@darrengrimes_ @EE Darren espousing cancel culture today then.......?

  • thecarr66639092 thecarrot (@thecarr66639092) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE And you can terminate your contact without any financial penalties

  • _IanGreen Ian 🌸 (@_IanGreen) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Be interesting to see if they try to apply to existing customers. Which would allow them to cancel contracts and keep phones. Three did that to me years ago

  • ButEffective Williams (@ButEffective) reported

@EE @als26uk Nice try. Roaming charges are a rip off and you know it. Extra cost to network operators is negligible.

  • AndyKing837 Andy King (@AndyKing837) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 Have 2 contracts with you (not locked in) but this is a ****** way to treat your customers, have you lost money while roaming was free, I doubt it! Profiteering at its worse! I’m off to another provider!

  • GemTrulyAmazing GemTrulyAmazing (@GemTrulyAmazing) reported

@EE shocked at the lack of customer loyalty and care, have 3 seperate contracts with you- currently have a perk which you will remove if I upgrade.... no win situation- so pointless having early upgrade option

  • darrengrimes_ Darren Grimes (@darrengrimes_) reported

@Caerlynydd @EE No. I’m advocating consumer choice and market competition. I didn’t call for EE to be shut down and lose their livelihoods or license to operate, I’m not confident you know what cancel culture actually is. Have a great weekend.

  • WayneEllis2 Wayne Ellis #FBPE (@WayneEllis2) reported

@AdiGaskell @riccio_m @EE Perhaps once they get all that extra money they'll be able to provide basic customer service like that?

  • ramy81 Ramy El-Bergamy (@ramy81) reported

@chimenesuleyman 🚨 🛑 DO NOT GO WITH @EE 🛑 🛑 new roaming charging for using your phone abroad. Man is due an upgraded but going to cancel and move network remember I told you

  • KOPITEREADIE KOPITE READIE YNWA (@KOPITEREADIE) reported
