  @ee website has issues tonight. I have given up hope. It's never perfect but tonight it was diabolical. Jumpy and error messages whilst trying to top up. utter technological failure

  Absolutely done in. I've spoken to 5 different people now at @EE none of which have been able to fix my issues with this smart watch plan. Total joke. Been on and off the phone since 11am and no further forward.

  @EE It has yes. Like i said its pointless complaining or providing feedback until you actually make it clear they will lose the contract with you as they dont care,@DPD will never provide a satisfactory service and they are in par in uselessness as Hermes/Evri

  @EE what’s up with your website and app - I can’t add any add-ons. All I get is an error page or 404 page (different errors appear for web and the app). Adding some data would be great!
