @BT @EE Not sure how either of you are still trading — impressive, really. You closed my complaint saying you couldn’t contact me..lie ! You dug up our garden without asking, then told us you’d laid cable. You hadn’t. Maybe it’s imaginary fibre — like your customer service.
