    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE Your broadband has disconnected twice tonight in half an hour, every damn day it disconnects. No way it needs to restart so bloody often, but that's always what you blame it on. Your broadband is so bad it makes me want to kill myself!

    @EE such a shame that my Wi-fi dream never happened because BT and their poor communication meant I waited in for five hours for an engineer that never showed up…very disappointed, nothing to do with your customer service, which is amazing, not a happy bunny 🐰

    @EE To be honest I can never get any reception in the town where I live with EE. Meanwhile my wife and kids on another network can call, get messages and use the Internet. Maybe you have saved power by switching off a mast. It’s always been bad reception here.

    @EE oh look 9 minutes later and it's gone again for a third time, and there is no customer support to call or help. If you are providing a service around the clock, you should provide the customer support to go with it!
