@AllanRobertson1 @Craig_Simpson82 @EE order for PS5 never created at their end. When I challenged him that there were a lot of people who’d experienced the same issue he then claimed it was a common occurrence and basically, there’s nothing they can do. My payment is still showing as pending, 2 days later. 😡

@EE You're causing me serious anxiety with the delay on the delivery of the ps5. It's unfair that I have to chase it up with you. The agent I spoke to was unbothered and had no explanation for the delay. Look into this as for people with anxiety this is awful. Explain.

@rawker28 @EE I'm having the same error message on the EE app this morning so i logged into EE on the desktop website successfully BUT there was an error message saying that they can't display my pack information at the moment and working on it. Definitely a EE Issue.
