@EE Hey EE, I bought an EE 30 day SIM earlier this year. It ran its course. Last Saturday I reactivated it with a £10 payment by credit card. Problem - it's given me calls but not data. How can this be fixed?

@EE I wanted you to do it 18 months ago. I've cancelled my contract and not paying you anything further. Think it's important people see how bad you are as a company. Easy to hide behind dms, and more lies

Joe @EE upgrades is a complete waste of time… A manger who encourages mis selling and not prepared to help. As for the exec complaints team who lied through there teeth on saturday thanks for the deadlock letter. When will that arrive? If anyone would like to resolve reach out

@EE disappointed! Firstly got insurance and you are not able to replace my phone, and it's been a week! The customer service has been shockingly poor! Also, your network coverage in parts of Southend is shocking. Literally no service in Thorpe Bay and Clifton terrace!

Hi @EE. Just got a call from a lovely chap purporting to be from EE to talk about switching my service over to BT. The call came from number 07973100601. I just wanted to verify that this is a genuine EE call and not a scam? Thanks.

@EE I called technical support to help get esim on new phone. You said you would activate your end and now it has disconnected my old physical sim in my old phone and not activated in my new phone. Now I have to call 111 and have no phone.
