@Stryxus Ever since they partnered with @EE and these new "Super Hub 5's" the service has slower become worse. I doubt it will get any better, but our bills will simply increase instead.

@EE I travelled to India and added Bolt for 10 pounds to receive and make 60 minutes of calls to UK and India now. It worked for 2 days and I made 10 minutes of those calls. Now no signal is coming on my phone and there is no India helpline No or email or chat support. Help

@EE Yes. It’s nothing to do with what’s running. It’s got to the stage where I need airplane mode to help my battery from draining. I even let my battery run down to 20% before recharging.

@EE wow ee made a complaint almost a month ago that people cannot hear me on phone calls due to signally issues yet you have said you cannot resolve my complaint without a phone call. Customer service at its best. #appauling
