@EE can i get someone to contact me urgently please. My phone is cut off completely so i can't have inbound/outbound calls. Don't have house phone. Can't see how to start a chat support on website. My bill is up to date so it's not because of that ... my contact is gone from MyEE

@EE stop calling yourself number 1 network until you implement ability to bring old sim back online esim transfer esim via app email etc what a waste of time wanted a new sim immediately and all I got is offers or mail or going to store

@EE hi, I am currently under contract with three for another year. I have just purchased a Apple Watch cellular. Theee have told me they don’t support the cellular. Is it possible to take a watch contract with you but keep my number that I have been provided by three? Thanks Dan

@EE We’ve had extremely poor broadband for weeks, less than 1mb, engineer didn’t fix last week. Which we text to confirm on 23/12. Had no response. Can’t stream movies; use Alexa; online gaming.

@EE My hub is flashing an aqua light. I have followed all the steps. Result was broken cable so replaced it. Aqua light still flashing. I run a community group to assist the old during Covid . Now I cannot reach member volunteers. I have never had problems in 4yrs but need help now

@EE been on hold for 25 minutes trying to let you know I am moving 8th January. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to update you. The longer this goes on the more you’ll delay me having WiFi in my new property which is essential for a WFH customer!

It's ridiculous that @EE charge to speak to customer service! Now I can't pay my internet bill or set up a direct debit because they won't speak to me unless I top up £10 for the sake of giving them 25 pence to pay my internet. Wonder who I can switch too, @skytv or @BT ?
