@EE I was told on phoning again that there are 1.2 million mobile broadband dongles issued and over 50% have stopped working. After 6+ weeks, it's very annoying to have to spend my time chasing for a replacement/refund when clearly there is a BIG problem at your end.

@EE what is happening in WA166RT? Mobile, 3G and 4G constantly appear to be down? Many months of messages stating that there is a problem then it’s fixed then hours later there’s another problem. #rural

Massive shout out to @EE after major drama with broadband over the past few weeks (not actually EE's fault) always answered the phone, added data instantly and now offering compensation. Outstanding customer service 👌👏 #CustomerService
