    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks

    @EE your service is shocking, we were with plusnet, we get told we are now with you, we have tried to sort out where the equipment is, no luck, we try to cancel, and you say we are going to get charged a cancellation fee !

    @EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.

    And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband

    As I am having one of "those" days... a) Why does it take a GP 2 days to issue a prescription when the system was made digitial to "streamline" the service? b) @EE Have you any idea just how frustrating your diagnostic bots are when your issue does not fit a "box"?

    @EE You claim to be the best network in the uk, your terrible in Birmingham does ee stand for “extremely exaggerated “ probably the worse network I’ve ever had

    @EE is there something wrong with EE signal in DH3 area? My signal keeps dropping to no bars in my home where I’ve never had an issue before

    @EE I placed an order on your store. You took the payment twice. First time it gave me an error but still took the payment. 2nd time it worked. Any help?
