  @EE I’ve complained several times and all I get told to do is to reset the device and then it works for 2/3 days then goes back to been absolute garbage!!

  @EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

  @ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We weren’t told it takes up to 24 hours !

  @EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳
