@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I understand but I was never told when I got my upgrade at the end January. Your prices are already very high. When you compare the same phone and contract with @VodafoneUK they are £25 cheaper. I wish I had moved when my contract was up. I would be saving £300 a year!!!

@EE absolutely disgusting service this weekend. Paid next day delivery..DPD tried to deliver phone to wrong address but no delivery text or note left. Can’t get hold of DPD now as advised by EE and charged £6 plus for the call when I do ring this !!!!

@EE hi! I am confused with the pac codes I am leaving Voxi and moving to EE - when checking out on EE when I put my pac code in will it cancel my voxi contract straight away - can I submit the pac code to EE once my new phone has been delivered.

Oh well. @EE broadband has always been poor now it has failed completely. @EE are impossible to contact
