Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Can you please sort out your network infrastructure in the Gower. I get that it’s far from the most populated part of the uk, but it gets busy during the summertime, I have 2 or 3 bars of 5G but connections speeds are never better than 1 or 2 mbps down so it’s unusable!

@EE Already checked the network and no issues. How can I cancel I’m not putting up with this anymore. You clearly don’t care. Just fob me off. I’ve already reported but it doesn’t solve anything does it. Please advise cancellation info.

@EE your customer service is awful. Our broadband is down and you say you cant fix it til the 28th of August. When i ask what the problem is noone seems to know and blames openreach

@EE Have tracked receipt saying returned kit signed for on16th June but still threatening to bill me £115 You are behaving like a scam outfit. 1st insurance added I didn't want I had to cancel- now this. #DoBetter #NextCallIsToOfcom

@EE I’ve had this number for 20 odd years, I’ve been getting these calls for 2 weeks, how about you just block them. My god why did @bt_uk merge with you lot, their customer service was excellent
