@ShannonVallor @EE No but I've found if you go to setting connections and mobile network and drop the network mode to 2g you get better signal but lose your internet Just worked for another friend of mine who doesn't live close. if your home and using WiFi maybe a compromise.. just not gd outside

@EE You have sent me the WRONG PHONE. I had a Samsung Galaxy smartphone S10 5G. I was due an upgrade after 2 years and told I would receive a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22 with pen. All I've received is a tiny little S22 which is very slow. Please replace immediately.

@EE Spent ages trying to get through to your call centre yesterday and again today. Now I've missed out on the offers that were available. If only ur "chat" handler had wanted to help and wasn't so rude. Really disappointed

@EE fair play, your call back service is an absolute joke!!! I tried to call you at 1pm & was asked to leave details for call back, give my details & reason for calling at 1.47pm & still waiting for call to confirm why you continue to overcharge me for 6th month in row #shambles
