@EE Coild you possibly explain why there is no mobile signal on the wards in @NandNhs ? My wife, recovering from surgery, had to borrow a phone from the staff

@EE Thanks for your response Chris, sorry to be blunt but since I have moved to Cardiff around 4 years ago signal has been poor. I live about a mile from the city centre.

@EE I no longer live in England. Moved back to the US just days before the pandemic shut everything down, and extenuating circumstances forced me to stay. I haven’t used the plan in 2 years.

@StuartMilne1970 @ThreeUK @EE interesting...I have thought about changing before but it is mainly due to having to navigate their customer services which as you say is pretty bad.

@EE Why always a bad 4g signal TW12 area. Everyday the same. " Please check your Internet Connection" And Try again. Very intermittent. Thinking of Changing To another Provider as its become so bad.
