@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

Hmm. Looks like the whole @ee data network is screwed and they have no clue. No recorded message acknowledging the fact on their customer care line. Nothing on their website, no pinned tweet and the only replies to enquiries on twitter are from the DM me your postcode script

@EE guys, what’s going on with your 4G in PO postcode on Isle of Wight. Not working at all. Full signal but no service. Not just me, everyone around me is moaning about it.
