  When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves
