    One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

    @EE Yes I have an eSIM for my phone to access the cell network also bought a seperate 5 Day WIFI plan and that is giving me issues.

    @EE Update 01/07 still not fixed I've provided the number but here it is again C10002718044 all I want is to leave now ive had it I cannot waste my time chasing something you should fix #badservice

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

    @EE sort it ******** out! The reason you are not most peoples first network is the ****** restrictions! I can search for lottery numbers but you refuse to open to national lottery website! What sort of bs is that!

    Absolutely shocking service from @EE System failed to apply my agreed spend cap and plan upgrade after a phone call, letting bill skyrocket to £160. Ofcom rules say you can’t bill for over-cap system errors. I need a manager to pull my file and message me now.
