@EE I would have appreciated a text telling me the network was down.

  • garyavfchorton Gary Horton (@garyavfchorton) reported

@EE 15 or so hours between tweets (system down/system up) is not good customer service. You need to provide an hourly update on what is being done, progress made and provide an estimate fix time. It's all basic Service Desk information and management.

  • Christo77005940 Christopher Nolan (@Christo77005940) reported

@EE @ross123540 EE you are doing a good job. Some people are so dumb as to what to do in an emergency. Brainless in fact.

  • thomasmul Tom M. (@thomasmul) reported

@PhysixGuy @EE @Ofcom Ofcom wont listen unless youve raised an complaint with EE, allowed them to respond. If inappropriate you them have to write an official complaint and if not resolved, request a deadlock letter. EE have 20 days to dealnwith it so not sure why you'd be contacting ofcom after 1 day

  • kevdilks kev dilks (@kevdilks) reported

@EE Doesn't appear to be the case in South Derby, absolutely useless network.

  • mdhalstead Mark 2.0 (@mdhalstead) reported

@EE any news when the network will be back up?
