@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@ee don't even have the decency to offer a get out of contract option due to their extortionate price increase, trapping financially vulnerable people into contracts they can no longer afford. Well **** decency YOU ROBBING, SCAMMING, THIEVING *****!!!! End your contract ASAP!!

@EE I worked for you for 12 years… we both know that’s not entirely true as the “improvements” never happen… false promises.

@EE Hi. Wireless broadband's been down since Saturday in Randalstown area, Co Antrim. Only one very vague update. Can you advise of any progress please?

@EE announcing a +14% increase is shocking. If families/individuals aren’t struggling enough as it is, this will end up cutting people off socially and potentially from emergency help and care.

Hi there @ee. As a contracted customer I find it disgusting that you're increasing my bill by over 14%. I understand inflation but the fact you're choosing to add an additional 4% onto that is heard loudly!

Disgusted with @EE my monthly mobile bill is increasing by £25… been a customer for years as soon as I’m out of contract on my lines I’ll be going. #EE

@EE Difficult to enjoy yourself when you can’t access maps on your phone, and can’t communicate with other people if you want to meet up later. Never mind the endless hours waiting to speak to a human at EE when you have to phone daily. Day 6 still no roaming!!!

@DanteSinclair @EE New EE customers should return their new handset and cancel their contracts!! Once committed they can apparently then charge you what the like. Then go with a provider who offers fixed prices for entire contract!!
