    Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    Rang @EE today as I had a problem with my bill. She told me she’d give me a better TV package for 3 months as a sorry for their mistake, not telling me she was signing me up for another 24 months! Should be hauled aside for dodgy sales tactics-kept me on the line for 45 minutes!

    @EE ee allowed Mrs Susan Burne to get a phone contract with billing address as MY ADDRESS. Never lived here! EE refuse to get their fraud team to phone me to sort this

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    Spent c1 hour on different calls with @EE who are reducing my broadband speed by 50% but "don't worry your bill will remain the same". No chance of new deal as I am an existing customer (28 years) Very big WON'T rather than CAN'T. Any broadband recommendations please?
