    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    @EE yet more billing problems with EE. Why is this so terrible? Some of your team are great, some not so good, but your systems for dealing with problems are awful

    @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

    @EE take out a phone contract, get promised free buds, 6 calls later and still not sorted. Keep getting told our guide says we have to do this, well your guide is not working so we need another solution. I am going to @OmbudsmanPh if this isn't sorted

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.
