    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

    @EE The issue with the network is, there is no real signal. I can't even open that page properly when I'm at work....... Because the signal is so poor.

    @bt_uk @EE In June I switched from BT Broadband to EE. I have now had FIVE cancellations for installation. Am now paying out of contract monthly cost to BT and today been charged £178 for not returning BT's kit (due to your terrible customer service?!) Can you resolve? Awful.

    @EE BT @bt_uk whoever it is. Nothing is joined up. Home move don’t cancel, don’t tell you to send hub back, you get £60 hit, sales miss sell mobile 4g hub, forget to tell u to return it charged £90 and old broadband not cancelled end up paying two accounts- EE R CROOKS B WARNED

    @EE So we call you for some help to make the EE 5G PAYM WiFi MULTI SIM WORK!!!! Called a few times. Take SIM card out and battery then it will work so we have to do this 10/20 times a day ! Where is the customer service here ! You want to cancel NO WE WANT IT TO WORK !!!!

    disaster from @ee Told phone would be out for delivery. Waited all day and no delivery. Now EE can’t tell me where my handset is and won’t let me cancel my (out of) contract because they can’t get in touch with DPD. Have used them for years but not for much longer - poor service

    @EE Your web site is awful. I have to wait till my bill is produced to see if my extra charges are wrong and they are. Then I have to wait to get a refund. Why can't I "see all charges"? what is the point of having that button, when it tells me nothing?
