@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE Hi, I've got a Watch Plan that's now out of contract, though it appears to be still charging the full price (£38.82 is what's showing). Is there an option to either cancel this completely or move it to a cheaper contract now that the watch has been paid off? Thanks

@EE @1981Ander_Kirky It's part of EE policy to ignore their customers. I have been forced to write the @MarcAllera EE CEO about this. He ignored my letters!! I'm a paying customer. That's how much they care. I am literally being forced to get a court order to get someone to respond!

@EE It’s ok, I got to the bottom of it. I was having issues at the weekend, which were resolved by the helpful Stevie over the phone. A colleague of yours before her though sent out a new SIM and it was activated when dispatched which I wasn’t told would be the case.

@EE I have left abusive relationship with an ex EE employee who took multiple phone contracts out in my name, I need help with this and have been told “we aren’t liable for this” because I was aware afterwards and didn’t report it, despite the risk to myself if I had done this???

@EE New SIM has arrived and problem solved but a bit of miscommunication during a process which wasn’t needed as my weekend issues were fixed with a reset of something on your side. Ah well.

@EE This was landlines and broadband. Engineer had been a few days earlier and "fixed" broadband drop out issue. Now we notice no landline at all and slow broadband
