@EE Will definitely be something I'm looking into! Especially when some of your competition are advertising no price increases during length of contract! I understand it's EE's policy to hike the prices yearly but CPI + 3.9% is poor judgement on EE's side due to current climate!

  • bushboy31 Simon Bush (@bushboy31) reported

@EE So you're £9m profit doesn't help with that, and that was just for ONE QUARTER of the year!!!!! I know let's slap our loyal customers with a %14% pay rise per phone , I have 3 lines so I'm looking at a rise of £24 , that's a new contract We will be leaving EE in August

  • spacecadet2231 spacecadet2231 (@spacecadet2231) reported

@mattyrossbreen @EE @MarcAllera I would think EE would find it extremely difficult to justify this issue. How on earth can you now charge extra for something purchased months ago? Unless Samsung et al have suddenly demanded retrospective payment on every handset sold to EE? I find that very hard to believe!!!

  • thunder_clapd Thunder Claps (@thunder_clapd) reported

Anyone else’s @EE Broadband down this morning? Mine has been down since 1am. If you are going to raise prices for broadband, I at least expect a service that works 😡

  • HayhurstDarren Darren Hayhurst (@HayhurstDarren) reported

@Wiglanta1971 @EE @tescomobile I went to Tesco's, and I can get the Samsung s22 with unlimited everything for £35 a month. Atm, I'm on EE with the s21 and 100gb data with the price increase. it's £50 a month. Sucks I still have a year to go in contract.

  • ColourMeBoro StuBo2 #FBPE (@ColourMeBoro) reported

@MelodyFair68 @EE Went SIM only a while back and I'm happy to jump network as well. Currently on id network. Unlimited calls Unlimited tests 3gb of data £5

  • MNorvock @gtfcmick (@MNorvock) reported

@EE EE Bill just gone up by stupid amount in the current financial crisis. Can’t wait for my contract to expire !!

  • iainthompson77 Iain (@iainthompson77) reported

@EE 14.4% inflation though is quite steep don’t you think? I’ve been a customer with yourselves for 10+ years and I’ve never know such a huge increase?!

  • edevans2 ed (@edevans2) reported

@CorruptionSick @EE I called and asked to cancel and was told I’d need to pay £470 approx (the remainder of my contract)

  • Tricky1884 Richard Foster (@Tricky1884) reported

@EE Perhaps so but this might have been a good year to consider splitting that burden between customer and profit rather than pushing it all to customers. A 14.4% price increase is too much.
