    Amen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.

    @WeAreOpenreach Our service provider has done this twice whilst we've been on hold. Both times have resulted in assurances that it will be done in minimum 2 weeks. Both times have been lies. Im at my wits end @EE

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.

    @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
