@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@IanWiseman3 @EE And this ain’t poor customer service. They Did not offer the service to cancel customers contracts when they have been a victim to a circumstance beyond EE control. They are giving you the same service as all customers who are in contract.

@EE taking the mickey. Signed up for an iPhone 14 Pro plan, got a great deal. Then told to ring up after going through on the site. Waited 50 minutes on hold just to tell me I don't have enough credit history (never had a problem with any other company) 1/2...

I’ve never experienced such terrible service in the States. Called @O2 and nothing they can do about it. Reset settings, taken out sim etc but phone is useless without wi-fi. Just gives me the pointless EDGE indicator. Anyone find @EE better? #iphone 😡😡😡😡

@EE Help please guys ....I've arrived home to no broadband and a flashing router. Who do I contact? Advice on EE page says text help with landline number ....but I have broadband without landline package!?

@EE is there a problem with you app. Would not let me log in came up with messages. Uninstall and tried to reinstall but won't let me. Can't log on through websites either. Need to gift data to my daughter.

@EE is there an issue right now with WiFi Calling? Reception when I receive or make calls is terrible (I’m basically unintelligible). Disabled Wifi Calling…all back to normal. Has been like this for a few days. Just worked it out by process of elimination…
