    @MrsC985 @EE If I were going where I'd never gone before, I'd take a paper map of the area. Belt and braces. But then, I'm an old fogey, and I can read maps. I suspect that youngsters today would be a bit stuck (to say the least) were we to have a solar flare that knocked out our telecoms...

    @EE you are disgraceful. My 82 yo mother phoned up for help as her payg wouldn't load any money. She gave them her bank details so they cld load it for her and she got signed up for a £10 a month contract. She's been into a shop and they've said she can't cancel it. disgust

    @EE Yet a few miles down the road in a large town I can't get a signal in my house at all

    Been a loyal customer with @EE since 2013, I’ve many devices phones, broadband etc with them. Just called them up regarding loss of service credit as my phone wasn’t working all day due to the outage but was told I’m not entitled to it. So ee what was I paying for yesterday? #ee

    Apparently now we have an admission from @EE that there are still issues for customers outside the UK... Thanks to Sam @btbusinesscare for being diligent, honest, sensible and informative. Really took ownership of this for me. The only bright light in the last 24 Hours.
