  If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

  @EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone

  @EE What's going on? I have been trying since about 2pm to talk to someone to change my phone contract. Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?
