@AskPS_UK I got my ps5 through @EE in February and all of a sudden the console won’t read discs and I know it’s not the discs as the uncharted movie and resi 4 were brand new. I’ve done all the online support but no luck what can I do

@EE Hey, I've had no calls, texts or mobile data for 3 days now? Coverage checker days there's no issues in my area. I've tried all the usual hacks, turning on/off phone and aeroplane more, reinserting sim etc. 🌞

Hello @EE how do you assess where mobile signal receives improvement? Not 10 miles from Chester or Mold and yet it’s like EE doesn’t exist?

@EE - Just so it's clear here, despite what is advertised, EE do not offer NHS discount. They pick and choose what the discount can be used on - and therefore, the suggestion that they do, is a sham. Choose a network that cares guys. Shame on you 😔
