    @EE Not noticed intermittency. Just weak signal in other rooms, when old ee router was fine.

    @EE Hey I'm good thanks and yourself? I was able to successfully log in on Thursday but it says I've been locked out but the email resets won't come through and when I tried to call the locked out number it doesn't work as I've only just joined

    @EE tried to email. Tried the number you sent, but poor customer service on this occasion. Getting 6mg when supposed to get 36. I've updated my details in store, and yet my name is unavailable. Time for a change.

    @EE I would never test my speed but good job my son checks as when paying for fibre and only get 6mb surely is unfair?
