He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

Ive had pages not loading, spinning wheels and all sorts this week, hoping it was known issue for everyone and fixed soon, but seems not🤔 what to do..
