@CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

@EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.

@EE guys your killing me, my call quality is soo bad it's unusable most of the times, and contacting some one is so difficult using the phone. EE is the self proclaimed best UK network, seems not for me 😭😭 I have about 8 months left on SIM only, something has to be done.

@EE You can’t help, as per original message it Has to be done over the phone and no matter when I call you’re always too busy to answer. Customer service basics is hire enough staff to answer the phones
