    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we canโ€™t use. Yet

    @EE any idea whatโ€™s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all Iโ€™ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE Iโ€™ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. Itโ€™s pay as you go and came with ยฃ10 but I canโ€™t activate the pack so she canโ€™t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonightโ€™s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?
