    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    @EE internet struggling at half 10 at night with just my Xbox connected to it is a ******* joke. I'm paying for an apartment WiFi "optimiser". Reported this so many times but just get sent to a bullshit AI chat that doesn't help

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.
