@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

@EE hi, my data on my phone went down all morning yesterday and my signal wasn’t working either, since that happened I’ve only been getting “3G” or “E” when I should be getting 4G or 5G, this is in HP19 area. It’s getting frustrating.
