  @WeAreOpenreach Our service provider has done this twice whilst we've been on hold. Both times have resulted in assurances that it will be done in minimum 2 weeks. Both times have been lies. Im at my wits end @EE

  @EE Complaint already escalated… however no real word… on to EE this morning to cancel… looking online so many people angry with lack of service, poor repair and addressing of issues… I’ll be adding to their voice. 2 weeks no broadband: comms between EE and Openreach not working

  @MisterCow @EE They're switching off half the network, it's not fit for purpose. 3rd mast down in my area in London. No 5g in the south west today. Seems it's offline
