@EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

Just got an email to casually say my @EE costs are going up 14.4% next month ... that's about £50 a month extra for exactly the same service. 🤯 Time to start looking elsewhere.

@RichardJMurphy I had similar so voted by taking my contracts elsewhere. Over 20 years with them and this is how they treat customers. Only after I requested pac codes for the 4 lines did they take an interest. Nope too late, had enough of being treated with contempt @EE

@EE I hope the poor admin running this Twitter account is getting a 14% pay rise, seeing as they’re having to defend @ee’s greedy 14% price hike.

@EE Yeah, a terrific day for EE knowing that they've just hiked up bills by nearly 15% . As a customer of 20 years with 4 lines that's an extra £30 a month which is a phone in its own right. Same here, I'm off as soon as contract ends. Plenty of other cheaper options out there. Greed

@EE 14.4% increase. That isn't a change in contract. That's inflation plus 3.9% for the same service! I do hope that all the employees of EE and BT (EE's parent company) have had their salaries increased by 10.5%. To not do that would be rather hypocritical after all.

@EE @JoshuaTAllerton That’s what investors are for, you hit your key investors up for funds and given them a plan as to how your actions will bring more customers, not turn around to customers and say **** you, give us money. That’s how you lose customers.

@GJRbluebird @EE Also every other day I get a text saying that there is issues in my area and will be resolved in … hours. I bet the price hike won’t contribute towards these issues.

@EE Over £10 per account per customer is just unaffordable for most people over £120 a year is ridiculous and quite frankly just plain greedy
