Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@Capt_tuBBymAN @EE Video feeds probably your usual live piped in over the internet, no issue there but I'd be fascinated how they got the RT out to the aircraft as surely anything over the net is potentially hackable? Not that any actual instructions were given...

@EE - Was with EE for 2 years and had a great service, made a mistake and went to Sky. Asked EE to reconnect so why did EE open a new BT contract? I don’t want oversees call centres and the bad service BT provide, I asked for EE NOT BT. What’s going on?

@EE Broadband has failed. Rang the number that my phone told me to use only to find that there's no help available today. Pretty poor service, don't you think?
