@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE They will always make customers aware with planned work for cell tower maintenance and upgrades but these things can go down in a matter of seconds with no forewarning at all. If Vodafone crashed all of a sudden tomorrow, the response would be the same. I used to be with them.

@ShropshireStar @ee have been having transmitter issues for months in North Shropshire 2 or 3 times a day I get text messages saying fault in my area they are an absolute won’t fix problem shambolic joke of a communication company and self claim to be number 1 in the country #eeshropshireoutage

@EE Any idea how long until the network is sorted out? Rather frustrating not being able to use my phone properly. Service has been intermittent all day and for some reason won't allow me to connect to WiFi either
