    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?

    @EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

    @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…

    @EE Please can you confirm if there a network issue as boardband is down and there is no fix with the help recommendations. Is there a global outage. In CO11 area.

    @EE The EE app doesn't seem to be able to be downloaded on my non-British phone. I tried the number again and it's just saying not available. Bank is doing a charge back at this point since you can't help me.

    @BT @EE this morning I had a wonderful helpful service from 3 female guides. Hannah put me through to the others. I regret I did not note their names. The person who helped set up my TV package was particularly patient given I am not tech savvy. Thank you Ladies

    @sky After much deliberation I decided to get you to upgrade my broadband & move me from @EE . Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!
