@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE I get that it takes a long time to get through on the phone but it doesn’t help that as soon as I do get through on the phone, they immediately hang up on me

Imagine paying £79 per month for a @EE phone contract only to have no signal in your house and them tell you to use Wi-Fi calling so have to pay £37 a month for broadband and they’re ok with that. As long as they’re getting my money they don’t care really.

@EE The back of my iPhone 13 has broken. Along with the camera lens. AGAIN. I paid u £100 ins excess 2 replace the original one a couple of months ago 4 same reason. I’m not paying that again.

@EE hope you can help, was expecting my new phone 3 days ago being delivered by dpd but I've not received it yet. All I keep getting from dpd is there is an issue with your parcel and its being held at the depot in Gloucester.

@EE It’s been bad there for weeks and weeks ! Also yesterday in LS7 3HZ new phone showed full signal and 5G yet mobile data wouldn’t work.

@virginmedia how do I get hold of anyone to discuss and cancel my broadband? You have delayed installation twice. I did find a number but gave up after 30 mins. The text I received says reply with ‘CHAT’ and that does not work. I should have listened to the @EE guy!!
