@EE I have a threatening deadlock letter an account threatening ceasing services unless paid and an email saying the decision was based on a failure from the executive team to listen to my calls and to hold action with s live complaint The Ombudsman will hear this story #shameonEE

@EE The WiFi is fine, I’m not with you for that. But I have no signal on my phone and can’t make calls over WiFi. The WiFi is working fine.
