    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @MarkyTalk @EE My signal isn’t great, been with them 10 years and due an upgrade for the last 4 but the new deals are so expensive I will be changing to new supplier soon and get a much better deal

    @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

    @EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    Why is your app ****? It never works and shows lines that where disconnected years ago! Trying to gift my daughter some data but the app is just not happening? @EE

    The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they can’t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.
