@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Be great if signal was this good. Only time you get a decent signal in my house is stood near a window. I'd like to sit on my sofa, lounge on the bed and get a signal. Without having to move either of the above over near said windows.

@EE not very happy I've been told I'm running out of data checked the app and says I've used nearly all of my "60 gb" I'm confused because my plan says 120 gb allowance I've never noticed up until this point that I have only been getting half of what I'm paying for please advise?

I moved from @EE for a variety of reasons but it seems one of them - communicating with a company that advertises how communicative it is - was not a valid one. How am I supposed to contact you online when your mobile WiFi is the issue? @O2
