@CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

@EE can you cancel my monthly contract due to broken sim which I am still waiting for a replacement which you are going to charge me £1.50 P&P for and still takes 3 days to arrive to me. Not been able to make or receive calls/messages for a week now and it’s my only phone line!

@EE Hey, I've had no calls, texts or mobile data for 3 days now? Coverage checker days there's no issues in my area. I've tried all the usual hacks, turning on/off phone and aeroplane more, reinserting sim etc. 🌞
