    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE hi i am trying to see connected devices on broadband and now it is requiring admin password. It never did before as I’m already on the wifi connected. Also in start when I entered 192.168.1.254 I got a message that to proceed it can be security risk. Pls fix from ur end asap.

    @FishergateSC can you tell those rude and cheeky fellows selling @EE mobile not to be so “personal” and “offensive” in their comments, no need. They are stepping over the mark. If they persist I’ll will bypass Fishergate and all its shops. No manors bad attitude @MartinSLewis

    This is your sign NEVER to use @O2 . My account got hacked and 6 numbers were added racking a bill up of £220! 3 days later and more fees added, O2s Asian call centres are still palming me off. Just avoid completely. Jubs. Worst customer service ever… hey @EE 👀

    I think @EE just lied to me on the phone, called for transfer of ownership as the accounts name is my mother's from when I lived with her years ago but the email, phone number and everything else is in my name and they told me there would be an £800 fee....what ********?

    So, @EE, Log this as a formal complaint about delays in customer service response - I was told 10 minutes but waited over an hour now. I'm also blocked from sending any new messages. I am aware you are regulated by Ofcom and covered by CISAS ADR. Cheers.

    @EE @EE and yes, this is in relation to cancelling the useless paired watch plans, I guess cancelling is the lowest priority for your customer support team?
