@KatieLaurie9 @EE @SamsungUK I got absolutely nowhere with EE and Samsung. Washing their hands of a VERY common global problem with these phones. Utter disbelief. Loyal Samsung customer for years. Doubt I'll ever get one again with this unbelievable ignoring of a very common problem on their part.

@EE Hi. I'm in Headcorn and our broadband has been down since about 11am. I understand it's not just EE, but do you know what the problem is and when it is expected to be repaired? I am currently working from home so this very inconvenient.

@O2 do you have managers anymore? Been promised a call back twice and still hasn't happened. People should use @ee instead probably get better service
