@EE I also had to correct one of your call handlers for saying my name wrong and she had a cheek to be rude about it. I had to reminded her that at the start of the call I provided my name which was said correctly. There was no apology from that particular handler.

@EE have been charging us for a phone that hasn't been in use for nearly a year. Won't give us a penny back despite asking to cancel it and have evidence their end it's not been use. Hideous company.

@EE complete let down again advise twice wrong information online chat a complete bunch on idiots never mins 2 plans will be taken else where as they don't care about loyal customers

@EE Hi your network has been down in our area (South Wales CF 42 postal code) since last night. Can you give us any idea of when we can expect it up & running again plz. On ur website last night it said 16hrs & this morning it was 2hrs but its still off! 😟
