@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@mouthwaite @EE Tesco mobile service coverage has terrible reputation, you can't get signal on a tesco mobile in my mums village in Warwickshire what so ever or Vodafone Yet you can get EE 4G and Virgin at a push

@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

@mouthwaite @EE I totally agree I was with them for 19 yrs + when they were ‘orange’. They were S***t every week I got fault messages, my reception in my house was crap and I complained constantly about their customer service. I’ve finally left now. I got a good deal for my daughter tho. 😰😰

@RonGRAH20712792 @mouthwaite @EE Iv never had bad service from them,hubby lost his job couple years ago(before covid kicked off) I missed 4 months of payments,they never cut me off,they helped me,we got back on track an are still with them,I could never ever fault ee from my point of view

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.
