@EE Thank you for the canned response. I do expect an increase - but 14% is simply too much. I held off from switching before out of brand loyalty(customer for 10 years). But it’s just not worth it anymore.

I will miss my Apple Music with @EE but the prices are Sky high on the Sim Only plans so I’m thinking when June comes I’m going to hop to another network and the account of mums added on my account ends August same for her too.
