    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE how do I make a complaint? DPD have lost my new phone delivery. They confirmed it twice to me. Why is it taking so long to confirm this and send out my replacement phone? We’ve been with you for 20 years!

    @EE I will be posting this every day until this has been resolved adding another pile for every day so far I’ve had 2 weeks of complaining with no resolution so you get 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 Be prepared for more

    @EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩

    @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!

    @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?

    Hey @EE. Can you let me know when a tech order will be dispatched. It’s currently showing as delayed on my order status. I’ve been told’ maybe something will happen in the next few days’. Item is showing as ‘in stock’, could you direct me to the team who could accurately help.

    WHY HAS MY SERVICE STILL NOT BEEN RE-ACTIVATED?? Its been over 5 days since i have paid my bill, RE-INSTATE before next friday or i will ask my lawyer to help me cancel the contract with you!!! @EE
