    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    @EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    @dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!

    @EE new router received today and installed, sky still losing network after 10 seconds at best! Think it’s probably best to go elsewhere for WiFi at no cost to myself? Please confirm

    @EE it is dumb to need to verify WiFi login by needing a passcode I can only access by email WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOGON TO WIFI. I have no bloody internet!!! Make it make sense

    @EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

    @EE I live the way you talk about being the best network. Well ive never heard so much bullshxt tbh. Broadband cancelled after 8 week because you couldnt get it working as promised and now I have numerous issues with customer service- The worst company in the comms industry

    @SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
