@EE It wasn’t damaged when it left my hands when I handed it into store. The repair note even states there was no physical damage before it was sent.

@EE Hi EE, i have just landed in Orlando and i have the roaming pass but my phone is not connecting to a network. Understandably this has caused a lot if stressed for me as i really need to book a taxi etc and was just assuming it would work. Please could this be looked into asap

@EE sort it out you ask me to upgrade say no charges I down grade one off my contracts to pay as u go an still be changed 😭 #unprofecinal when I’m a loyal customer

@EE I reported an issue with my account whereby I cannot access my number nor plan either online or on the app.This has been escalated to a 'Single User Fault' and was told it would take 48hrs to sort.The 48hrs have passed, and I was wondering if I could get an update on progress

@EE I fully feel like I’m pure being ignored, not a single reply from any customer service places including here. My order should have been at least dispatched on Friday however that clearly wasn’t the case and I’ve had no emails indicating this.
