  @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

  @EE should be criminally prosecuted as they evidently failed to do anti money laundering & address checks on a Mrs Susan Burne who EE claim lives at my home! I live at my home & this fraudster never lived at my home! EE REFUSED to get fraud team to phone me! EE sucks!

  Spent c1 hour on different calls with @EE who are reducing my broadband speed by 50% but "don't worry your bill will remain the same". No chance of new deal as I am an existing customer (28 years) Very big WON'T rather than CAN'T. Any broadband recommendations please?

  @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

  @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

  @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔
