    @EE hi do you have any issues in the North Somerset area ? Have been trying to speak to someone and the call dropped or wouldn’t connect - tried it 7 times !! Eventually have given up and used my husbands phone ( on a diff network and it was perfect )

    Absolutely shocking service from @EE. Sent my phone away for a replacement battery under the warranty, but otherwise in perfect condition. Phone turned up at repair centre with a cracked screen, thus incurring an £89 charge. Total refusal to put their error right.

    @Richard0671821 @EE @O2 Stick with EE if you value network coverage mate, o2 are by far below average in the majority of the UK for coverage tbh.
