@EE Hi Mickey, I purchased this separately and wasn't included as part of a damage cover/insurance scheme. Can't say I'm very happy with the product. The case included is okay but I'm really not happy with the screen protector that was included.

@EE can someone help? I’ve just noticed my plan says I’m paying for 60gb but you only give me 30 each month to actually use?? Makes absolutely no sense to me. Why can’t you give me the full amount where is the other 30 going?

@EE Hi, I've been looking to upgrade, contract ends August, early exit is 200+, was thinking of using my current note 9 as a trade in to get some money off, kinda messed up because I've smashed the screen and lcd (lines down left side) would you still accept it,couldyouapproxaprice?

.@EE just been on call to try get an itemised bill. Advisor was very rude didn’t understand what I wanted then hing up on me despite requesting to speak to another advisor multiple times. Still didn’t get what I asked for…
