    @EE It's been over 10 hours and no assistance has been provided to solve this problem. I am unable to book my airport taxi. This is a breach of contract and it is unacceptable

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE @Dykediaries69 Funny you mention that I tried your online support and I tried your "team" via the phone no help was provided as still having the same issue.

    @EE why has my service been restricted for non payment of a bill that was paid days before due as normal. Payment taken from my bank but not updated on the app. Very very unimpressed

    @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

    @EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom
