Maria Zelenova (@maria__zelenova) reported@EE Ok, I’ll call (yet again). I will also be filing a consumer protection complaint because you guys have no business calling yourselves “UK’s best network” and my partner and I deserve some real accountability for the stress you’ve caused us.
-
RaSHiDa (@ItsOnlyRash) reported@EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?

-
Maria Zelenova (@maria__zelenova) reportedAs we continue to dealing with this, I’ve now been emailing back and forth with the team of the CEO of @WeAreOpenreach, who responded to my LinkedIn post. @EE , who we actually pay to for the service, have been atrocious, unhelpful, uninterested in solving this at all. Horrendous
