  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  @EE @BeanoOfficial Ironic, walked out of the EE shop on Worthing High St. last week after staff were rude and dismissive of my 10 year old grandson, while he was in there with my wife. Very disappointed as a BT employee of many years. Sadly my pension unlikely to be safe in the hands of this bunch!

  @EE I got a call a couple weeks ago saying if I change to 5G you’d make my contract cheaper but instead you’ve charged me for an additional number. I’ve been waiting on the phone to customer support for ages. Why have you always gotta mess with my ****.
