  @ee website has issues tonight. I have given up hope. It's never perfect but tonight it was diabolical. Jumpy and error messages whilst trying to top up. utter technological failure

  @EE reception in Wimbledon Park area is now a 1970 service. Impossible to make or receive calls. Disgraceful to say the least.

  @picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.

  @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

  @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

  @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

  @EE Hi I’m fed up of being misadvised and lied to!!. Friday all our internet and mobile services went down. I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!
