Looks like it’ll be cheerio to @EE for me - years of being with them yet their upgrade options are to put it mildly, shockingly poor - best options £50-£60 a month on an iPhone, not a chance!

@AppleSupport you clearly supplied a product that was faulty. Due to circumstances beyond my control I have been unable to access Apple until today to sort the issue. @EE I bought the product from you which are faulty. No one in EE has been able to help me.
