    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @HayzStreams @EE I always found where ever i have good ee signal my wife has terrible three signal and vice versa…. The discount is only thing keeping me on EE

    @EE and your customer services are awful! She was told that no one would’ve explained this to her over the phone it was in your t&c’s! For a communication company your communication is awful #awfulcustomerservices

    @ee why am I paying for a 5G service but only receiving 4G and only ever been in 4G since this contract was taken out. I’m very confused. 🤔
