@EE live chat operators are absolutely awful!! Was misinformed about my contract and they now expect me to pay two separate phone bills at the same time?! All while having to work less due to chronic pain, so I can’t even Absolute joke of a company

@EE So I would like to take it to wales and where I go the network on my phone is hurrendous!! I hear lots of people who can’t use their phones either. So what I would like to know with my ee phone not being good, would this device be the same? I’ve been on coverage checker also

@bartledub @SamsungUK @EE Hahaha thats only if i keep it! But yeah been with them like 10 years now but this has put me off. Advisor i spoke with was great but the policy is stupid. I have to send it back for them to send me a different unit and then another form to send my current back. Eco friendly 🤦🏽

@EE been on wifi calling for years in my house, anything we can do to improve our signal , it’s atrocious. Shouldn’t be having to go outside in this day and age just to keep a signal
