@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE Ok, I will let her know although I'm rather confused as to what there is to discuss as EE have already supplied her with a signal booster because the reception in her area was so poor she couldn't get a signal and now that the boosters have been disabled she again has no signal.

@EE I called up your tech support today. It seems that at least part of the problem is that, while some of your systems - including your app, could see my balance as it was, other things were reading it as zero and behaving as if it were zero. The chap sorted it - just for me though.

@dcuthbert @EE The best service is when you’re roaming. I’d regularly get 5G speeds in Bavaria, even in some idyllic lakeside spots. EE are supposed to be best in the UK, but that’s small comfort if service is crap where you are. Time to get a foreign eSim?

@EE This was measured inside of our home. The signal and the speed is really bad. Overloaded mast and lack of investment. At my work, the story is the same. Your and O2 are both in the bag. Useless.
