  @EE how about getting your door to door sales people to show their ID before telling them they need to check their broadband speed!! Especially with the elderly. Bad practice.

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
