  @EE I have phone 150 a few times this morning to report issues with my broadband service. After selecting a couple of options I’m told that a message will be sent to help work out the issue. An hour later still no message.

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @1pMobile @EE Hi. I've had zero network or mobile coverage over the past 3 days indoors. Previously had low 5G coverage for voice and calls.. Please can you investigate? BS20 0.

  @EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.

  @EE I haven’t been able to use my phone since I get to Spain a few days ago. I can’t make calls or use the internet. How can I log into my account when I can’t receive the text code sent to my phone. I have never had this problem on other networks.

  @EE Already done that, says there is no issues in the area and as for the wifi calling thats great if you have access to wifi but unfortunately don't have access 24/7, multiple people in my area have had no service since yesterday
