@EE @Juliet_L_Delta As the messages are automated this is even more stupid. A committee deliberated over the timing etc and consciously decided to send the messages at a time they'd wake people up! I blame @kevinbacon personally and if I had his mobile I'd ring it in the wee small hours nightly.

@EE Why not sort out your primary business first and actually create a half decent mobile network rather than the very poor one you currently supply your customers

Imagine @EE fleeced me for a contract after my contract period. I mean if you sign a contract to Start at X it should end on Z like agreed. But noo they roll that ***** over and charge you with no prior reminder. 3 months of extra charges for a service I didn't receive. #Robbery

@EE A lot of customers don't like paying for a service they haven't recieved either. I actually hadn't used or recieved the service I paid for.
