@EE What about me having my phone turned off when I needed to ring the doctor's? All because your company couldn't be bothered to ring to remind me. I am disabled have glaucoma & many illnesses. I'm supposed to be on the vulnerable customer list.

Wow @EE just spent over two hours on your chat to get five ppl trying to help me cancel my contract & swap to SIM only. To be told I owe you £540 to do this?!?! What the ACTUAL F?!? Any there any companies who WANT to help their customers anymore?

@EE Hi Michael B, thanks for the reply, have concerns with the advise the EE customer services assistant I spoke too gave, so for piece of mind, going to pop into the local store and seek advice, hopefully later in the week. Thanks.

@EE I've tried 3 different avenues to resolve my signal issue tried phone email and live chat and 2 months later there been no effort in helping me. Perhaps @joelycett could help me??
