  @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

  Switchin wifi provider. This other company gotta lot to answer to really, even if they still working on it. No internet for 3 weeks as a paying customer is bangers. Jus glad there was thee @EE ppl there today. 50£ gift card. To shhhpend any where. Unlimited data sim. 20£ off for a whiile.

  @MCFC2012 @EE Not sure where you are based but we are in Cheshire with BRSK. Never had an issue with the Wi-Fi since we changed to BRSK.

  @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.
