@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE Apparently its a mast issue in my area its on its way out and a 5g one will be replacing it soon i hope. Ive switched on wifi calling in my settings hopefully that helps till then.

This year I've left @StarlingBank, @EE, & @AskNationwide and none have asked why. If I was a business who'd lost a customer I'd want to see trends and if necessary change policy/procedure. This is valuable info and no one is asking for it. A quick 2 min survey would do. Odd.

@JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

@EE Hi Rachel, I’m still on hold, been 16h, 32mins so far, just someone keeps popping up saying ‘please be patient someone will answer your call ASAP’ so I don’t want to put it down and leave my place..
