@JohnoPnefc @EE May struggle to get out of the contract. What's ur signal coverage like from your home post code? And have u checked on the o2 website to see what they show the coverage should be.....this may help u if u aren't getting what they tell u to expect to get

@alicetheunique @EE oh they did that to me! it's a real scam (I complained - months late because I was in a depression so they did get a lot of money out of me in the interim) and they disconnected the tablet from data and just let me keep it to use on wifi (which I never do because it sucks)

@EE I would not recommend anyone buys a phone from EE. They are happy to sell faulty goods and then try to charge you for repair Poor customer relations

@EE you have been saying for the past days that our internet service was going to be restored after 5pm and it has been sh*t. On top of leaving us without ANY internet connection for over 7 hours every day, when it is connected again, it does NOT work

@EE @MarcAllera No responses - wow and why on earth was a decision made to have all BT Mobile customers move to EE. EE Service levels are atrocious and can someone at EE respond to let their customers know what is going on?
