@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

@MrRatioo @EE How can I enjoy the day when. My phones not working not just one 2 lines no one can make call or use data because network been down for some times nothing been done about it. It’s not very professional to ask the customer to shut up not dealing with the issue.

@EE On the day the iPhone 12 came out upgraded to a 5G plan and never had a good 5G speed. 4G has always been 2-3 times faster than 5G

@GazRich88 @PositiveLad @EE I’ve never heard of a company ever phone someone to tell them when we’ll expect a product. For a company like EE as well that’s a hell of a lot of phone calls they’d have to make and a hell of a phone bill too.. I smell 💩
