    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE I don’t know, speeds don’t seem to be as good as promised. I understand they fluctuate at times but was wondering if an up-to-date, newer router would sort the problem or if it problems your having in general x

    @EE How is the fact the only way to fix the issue was to upgrade (where a member of staff on the phone was trying to tell us these speeds are fine and gave us two dates for us getting it) and us having to live with these speeds till then, fine or even fixed?

    @EE @richard__ellis Hi. I’m getting stuck on the line, 30+ mins to spk to technical line. I had this issue last two new watches. The resolution IIRC is replacing the IMEI associated with the eSIM for the new  Watch cellular being t/f to. This was done by the tech guys on your system.

    @EE @Plusnet Of course @EE signal checker suggests that all is well and I should get excellent service even in a building. They couldn't be more wrong. Hell, it's patchy at best even outside.

    @EE my house wifi is REALLY poor and my signal on my iPhone is REALLY poor both through yourselves, any chance of someone sorting it out?

    Anyone getting a phone from @EE don't bother taking insurance absolute piss take pay monthly insurance and my options are do a 6 hours round trip to get it fixed or pay £100 and they'll send me a 2nd hand one ,joke of a company with worse customer service ever,muppets
