    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE The rude person I was speaking too dropped the call. Been on and off hold for almost 2 hours. They where meant to be the person to sort out compensation! No call back.

    @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further

    @EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better

    @EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩

    @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
