    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @ee still not able to get a resolution through your DM - as I said I have lodged a formal complaint for this to be investigated. What I want to know is why my loyalty discounts have stayed with me throughout. Only to now be told now they will not follow me when I upgrade #London

    @EE I have a complaint. I signed up to your sim contract (120G) for £14 and you gave me a mnth free due to me being an excellent payasyougo customer. now I see I'm getting billed for that free month and you've added £20 for nothing so my bill what should have been £14 is now £51 🤔

    @EE you keep saying our broadband issues will be fixed by 17:58, yet here we are at 19:45 and still no sign.

    @EE @Ofcom could you advise what I'm suppose to do in a scenario like this with pass the parcel of a customers issue when the fault lies at ee...get messages from every other network

    @EE how can I complain to you about text messages not coming over to the @SMARTYMobileUK network. They have tried to resolve it but are stuck. Anyone that's texts me from ee doesn't come to me. All other networks do... Smarty said contact you and ee support said contact Smarty.

    @EE I need someone at your tech team to see what's going on and why all your customers can't text me. All it's doing is forcing me to move to ee before anyone is bothered to look into it. Or do I get four people I know to call ee to put a complaint in... utter joke

    @EE @wembleystadium I’d like to experience a decent 4G signal from yourselves would be a good start! It’s bad when you have to let customers go join Vodafone and don’t want to resolve the problems with a 20 years service customer!

    @EE They have and said I need to contact ee... and ee response is I need to join ee before you be bothered to look into it. Smarty can't see why nothing is coming from your network
