@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE would be the one to avoid!! @Ofcom these companies RIPoff people in broad daylight. The contract is designed for both service and cost of the phone yet once out they carry on charging the same. @EE going downhill. I can't stress more as even in pandemic I paid the full bill.

@EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.

So my @EE signal just went and I can’t make or receive call like wtf!!! Don’t expect any money for any bill when you’ve been doing nonsense since this year has started. It might be time to leave these guys and take my £5k number with me.
