    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE There's no point you won't be able to get me an xbox as they have sold out. I've been trying every 10mins since 8am this morning. I've rang customer services 3 times but no one could help me due to a glitch on the Web site but other customers got them.

    @EE hi, my WiFi has been down for over 48 hours now. An engineer was supposed to come between 8am-1pm today but no one has showed up or even called me to let me know they’ll be late.

    You see when peoples cars break down in secluded places and they have to knock on one random door.. Google maps really trieddddd it. And @EE reallllllly had me out there with NO reception 💀

    @EE Well send it explaining that then, then ask to apply. I understand updates need to happen, but the way your currently doing it is invasive and customer hostile.

    @EE I have an Xbox Series X coming tomorrow from you. I’ve just noticed DPD who are delivering it says they will need photo ID, problem is I don’t have any. My brother is here and has a passport will that be good enough to accept the delivery?
