    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE That doesn't help - I have a number on my account with no data and it's just not appearing in the list so I can gift it data. I've tried phoning customer services, but got lost in the menus as none of the options apply to the problem I'm having.

    @EE My handset is fairly new (iPhone 13 max pro) and it doesn’t work- no one can hear me on calls, cuts out etc. Rang and got told to take it to an EE shop. I can’t as I have covid but don’t see why the onus is on me as you have given me a fault handset. Can I cancel my contract?
