@NickCohen4 North Islington? Waiting for a sim card from @EE ... They sent it a six days ago. They won’t courier as they don’t think there’s a problem. I’ll probably have to cancel the contract and go elsewhere.

@EE Had engineers out as there was a fault but it’s not on line into the house it’s the router!! Sent plenty emails & had some replies but nothing to resolve the issue

@EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

@EE I’ll try one more time if no success I’ll put formal complaints in & then you’ll loose a broadband customer & 4 mobile phones
