@EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

@EE How easy is it switching to a new Apple Watch if you have the cellular service activated? TIA

@EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!

If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

  • Johntommo76
    John Thompson (@Johntommo76) reported

@EE why is your customer service so bad? A customer of 20+ years through all your guises and yet treated like an idiot by your staff

    @dave_odogwu @England @EE He’s **** & has won nothing.

    Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported

@EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

  • Galaxy42_
    Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported

@EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.

  • ChrisMilbank
    Chris Milbank (@ChrisMilbank) reported

Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.

  • 4thdimensionl
    Eliza Coutinho 🇵🇹 (@4thdimensionl) reported

There’s football matches to be watched and @ee is down.

  • gde_dale
    Dale (@gde_dale) reported

@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

  • jgoodliffe_
    James G (@jgoodliffe_) reported

@EE This is incredibly disappointing. I will be submitting a formal complaint.
