@MufcGibz @EE @Reece7795 E waste is a massive problem currently, it is another money grab, but atleast there is a good enough reason for it at least in my opinion. Since most people already have the required cables / usb bricks it won't really cause any issues for consumers, unless switching platforms

@EE I really couldn't bare to jump through hoops to any customer service. On the contrary, it should be EE contacting me to apologise. EE have the technology to know exactly when hubs are not responding. If EE didn't know then the hub wouldn't come back online. Just deliver.

@anshulkatta @EE Seems there's a lot of issues at the mo. Do you have phone with EE too? If you do, give them a ring on 150 and they should be able to give you boost so you can hotspot without using your normal data allowance. Which is nice!

@EE when I open a complaint about my contract isn’t it policy to ask if I’m happy with the resolution before closing it ?? I’m still not satisfied with BT/EE and so it should be open and escalated

Dishonest marketing from @EE Apparently I can upgrade my phone early for free - as long as I pay £143. Might have to move to another network then
