    @caitlinmoran @mouthwaite @EE I'm another Giff Gaff from EE convert. One caveat though: phone/data signal can be sporadic. Just spent a week on the Wales border with NO internet access and limited phone signal.

    @mouthwaite @EE We are shocking, trying to cancel with them is a massivly difficult. Can't do it in store, can never get thro on the phone. So pleased I'm now with tesco mobile now

    Wow... It is astonishing how awful your customer service is. Left messages with more than 3 people, been to the shop 3 times, once for 40 mins and still nobody can replace my phone for 7 days. I am actually due an upgrade & have been an @EE customer for many years... HOW?

    @mouthwaite @caitlinmoran @EE Nah. Use sky mobile, its a piggyback off o2, never had a problem with it and it costs me about £20 a month. You can even share data with others in your house if you need too aswell.
