@EE I spoke to a customer service rep this morning who advised it has a 7 day turnaround for the specific iPhone 13 pro I’ve ordered. It would of been helpful if this has been comminuted when placing my order online.

I want to thanks my wife for coming and rescuing me this morning whilst dragging my 3 children out of bed as @EE took a double payment from me (£395) leaving me stranded with no money stuck at a petrol station as I couldn’t pay! Also thanks for the terrible customer service!

@EE Trying to get hold of EE like mad, been on hold for over an hour. Someones ordering phones on my account, they seem to having absolutely no trouble getting through to you though… I’ll never watch a Kevin Bacon film again, The Invisible man was **** anyway
