    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE my phone appears to have the wrong number - when I message people it’s showing up as coming from a different number even when they’ve messaged the correct number. Any idea how to fix?

    @EE hello my phone is telling me that my mobile data has been turned off by EE and I'm on emergency calls only?? My bill isn't collected until the 31st and there is plenty of money in my account. Any help would be great

    @EE Is this EE account some sort of Good Morning Britain, the people who run this account just good at saying "good morning and we are finished for the evening", but when it comes to answering questions, they never reply. Absolutely useless.

    @EE Good morning, I’m looking for a refund of some of my monthly direct debit as the service in parts of Scotland has been terrible. My brother on O2 has had no problems wherever we’ve been. Very disappointed.
