    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE Sorry Jo, I've bought a new phone from.carphone warehouse. In this day and age people need reliability and good customer service. I'd spent 2 days trying to buy a phone through EE.

    I am not usually one for a Twitter rant but MY GOD @EE has pushed me to the edge today. For the FOURTH day in a row, EE has gone down in Dickens Heath - no calls in or out. Hilariously, the live chat agent advised me to "speak to my boss and not use my phone for work matters".
