    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE Areas of Edinburgh are black spots for EE. My wife got one of your phones and 12 months later, having hated it and never having signal, went to O2. Instant signal! So you might be faster, but with no signal, your comparison ain't with squat

    @EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

    @EE Thank you for your help. Turns out there were T&C's saying the price plan had to be the same or higher, and the one I was looking at was lower! I should really read those T&C's more carefully, haha!
