    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    @OniSuika @EE How many people do you think you’ll be turning off of EE that aren’t already in the replies looking to complain to people that can’t help? You think people will see that you’re having an issue, that’s logged are any less likely to be put off than those claiming overcharging?

    I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

    @EE I’m unable to update my address it just says “We can’t show your address here right now Please come back later when we’ve fixed things” Is there a known issue??

    I will never use any @EE or any EE product ever. They have defrauded us and lied to us over two years. Disgusting company.

    @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

    @EE what a heap of rubbish! I’m here in AUS trying to renew an add-on and you are making it so difficult! I’m a new customer and wishing I had never moved to EE!

    @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!

    Luckily the @EE account seems obligated to reply to every complaint, So I will simply tweet every time I lose connection from now on (several times a day), so everyone can see how bad they are on their replies.
