@MarcAllera @EE That's really good news @MarcAllera but can you tell me why your 'refund system' is broken? It's now 6 weeks since Plusnet suppose to refund what's owed to me. Raised complaints and spoken to 3 'advisors' with no sign of resolution. Have a nice day.

So @EE my husbands phone has no signal he can’t even phone YOU - all cos of a mistake you’re people made on a sim only contract. Should he just go to a decent network - like @ThreeUK

@EE @Ofcom I have been offered a upgrade by EE staff member who then never rang me back to complete the upgrade. I have been an EE customer for many years and feel now that i should change to a new provider. Logged complaint but poorly handled as still no contact. Ref: ID18950203

@EE Hi, it is still very intermittent. Even though I have a 5g phone we don't have 5g yet at home so it jumps back to 4g which is what the issue is, I've no signal with 4g at all I'm getting ! next to the signal icon. It's happening to other peoples too?
