My mum lives on her own, is vulnerable 73 yr old and diagnosed short term memory problems, @EE refuse to cancel a new contract (8 days) and have her hand back the phone, tablet and broadband package even though she can’t use them as she’s incapable of using them 😓

@EE over the last few months your signal is just shockingly bad. I used to get decent 4G in the garden and now most of the time it doesn’t work. I would honestly say I’m paying for a service that’s below standards.I stood by a mobile mast & says 3G with no signal,wtf r u doing?
