    Been a @EE business customer from day 1. No attempt made to retain my custom at all. Didn’t even ask why I was leaving! I even asked to keep my business account running in the background for possible future use and was told NO!

    @EE Hi Gavin. I have spoken to your colleagues and they weren’t able to help. One colleague advised me to leave it as it is...like a rolling plan to benefit from my old offer. I did raise my concern about whether the price charged, would be full, but she advised it should be okay

    @EE hi I've had a new router, I also had an engineer from cube I think it is come out to look at fitting a new mains for my phone line but he said I need open reach because there's a line problem, it's getting worse my Internet switches off numerous times a day

    @EE hi, my Google pixel 3 is having camera issues, constantly focus searching. I've read that this is a known hardware fault. How do I get this fixed?
