    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @EE Phoning your complaint line became the only answer but still having to wait a further 5 days to get the return envelope.

    @EE It's all sorted now. There was a mass outage which was never acknowledged by yourselves on the day you announced the price hike.

    @EE I had a problem with broadband. Called you guys. Problem sorted. Honestly your customer support is S tier. (Which is the best by the way) !
