  Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

  @EE As a New Customer for Broadband & Phone, I’m stunned at the poor service to date 🚩Faulty equipment on arrival, no callbacks as promised 🚩Repeatedly calling to get our BB installed & set up correctly! 🚩Now over 2.5hrs on phone over 2 days to get this sorted! Sort it!
