    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Two sales calls (apparently) from @EE in three days. Both ended up with the caller being rude to me when I politely said I didn't want to speak to them. This has never happened before. I also don't know why they weren't calling from a verified number. Really pissed off here.

    @EE Perhaps you should direct your energies to failing to associate people’s easy to remember numbers with an upgrade? You’ve failed twice. From now on it’s SIM only. Good data plans, so so coverage, lousy customer service performance.
