  @EE your Coverage Checker and your ‘EE Community’ are misinforming your customers and both are incorrect as there isn’t a section to report where there isn’t coverage. Currently there is poor coverage in NW10 Zero area but your Coverage checker says it’s perfect! Send an engineer

  @EE I've just bought a SIM pack for my wife To swap her over and the My EE app doesn't work, just get an error message telling me to try again later. Lots of other similar reports. Will it be fixed tonight or shall I throw away and go with Giff Gaff instead?

  Unhappy with @EE service.Friend renewed contract with btsport add on,can only view on phone.Contacted you 3 times, each time you say it'll be fixed but need to wait 24 hours for the large screen viewing to be activated. It is still not working 😡

  @EE your website it's RIDICULOUS! letting me press the 'buy now pay later' on my account for a PS5 but then just crashes down. It's a joke. And your app isn't working either 🙃🙄🙃
