    @Ubiquiti do your 5g devices support all networks? I’m on @EE your uk site lists T-Mobile but you don’t get that network in the uk.

    @EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

    @EE absolutely shocking service. I have paid a £100 upgrade any time fee to upgrade my phone, only for the website to crash and the order not go through. I placed the order again through the website, received a confirmation only to be told by your online chat that it hasn’t gone

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE What the heck are you playing at now - a text message to be sent every time one wants to see emails and you state send text to the email address you can't get into without the passcode - what idiot in your company dreamed this mess up.

    @EE They said they cannot help as I don't have access to the settings on the phone. Because it is a new bloody phone and I can't set up with out the working SIM!

    @EE @BT Hi EE and BT - I keep getting demands for payment for a home broadband service that I took from my old to my new address, didn't work, and I cancelled. Please stop sending me demands for money - you closed the case a while ago.
