    @EE No I’m not. It’s something I’ve been trying to fix all year. I just get this message. I don’t understand. I am the account holder and the bills come out of my bank account. Why can I not gain access to my own phone accounts?

    @EE Not for me and after the way your rep spoke to my girlfriend saying about Universal pay asking "Well there must be a reason they've not paid. If you can't pay it will be handed to debt collectors" so forgive me for saying this but she's not interested in help now👍 scum

    @EE Hi, I had a text prompting me to add my smart benefit to my phone plan however I’m receiving this when trying to add it on your site: Smart Benefit update error. Sorry, due to a technical problem we're currently unable to update your smart benefits. Is the site down?

    @EE Repeated cutting out for between 1min and up to 10 or so. Makes streaming pointless. Registered incident last night but assume repeated short cutouts don't count as an outage problem. It's not the most reliable for things like meetings, anyway, but it's quite noticeable right now

    @EE Hi. Little issue with my latest home broadband bill. My latest bill shows £40.04. My plan was £26.33/month. It's the last month of my 18-month plan. Is there any chance to get this reduced back to £26.33? I don't understand why it would change without notice. Cheers, Jim.
