  I shop for an elderly couple who are shielding, the gent has problems with @EE as they keep threatening to cancel his PAYG Sim because he ‘doesn’t spend enough’. He’s 82 years old and it’s his only lifeline with his daughter. This is happening monthly and just isn’t acceptable.

  @EE I’ve registered interest in adding a PS5 Console to my plan multiple times since December. EE haven’t contacted me regarding this at any time. This, plus the fact my phone signal is constantly dreadful, regardless of where I am, is forcing me to consider ending my contract.

  @EE I was able to log in earlier today. but then when I have gone back to my account tab, it was white and hasn't loaded correctly since. I've never experienced this before with any site, it's very odd.
