@EE can I just say that your retentions team that I spoke to yesterday were awful, just reading out offers from your website with no effort to try and match what I can get elsewhere. Add to that you texting me saying you have price match offers when you obviously don't.

Due to my new broadband provider not notifying you of the changes.. you aren't refunding me for the last 2 months when I've already left. You said I have to contact the new provider for a refund. Ridiculous policy @EE - I've paid you the money so you should issue me the refund.

Between attempting to charge me over £800 for a simple repair (of a phone with a retail price of £850) and their staggeringly bad coverage over the last week suffice to say I'm fully done with @EE after the contract runs out

Typical @EE it’s your bill date so you go to pay your bill but the app is down for maintenance & the my ee part of the website is down as well so can’t pay the bill at all 😡

@EE I can't receive any incoming calls, voicemails and texts for four days now!!! Do you undertstand what is the impact on me? Can't be called in the event of an emergency - I have a 4 months old baby, no security verification for payments etc someone has to pay for this!
