    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

    @EE what’s going on in Bury St Edmunds with your network- your mast behind FarmFoods at IP32 7be has no transmission equipment on it for some reason creating a not spot in a busy town. Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!

    Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

    Hay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

    @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

    Ever since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.

    .@EE can you please sort out your service and signal issues in Derby can barely make calls and send texts having to connect to my home WiFi as the signal keeps dropping been like this the last 2 days 😑
