    @EE So many calls, emails, chat line still no replies only promises, need my phone unlocked, have been told by chat line that everything is in order, but they can't help. Now without a phone

    @ee seriously are you just stitching people up who have 14 days to cancel by purposely not answering, bet if I chose the upgrade option it would be answers within 5 minutes

    @EE Almost a month since placed my upgrade order Phone sent to wrong addresses, couriers returning phones for unknown reasons, one min in stock next not. Customer service has been completely embarrassing! Never experienced such poor upgrade service or service from a company like this
