@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE Today's call to cc was advised as I had got one security question wrong to down load app and do it through there nope nothing there. I am a vunerable person bought a new ipad as mine had died during process of taking old sim out to new I lost it eyes not good. Help

@EE is the 5G tower down? because i just got my iphone 11 pro max that i upgraded to today and all of a sudden half an hour ago i have no mobile data?
