@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

Can you believe 13 years as a customer of @EE / Orange and in order to upgrade I have to pay £33 more a month for the same tariff! I’m already paying £42 which I think is too much! See you later EE. 👋🏼

@EE My mobile phone signal has been dropping to 2-3 bars since yesterday. I’ve never had this issue before. After turning airplane mode on and off it goes back up for approx 2-6 minutes before dropping again. I’m in W13 and I reported a problem yesterday (report #3391827). Help??

@EE Price is ridiculous compared to Three, plus three offers unlimited data packages at far less than all other providers. It may not have full coverage but if you are in a well serviced Three area there’s no point in even looking at EE. Threes 5G service is superb! At no extra cost!
