@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@Sacha52067770 @EE I’ve been with them for six years nearly and it’s a joke. Definitely going with a different provider next time. 🙄 and it’s a joke when you pay £75 and get nowhere 🙄 and my old phone was the Google pixel six pro would definitely never recommend that phone to anyone kept breakin

@EE It’s definitely a shame about your customer service/network coverage when you have issues with your phone and they say they will call you back twice in the last four hours. They’ve said they will call me back and they haven’t. What a waste of time probably been with yours 6 years

@EE Please can someone help me out. My Mum has had terrible customer service so far and her contract hasn’t been updated TWICE now after speaking to a number of people. It’s a joke, as she is paying double the amount that has been agreed. #eesupport
