Part2 @virginmedia as low as 20% of the internet speed im paying for on a regular basis or I have to change to my hotspot with @EE where I have no issues. I’m paying for a service. I should get it - CONSISTENTLY. The bill is the same. The service should be!

@EE Thank you. I have credit on the account. I want to use that credit to top up but it only gives me option to top up with a credit card. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack . I have trouble everytime . Thank you

@MxnchMxgic @madtoddmorris90 @EE Its not about how long you’ve been a customer with them for it’s about making sure you pay off the ps5 in the 11 month interest free payment dates, from 6 months it’s more affordable for people to pay off their bill early and change provider so just their way of getting the money

@EE morning all. Having a few broadband issues. Alexa was off and reported an issue this morning and so far the BB is on and off and we have much lower speeds than usual KY11 in Scotland.
