They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Can’t get on social media, Netflix etc. been told cancel cost is £462 but will only cost £300 to let it run. Absolutely disgusting treatment

JL💙 (@James_R_Lindsay) reported@EE No. But it dropped shortly after an hour. My call was never life threatening, but if your network is cutting off calls to 111 you may be complicit in someone's recovery. You need to look into this. It's now in the public domain.

I have spoken to the bank & given them details. they confirmed they do not use mobile no the network used is yours EE
