    @EE Thats the problem call 150 🙄🙄 they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore 😮‍💨😮‍💨 loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @ee absolutely shocking service… misleading new customers… Told in JULY ‘shouldn’t take more than 10 days’ to connect my high speed internet. Told yesterday earliest external work would be 7 December!?! Not even my actual connection! How do you get away with this?

    @EE when are you going to fix the pathetic coverage in Edinburgh? Since BT got their grubby paws on EE huge dead spots have appeared. Don’t text me to say I’ve got super 5G when I can’t even get 4 🙄

    @EE @OliverH69492772 You go to Gran Canaria get a ferry out at sea and get a perfect 5g signal but back home down at my local sea front you no data signal at all . pathetic.

    Just had a terrible customer service experience with @EE. Shame that a formerly good customer focused company is so now so bad.

    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.
