    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE Thanks for not much - all I want to do is talk to a person- after 6 days of tests - but I ring the number you gave and what do I get : Hi, it's the EE Diagnostics bot here. We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem…..

    Bad rip u lot @EE so it lets me buy the pack for less value but when u try get the better one it just gliches and wat happend to the 5£ pack u punks im leaving anyway
