@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

Honestly @EE I can’t wait to ditch all your services after the mobile network fiasco I now have no broadband went online to check the status and your service status system is down aswell

@EE hi i am trying to see connected devices on broadband and now it is requiring admin password. It never did before as I’m already on the wifi connected. Also in start when I entered 192.168.1.254 I got a message that to proceed it can be security risk. Pls fix from ur end asap.

@EE what is with the broadband outage? I’m at my partners flat, I can’t do anything as his internet has been playing up the last 2 days and I’m just sat here. Internet isn’t working at all so no TV either… What is going on?

@EE Oh! And whatever ee/bt say all you need for gaming is at least 2mb down. You would probably be better with that than 1gig bband. So don't believe all the **** fastest is better. It's not.

On paper @EE have great customer service but the promises and delivery side have really let me down. No internet for 3 days, then promised a new modem by today. Wasted a day's leave and Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package that should be with me today 👍

If @EE help bots are anything to go by, the takeover by AI overlords is not imminent….. so useless I gave up. Impossible to get round the phone system either. Just mulling if I have the energy to keep trying - my question could be answered so easily
