@EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

@EE why are the offers so crap for the xperia 1 iii for loyal customers? The ee store at Fortkinard couldn't do any better than the offer on line and were just trying to push you to get bt broadband.

@EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

@ThreeUK The best time of the week (more likely month if lucky) will be when my Three 4g broadband is finally working... still no word from Three as to what the issue is and how long its going to take. Friends on @EE on the other hand have had regular updates containing actual info!
