  @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!

  So today has been a new low for @EE a staff member has refused to connect me to there cancellation team and then telling me I don’t have the right to cancel. As a consumer we all have the right to cancel if we are not getting the service that we pay for!!. @Ofcom

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  @EE can you advise why this morning my husband was given a 12 month SIM only deal and I am being told now that I can’t have a 12 month deal as you don’t do them. I have been a customer for over 15 years.

  @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

  @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?
