    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE I upgraded yesterday,was told one day delivery. I received a text to book delivery slot on Monday! Have tried to call to sort as not able to accept delivery. Tried a to call got put through to an office that was closed. Have sent DM no response. Horrendous service

    @EE I needed to add data to my myfi for the first time yesterday and did it over the phone. I said would £30 get me 120gb and was told yes but seems I’ve only got 60gb. Can someone help?

    @EE Except tracking website is broken, and after 40 mins on call to phone support - being transferred to technical team and it hangs up on me! 😭
