    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE I don’t know, speeds don’t seem to be as good as promised. I understand they fluctuate at times but was wondering if an up-to-date, newer router would sort the problem or if it problems your having in general x

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @dalli_72 @EE I get 5G but it’s poor. Get 5G then back to 4G then back again. That’s why i think that phone signal in UK is behind US,Canada Europe and Asia

    Hi, when I send VM on to 150 I keep getting this error reply - "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." When I sent Off, it turns off ok. Just won't turn on. Help? Thanks. @EE

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

    @tina0402x @EE And actually contrast that with @Three - totally different experience. Not to mention the fact that Three keep ringing me to upsell me stuff - I keep telling them that they have my number because I’m a customer, it’s not their right to abuse it and cold-call me for sales!
