    When @ee say if I cancel my broadband (in the first 14days) I will loose the £7.50 total savings on 3 of my sims & they will instantly increase by £20 EACH ….

    @EE Phoned up this morning regarding a billing issue and have to say the customer service provided was absolutely spot on from the lady who we spoke to. Her name was Jana, please make sure my thanks is passed on.

    @EE But it’s not a new thing. 5G was sold as being SUPER FAST, but it’s absolutely rubbish. No faster than 4G, less reliable and zero data even with 2 bar signal

    @EE I have a blue light code to save on my broadband. 150 assistant directs me to app. App directs me to message support & message support directs me to 150. It’s the loop of doom! Can you please contact me so I can have some real help transferring my existing account to BL

    @EE - sorry folks but your outdoor 5G coverage in the West Midlands today has been utterly shambolic. Does rain really impact digital signal that badly,? If so, should subscribers receive credit notes, when your network isn’t good enough?

    @EE your smart wifi pro has decided to stop working. Its not capped at 10Mbps and latency is over 200 for download and 150 for upload. Up to about 2 weeks ago it waa 180Mbps and with decent latency. Issues seen to coincide wuth the router software being updated

    @EE you're broadband is awful, I cannot get a seamless service between rooms, it keeps cutting out. Your TV mini boxes also keep losing connection & God forbid pausing a programme as the whole thing shuts down! Crap service & I pay over £100 a month for the privilege. 🚫
