  @EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

  @Hepworthclare @EE My local shop was very dismissive and wilfully unhelpful but I did get help on the phone a couple of years ago. Can't find the number I used.

  @EE I will do this tomorrow :) thanks. Don’t know where I stand, as I know water damage isn’t covered, but it truthfully hasn’t had any water damage so I don’t know if there’s a broken sensor or something like that?
