  @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

  @EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why don’t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I can’t speak to the cancellation team and I can’t cancel. @Ofcom

  @bt_uk @AndreaS51917891 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @EE ive just had someone knock my door asking me to do a speed test of my Internet. He told me to get my phone to complete this albeit I told him No multiple times. As a customer since the orange days I dont appreciate the aggressive attitude of your employees on my doorstep.

  @EE @OliverH69492772 You go to Gran Canaria get a ferry out at sea and get a perfect 5g signal but back home down at my local sea front you no data signal at all . pathetic.

  @EE Tried to also buy Amazon and Sainsburys gift cards, but both rejected this card. Unless this is sorted out I will be launching an official complaint.

  @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment
