    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE nightmare.1 hour online to upgrade to new phone, then cut off, contact EE again and go thru questions again.Get message from DPD for phone delivery & EE have stated wrong address. Now can’t get hold of anyone. Customer for many years, never again.

    @EE I agree it shouldn’t but unfortunately is not the case as confirmed also by EE c support. The worst part is it that when I told the EE agent how serious this bug was he replied: “just add the country code man so you don’t get charged” like it wasn’t a big of a deal.

    Micheal @EE Re your update about "weak 5G".On a less corporate note.Haway man.Our lass is having my life over this. She is now lording it over me everytime an EE advert comes on and every time she has 5G and I don't. Basically Three are pulling yours (EE's) and my pants down....
