    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Absolute joke, I had the message early but was in a loop on the website of logging in. Went through three customer service advisors and the still couldn't help me. Happy that I didn't upgrade and will be leaving as soon as I can

    @EE What a total let down, I’ve checked your wedding everyday, called 3 times and registered my interest twice? You haven’t even notified customers you made the effort to register and check regularly? I’m absolutely fuming

    @EE If you ever call me to sell me anything like a tablet or another phone , you can **** yourselves . This is a disgrace , i know people who have only been with ee on a sim only for 6 months who got one of these ps5's , but i'm a customer of 10 years with 4 lines . **** off

    @EE EE you are a disgrace. Loyal customers get nothing but you reward the new customers. Basically bribe customers to upgrade to get the PS5. Shocking service.

    @EE hi there I’ve got two problems 1) I have been double charged for one of my monthly phone bills (charged the same amount twice in one month, can sceeenshot for proof) 2) - will need more character for this one Please help! Thanks

    @LEEINNES @EE You should of phoned up I know someone who had the same message they sorted it out over the phone ! I’ve been with EE for years when they was t mobile ! I never once had this message when I order mines today !
