    @EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me £20?

    @EE The odd thing is that email does not provide a complaint reference number so who knows if it ever got logged or now ignored.

    A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.

    @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!

    @EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected

    @Lewciie @EE And the attitude of "oh well, if you don't like it leave and pay us a leaving fee" is disgusting. Definitely no "customer first" policy with this lot.
