@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@EE You insulted me, by implying that I was too thick to read policies. You never admit that you're wrong, and have an appalling attitude. You do NOTHING about your blatant overcharging on PAYG. or your poor signal. You sneer 'sorry you feel that way' as a a dismissal.

@EE do you have a cooling off period for your contracts? I’ve left Sky as I was having some unique issues with my phone and the only thing I hadn’t tried to change was the network provider. I’d like to try returning to yourselves but given you’re much more expensive (1/2)

Come on @EE please sort out the "My EE" app. Fingerprint is never an option, PIN access intermittent. Even after multiple reinstalls.
