  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.
