  @EE Leave me alone EE, 2hr calls every month trying to sort your issue out only to be passed to someone else having to explain multiple times. Hopefully with @Ofcom help I will be able to terminate my contract early without charge.

  @EE is the worst network on this earth and when my contract is up in September I’m leaving! £80 a month for a iPhone 15 pro max & the network IS ****!!!!

  @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service

  I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

  @EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve

  @OniSuika @EE Sounds like a real waste of time considering the social media team don’t have access to any accounts. They are literally just paid to redirect you to somewhere they think can help.
