@madebygoogle I know! The handset freezes constantly then becomes completely unresponsive. I've tried a factory reset and not copying any data across at all but still get the same issues. Have to wait for @EE to provision my SIM before ordering a replacement. Could be weeks 😞

@iD_Mobile_UK spent over an hour this evening on online chat trying to resolve a porting issue to be told to go to the phone provider? The port was successful, confirmed by you, so why is this now a phone issue? Surely the issue lies between you & @EE to successfully transfer?

I don't want to be doing this on Twitter but I was just passed around by @EE and BT for 2 hours on the phone finally settling on being told it's been over 14 days since the new broadband deal despite being mislead and lied to by an @EE employee... This is real **** of you EE
