@EE Better with new router. Speed up to 8 Mb/s from 2 max. Need fine tuning with discs to get reasonable signal through house. Bemused to find speeds in original Contract Summary w/out new router were 12.3 - 13.6, min 11 & 9.3 - 10.4, min 8.4 with new one! Down 26% min guaranteed.

@EE @EEHelpdesk Yet again I’m unable to have a conversation with anyone due to intermittent call quality. Missed important hospital phone calls and can’t speak to anyone properly. I use my phone for for so is completely unacceptable. Previously reported same issue!!

@EE my partner has been trying for the past four hours to cancel his contract and unfortunately the line keeps going… he doesn’t want to hear what else you have to offer, he just wants to cancel. If you gave people the option to cancel on the app it would improve the wait times!

@EE been trying to get in touch with customer services all day. I finally get through and I get the most rude representative I’ve ever had. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager he denied that request and proceeded to be cheeky and unhelpful.

Honestly that EE broadband ad with the fake family “is that live”? landing a ******* plane makes me not only never want to use @EE, but also any kind of technology ever again.
