@EE would it not be prudent to let your customers know that you are doing maintenance or upgrading masts in the Crawley area. No signal again you can do better to let us know

@EE just signed up to a 12 month deal last month and now being hit by a 10% price increase. Well you have 1 very unhappy 12 year customer who WILL be cancelling the contract next year

@ee I’ve not had phone signal at my house since Storm Arwen in November. Can I have an update on this please? Also, are there any options for leaving my contract without penalty as this is not acceptable?
