  @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  Hi @EE your customer service is ****. All I wanted was an upgrade to my iphone and you've wasted 5 hours of my time (3 store visits, an application via the app, and a long chat this morning). You can't process my order because of an IT fault that you don't know how to fix.
