@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE No one can contact me incase of an emergency. And it’s just an absolute nuisance yet again. And sorry it also happened in the states last year. It’s a stress for my family as they can’t check in with me and for me here. I’ve been a customer since I was 17.

@HammondmarkMark @EE I’m going to terminate my contract early with them as I have proof of all of this and I will happy take them to court at this stage . Shocking service and putting their customers at risk of danger overseas

I’d never usually do this. I don’t like shaming any business. But if you are looking at moving over to another mobile provide do not choose @EE Shocking service when overseas !

Hey @EE I don’t know what’s going on with your service lately but mine has been horrendous for about 2 weeks now. No phone signal and no 4G , either get it sorted or I don’t pay my bill thanks.👎
