@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE it is laughable that you keep sending me messages that your service is compromised at my home address. I moved a year ago and have informed you. At my new local you have almost no service at all, at best, 1 bar of phone signal and data occasionally has 4g but mostly is H+

@Shaunjenks @ThreeUK @EE I know they do and said as much in my post. Being the only major carrier not to support international roaming at launch is a bit off. I’m hoping they will do soon.

@EE trying to top up 4gee router but being asked to complete CAPTCHA on website that does not appear. Tech support button on website does not appear either. Cannot top up via phone as I need to verify address - 20 minute wait! What's going on?!

@EE hi, I am abroad & my roaming isn’t working. When I go online enable roaming & make calls is blocked, when I’ve tried to unblock it it says to text 150, which has texted me saying ‘your device is set up to be used for roaming in any country’ however, it is still not working
