    @EE I don’t know, speeds don’t seem to be as good as promised. I understand they fluctuate at times but was wondering if an up-to-date, newer router would sort the problem or if it problems your having in general x

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE Hi no it says I have to phone up I was on the phone for 30 mins yesterday and it never got sorted

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!

    12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!

    @VodafoneThreeUK in Cotswolds. 2 bars of 4G+ but can’t actually connect to anything. Meanwhile @EE almost works. What is plan to fix pls?

    @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

    @EE Been on messaging service since 13:58 today - told I’d beconnected with manager at 14:55 (after several requests for matter to be escalated). 15:20: still waiting to be connected. 15:25: Billing desk manager introduced himself - have not heard from him since. Total time wasting

    @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔

    @O2 @ee Does O2 have problems in GL51? My iPhone 13 shows 5G and 4 bars but NOTHING works (e.g. X, WhatsApp). My wife’s EE iPhone 13 works perfectly there … comments/advice please.

    @EE Hi,im moving house and want to take out a package with EE through Uswitch. When does the credit report get run? I dont want it to cause any issue with my mortgage but I need broadband booking in asap. Can I pre book at appointment and the credit search be done when I move in
