@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@teh0o @EE Handset just freezes and then crashes. Managed to get it set up then it crashed. Did a factory reset eventually but same issue again.

@ee my data has been deactivated and I have a disability which means I can’t go out until it’s back on as I have no means to call help. #urgent #ee website chat isn’t working, waited 2.5 hrs neither are calls.
