    Has anyone else had issues with @EE? My contract ended in July however they’ve still been charging me for the phone. So I’ve been over charged over £300 over the last 7 month but apparently that’s my problem! Their customer service is a ******* joke.

    Are just closed after ending the complaint calls even when it was being elevated to level 2 @ee has by and far the worst customer service of any company in the uk

    Kyle (@EE, Cheltenham) re-iterated they deal with all issues properly and we're welcome to go back to the store for further (incorrect, presumably), 'advice' should it be required.

    @BSpice @BritishGas Customer services today are dire ….I was on Twitter messenger last night to @EE , conversation started at 17.01 and by 19.01 hadn’t got passed the security stage ! One question I asked took 45 minutes to answer. Phoned earlier said it’s 10 minutes wait, 30 mins later nothing

    @EE Still waiting over 20 mins to get through to someone. WTF? Don't even try to give me the COVID excuse. If your staff are WFH they should still be working, COVID or not!

    I'm amused but it's actually easier to move away from my current mobile phone provider (@EE ) than unpick the complicated sim sharer contract that they sold me a few years ago. Their support staff are helpful but unable to help. Thankfully the transfer code system is automatic

    He also refused to provide the name of the @EE regional manager he received the information from because 'they're not customer facing so we can't give any names'.
