@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I need you to DM me asap please. You’ve cut off my payg line as was switching to contract but I’ve not had new sim. This is causing massive problems. I will not be taking out contract now but need my number (which I’ve paid for ) reinstating til I can sort a reliable company.

The @EE signal in the Canary Wharf shopping centre has suddenly dropped in the last couple of weeks to between dreadful and nonexistent. Plays havoc with app-based loyalty schemes, with curiously different approaches taken.

@EE have great customer service 👏🏻 thanks to the person I spoke to on the phone, who apologised for keeping me on hold while they sorted something, and was all round kind and understanding 👏🏻

@EE It's for a mobile payment. I've been with you for years with no issues and this time around it's randomly not been taken. Could you look in to it for me? I don't want it to effect my credit rating for something I've not done.
