Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@chamath_Lahiru_ @EE I think we are all locked out. It is not a hack but a problem that @EE are having. They claim "EE broadband, mobile and data services are not affected." That is not our experience.

@EE You also said I’d get my iPhone 13 pro max on launch day and still nothing, you have also given lots of people £50, you keep telling me to rtn my old phone or pay £600+. Can’t i@shine how bad the other networks must be!
