@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE after explaining for the 5th time to your brain dead colleague, I give up and put the phone down, how can’t they I stand that you got a problem with a intermittent down load speed from 1.12 to 10mbs in the afternoons

@EE You took 2 days to respond. An hour wasted online, an hour wasted in a phone queue, and two days for a response here. All because you closed the plan I was on and would automatically force me onto one I didn’t need if I didn’t contact you. Poor treatment for a 10+ year customer.
