@EE How can you launch 5G when you cannot even get 4g correct FAO Marc Allera instead of boasting about 5G please start looking after your customers like me who have been loyal with 4 phones and invest in fixing the problem that I have had for 3 months and struggle to get 2 bars

  • dancafs Dan McCaffrey (@dancafs) reported

Please @EE can someone help me with my broadband home move? 😭

  • HerringT0M 👊 (@HerringT0M) reported

@EE I don't think 5g is particularly worth it ATM. I've had 150Mbps + over your LTE network. And even here in remote Yorkshire, I can still get 100Mbps over band 3 LTE (granted on @ThreeUK as EE don't use band 3 ). But 100Mbps 4g is fast enough for most stuff.

@EE How about you fix the signal out side of London... service has gone downhill for years... can't wait to leave

  • matthew1972 matthewridley (@matthew1972) reported

@EE Have had an engineer visit and a new router and the broadband is STILL dropping in and out on a regular basis. I'm paying for a service which I am not benefiting from so, therefore, I want out. Completely unacceptable.
