    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    .@EE I am absolutely fed up with your shocking signal at my house. The whole cul-de-sac is like it. I have to find the one position in our bedroom by the window or at the front door or to get an actually signal that’s more than 2 bars, go and stand outside to ring someone

    @EE Yes. Had zero bars unless you walked from our block to about 5 blocks down (ish) and even then still didn’t connect 😐

    @bingbangbuche @EE @wembleystadium Honestly Wembley only one that lets me down. Real shame as I wanted to video call Italian mates who couldn’t make it. Couldn’t even WhatsApp them to say do you want a scarf ffs 🙃

    @EE DM has been sent, to be transparent I normally have a great deal of respect for EE, however all these issues have left me very disappointed. I'm hoping they will be fixed efficiently with reimbursement where needed and my confidence restored.

    @EE which has yet to arrive. I'm still stuck with a faulty handset & no way to return it. I can't belive as a customer for over 10 years you are unwilling to replace my handset which is still within the 14 day period? What type of service is this?
