Hey @EE my Mother in Law had an iPhone 15 it went wrong took it in store and it was replaced. The replacement has then gone wrong and a temp iPhone 10 issued while waiting for issue to be resolved yet nothing has been heard for over 2 weeks now.

@EE You need to re-open complaint reference: VOL013-993467170957 for the second time. You haven't solved the problem and time is running out for you to fix it.

@EE Shows there is no network, already. Been in touch via phone and it's been confirmed network down as mast got damaged. It's not just my area but others also, but doesn't help matters when you are running a business and call scan't be made or received. Issue reported now

I can get a phone signal and Internet in the Sahara desert on my phone but in the Dorset area I can't. Why is the UK so **** for Internet and phone signal?? 99% coverage @EE my arse.
