    @EE I’ve upgraded my plan recently in October and was told in store my NHS discount would be applied. It hasn’t been. Can it be applied now even though my plan has started if I ring customer services?

    @EE It's so random, I can lay my phone down and literally watch it go from 4g+ to E and back to 4g+ again within a few minutes. I have absolutely no idea what's going on with it!

    @quentynblog @EE I’ve been SIMO with Vodafone for many years. Whilst I suspect I could do slightly better elsewhere in terms of price (or if simply haggled!) I stay with them because of their reliability. I’ve never had a problem with Vodafone’s coverage in the UK, or with roaming. 5G is fab!

    @EE need a contact email for support. The only way of contacting you is by phone, but my SIM is not working. Stores are not open by the time I leave my work. I am being charged for a service I am not able to use since I received this faulty SIM.

    @quentynblog @EE Been with EE for years now. Service and data allowances have been good for me. Find that if I went with local independent shops, I would get a better deal and stay on EE with same number etc
