    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE Hi I’m fed up of being misadvised and lied to!!. Friday all our internet and mobile services went down. I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!

    @Kezmeister82 @EE @BT Doesn't surprise me, even once they connect you, don't be surprised if it won't connect on laptops and mobile phones. Good luck trying to raise an issue after! Have been awful

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.
