    In nearly 20 years as a probate solicitor I have never once seen a company automatically write off debts on the death of a customer. Until today. Hats off to @EE . I am amazed and hugely impressed. Good customer service deserves to be celebrated.

    @EE I headed off to the provided link eager, optimistic even. I can find out lots of information on ee broadband (which I already have)& I can find out how fast my link could be (which I have) but the magic words; report a fault/having problems seem as distant a dream as ever. #fail

    @EE Right my elderly parents are in despair about your complete lack of customer service. Rural communities not matter? Different phone calls, no joined up answers, isolation. Please help.

    @EE Don’t bother , in fact go hide in the stockroom like your business account manager when I arrived at shop to query his bare faced lies he told me , worst service/ company I’ve dealt with

    @ee I’m receiving two or three calls a day from your customer services trying to sell me a contract upgrade I’m not interested in. Always during work hours. This has been going on for a week. Sometimes if I can answer nobody will pickup. I need this to stop. How do I do this?

    @EE Yesterday I got a text message that I had a missed call. In February!!! Not the first time. Awful service.

    Anyone else has an issue during @EE plan/handset upgrade that they keep you on both plans (and presumably double charge) during the transition? I thought an upgrade would cancel the previous @EE contract.
