    @EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    @EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

    @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…

    X really are useless, right? Report an account for impersonating @EE support and X says the account did not violate their terms of service. So they can carry on scamming.

    @EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.

    @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldn’t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

    Actually impossible to speak to @EE. An hour and 15 min wait is a joke. Won't even let me sign in online because the account was set up wrong. Guess just stick with broadband that keeps dropping out. May be best to switch.
