@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@EE just had an email advising my bill will be increasing £6.60 per month??? For what? Think your company is jumping on the bandwagon of money grabbing, just like energy companies are doing. Once my contract is up, you've lost a customer.

@EE I’m continuing to have network issues due to issues in my area. Your website status checker is poor. It tells me it’s sorted when it’s not. Then it updates to say 7 hours. And repeat. since Monday. Not happy with 5 days line rental refund. I have a case number. Help please.
