@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Received an email yesterday about Sky Q hotspot feature being available to all broadband providers. Does this include mobile broadband hubs? I just bought @EE but it doesn’t work with SkyQ apparently so will need to cancel if not.

@DPDgroup_news @EE Can't find the live chat feature in the app, and after your phone staff slammed the phone down on me twice and accused @EE of lying in a disgraceful display of unprofessional behaviour, I don't trust them or want to speak to them. EE have my complaint and will take it up with you

@ChrisBrightwel1 @EE @MarcAllera Yep they just ignoring all their preorder customers. They refusing to engage in anything to do with phone preorders. Now they are communicating with their ps5 preorder customers. Probably to tell them to keep refreshing a **** delivery tracker that doesn’t work.
