@EE I’m travelling in the US and have no phone service still. WiFi calling is also down. Tried all the phone troubleshooting toggling roaming, airplane mode and reinsert sim, as well as multiple reboots.

@EE @glastonbury I have been in to one of your stores today to use one of their phones to make the insurance claim as my phone is not working. The staff had to wait behind because I was on hold for 2 hours. I am still no further forward.
