@AnnaJerzewska @petersketch @EE Introducing these extra charges is a fundamental change in the terms, which would give you the option of terminating the contract. That's why it's only on new contracts and upgrades. The problem is, where to go?

I’m happy enough to cancel my @EE contract when it’s up for renewal after what must be 20 years. Shove roaming charges where the sun don’t shine #EE #RoamingCharges

IE. my contract is up next month so have been browsing, can get an iPhone 12 for around £38 a month on most other providers - But my EE upgrade option? £55+ for an iPhone 11?! EE new customer options for iphone 12 are less than that so what a slap in the face @EE ?

@EE @woodcock_miss Hats off to you if you have decided, since December, to invest more in customer services and network. Otherwise it would have been better to say: “We will reimpose roaming charges but only when the dust has settled”.
