    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

    @EE I have had an online chat followed by a long phone call and each time, I am back a further step and my bill has gone up instead of down. I have raised an online complaint so hopefully someone will find out what is going on.

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.     🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
