    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    @EE sick of ee Been with them over 15 years Last year or 2 it’s been crap when at home location and fine everywhere else Calls braking up Echoey Sounds like I'm in a good fish bowl Only ever does it in this location at home Sick of it now Mine and my wife's do it

    @Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people

    @freddy0047 @EE Their app is AI and is absolutely useless. We've just had full fibre broadband installed from them. The installation is causing our neighbour problems but I can't get to speak to anyone to get them to come out and have a look. BT & EE playing tennis with it.

    @dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint
