  @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

  So @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  After 25 years of being with @EE, Orange before, I have finally had the time to cancel my account. After creeping roaming charges in (especially data) that never used to exist and increasing prices yearly it feels fantastic. Bye!

  @EE my daughter signed up for your broadband on the basis of getting an iPad for £100. She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE There will be something for those communities they can’t legally leave a house without a connection I’ve just moved my elderly parents over to digital home phone there are backup lines for pendant alarms.   @EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.

  @EE It's not an EE phone. It's a Xiaomi Redmi 9 bought from Amazon. Why tell me to ring 150 if that number only works for EE phones? And as I said, it doesn't work, I tried around 20 times.
