Absolutely sick of adding BT sport to my benefits @EE . Every single time I do it, the log in fails and I have to call you to fix it. What’s the point in paying for ‘benefits’ when it’s a total pain to set up

@EE hi, why am I constantly getting text messages from EE about an outage in my area that lasts 3-4 days then another one saying it’s back up then shortly after another saying there’s another issue?!

@Vhero @EE It was ee support who sold me a contact that I did not agree to. Why the hell would I pay £15 for 1gb of data when I get 5gb elsewhere for less money?

@EE Wait … no it doesn’t. I ran out of data and had to find a wifi spot to go into app to transfer data from my wife ee account to my self. Plus the service in my area has recently become awful

@EE Hi ! No change … I’ve reset all the network settings 3G phone is unusable 4g all apps .. safari etc slow 5G no difference to 4g
