    @EE Hi Neil. I’m good thanks … I found the info I needed another way but the app itself is still not working … Home Screen - there’s a problem loading your updates … Shop - we can’t load this right now … Not a great update … Thanks for replying tho.

    @EE We arrived home last night so no point now. Have never had problems on our other trips this year but this time it wouldn't work. It would however let me call my wife in resort and text her.

    Hey @EE I’ve got a charge for calling one of your numbers?? When did you start charging for calls to your numbers ?? And considering it was to sort an issue out with a replacement phone don’t you think that’s a bit cheeky ??
