    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @ladyywatermelon @EE @VodafoneUK No worries. I think there is 2 Virgin networks on the tube. One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.

    @EE Hey good morning, can you help? I took out new sim on Saturday and I’m waiting for my number to be transferred, I was told it would be 1-2 days? Can you check please ?

    @jaysupershag @EE Better off buying from a third party retailer much cheaper. EE certainly isn't the cheapest network though.

    @EE It’s true. @O2 4G is terrible in London, where you do have it… in crowded areas it never works and have to revert back to 3G. I’m definitely considering a change to @EE
