    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE poor show that your doing maintenance & I now have no phone signal. We work from home & this is causing major problems. Website says 4hrs but 4hrs from when. No warning. Poor communication

    @orange @EE Thanks, I have spoken to @ee and it’s not something they can help with. This is an internet line issue with my property in France. Our phone line works but not internet line. Live box 5 has white flashing light on internet symbol.

    @EE EE customer service is absolutely dismissal like its CEO. Vodafone is more reliable than EE because it’s speed is more faster in London and charge less than what EE charge.

    @EE I called using 150 on my phone. I get into the queue then after a few minutes I get cut off The reception is terrible, at times I have to stand outside to use my phone.
