@EE we seem to be just out of reach of the 5G mast in our village. All phones now have poor signal/data connection and calls dropping at home. Not having any luck with online tech team. Help?

@EE Just want to make a phone call without having an issue. You’d think that wouldn’t be too hard in 2022

@EE If they couldn't be used together, firstly the system shouldn't have accepted them. Secondly, the purchase shouldn't have been able to progress to credit check phase. Checking credit in the unattainable is just illogical and poor practice. I'll let trading standards etc decide.

@EE my contract is coming to the end and unless something amazing happens I’m going to be closing my account and going elsewhere. I’m sick to death of my 4G/5G dropping off and not working. It’s a joke. Sort it or I’m off!

@EE @BBCWatchdog You ask a housebound lady with dementia to go to a shop to cancel her contract - not possible, and the situation is explained by her power of attorney who stops monthly payments. Your disgusting response is to threaten legal action for not paying. Inhumane.

@EE I called technical support to help get esim on new phone. You said you would activate your end and now it has disconnected my old physical sim in my old phone and not activated in my new phone. Now I have to call 111 and have no phone.

@EE Hey EE, I bought an EE 30 day SIM earlier this year. It ran its course. Last Saturday I reactivated it with a £10 payment by credit card. Problem - it's given me calls but not data. How can this be fixed?
