@EE I got a message asking me to tell you how you done. Well I know you called Sunday but I was very ill I couldn't move as my fibro was bad. I am so stressed as asking me to ring 150 but I'm disconnected & ask me to go to help desk, can't get into my accounts to raise,bedridden

Why are @EE customer service so terrible! Hardly any service in my flat on their broadband and then a cancellation fee when they have been unable to solve the issue! Absolute waste of time being bounced with zero help! Definitely leaving!

@EE has to have the worst customer service representatives around. Spoke to 3 different people and they all gave me a different excuse. Absolute Joke 🤬🤬

I don't think people tweet enough about good service - I reported a fault with my broadband to @ee last night and they sent an engineer round and fixed it this morning. I'm really happy.

@EE please I'm at a stand still I can't get into multiple accounts no matter what I do I'm to ill for this I'm seriously very ill more than you know I've been told I could die hence why need to get number back to get into accounts to sort out money problems of 5yrs, no DLA

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK @EE They offered me a new SIM card and I refused as they have told me they know about signal problems in my area. And they still haven’t fixed them….
