@O2 I've been on Live Help trying to talk about upgrading to the S23 Ultra and 45 minutes in we are finally getting through security!!! Why the delays?? Maybe it's time to go to @ee or @VodafoneUK

  • cpswords Christopher (@cpswords) reported

@the_lane_train_ @EE It sucks, but CPI was 10.5%. It was CPIH (Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers' housing costs) that was 9.2%. It's stupid how a further 3.9% is being added this year because BT reported an increase in net profits in Sep 22 over 21. They say this is to cover costs.

  • Charliepasquali CM (@Charliepasquali) reported

@sheomac @EE Is it?! **** sake, I just got a new contract too!

  • xNicoleKingx nicole (@xNicoleKingx) reported

@EE absolutely disgusting raising my monthly plan by £10.22 because of inflation. You just lost a 25 Year customer!!!

  • gogolitzen @gogolitzen (@gogolitzen) reported

@EE So, after finally managing to speak to someone, there is a known fault in the South Manchester but @EE have chosen not to inform customers. Truly poor service.

  • Cherisehosangw Cherise Williams (@Cherisehosangw) reported

@O2 wtf is going on with your customer service? A mistake on YOUR side and I’ve been disconnected twice and I can’t get through to anyone? My accounts in credit everything. This is a joke. @EE I hope you guys are better as I’m moving over.

  • gogolitzen @gogolitzen (@gogolitzen) reported

@DemonTomatoDave @EE Apparently, they are estimating a fix by 14:30. Let see if that actually happens!

  • dangrigg85 Dan Grigg (@dangrigg85) reported

@EE I know it’s in the contract but inflation is at a false high due to many factors. Your increases are 3.9% + CPI. Will you drop the prices once inflation returns to normal levels? There’s no honest justification. Doubt you’ll find a single customer who would be happy with this!
