Callum Lapper (@Lapperrr) reported@EE is quite literally the worst company I've ever dealt with their customer service absolutely stinks ,they scam loyal customers aswell 👍🏻
-
Fi (@LetsTweetPotter) reported@EE I already have. They just said theres no such thing, which seems a bit silly. When people cancel last minute do those appointments just go unused? Can I not just plug in the stuff myself and then you activate it?
-
Mark Bell (@mightymarkuk) reported@EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

Alan Aldridge (@afaldridge) reported@EE @Vizique During my protracted time wasting with your customer service somewhere along the very long, frustrating line you ascertained that I indeed have a fault. All I am asking is, if I have said fault all I want is an engineer sent round to have a look.

OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.
-
mo (@slomoassassin) reported@EE your app is joke it's always bloody down at this time when I want to pay my phone bill what a joke

鬼萃香 OniSuika (@OniSuika) reported@EE just following up on the month of constant outages, in my area that your own service checker says hasn't been serviced since 2021. It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.
