    @EE my mums been trying to get hold of your complaints department, keeps ringing and not getting through it’s ridiculous. She runs a business and the dongle she has from you keeps stopping & losing signal and costing her business. How can she guarantee getting through to someone?

    @EE I have never had an issue with signal but since upgrading I never have signal I may have one or two bars for only an hour a day I only upgraded about two weeks ago

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in the Cf46 postcode area, getting about 17mb usually over 60mb

    Fedup of hurrendous signal with @O2 indoor & out in my area & being told it's expected service, & they can't do anything about buildings?! So anyone who lives in or outside a building is expected to have awful service. @EE please tell me you can do better in N.Swindon? 🙈
