JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

Matt (@AFCMattD) reported@EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Philip G (@PhlipGodfrey) reported@SClash2019 @EE @Apple They've gone dreadful recently, everytime I ring my fiance and also one of my friends who both use EE I struggle to hold a conversation with either of them as their signal constantly break up. It's not my end as I've tried two different sims with the same result!
