@orange @EE Hi, I ordered through the Orange France site so looking to get it cancelled. I tried calling the English landline but got told to go to the store. Just got to the store only for them to say that I have to call online. Would really appreciate the help, thank you.

@EE Haven’t had any phone signal, 4G data or 3G data working since moving to my Zone 2 London Flat in April. Relying solely on WiFi-calling. Been in touch with #EE several times. Ridiculous that you ensure 4G on a remote mountain but not in Central London.
