    @EE 72 hours without a network connection/phone signal. Come on, this is starting to take the piss, especially around this time of year.

    @EE any updates on the poor connectivity in NE61 since work was done on the mast last Tuesday? Currently 2MB, which is unusable.

    @ee when I’m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 bars. As soon a soon as I leave the area the signal shoots up

    Thanks @EE for bringing my service down in my area when I need to contact my housing association has my boiler has broken down thanks a bunch

    My EE phone - down for 2 days - is now working again. @EE offered me a month's line rental in compensation which I accepted. When these systems fail I always ask for recompense now - even if it's not much. It's the principle of it, we can't just accept paying for failing service.

    @neon_rainbows85 @EE Thanks for your advise but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work in some areas, it's supposed to reconnected to the nearest mast but doesn't help if their masts are only kicking out rubbish 4g
