    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    Is there anyone at @EE that can help me, my mum is in Spain and has just recently changed her contract with you but is now unable to make any phone calls she needs to speak to someone but has had no luck contacting you, is there anyway to get someone to contact her??

    Changed my mind about leaving @EE tbf they have never let me down with customer care etc. however the plans available on any of the phones I want are absolutely horrible atm. Was going to upgrade my contract for my bday but nothing I wanted works out price wise 😔
