    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

    @EE Hi I ordered the smasung S22 plus at the end of December I never received the confirmation txt, so you re done the order saying you had no record of the first one I recieved 2, I asked for a courier to pick up one said you'd get back ,now charging me for 2

    @EE I want you to breakdown my bill into two parts, what I'm paying for talktime and what I'm paying for the handset, if you refuse I will simply cancel my DD and thank you kindly for my free phone. But I WILL be making as many of your victims as possible aware of this.

    @EE ‘cpi’ plus a random 3.9% - you’ve not improved your customer service, waited weeks for a new phone that stated it would be sent in 1 day, still waiting for headphones ordered on 30th Dec.Unfortunately have 3 products with you. Your increase is almost double of 2022 #grEEdy

    @EE No, I'll do it here where others can be made aware of your theft too, you tell me I'm not on a device plan and yet I'm literally paying you for the ha dset I'm typing on now!! Again, I will accept a rise in my talktime but NEVER on the cost of the handset, that's theft.
