Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Why is everything with @EE such a ballache? Upgrade early, for no early upgrade fee... yet when you go to the website, it adds the charge. 'Call customer services' they say. No. Fix your website. I don't want to be on the phone with somebody trying to upsell other products.

@EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

@EE Got the order in for new phone in 1st hour of launch but your c/s dept said on Friday they can see the order but it didn’t “go through” - now it’ll be up to 28 days! Now also receiving “return your phone” texts and no reply to complaint put in Friday! What’s going on?
