  @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.

  @MarkyTalk @EE I had this exact issue recently. @EE didn't care that i'd been with them for 25 years and were happy to screw me over at the first opportunity. Considering a new company now, as it clearly doesn't mean what I thought!

  @EE @EE 150 is exactly where I already got nowhere that’s the problem. Charged £4/min and now refused a refund. I’m raising a formal complaint, and if it’s not resolved it goes to the Ombudsman. I’d rather sort it here please DM me.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX
