  @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

  @EE @Starlink It’s dreadful and the amount of my time it’s wasted is appalling. The cavalier attitude of your customer disservice people is cringe-worthy and nothing like the ‘best customer service for 30 years’ your pantomime voice answering system claims. You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.

  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

  @_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.

  Had what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?

  @EE Finally spoke to your unhelpful call centre. Utter shite. No fault on the line, yet I can’t hold a teams call with it lagging. Basically told tough ****. 🙃

  @EE my wifi has been down since last night and its frustrating that everyday I have to reset the router due to awfully slow speed. I cannot continue like this.
