@EE maybe give some of your staff a bit of advice to just do what a customer asks for instead of trying to ******* upsell all the time and call it just checking on my service, I know what service I have and want, and do not need your advisors to bamboozal me when I am calling.

  • HMcL15 H McL (@HMcL15) reported

@ee what has happened to the signal in the Talybont-on-Usk area near Brecon?

  • Ruwan_Uduwerage Ruwan Uduwerage-Perera (@Ruwan_Uduwerage) reported

@EE, like many people, I am working from home providing a service, in my case, to students & as such, I am reliant on good 4G broadband speeds. Where I live in the Highlands, EE is the only service provider, & as such, I have to put up with a shoddy service without complaint.

  • imtom77 Tom (@imtom77) reported

@EE I tried to call customer service on my mobile it’s normally free but now it’s saying I need credit? My mobile is on Ee?
