    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

    @jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    @EE 15.19 I sent my first message to your message service on the app about upgrades. Said you'd get back to me within 3 hours....... 😑🤨😖

    @EE can someone give me answer. I’ve been through multiple people about receiving the wrong phone. I don’t want to cancel the contract I just want the new phone and the price agree: on the initial deal, call recording will verify this. No one will give me an answer...

    Why is everything with @EE such a ballache? Upgrade early, for no early upgrade fee... yet when you go to the website, it adds the charge. 'Call customer services' they say. No. Fix your website. I don't want to be on the phone with somebody trying to upsell other products.

    @lukepatchett @EE Yes- having exactly the same issues and have tried contacting EE all weekend!! Let me know if you find a way to upgrade!!! I found same plan £20 cheaper with EE on a diff website; I'm tempted to go through them. Their 1-2 week wait will probably be the same time for EE!

    @CollieGoLightly @EE I've been having the same issue. Been trying to upgrade all weekend. Website says no iPhone 13 pro available for me to upgrade, but if I say I'm a new customer they're available!???? Tried to get in touch, but got no response? Not sure what's going!!

    @EE 11 days later, having contacted you on 4 seperate occasions, and being promised a call back from a manager on all 4 occasions - I am still waiting for one? When can I expect a call? Awful customer service to deal with a problem in billing which is your mistake!!
