    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    @EE sort it ******** out! The reason you are not most peoples first network is the ****** restrictions! I can search for lottery numbers but you refuse to open to national lottery website! What sort of bs is that!

    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

    @EE I tried that through automated chat but all they said was the signal strength in my area was ok but tried to explain its every area i go to its really poor but the person didnt seem to understand what i was suggesting

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?
