@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I am getting No service all the time since this. The only time I get service which was for a few minutes is when the battery dies and I charge back up or when I reset the Network Settings. Why has this happened?

So I’ve taken the plunge and ditched @ThreeUK who now admit coverage at my home is bad (only been a customer for six years!) and moved to @EE Fingers crossed - lets hope it’s not frying pan to fire!

@EE - Your customer service is appalling. I have issues with reception, so phone 150 for help. Asked for a supervisor in the process, she then proceeded to tell me I refused to complete the diagnostics.

@EE - an old customer trying to pay a old bill & its impossible to talk to anyone!! Obviously you dont recognise my phone number as its from a different provider & doesnt let me continue the call, how am i meant to call now when the other contact numbers from the site dont work

@EE can someone dm me pls, on going issue lasting 6months is causing me real distress now. I contacted @AppleSupport as suggested but they advised to talk to network provider. Either of you pls help!!!
