    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

    @EE spent ages on the phone with auto customer services. For it to end with you must text for this service and they ended the call. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

    @dbcxptures @EE I hardly really never have a reception, I mainly rely on wifi. Was on M25 at weekend not reception there either, neither near Norfolk

    Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!
