  @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

  @EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this “Hi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

  @EE sneaky from you guys telling people to hang up and reply to a text for quicker service. Yet the number to reply to doesn’t work!!! 45min wait or text a number that isn’t working 🥴🥴🥴🥴

  @EE when are you going to fix the pathetic coverage in Edinburgh? Since BT got their grubby paws on EE huge dead spots have appeared. Don’t text me to say I’ve got super 5G when I can’t even get 4 🙄
