    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Phone companies should be regulated.... They provide a lifeline service and if their billing is wrong there must be recourse that is free and available. I have had terrible issues with another company. It took a year to sort it.
