@ciarale01 @EE Under no circumstances touch that text. Find a number for EE customer service or talk to your bank, I had such a text but knew it was false because I’m with another provider.

@EE With EE but they gave me unlimited data as I was an EE customer due to failing to provide on their end, now I’m no longer with them I can revert back to usual data usage

It’s now 70 DAYS since I got fibre installed and it’s still not active. I can’t fault @EE customer service, but what the hell are you playing at @OpenreachHelp ? @Ofcom

@EE Yep - I wanted to see what kind of speed I'd get & how it performed compared to the previous network so set it all up and it was fine for about 5-10 minutes. After it stopped, I tried restarting everything. Data cap is 60GB per month, I'm definitely not near that.
