  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @EE I don’t know, speeds don’t seem to be as good as promised. I understand they fluctuate at times but was wondering if an up-to-date, newer router would sort the problem or if it problems your having in general x

  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

  @EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

  @EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

  Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

  @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.
