@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@sastawear @EE Honestly don't upgrade with them : 0 customer service. They've recently told me they can't do anything about my iPhone not charging all the time because it doesn't "happen often enough", and they won't call back when they say they would. Don't waste your money on them.

@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.
