  @EE Nope!! Doesn’t work ! Gets me through to a bot, to report a FAULT , and then it tells me that an engineer has been booked for Wednesday . No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..

  @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

  @EE Looked on app. Still has original contract. No sign of new one. I know you have cancelled it. It’s not the first time. I will just cancel it and go elsewhere. The number is not important although can be ported. I have 9 lines and 5 out of contract. Your choice

  @EE you're giving me hassle and a problematic contract revision, IT SHOULDNT be difficult. You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.

  How can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡
