@EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

  • pifflevalve
Jon (@pifflevalve) reported from Uplyme, England

@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

For all the British “knowledge” prowess, they can’t get their websites right - BA, EE, BT - all garbage! Complicated nonsense that just doesn’t get the basics right. Trying to get hold of customer service is a whole different ballgame. Yeesh! @British_Airways @EE

  • DerekAllan61
    Derek (@DerekAllan61) reported

    Obviously I @EE don't give a flying **** about customer service

  • Ollie_Stokes27
    Ollie Stokes (@Ollie_Stokes27) reported

I’m shocked by how a complaint has been handled @EE Following several recorded calls, I agreed to close my account based on assurances regarding my exit fees. Despite this, I’ve been charged over £600. I feel I’ve been misled, requesting an urgent review into this matter. #EE

@EE Contract is up, 27 year customer, prices are ridiculous now (up to 4x competitors). How do I go about leaving?

  • The_Dr_Mike
    @thedrmike.bsky.social (@The_Dr_Mike) reported

hey @ee why is your website so ****? no I don't want to "use the app" sitting with laptop - bigger screen, can have tabs with other providers open - compare prices etc for a phone, & broadband provider your website is amateur at best - pages don't load or redirect on clicking

@EE what's going on woth my mobile phone signal? Itd been really rubbish for days now.

  • wilsonpeter48
    peter wilson (@wilsonpeter48) reported

@EE Why doesn't your signal work in the outskirts of hull, the signal doesn't penitrate my bungalow and or shops, I wasted money once and whatever your reviews says I know where I live it's not true. Mobile phone SIM companys should be liable for at least a guaranteed 4g+

  • vpharm
    Kev (@vpharm) reported

@EE ee are aiding criminals. They allowed someone to claim to live at my address! They have NEVER lived in my community let alone my HOME! EE are doing this on purpose & EE should be fined!

  • BigAl70
    Batchie (@BigAl70) reported

@DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

@EE I'm not gonna give names or details cause i know they have a job to do, however your door to door sales people need in the spiel to say i'm not interested, as someone who doesnt mind a chat to these people, i feel bad for just closing the door on them.
