Does anyone know how to get through to @EE? I want to give them money so I can have a phone, but there's no easy way to get through to them unless you're already a customer (must have an account to live chat etc). And because of lockdown I can't even go into a shop.

@EE Hi Peter, I know that these aren't your rules but I do find it alarming that your only solution to provide a SIM card to an existing customer is to have them go into store. As mentioned previously, she is severely vulnerable. I find it somewhat despicable that there are no other-

@EE Unfortunately the Doro is a sim free phone so she doesn't actually have a SIM in the first place (even though she is on a SIM only contract) but thank you for trying to help Peter
