@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE It’s it sorted by any means yet. We have to see if the engineer turns up on Tuesday. If they don’t I don’t know how this will get resolved as EE have no escalation process or any desire to help.

@Nreal @EE Sadly you're limiting the choice of customer who can buy them & your stores don't know the correct process.i should just be able to place an order with you and they get delivered. None of this nonsense of having to find a shop or sign a contract for a phone.this isn't difficult

@EE even though your technical department admitted where i work is in a black spot, and had to put up with a year of not getting the service i pay for, still charged me £80 to cancel my contract only, even though been a customer for 13 years!! Im One un satisfied former customer!

@EE Issue on this part of your network for 2 weeks. Today its completely unusable. All I'm told is there is an issue in the area... but when will it be fixed?! We have to use your 4G for home internet, so WFH etc is impossible! I assume I dont have to pay this month? @Ofcom
