  Ordered new broadband fullfibre with @BT /@EE in May & had to wait for installation. @WeAreOpenreach have cancel 3 times, with less than 24 hours notice. “Connecting you to your network” #idontthinkso 2 months waiting for a new connection, 3 cancelled appointments & still waiting

  @jpwhutv @EE I'd recommend ditching @EE for another provider. They charge arm 'n' leg and provide no value to the customer.

  @EE @sarkeycockney That's utter ballshit and you know it. You have manually with mouse click, closed the complaint as you think being quiet will make the complaint go away.

  @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue
