    @EE I don’t know, speeds don’t seem to be as good as promised. I understand they fluctuate at times but was wondering if an up-to-date, newer router would sort the problem or if it problems your having in general x

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE please can someone help. Uograded phone nov 22. Traded in old phone. Customer service agent upgraded wrong line. Called Monday told they could resolve issue 8am Tuesday. Refund authorised as charged £177 👀. Another call and account still not sorted pt1

    @EE pt2 line been cut off to pay as you go to “solve” on hold for 3 hours no joy on the phone. On chat for 1.5 hours for them to tell me to call. No phone to currently use and no resolution 4 days after phone is my work and personal and I can’t make calls offered £30 goodwill

    @DrMattStroh @EE We had wonderful service from EE. They provided the only method of receiving workable broadband via a 4G router until an idiot burnt down a local mast at the start of Covid lockdowns. Ironically it was Vodafone who bailed us out and gave us 2 mths free unlimited SIM till sorted.

    @EE hi - I’ve just upgraded my phone and part of this decision was based on delivery time/availability. So imagine my surprise when ‘dispatched within 1 working day’ and EE couldn’t actually give me any ideas when this might be? Just been waiting a week now…help?
