@AmeliaGibson @EE Talk to @DarcyDrollinger they helped me when support services wouldn’t help me🥺..

  • gaz5282 gary griffiths (@gaz5282) reported

When you complain about an @EE store to customer service and book an appointment to sort the problem out, then the store manager phones saying don't bother to come in, it will be a wasted journey as hes not going to do anything for me #CustomerService

  • Baldgeezer_bar Matty Young (@Baldgeezer_bar) reported

@EE closed my complaint without solving the problem... why is this company voted no1 for customer service?

  • ShiftyGB Alex Scott (@ShiftyGB) reported

@EE @Tim17583334 2/2 - I work in Peterborough (Hampton) PE7 8HP and barely get 2 bars at best, I will not renew to 24 month fixed contracts by moving to 5G, I am with a rolling business contract on 4G with Roaming, so why is 4G NOT improving in the area above, a 5G mast is 80M from me, poor 4G.

  • OriginalDaimo Daimo Moore (@OriginalDaimo) reported

@EE Does a 10.5% inflation increase not cover that? Utter tripe. Losing a 20 year customer as of April. Total rip off

  • spontaneous_ant Tony (@spontaneous_ant) reported

@EE @Tim17583334 Total “bull crap” to say the least! It’s pure EE greed and there is no justification for an increase of 15% whatsoever. A contract should stay at the cost agreed during the contract 24 month period.

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

After the last 9 months you would have thought that either @SamsungUK or @EE would have reached out to facilitate an ammicable solution. Treated worse than dirt for something that isn't my fault. I am clearly cursed.

  • TofuDood Oliver Pelling-Matthews (@TofuDood) reported

@EE why can't I cancel a contract via your website? I didn't speak to someone to sign up, so why should I have to speak to someone to cancel...

  • tsaar_mbedzi Godfrey Mbedzi 👆 (@tsaar_mbedzi) reported

@EE l was referred to use your services by a friend. She said a lot of positives about EE, but to my surprise, it's been a disappointment. A week of poor business deals
