@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE Many times, had 5 technicians in and around my house during the lockdowns and still not great, had multipl excuses/reasons yet a year or so ago I had no issues

@EE P.S. your text Re concerning bears no relation to my complaint. What would have been concerning is if I had clicked the link, allowed it access to my phone, and then all my data and further fraud could/would have been infected through my computer device.. Please adv whn REMOVED🙏

Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 24 month contract is £29 per month = £696 with 10GB PAYG for 24 months is £510 (£186 cheaper) £150 for phone PAYG £15 PAYG * 24 months = £360 30GB (3x Pay Monthly) No incentive to be loyal customer? @EE
