    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE Phoning your complaint line became the only answer but still having to wait a further 5 days to get the return envelope.

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    @EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.

    @whatdoumeantho @EE Nope! I got sent in a circle of Jargon and just gave up very disappointed as i have been an EE customer for over 10 years

    @EE I will do this tomorrow :) thanks. Don’t know where I stand, as I know water damage isn’t covered, but it truthfully hasn’t had any water damage so I don’t know if there’s a broken sensor or something like that?
