Amount included in bill which has never been discussed. I'm with EE for more than 3 years irrespective of continuous network issues, but still I'm being cheated with bill. Extra £70.38 need to remove from my latest bill immediately. HIGHLY UNHAPPY. Case Number - 18079079 @EE

@EE hi, I recently upgraded to a Galaxy Z Flip 3 and wondered if there is any way to change the phone? Its really not what I expected and the battery is so poor its just not suitable. My previous phone the S10+ was far superior. I've only had it about 10 days. Thanks.

@EE Hi. I'm a UK pay monthly customer travelling to Turkey shortly. Is it REALLY nearly £7 a day for 500mb data and £2 a minute for calls, there aren't any add-ons allowing me to use my allowance like @O2 and @VodafoneUK?

@EE What would be the point? I have spent hours on the phone to EE and all that's happened is I have been given dates that have never been stuck too I would be more productive to stare at a wall for 12 hours than ask EE for help At least the wall won't lie to you
