  @EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasn’t confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!

  @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?
