Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Absolutely awful 4G coverage SY23 4QQ area today for working fromhome using 4G... and phone signal.... let alone pushing forward with 5G.... ought to get improved 4G coverage sorted first for the whole of the country

@EE you have a very unhappy customer - my brother phoned to check everything okay for his trip to Corfu and ensured that the phone would work calls and roaming - he has just arrived and nothing! - he uses this for a business he has just set up, so is currently fuming!

@WeAreOpenreach & @EE are the worst team in the history of team-ups. Multiple engineers can't figure out why my Internet consistently dies. That's literally your only job. Imagine McDonald's being like "Yeah we're really not sure how to make a burger sorry."
