@EE @EE Someone phoned yesterday and said they would phone today. I then get a DM saying sorry but there’s nothing else they can do as they can’t find any information... not even the phone call that was promised... poor customer service and extremely worrying and disappointing

@MartinSLewis Similar issue with @ee and my HomePod. If I had purchased from Apple + as it’s a manufacturer fault they would of replaced it immediately (their words). Told me to get in touch with EE and apple will replace it. EE wouldn’t accept this and now having to go through ombudsmen.

@EE If you say you will call a customer regarding a complaint then please do it ! don’t just send a tweet saying you passed in on as feedback ! You still haven’t said how despite going through your security you still had wrong account details.

@EE All night last night. I tried calling but for nearly 1 hour all I got was "Server unreachable". I turned flight mode on and off on my phone and finally got through but it was pointless. I was basically told there wasn't an issue and they're sending a cube engineer later today.
