@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@JackMulhall92 @EE Considering we don’t have any service with @ThreeUK, it can’t get much worse! No signal at home, and even when we’re out and have 4G full strength I can’t stream a song! 😒🙈

@EE This company has gone really downhill since I was with them. They take the upfront cost whether you pass the credit check or not. Customer service were terrible #refund

Hi @EE my 4G has been down for a day. I’ve tried switching the phone on and off and downloading the latest iOS but it doesn’t work. I’ve sent a DM which hasn’t been replied to. Please help
