I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE You really don’t have any concept at all of my frustrations and today I find out you’ve taken payment from my bank for services I haven’t as yet received - up to the 22nd July everything was great I was with BT since this date everything has been awful - the service, the poor attempt a placating myself and worse of all your promises, constant apologies and procedures - a pile of 💩 that’s how I would describe everything I’ve experienced so far

Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.
