TRUTH (@paulamobi) reported@England @EE The funniest thing about the 'high-value' men and women lecturing people on this app is that none of you are actually married or in stable relationships. You're just single people who read three paragraphs of a self-help book and decided to open a school."
-
Harpole (@MatthewHar6111) reported@EE support the beagle testing factory MBR in Cambridge, they obviously don’t care or love dogs, sad
-
OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@becsav1 @EE Unfortunately Bec, this is retentions at their absolute worst chat will upsell you untold times. If you’re looking to keep your number and this is the only active line your account text PAC to 65075 and don’t even bother calling 150 to cancel otherwise give 150 a ring.
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported@EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE If only I could get someone to phone me and talk through the problem instead of bots it would be a start, it’s very poor to say the least @Ofcom might be my next hope to get this ongoing issue sorted
-
David Warren (@Daveyboy33i) reported@EE what a shower of 💩 you’re telephone staff are - I can promise you that the £250 a month I spend with you won’t be renewed and I will tell everyone far and wide how poor you’re staff are
-
Colin Gale AFC LD (@colingale) reportedI see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.
-
Chelsey (@chelshakespeare) reported@EE I just want to speak to a human - what’s with this new interactive service?! Just let me speak to someone 🫠
-
Lee Dixon (@ElDino169) reportedCustomer of @EE for over a decade. Phone , TV and broadband . Today is the start of the end of that relationship. Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people £39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
