  @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

  @BenGungyal @EE EE broadband didnt exist 15yrs ago wtf you talking about?! It was BT up until last year when EE took it over & creatd their own plans. I know coz I was moved from BT to EE when the company was bought out &Course it goes up it goes up every year march with the API even in contract

  @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

  @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

  @EE is by far the worst company when it comes to loyalty tax. come broadband renewal… the ONLY option was upgrade to 10% more cost and when I started the switch the most bored person in the world called…. @EE I don’t care you are the best … thank you but no thank you.
