    @EE I’ve tried ringing and I’ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. It’s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!

    Once your contract term is done the service on @EE becomes poor. I've experienced it every time my contract runs out. Despite still paying for the service on a rolling contract. Why is that?

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @EE absolute garbage app down yet again and I am left unable to use parental controls. So much negative feedback on your forum yet nothing improves. 😡

    @EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.

    @EE your signal is absolutely shite, charge a fortune meant to be UKs NO 1 .. yet I’m in a capital city sitting with 1 bar on 5G floating to 4G .. absolute shambles of a comapny

    Brilliant! @bt_uk FTTP N/W - network fault and @EE* 4/5G utterly abysmal at my NR 12 7 location... *Roll on end May when I can say bye-bye!

    @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64
