    @EE Because I changed over from john lewis and they didnt cancel the cancellation request when asked to even though they said they did .hence the wait

    @EE can someone send me a DM to help me with my roaming smart benefits? I am currently in the US and although my roaming is on nothing is working, when on my EE it isn’t enabled under parental controls and won’t let me turn it on?

    @EE This Network is completely a Rip off,the customers are not been told about prices clearly and the best part the so called managers don’t have a answer for it,and to leave the network expect me to pay 400£ terrible services I ever came across would not recommend anyone.
