@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@EE Are you having system problems with logging in at the moment? I've tried to login to my account a couple of times in different browsers and I get a "Login error - Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

Hey @O2 so my wife phone is not working in ox11, took in shop and phoned up apparently mast is down, this was after her car broke down and could not call anyone as can’t make phone calls, luckily a nice man with @EE phone stopped nice to leave a lady stranded on her own?

@EE Hi, I cancelled a sim only contract I had with yourselves as I got a phone contract set up, however I asked for the number to be a payg - however it looks like its just gone to no service and no longer accessable from today. What can I do? I have 2FA's linked to this.
