@EE Hi, I'm trying to start a damage claim for my son's phone but the Chubbinsured site keeps saying Server Error - tried calling 150 but was held in a queue for ages so gave up. Any idea when the website will be back up?

@EE Hi, both phones on my EE contract are saying not connected to network. Tried all the tricks to sort but no avail. Cant even call EE to get help. Is the network down in West Scotland?

@EE how do I cancel my order? I have asked twice in DM's but no answer. 50% colleague discount isn't worth the poor customer service I have received so far. I would much rather pay full price with a network that will actually deliver the goods.
