    @EE hi. How do I change my billing date so it’s start of the month? Can’t seem to do it via the app do I have to go through hassle of calling customer services?

    @EE hi, I need some help with my account. I upgraded a short while ago and I’m confused with my account. I paid my bill and looked on my app and I don’t think the upgrade changed over. I only want 1 plan on my account and I think for some reason there’s 2.

    Hey @EE - thanks for all the bills and the letters from debt collectors. But I've never been your customer. Your helpline requires me to enter my mobile number, which is rejected because I'm not your customer. There's no way to speak to a human. So bloody stop it.
