Ant (@Ant_RTW) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

caitlyn1972 (@AlwaysAnAngel72) reportedSpent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

Some UK Tesla Guy (@SomeUKTeslaGuy) reportedSo today's customer service issue is a really unpleasant experience with @EE. I have 'Mobile Broadband' with them and, whilst on holiday, a fault seemed to occur. So I called up, got passed around, talked to 3 different people. After passing security with the first two, I still eventually got asked for a password which I was pretty sure I'd never set and, after two attempts, I was told that's it - I had to go into an EE store with the device and my passport. So I go in, and it's a billing problem. They'd sent a message to the device's phone number (which is never used, as it's a home broadband router), I'd had no email or other warning. Sure enough, the helpful store guy said, there's often no password but the system asks for one anyway. So I got a payment missed charge (lots of stuff in and out - I had missed something) and had to drive an hour round trip and pay parking to get someone who knew what they were talking about. Bloody ridiculous.

Equilan (@Equilan) reported@EE So , that's the end of the conversation @EE? Your bot ran out of things to say? I told you I have issues ringing 150 and your bot told me to get this fixed by ringing 150? I guess I just won't pay the bill then. Let's see how long it takes EE to contact me.
-
Rohan ☭ (@gondwanaman) reported@EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
-
Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported@EE I’ve just tried ringing my local garage to book my car in for a service - the mechanic struggled to hear me (one bar of signal strength on 🇬🇧 best network?!) so what’s the issue?
-
Curlers21 (@curlers21) reported@GothOnABrompton @EE thats why i never moved from Talktalk, as long as the costs are good, my speeds and cnnection work then **** all that mess transfering over to Virgin as i was going to only for friends to warn me off them

Paul Leetham (@leetham_paul) reported@EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone
