    @EE Why are my purchases and subscriptions being all of a sudden being declined when the payment method has been my mobile number since I got the iPhone last year. Complete Joke, one problem after another with @EE #avoidEE

    @AsianGuyStream @EE I think add ons are really bad in the UK so I’d say go for a sim only contract as you get the most for what you pay for. O2 my contract is unlimited minutes calls and 3GB internet for £10 (pay £8.80 since there’s another O2 phone in my house

    @EE my broadband wasn’t working for six days recently, an engineer came out on Tuesday to sort it, but why am I still having to pay for the time that it was down?

    @EE I tried @EE for a month. Yes my phone was showing signal but painfully slow. My guess is they have over sold the bandwidth. Too many users trying to use too little bandwidth. Switch back to @ThreeUK fast speeds once more.

    @EE I just renewed my contract 2 days ago after 20 years loyalty and found a better deal. I have a legal right to cancel and 4 calls later no one will do it
