@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE no one is any help I call regarding my insurance even today all I hear it’s pending 9 weeks for a simple damage claim what the hell is going on I’m disgraced at this system that you a lot have.

@iD_Mobile_UK A 13.4% rise in my bill?? What the actual **** are you trying to do to your customers?? @EE is charging my fiancé an extra 4.5%. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but sadly you probably don’t feel a thing. Loyalty means nothing eh?

@EE Unfortunately Nick that doesn’t help. I’m trying to determine what proportion of my plan is subject to your inflation charges as the cost of the device shouldn’t change. O2 are able to do this, surely EE should too? Being clear to customers etc

Hi @O2 outstanding customer service today. First you increase my bill (didn’t mention that during the fancy new upgrade) then I’m on hold for 35 mins? I ask your staff about a data issue then they hand up? I should have went with advise & gone with @EE
