@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@EE is there a problem with EE networks in the Pudsey area of Leeds. The GP has been trying to call me multiple times yet my mobile isn't ringing??? I have little or no signal!

Hi @EE I have been trying to cancel a contract since Friday and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, waited 30 minutes four times now and have to give up. Are there other ways I can do it? (It won't let me text STAC because its an account with multiple lines)

@EE No, as it was one of your colleagues who recommend I take out the BT package. I spoke with someone from EE yesterday who said his manager would call me today. I’m not at all happy as your colleague who recommended I change told me there’d be no change to the service by switching

@EE Part of the issue is I asked DPD to call their driver and get him to deliver, apparently DPD cannot speak to their own drivers but you guys can (I am unsure how that makes sense). I did try to call EE but you had wait times of over 30 mins so I gave up.

@EE I purchased extended roaming to use my phone when in Australia. I was assured that it would work, but mine and my partner’s phones won’t connect to any Australian network. It’s unacceptable..I can’t contact you as I can’t call off my phone & your live chat doesn’t work! Help!

@EE Hi, Just wondering why the timescale is to get signal back up and running in the ca17 area? No signal since Friday, originally it said it would be fixed by this morning but now no time indicated?
