    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    @EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?

    Hi, when I send VM on to 150 I keep getting this error reply - "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." When I sent Off, it turns off ok. Just won't turn on. Help? Thanks. @EE

    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you can’t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
