  @EE @EE @Ofcom - all the way through this whole saga it’s myself that’s had to put up with weak “sorry”’s - my complaint being closed without my knowledge, incorrectly- so wrong - no contact with a human being - just texts - so I thought it was time to let Ofcom knew how you operate

  Had what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?

  @EE now my broadband is finally working again properly after 4 months, when are you going to let me know the compensation? I’ve tried emailing but all your emails are do not reply! Customer service as poor as your broadband! please don’t ask me to call you, life’s too short

  @EE Your agent was supposed to email me the bill's and the non existent emails I never received telling me the line was going to be cut off, I still have not received them. This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.

  @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…

  @EE in Mauritius and I’m unable to call customer services using my roaming package. It just says call ended, what can I do? I have an iPad coming and I have received no delivery confirmation email/texts but I spoke to a DPD driver on my doorbell as he attempted delivery yesterday

  @EE not sure what’s going on with the service lately but it’s been very poor for me. In my local area and currently down in the Kent. Can’t even get logged onto my ee account ridiculous!

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.
