    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @ee any chance you can get someone to man the chat feature on your website. I'm now day 2 with no sim activated and I can't call you. Clicking on the link for other ways to contact you takes you back to the chat window that doesn't work....

    Absolutely appalled by @EE my mother in law made a mistake and is now out of pocket. Shop and customer services can’t make a refund and after 2 weekly emails to shop and no reply at all.

    @EE Yes Connor, this is the team I spoke with. There was zero attempt by them to make me stay, and I was told to cancel once my contract ends in 45 days time.

    @pecker2009 @EE Disgraceful. I'm with #Virginmobile who use EE network, so guess they will definitely follow. If they do then I'll be leaving like you & as my home phone & broadband are with EE I'll probably leave them when my contract is up. I don't want to support companies who break promises.

    @EE I made the terrible mistake of switching from EE broadband to BT 10 days ago. Suffice to say we have no internet at all and BT are beyond useless. If I wanted to come back would EE honour my previous price and how long would the switch back take please?

    @EE Good grief how frustrating. Over 45 minutes on chat feature due to you not activating my sim and agent asking me to call 150. On a phone that doesn't have an active sim! Now on to supervisor who is wants me to repeat everything. Just need the phone and service I'm paying for!
