    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @the_pintman @EE I work from my phone. Which makes me a living to pay my bills. These things happen however, it’s been down since this morning. Thanks for your concern, world is still turning 👌🏼

    So @EE are axing their micro-cell service soon. They suggested using wifi-calling instead. Wifi calling can be really temperamental sometimes - So right now, I have 1 bar cell signal and no ability to make calls. Slow clap there for EE.
