    @EE the problem wasn’t the account issue. It’s the poor service when EE are phoned. That’s what needs addressing and EE already know about it so what good will telling you about it again do?

    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE 50 mins, 2 calls, speak to three people to sort out an account issue isnt great customer service. And you claim to be a communications company.

    @EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

    @EE why does my data now have a cap on it and somehow my data being used very quick when never use to be ? If i used my date it would carry on and charge me but now it doesnt let me use it until i pay to get more. Its silly and not safe as i use phone for work too

    @EmmaC0601 @EE Apparently going to be the same till St least next week, make sure you contact them and get ure account credited for the time down, cause u shld never pay for something you are unable to use

    @EE I have had 9 incidents in May of loss of service, today is 10. This really isn’t acceptable and my stiff has been increased whilst I’m not receiving the service I have paid for!

    @EmmaC0601 @EE Yep they have to as they can't provide the service you pay for. So you shld get credited for the time down. And no worries, have a good day
