Andrew McLaughlin (@andymac2602) reported@EE It has been restarted so many times. I am completely cheesed off with it. It seems that the only advice IT "experts" give is switch off and switch on again. It has been rubbish for so long. I am fed up paying for a service I cannot access.

So, I then paid an extra £15 to get some data I could use in the NL. This did not fix my situation - and I have been charged for a service... (2/3)
