    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

    @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF £19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

    I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
