    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @Junction10 @EE Good luck with that. I left EE after a customer service rep had a go at me for cutting his call, even though I don’t have control of his switchboard. I was getting no signal and out internet sucked despite being in a “good” location.

    @EE isn’t one of the benefits of 5G to enable phone usage in congested areas such as festivals? Had full bars of 5G signal yesterday and could barely send an SMS let alone make a call 🤔

    @David39317197 @EE The issue with data is only on 4g. I was advised to set phone to 3g only, I now have data moving again set to 3g only.
