@EE am I ever going to get my new iPhone i know there are meant to be issues from @Apple side of things but when my @EE tracking moves to expected dispatch in 24 hours I thought I might actually be getting it but it’s been over 24 hours now and hasn’t moved to dispatched ?

@EE really disappointed with your level of service. Have emailed twice trying to resolve an issue I'm having. Your increasing prices and no customer loyalty are making me want to move elsewhere. Any chance of a response?

@EE She has called and been in and told different things by different people. One said it will be January 2022 until she gets them while another said they had no idea and how long was a piece of string. She is overpaying as she is now out of contract plus down on the deposit

@EE your staff through the phones are a complete credit to the company. I've spent 45 minutes on the phone to Tracy, discussing an issue I've had recently. I was made to feel valued and I was listened to. Thank you for your genuine care for your customers!

@EE Hi, I've communicated with 5 different people so far (well 6 including you) 4 in support & 1 from the complaints team since the problem occurred: each time I've received different timescales but I'm no closer to having the issue resolved.

@EE Heads up - Your new site login screen is broken, enter your email address, click next redirects back to the email address. Tried on different browsers and Incognito mode.
