  @EE Hi, my mother has been trying to get through to your customer service all morning with no luck. She’s disabled and is struggling to find the correct number/option to speak to someone.   @EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE O2 moved me over to EE and the signal is shite. Keep losing it everywhere. Awful

  @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.

  @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they can’t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.

  @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!
