@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@LivingScotch @EE Same in Perthshire. Almost no signal at all in Blackford, can’t even make a reliable voice call. Had to use my house phone for the first time in about 3 years!

@EE I am having problems connecting to the internet since around midday and I need data on my mobile phone to do my job. I couldn't work all afternoon and the problem is still there. There hasn't been any communication from EE which is very disappointing. Who is going to compensate?

@EE Do you seriously expect long term customers to believe these lies? Long term customers know full well that you guys just take the money and run. Not once have I ever had a satisfactory resolution to any kind of problem I’ve had with your mobile or landline services in 6 years.

@danielspratt31 @EE Same here taxi driver lost wages today who’s paying me that **** service by EE again will be moving soon as my contract it up **** customer service to and I’ll probably loose a days pay tomorrow at this rate
