    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care

    @EE Stop sending me your annoying voice mail calls, texts and messages. Constantly bothering and pestering customers for financial reward is unlawful. It's about 20 times a day, this is your last chance or i will cancel my account.

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE please help me without telling me phone up! Neither of my order numbers work with tracking . And I can’t track my phone order to know when I have to be home to sign for it! Why aren’t they working? I have 2 codes one starting xko and one just numbers.
