    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE How? Been nothing but problems. Over promised, undelivered, missed dead lines and zero accountability. Theres passangers from the titanic with a better customer satisfaction

    @EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!

    @BenGungyal @EE Like all contracts its down to the customer to renegotiate, as I do with my virgin subscription, home insurance, car insurance. All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.

    @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?

    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
