    @adebradley @EE Iโ€™ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for ยฃ8 a month

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time thereโ€™s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst

    @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?

    @EE Nah, Iโ€™m fed up talking to your teams. Iโ€™ve spent something like 6-8 hours either in store or using your online support to get a device returned while you steal my money. I should start charging you.

    @omotforest I've just signed up, when @ee sold their broadband to the ***** at @BT I felt I should just continue the service but then despite being a customer for 8 years they did a hard credit check which ****** my credit score for a year. So cheerio ********.

    @EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable
