@EE Wow. That response of attempted justification is poor Jess. Maybe if you could actually get signal on the network your customers may start to understand. It’s down more than it’s up
-
Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported
@KatiesDisorder @EE Will try them again, used to get a poor signal indoors with them before as it's the O2 network. Hopefully, it's improved.

Little Lefty Lucy 👩🏻🦰 🍀 (@LucyMusk13) reported
@EE With nearly a twenty percent increase from customers who can’t leave because of locked contracts. Can’t wait to see the bumper profits this year and the CEO bonus! Also just checked if I signed up as a new customer my plan would be £64

DunMilkinToo (@DunMilkin) reported
@EE have no contingencies if you want to go off grid, I asked that very question this morning, How would they support me if I wished to do that... Answer?? " I don't know" !!

@EE @OPPOMobileUK where's the montlhy paye support? there's no chat. my line is not working and i can't make calls
-
Nicola Goldsmith (@heyoubeautiful_) reported
@EE I understand that but nearly £15 in a year is a joke. I’ve been with EE for years and I’ve never ever paid this much. If I could have afforded a £70 contract I would have got on at the time.
-
Marc (@_Marc_74) reported
@EE are there signal issues? I keep getting no connection 5g etc when at home in Kent and now central London. Phone rebooted etc but don't think my end?
-
Graeme (@Graeme_Skinner) reported
@EE I'll be sorted in a few months when I can cancel my 15yr+ contract, gouging loyal customers with large price hikes is never good for business. Not sure who in EE thought hitting customers with a 14% price rise during a cost of living crisis was a good idea.

Charlotte Hulka (@CharHulka) reported
@EE So the economy has gone to ****… which means your should jump on the bandwagon and throw in another price increase against loyal customers. Well played EE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
