@EE lots of promotion but 5G - very patchy in London, speed certainly does not meet expectation had better speeds on 4G - hopefully 5G will improve. That said EE is a great network, I've been with most.

@EE Looking to buy someone else a new phone for Christmas they are also an EE existing customer however they DONT WANT A MONTHLY PLAN OF ANY SORT THEY JUST WANT A NEW PHONE THEY CAN CALL AND TEXT ON AND PAY WHENEVER MONEY RUNS OUT AS WOULDN'T USE £10 IN 2 MONTHS LET ALONE A MONTH

@DaniDickhead @EE I've been waiting for my device since 5th november 2020. I ring them every 2 days and they keep saying I'll get it by 25th November. I thought EE is UK's best service provider hence wise I moved from Three. Now I truely regert leaving them with the lack of customer service at EE

@EE good morning. Is there a problem with Wifi in the NP151HE area..for the third time in two weeks it has stopped working meaning i have to go into the office. "EE down" says there is no problem but i assure you there is.
