@EE Yes. Spent to time to go to @Apple who confirmed a problem but out of one year manufacturer warranty. EE have said im@not covered even though I’m only 18m into my 24m contract. I didn’t expect to take a contract out and get a dodgy handset

@EE hello I just got an email from you saying about a bill hasn't been paid it was my mums account and she passed away in November my dad hardly uses a mobile phone so I phoned up your customer services and they ended my mums account and moved her number to a pay as you go account

@EE Unfortunately the above link is still not working & it will not let me delete phone number from account because of two-factor authentication!? I have however updated my preferred payment method to my card rather than number.
