@EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

@EE your customer service representative has just been extremely rude & unhelpful to my 79 year old mother in law. Yesterday, the lady we spoke to was both polite and helpful. My MIL now has a phone that she can't use, why is the sim taking so long to connect please?

I'm very tempted by 3's offerings. Looks like they could bring my monthly cost down from £55 to £28 while offering more data on my broadband. I'll need to check coverage, but it's an appealing thought. I guess I'll see what @EE offers next month when I renew.

@EE Not at all. I know I’m not logging in daily, but when there’s an upcoming football match or MMA event coming up, I’d expect to login and watch. Instead, I get a message saying account suspended or some other nonsense

The stupidest thing is - @EE's advertised "SIM only" plans are more expensive than buying a new device on contract - and unlike o2, the "device payment" doesn't end when your contract does - you just pay more for your service. So yeah. We'll see what they offer directly.
