  @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

  @EE Problem is I have had to leave the hospital without this resolved again after spending an hour on the phone last night trying to sort it & we wanted to have me named on the account so I could phone to sort this without having to fight through the system.

  @EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.

  @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

  @EE frustrating when I can’t get any 5G whilst I’m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE I gave them a call and you send me a link and put the phone down .been on chat with an adviser for 20mins . I'll just get another contract elsewhere
