  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

  @EE That’s no good I can text and it wants me to respond to texts that I get. I’m exasperated you have a horrendous use case for you users specifically geared to less people on the phones help customers. Disgraceful

  Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog

  If that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?

  @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request

  @EE I’d really recommend you provide the service I’m paying you for. Don’t see what calling the tech team will achieve when it’s your end that’s the issue, again.
