    @KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.

    .@EE can you please sort out your service and signal issues in Derby can barely make calls and send texts having to connect to my home WiFi as the signal keeps dropping been like this the last 2 days 😑

    @EE I had called 150, £67.49 was the best price you could reward a loyal customer. So they loyal customer get charge more for your new ones

    @bt_uk @AndreaS51917891 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @CallaghanK79781 @EE It's everywhere not one specific area. It's terrible and you know it. We all pay for phone contracts that are useless as we can't get any decent signal anymore in the UK

    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)
