@EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

@EE How easy is it switching to a new Apple Watch if you have the cellular service activated? TIA

@EE Yeah thanks for bringing the roaming charges back. What about those promises that you have no plans to do so? A network that you can trust - yeah, right.

  • JayBroadsword Jay (@JayBroadsword) reported

@EE @peterlillie Radical idea... maybe let shareholders take less in their dividend payments and then use that to invest? There you go, problem solved. You're welcome.

  • als26uk Austin S (@als26uk) reported

@EE Thanks for replying. May I suggest that you tell your customers as quickly as poossible what you intend you to do, including cost. I have no problem with you investing to ensure a great service but don't take your customers for granted.

  • DEMO__E Ethan (@DEMO__E) reported

@EE @AdiGaskell Your network is crap always has been always will be.

  • Heaveysoul Marco van Basten (@Heaveysoul) reported

@EE Absolute rubbish. Profits after tax for #EE last year down only 2% due to covid at £1,734 million. This is @EE reneging on a promise they made & is just a way to make easy money from their customers. I hope they leave in droves 4 other networks. I certainly am. 👋👋👋👋 #goodbye

  • chrisrogan Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported

@bazzacollins @EE just using their customers future holidays to pay for ripping out #HUAWEI network gear

  • wiseboy901 Leo (@wiseboy901) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK But can’t get a signal within the UK. Good choice.

  • ashleymanoff Ashley Manoff (@ashleymanoff) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 Gone back on not charging timing costs. Actually the only operator to do so at the moment. Bloody disgusting profiteering. Really poor show

  • JayBroadsword Jay (@JayBroadsword) reported

@EE @DBLondonER Sorry to butt in...When you say "support investment" you mean pay for? So rather than using your own profits you are charging more to keep profits and shareholder dividends high.

  • Nick_Collins_86 Nick (@Nick_Collins_86) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 O dear, which social network admin will be having a discussion with management tomorrow.
