@EE I have just received a letter to say I owe upwards of £480 for a contract this year but I cancelled my last phone contract at the end of the terms in October of 2019. Please can you help. There is no way I couldn’t possibly owe this.

Really really poor from @EE our internet goes down and the earliest they can do is the 29th, we're not paying for it and it's up for renewal next month, so they can get stuffed if it's going to be renewed 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@virginmedia You now take the top spot for worst service from @EE. 89,000 reports of issues in a day on DD, yet their website says no issue. No one to speak to. Get ***** and tell your customers the truth 'apologies, we're giving you 10% of what we promised. We will resolve.'

@EE I ordered an add on to my account, I’ve had to chase it up 3 times by phone and now on live chat ... shocking service . It was supposed to be a present no one knows what’s going on with the order !!!! Customer service terrible!
