  @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

  @tholumusam @EE We still have no signal, we still have no internet, no call back, still no engineer, still no 4gmifi and the customer service has been shocking with being lied to miss advised and when telling the you rely on internet for your job they just aren’t bothered. Completely shocked!.

  @EE It doesn’t! Why is it so difficult for me to speak to a human being? If I DM you my phone number, could somebody call me? If not, then I’ll just cancel. I’ve had enough if this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years then it’s not worth me staying with you.

  @EE for anyone looking for home broadband, AVOID EE. Since renewing, laptops and mobile phones won't connect at all. They resolved this once for about a week, now happening again. Won't let us leave the contract and have spent weeks trying to make a complaint!

  @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…

  @EE reception in Wimbledon Park area is now a 1970 service. Impossible to make or receive calls. Disgraceful to say the least.

  @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

  @EE mobile phone bill has additional charges x 3 from other companies but no info whatsoever on what these are - help please?
