    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Thanks Holly, I thought I did once but not sure. Last time the lovely guy I spoke to said it wasn’t possible and that EE know it’s a problem but haven’t fixed it. You have to ring to top up 4G mini WiFi. Useless if you are in an area without phone signal (as I used to be)

    @EE what is going on with your service in NE63? 3 days in a row I’m having problems with no internet. Each time I’ve reported it your “engineers have fixed a problem” then next day it’s off again!

    @EE if you had ever tried to use your 'support' system in order to report a fault or even god forbid use the idiotic guide to my internet is down. You might think that #EE intentionally mislaid the words/links/forms to do such a thing? So, I'll tell you our connection is down.
