@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE Hi, when will the EE app start working as saying it's down for updates. Just trying to buy a pair of the meta wayfarer glasses with them being on offer but the app hasn't worked for a few hours now and the offer price doesn't show on the website

Deeply regret moving from BT to @EE. Wifi/Internet either ridiculously slow or dropping out 5, 6, 7 times a day. PC unusable. I'd go back to using pen and paper if it wasn't for the price of stamps. Everything is useless or a rip-off. #brokenbritain

Just upgraded my deal with @ee. Part of that was a Honor X8a tablet. Set up done, including copying the stuff off my iPhone. Can't find any of it on the tablet. I've accessed @ee "Help", waded through 20 pages of problems and found nothing relevant. Waste of space!

@EE Tried that and service was poor, I have Zero WiFi in my garden (which i had with BT equipment) I can see all my neighbours WiFi signals but not my own despite having extenders at cost to you ! His answer its only for in the house !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
