    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE @MarcAllera what a pure **** show from EE and the iPhone launch. New customers getting their devices and existing customers getting told to check a bullshit tracker that hasn’t updated at all since 17/09. For a communications company, your communication is ****. Pure dog ****

    25 years+ of loyalty to @EE and orange, but customer service during latest iphone13 upgrade a total shambles. No reply to complaints and promised callbacks haven’t happened. Will be voting with my feet and leaving EE asap.

    @EE is committed to providing excellent customer service - opening line when you ring EE. You’d actually have to interact with your customers to provide them with customer service.

    @EE hi! I upgraded my phone last Friday with the deal of a trade in on my old device. I was told I’d receive a pack to send my old device back in but I still haven’t received it yet and I fear that it will get to the 14 day period and I won’t be able to make my claim. Please help
