@DogMooster @EE It's so they can increase their profit margin!! I reported a fault I got a message back to say use WiFi calling!!! Cheek of it I should bill EE for my WiFi!! If your putting your prices up then make sure you actually provide a service

@JamesAHogg2 @EE This is exorbitant and I am with EE, but am near the end of my mobile phone/Internet contracts. I shall therefore be contacting them to re-assess this greedy price hike, or I will go elsewhere. Seems you get better deals as a new customer rather a longstanding loyal one! 🤔🤦

@JamesAHogg2 @EE I left EE 2 weeks ago. But since leaving have endured poor signal and coverage with ID Mobile. So I am now in the process of leaving them! My EE contract became a luxury I could ill afford. EE charge more and for less since removing EU roaming.

@EE Hi again, could you help me with another issue? We have recently had fibre broadband put in our village offering me up to 2g speeds . When I call you guys you say you can still only offer 30meg? I have a few other providers asking me to switch, can you access new infrastructure?

@EE 3 times today service has dropped out completely. 5G was off for few hours, couldn't then make calls and then service went again. And no I don't wanna talk to the tech department as they sprout out the same repetitive crap off the sheets they read off.

I give in, New phone arrived from @EE, it's the wrong colour and the seal is broken!! Now it's going to take upwards of 2 weeks to sort out. I literally could cry! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
