@EE But I can get any random woman to phone up and say the password I already know on the account? I won’t do this. It’s the principle. The direct debit is cancelled. Spoke to 3 different people on the phone. All couldn’t care less. Bad company.

@ee I’ve been with EE for 24 years! I chose to stay with them for my next upgrade, big mistake! 2 weeks now trying to sort it out, nearly 1 hour each time waiting to speak with someone and my issue still hasn’t been resolved, pandemic or not, this isn’t acceptable #badservice

@EE sod’s law, got alert for monthly bill yesterday, & broadband has dropped out at least 3 times in last 12 hours (few minutes each time) - is there a known problem in SA17 5 postcodes as have seen others in area commenting on FB? thx
