@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE mobile Internet has been non existent since this morning, are you going to acknowledge this or just apologise that people are having issues? Only ask as stuck in hospital with patchy WiFi right now, kinda need it to keep sane, 5g been working fine all week till today.

@EE is there an issue with the network? I'm having to use WiFi calling as I have no signal. Not had issues before yesterday/today, so it's not the fone, area, etc

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.
