  @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

  @dpduk_ just to make you aware your drivers have unauthorised people doing deliveries while in the van. You attempted to deliver with a photo of the wrong address. Your customer service response was il raise it. Then to my response of I hope I get it tomorrow was sure. @EE

  Hello @EE can you explain why my 4G signal keeps dropping off in parts of Edinburgh where it never used to happen. It’s very frustrating. It’s almost like you’ve reduced your coverage in the last few months.
