Paul Leetham (@leetham_paul) reported@EE What on earth is happening with EE? App rarely works without errors & sorry this page can’t be found please try again later. Now I get services blocked even though bills paid on time & excellent credit history. Time to leave one thinks.

Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.

Steff McD (@Steffmcd80) reported@EE looking at an upgrade for my wife and i but your prices are a joke can get better deals elsewhere so guess i will be leaving after years of being a customer
-
Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

✵°✵。✰ ℙ𝕒𝕞 ✰。✵°✵ (@Pam_ela24) reported@EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
