@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

@EE We all expect a small amount of increase but not nearly £5 extra, it's incredibly sad how loyal customers are treated. I've been asked to call back after being on hold for ages because your systems are down.

@EE ha I didn’t even get an email to say about price increase last year.. I understand prices go up but how can you not see that +£13.50 on a £50 per month contract is ridiculous! customers don’t know where they stand that’s the problem, bet you’d charge me to leave it early as well

@EE @MarcAllera you reading all this Allera you criminal…. Sitting up in your ivory tower why you flog your loyal customers to death with price rises…. I hope @bt_uk get rid of you mate, you are the worst!!!

Mobile bill with @EE going up just over £10 a month, in contract, based on inflation, etc. Allowing mobile companies to do this should be illegal anyway as a person can't break the contract. Short term gain to lose another customer.

@EE when inflation comes down, will our costs (extra £10 a month) also come down, back to normal, pre rise prices?

@EE Afternoon, I’ll be in one of the shops on Monday for an upgrade. I take it there is a workaround for someone with no photo ID to collect a phone either DPD delivery or in store? Existing contract last 4 years with you without issue. No passport or driving licence x
