    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE hi, the app doesn't work properly after it was updated to the new version. I can't check my balance through it or see how much data I have left. It just says to try again in a few minutes, but it's been like that for weeks now. Any help, appreciated. Thanks

    @EE You haven’t heard because you didn’t respond - yes I do. Why is there no confirmation of phone call re #roaming? Instead a survey asking for opinion of service. Wrong priorities.

    @EE @BeanoOfficial @EE could you confirm where service is guaranteed. Constant issues with phone since Jan 2022. Unable to answer calls today. Told by your technical advisor service is not guaranteed at home, whilst moving or whilst stationary.

    @EE once again poor customer service, was in the shop got told they couldn’t help me to then be told to call up. On hold twice for over 40 minutes. EE we provide the best customer service really

    @EE It took 3 tweets and 3 days later I get a response. I'm thinking that @EE aren't aiming for any customer care awards this year! If anything I'm closer to switching provider than a new contract with #EE

    @EE @Ofcom I’ve always had a reduction on my bill because for two years I’ve used barely any data because I couldn’t. Walking to the shop and being in the garden with calls cutting off. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. Who can I go to above?
