    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @johnpawson @EE @deb75151073 That is because the website is down till they release the iPhone at 1pm, go and check back at 1pm and the links will all go to the correct places.

    @EE “upgrade” the network. Does that mean the signal is down due to 5G coming to Bourne? Also, I’ve not had a signal two days this week. Not good.
