    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE No, it's all been reported. Took down a mast and all the town centre of Beverley went down. Get told to call 150 but can't cos we have no signal. 🙃

    Especially when it was transferred from another European country before being sold in the UK by @EE, they is no point having an account that I can't use and I ain't waiting 101 weeks. This has just been one issue after another with this account. I've had enough.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE And for an internal cable to be fried and need replacing suggests that the fault was present before I was sent the phone. & now Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value £150, In the long run it's going to be cheaper to pay @EE up and move on as phone likely as more faults.

    @EE I haven't yet, since it's still 8 days till I get a standard upgrade. But I've been looking at prices for a while and you guys are by far the most expensive. I don't want to leave since the service is so good but still. Prices are steep

    @EE Yes please. I can’t login on my other device when over network. Wi-fi is fine but just not logging in at all. Logged out and now can’t get back in. Login details all fine and can do it on another device over a different network
