@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE Hi Ashleigh, this represents an above inflation increase in my monthly bill - something the network was not upfront about. As inflation is is forecast to fall over the coming months, will this be reflected in my bill?

@EE why must I still pay a contract when I still cannot make or receive calls in my home or my area? Your solution is that I rely on my broadband Wi-Fi calling to which I pay another contract! And tech can't reach me because our calls disconnect!!

@EE Chris....it wasn't just me, it was national looking at all the posts on twitter..Be nice to be informed of issues (Our customers rely on us for connectivity) instead of been fobbed off with a scripted reply 24hrs later

@DogMooster @EE It's so they can increase their profit margin!! I reported a fault I got a message back to say use WiFi calling!!! Cheek of it I should bill EE for my WiFi!! If your putting your prices up then make sure you actually provide a service

@EE @ChessPM Its a generic response regarding the price increase , I reported a fault and they asked me to use WiFi lol yes I'd love to pay an extra 15% and not be able to use my service! Wow what a great service

Wow, @EE . Increasing prices not only by 14% but actually choosing to add 5% to the CPI rate. Disgusting. Time to go shopping for another network. EE's Signal has got Rubbish over Wolverhampton anyway. #MoneyGrabbing
