@EE why am I having to use my partners hotspot constantly? Why cant the 5g I'm paying you for load even a photo? This service is dreadful, but I'm contracted. Not even usable its a joke.

@EE internet has been cutting out the last 2 days. Green light on but constantly cuts out on my catch up channels. Same thing happened about a month ago and lasted a week. Looks like other people are having problems too

@EE @EE I would have a wonderful Wednesday if my phone worked. Bills paid made a call to you today and now phone is completely cut off unless I use WiFi. I’m filming in Amity & need cell!!! Really bad customer services from you lately.

@virginmedia Oh I’m not on Virgin for mobile, I’m on @EE - apologies, I thought the site you sent was for any network. The EE network checker won’t even load. Do you know of an outage in SE5 @EE? Me and another EE mobile user haven’t been able to access 4G/5G since yesterday

Can anyone recommend a mobile and broadband company that isn’t utterly useless like @EE? I love my data boost from having both services with them, but there is no signal where I live since they decommissioned a mast and haven’t fixed issue and it’s driving me nuts.
