@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE It's funny how networks believe your a basic customer if your pay as you go and your stupid to think method of payment will increase signal because that is not lawful

  • sarahharrison86 Sarah Harrison (@sarahharrison86) reported

@StarWalf @tescomobile I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. Totally garbage network and customer service. I moved to @EE and haven’t looked back.

  • iakhtar1 Ims (@iakhtar1) reported

@EE That's been far from the truth. It took me a month to agree a reasonable price with EE and 6 weeks later you up your prices, no negotiation, no discount. I've never experienced such abuse of contract with lies and manipulation. Increasing prices because you know people are stuck

  • dan_fuzz Dan Fuzz (@dan_fuzz) reported

@EE I tried to top up my phone yesterday morning online. Never had issues before, yet after entering my card number it just got stuck on the next page, where it gives overview of amount & you can edit amount/card, and it says additional card verification required at bottom. No

  • Saintbelle2016 Sue Bennett 🌻🐈🧡🙋‍♀️ (@Saintbelle2016) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

  • porcinesludge hello human (@porcinesludge) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE If they change your contract they are breaching your contract and you can cancel. I was with them and they upped my picture message cost, so I told them I wanted out, also because they breached I got to keep the phone. Then I went sim only and bought a phone outright.
