    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE Hi, thanks for the reply. I just need a SIM to fit into the existing network, no new router. The NAT/Firewall in question is in the carrier network - while testing, my equipment gets an IP address within the EE network (19.*.*.*) While my public IP shows as 212.*.*.*

    @EE I think once your app transfers me to the EE shop it does not carry over the upgrade early deal and logs me in as a normal customer.
