@EE what has happened to your customer service! I call to cancel my mobile contract the person then just keeps trying to update me broadband which I said no to 3 times! When I asked to raise a complaint told me I can do it online! This is just adds to my desire to leave!

@EE Your website is down. Again. I've topped up £40 and still have no connection. I'm relying on mobile data, which cost me a further £30. Your helpline isn't picking up. I'm changing provider because this is ridiculous.

@EE so new kit turned up to change from bt to ee, except with new ee my speed has dropped to under 5mb or nothing, plugged old bt kit in its fine. Apparently I can only speak to you by text and can't discuss to arrange an appointment, let's hope I'm in my window to cancel

@EE Contract cancelled…… 0 out of 10 for customer service here… Tried for 3 hours to get through to someone at @BTOpenreach1 Went back to @EE for further assistance and no one could or would help resolve. Cancelled contract with immediate effect..

@EE you've hiked our broadband up by £10 this month with no explanation. Your website is useless. Phone calls have a 45 minute wait and there is no email. What happened to customer satisfaction?
