    @EE Hi yes, this has been an on going problem. All off her boast have not been activated. Only had 1gb data when it renewed and she has 21 data boasts which should equate to 1.5gb. Pack didn't renew despite there being £10 on the account

    @EE Why is there now zero ee mobile signal at my home address? "Emergency calls only" - maybe I need to switch provider. EE used to be the only one that worked here.

    @rhys_rd19 @EE Afternoon @EE my wages haven't gone up by 9+%,, as a company you could easily not have a price rise, this is just pure greed on your part, and using the "improvement to service" is bollixs. It's about extortionate profits.

    So many people griping about this and that so I have a compliment instead. Giving old phone to friend - not used it in ages. Finally tracked down it was locked to @EE and thought ‘Oh oh trouble!’ Went to website - job done in less than a minute. Thank you!
