    @EE Thanks for your message, I have wasted more time talking to someone yesterday to get this sorted out. Glad to say I have a PAC code and will be leaving EE after being a loyal customer for 19 years. Now, I'm encouraging friends, family and myself to steer clear of anything EE

    @EE hi, I upgraded my phone in June and I've woke up this morning and there's a big line has appeared running down the screen. It's green when the phone is locked and when I'm using it is just a thin line but still visible. The phone has a cover, hasn't been damaged or dropped.

    For the 1005th time when are you going tk fix voice signal in the whole streatham hill area??? I can never talk on the phone here, always cuts off. Dont ask me for my postcode as it’s the WHOLE area that rubbish. Want to make a complaint. Been telling you for 5 years @EE
