    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE Thats the problem call 150 🙄🙄 they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore 😮‍💨😮‍💨 loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra £80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.

    @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!

    @EE Had a call today so hopefully the phone line will be sorted by 27th third or fourth time for this promise! Checks last night showed intermitent connection and router reset. Still poor internet and coverage

    @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

    Does anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees

    @EE any update on the outage in the BT79 area other than the service status checker which keeps updating with an estimated fix 24hrs after whatever time you check it? Original fix time was Sunday. Now saying Wednesday.
