That's the 3rd day @EE has left me without mobile service!! Result: I can't even contact them! Online chat is down, really not a single way to get them and resolve the issue!

@EE are useless. They charged me 3 months of broadband when I had switched, "It looks like they didn't cancel your account..." so they closed my account and 'refund all the money you've been paying"... One MONTH later, still no refund... call them again...

@EE is there anyway to link a debit card to my phone without MyEE? Trying to top up PAYG and I can register but not link my card or phone as MyEE is down. Any idea when it will be back up? Kinda urgent
