Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Are you having issues in the LE10 area? Not the only person to say this, so it’s not my phone having issues. My phone try’s to use 4G but won’t work, so it switches to 3G and works okay. But 3G isn’t what I pay for so…

@EE 2. the upgrade will then be cancelled and I have to apply again and have it delivered to my home address. Do I have to wait till you receive it back? I’m thinking about changing network

@EE I’ve changed my provider and have one of your routers. I was told on phone that you couldn’t send a Jiffy bag out for equipment as I didn’t cancel by phone and to take it to my local recycling centre. I don’t have a car and am not allowed to visit on foot. 1/2

@EE any chance you might stop making 'essential improvements' in the Poole area soon? According to the messages you send you've spent 31(!)days since May doing this. Wiping out my signal. You must have improved things by now surely?

@J9ybb @MartinSLewis In theory this is true. In practice the local @EE mast lasts about half an hour in a power cut on whatever backup its running then goes off. Being a rural area there isn't another EE mast within range, so there goes phone service.

@EE 1. hello, I’ve upgraded online but the EE shop won’t let me pick it up as I don’t have a driving licence and my passport is out of date. I used my work ID last time. Can you cancel the upgrade? I’ve been told I have to wait 2 weeks till the phone is returned to yourselves…

@EE Hi guys. Having some problems with my new SIM from you. Your site and app doesn't recognise the number (so i cant add it to my account) and my phone is saying it's "Not Provisioned" - can't make any calls / text / or data. It's my primary work device and stuck on hold atm
