  @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

  After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

  If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX

  @EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? I’m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasn’t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the ‘message’. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And don’t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once I’ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone 😡

  @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.
