    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    @EE Having spoken to an EE guide on the phone they tell me the service will not be fixed/resumed until tomorrow morning. My internet is still down and has been since lunch time. At what point do we seek compensation?

    @Etsphonebill @EE My AirBNB just cancelled on me. Β£450 down the drain. Router is still showing blue and giving me a login screen. Which means I just need an active username and password. They aren't willing to give me one. They say there is no possibility of compensation as my contract hasn't started. Technically they turned off my dead mothers internet. The only reason I agreed to a 24 month contract with them when I will mostly be in thailand is i need internet now. Im in a village where there is no phone signal. Maybe ebola is too harsh. Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome is more appropriate.
