    @EE @whealie The uk signal Is poor all over, every networks the same….Our phone bills increase every year and the service gets worse. Yet they tell you to phone up to get technical help when they know the problem is uk wide

    @EE hi. I’m trying to set up my friends ee top box but we have no volume. We’ve tried resetting the box and pressing home/7 but nothing is working. Help!

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @Hepworthclare @EE Been in same situation. Found e mail address of CEO and e mailed them direct. Received a call within 4 hours and resolution in 24.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!
