@EE well I knew it wouldn't be long until I was back here. I raised my complaint, spoke with your complaints team, who agreed with me and offered to honour the deal originally pulled by your customer service team. Was offered an email to back up what customer service agreed 1/2

@EE Yes - as always customer service with @EE was excellent - did everything they could, apart from get me a signal without using Wifi calling, hence it’s such a shame I’m having to move networks to @SkyUK to make a call from home.

@EE I feel I must tell the world about your outstanding customer service. Even under Boris Johnson's absentee government, the energy crisis and the utter fiasco of their leadership contest, you still manage to stand out as appallingly bad & a disgrace to your hard working staff.

Seriously, the Oppo Find 5 sucks compared to my old Huawei P30 pro, and @EE customer service and store suck too. Buy second hand and go SIM only with an independent network folks.
