@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE @educationgovuk Hi there, How do I get this set up? I just purchased a EE wireless home hub for this exact reason, and the data i can afford to have on it is going down pretty quickly already.... would be a great as I’m worthies o it being charged ridiculous costs for going over my allowance.

@EE response I got is that i am liable to pay 'understandable - but the only solution was "let your account go into arrears / collections and sort a payment plan from there". Now correct me if im wrong but isnt this morally disgraceful on EEs part?

@EE We have no broadband signal. Router is fine but Wi-Fi on laptop says "No Internet, secured". Turned all off and on again x 10. Using my phone as a hotspot but this is only working for me not my teacher husband or school child. Can anyone help?
