    @virginmedia yet again today I have no service without warning and working from home well I was until your broadband service failed again 2nd time in 2 weeks my work are not happy. Thank goodness my contract ends this month @SkyBroadbandd can you do better cheaper or @EE 🤬🤬🤬

    @EE I spent over an hour of my holiday sorting it out - finding out I was double charged without being advised it would happen bcos of your billing cycle. "Sorry but you'll just have to suck it up," translated customer services response.

    @EE I was a victim of fraud on your network 7+ years ago. I tried to take a new contract online, told my account is in arrears. Billing and Collection can’t help but your advisor sent an email to fraud team. Why didn’t you remove this marker when the case was settled? #sortitout

    Really unhappy with my recent experience of @EE and @LloydsBank. I will be leaving both, but not before I've taken them to the Ombudsmen. As a matter of principle now, I don't accept bad service. I do complain and ask for compensation for my lost time and hassle. Everyone should.

    @EE I do apologise for my earlier tweets. It was Google that said it was a Galaxy. I’d never heard of iPhone using the SE index before - that’s always been Samsung.

    @EE Not really I message a few time issue is my son took out contract but at my home now he moved out and we stuck with it but my partner is looking for better option as it terrible and he works from home so need a good connection
