@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE My dad went into EE he was having trouble with his phone. The sales person said that the sim card was the issue & should be replaced He was told to sign a contract for what he thought was just for the replacement sim. Turns out it was a contract for 2yrs with less data

@EE any chance of your signal not being absolutely horse ****? Numerous phone calls over the last 2 months where the signal drops out and cuts off. Contract renewal in December. Anyone have any suggestions for a decent network provider that doesn’t do the above?!

@EE 2/2 and when I say I don't want to renew after all I get told there's a £200 exit fee. Landline was deactivated, telecare service didn't work. Landline back up but lost my original number. Awful service. Ben a customer since t mobile days
