Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

80 year old neighbour needed help with a Doro mobile phone the girl in the @EE fobbed her off and chased her out of the store. I have spent an hour trying to add her contacts and showing her how to send messages. We need a handbook

@EE i appreciate the message Megan (& nothing aimed at you) but i think its disgusting that after agreeing a price on my contract, EE are whacking up the cost by 15% & im just expected to pay it. As a 15yr+ customer this is appalling. How is this supporting customers w cost of living
