    @LM22___ @EE I get that you think saying “***” is something that will bother me. It won’t. It wouldn’t bother you princess so it’s really not the burn you think it is. Lots of people have hurt me. Same as you have likely been hurt causing you to cry to ee about your first world problems

    @EE For now good with signal. When I port from other network I was told I would get Indian minutes, but I didn’t get any Indian minutes. Despite many times I face signal issues and e-sim issues I still retain with ee. I humbly request you to provide Indian minutes as promised.

    @MartinSLewis Martin any advice to help me got a brand new iPhone 14 pro had it 6 days and didn’t have it insured yet and got robbed in the street Wednesday night by a scumbag on a electric bike and @EE have no compassion and tell me i have to pay the 24 month contract still

    @EE I work for BT and still nobody from the ee department has contacted me about an issue I've got trying to upgrade....I've gave in now after 4 phone calls, seems nobody knows what they're doing.

    Had the worst ever customer service at @EE on Friday.Had an appointment about MOT for my phone,arrived matey wasn’t interested at all and said they was going to cancel me anyway as they was short staffed and the MOT isn’t worth it if I’m happy with my device. So left pretty 🤬.

    @EE your data sharing functionality is down on app and website. Phone wait times in excess of 1hr. My kids need data when they are out on their own. How long until this is fixed?

    @EE Why is your customer service so awful?!!! Why are your staff repeatedly not able to get my account details up on their screens?!!!!!! I am seriously thinking of changing to another network!!!! It couldn't be any worse than #EE!!!!!
