@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

Weeklong hassle with mobile phone porting, PACing which went badly wrong. I have to say that the EE Twitter team were fantastic .@EE I can’t thank them enough . Getting good customer service these days is like finding an oasis in the desert. .@DVLAgovuk is the opposite.

@EE Given this outrageous increase (never this high in the past my last increase on a previous contract was about £1 on a similar price contract) i will be leaving EE at the end of my contract. I don’t support a company that doesn’t support me.

@EE Hello lazy weekend here off course I would like a iPhone 13 pro I currently have an X and a very cheap tariff so would not purposely move to the 13 and pay that amount like I said no doubt EE has the best network and you pay a little extra for that. Enjoy your weekend.

@EE People would be happier if you cancelled the 10% increase in their bills… profit before customers never a good thing.. just think that 10 increase will decrease your customers by 10% when their contract ends..
