Liam Parry (@liam_spx) reported@EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.
-
Colin Bassett (@SkyAtNight0000) reported@EE Stop sending me your annoying voice mail calls, texts and messages. Constantly bothering and pestering customers for financial reward is unlawful. It's about 20 times a day, this is your last chance or i will cancel my account.
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE @O2 @O2 whats your sales number please I have contract sim but never use it we are dire customer service so I'm moving to o2 entirely

Tania 🩷✨ (@TrophyPop_) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I’ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
-
barbara north (@barbaranorth1) reported@EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?
-
Andy Furnival (@AndyFurnival2) reported@WoodUksparky137 @EE EE, a premium priced network, for the lowest possible service. The annual price increases are the only consistent aspect of EE
-
Robert Marrs (@farmermarrs) reported@EE I’ve complained several times and all I get told to do is to reset the device and then it works for 2/3 days then goes back to been absolute garbage!!
-
REALLY2 (@JimNewcomb10) reported@EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

Seb (@SebParkinson) reported@EE It’s been a known issue for… years. You just don’t do anything about it. Claiming it’s fine, when it isn’t.
