  @EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??

  So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

  @EE disgusting I have mobile, tablet, internet and tv with you yet can not access it. No one replies to DMs yet you continue to be happy to take payment from my account! Maybe it’s time I cancel direct debt let’s see how long it takes someone to reply then!!!
