    @EE I’m trying to upgrade my current phone and reduce my plan- paying extra monthly for an early upgrade but it’s l worst off. It looks like new customers are getting better deals and offers than royal customers whom have been with EE for over 20years. I moving!

    Just to confirm @EE have helped to resolve this and I’ve had some good support. I hope EE can look into making their call centres more user friendly for elderly customers.

    @EE Issue logged . Guess what EE haven’t fixed the issue for me and at least 10 people I work with . Full bars on signal and 4g but our phones still won’t connect 😡

    @EE can you help! My contract was meant to change b4 Christmas, I was told it wouldn’t work, I then was told it could work so it was changed. It then wouldn’t change until Christmas Day. It still didn’t change. I went to get a new phone today and it changed over This l this….

    @EE I'm actually beginning to wonder why I continued with my contract with you guys. From the start of changing over device, I've had nothing but problems. First, was given incorrect info regarding delivery of phone, then my sim card wouldn't work and now 24 hours after 1/2
