    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @_Robert06_ @EE I hardly get network/internet at my place of work, and it’s in BIG CENTRAL LONDON. Somethings just don’t make sense for the biggest or the best or whatever they like to call them in the uk.

    Non legal question.What phone provider has the best customer service as @EE is beyond terrible and an hour wasted on hold for their error & being passed from 1 person to the next.‘Call this number’, on hold for 25 minutes with zero care for how this disrupts the day.Suggestions?

    @EE why is it taking so long to get my new iPhone 14 pro max? @VodafoneUK sent my partners out within 24 hours hours! Or you said I could pay £350 for a 1tb one. Very poor!

    @EE DPD have been unable to deliver my new phone today due to the address not being on the parcel however it is showing up on my order. They won’t help and have instructed me to speak to yourselves, please can you help?

    @EE I’ve tried multiple times and EE check it once then promise to call back and never do. I’m not going through that yet again. Happy to make others aware of it on all SM platforms though 👍

    @EE What !!IDIOT!! came up with the "you cannot use an Old Password" Idea. Like many people I have WELL over 100 passwords. If I cannot re-use them then I MUST write them down. Defeats the purpose! EBAY was first. Haven't used them for 8 years as a result EE??? Probably the same
