  @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

  @EE I have tried all that and it has worked overseas with no issues previously 🤔 Have turned it on and off and toggled between airplane and no airplane - only works on wifi 😢

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

  @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

  @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do
