Marcello Mega (@_MarcelloMega) reported@EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

Robin John (@robjohn75) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.
-
eleanor binns (@franbinns) reportedEE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed
-
Simon James 🚂 (@UKMondoMan) reported@EE Issue now resolved. Not the outcome I was looking for but a fair compromise.
-
Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
-
Jen (@sassybadassy15) reported@EE Morning Team. I would like to recognise the agent I spoke to just now for their excellent customer care and compassion in helping me a distressing situation. How can I pass this on?
-
Michael Curley (@Mcurley40Curley) reported@KinkygroovyHez @EE @O2 are a nightmare as well nine weeks to cancel a sim only contact!!
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍

Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.
