Rob Williams (@robwilliams73) reported@EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

John (@j199024) reported@_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.

Luz I. Zepeda (@lucy_zepeda) reported@EE I’m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and I’ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

Andrew Vincent (@AndrewV67381394) reported@ee absolutely shocking service… misleading new customers… Told in JULY ‘shouldn’t take more than 10 days’ to connect my high speed internet. Told yesterday earliest external work would be 7 December!?! Not even my actual connection! How do you get away with this?
-
Greg (@Peter_Gregory_H) reported@EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.

K🐧🤘🌻🌱🏊♀️🏴🇬🇧 (@purplepenguin81) reportedIs it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?
