@EE My email said nothing about being able to cancel my contract within 30 days due to the price hike. I’m pretty sure Ofcom recommends this. So, EE, can I / we cancel within 30 days without penalty?

@EE we've been without any phone signal or 4G home broadband for the last 24 hrs in ZE2 9PT Not the 1st time this month. Seems like at least one outage per month just now (No EE cell signal at all. Currently using wifi at local shop) #EE Absolutely not fit for purpose.

So @EE broadband have said my price is going up by almost 15%, despite having had nothing but problems with the connection not even getting 1mbps at times, I've to pay over £40 a month now due to inflation?? @WhichUK @MartinSLewis

@ElstoneGutters @EE Nope, Galaxy user, had months of issues with my 22U. Got a replacement sent out a 23U, They sent the wrong colour and the box is opened. Noe told weeks to correct it. But that doesn't start until the returns people actually phone me back 44 hours and counting.
