  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  @EE awful customer experience. Lack of communication with 3rd parties, long wait times and regularly being given poor advice or information. Despite having spent hours trying to sort out my issues - they haven't been resolved one bit! Sort it out

  Amazed by the level of service from @EE The customer service I personally can't fault, however the ways of working: I have to wait for a letter to be sent to confirm my complaint has been logged. The team do not take inbound calls, but can do outbound.
