    @EE Tried that and it still doesn't work, there's a spinning icon on the button after I click on it and it won't take me to the confirm screen. Tried it in multiple browsers, on PC and on mobile it just doesn't work

    @EE can I ask for the best way to escalate a complaint that was closed by a manager without my permission. This is against ofcom rules. Also you have advised my direct debit date has been changed then want to take money out earlier against direct debit guarantee

    Trying to log into #ebenefits for @DeptVetAffairs docs I need, says I don't exist in the system I've been in since 08... their Live Chat never works and it cost me £3/min to call from the UK using @EE cause they don't have true wifi calling. No one gives a **** about #Veterens
