    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

    @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!

    @EE It looks like I’ll have to. It’s no major issue as we have one on the doorstep I just don’t understand this particular issue. The device I want to upgrade to is the iPhone 17 pro max from the15 pro Max. Is this device restricted if I upgrade in person will it deliver to my local

    @EE very disappointed in your false offer of some Buds. Voucher code doesn't work. Have phoned twice getting promises of a new code being sent & receiving nothing. Been with @EE forever but now having 2nd thoughts.
