KWB (@keithwillb) reportedHello @EE can you explain why my 4G signal keeps dropping off in parts of Edinburgh where it never used to happen. It’s very frustrating. It’s almost like you’ve reduced your coverage in the last few months.
-
JayEnAar (@GorwayGlobal) reported@EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

IStreamSandwich - Stephen (@istreamsandwich) reported@Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

Patrick Rice FCMI (@Patrick_Rice) reported from Blaydon-on-Tyne, England@EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
-
Dan B (@doomlooped) reported@1pMobile @EE Hi. I've had zero network or mobile coverage over the past 3 days indoors. Previously had low 5G coverage for voice and calls.. Please can you investigate? BS20 0.

La Pioche 🇵🇸 (@RAE7S_) reportedI might be done with @EE when this contract ends, **** network
-
David H❤💙kings (parody of myself) 🦅 (@HookmeisterG) reported@EE having issues speaking to one of your stores that have mis-sold a phone and being redirected to your main contact number who are pushing me back to store so in lovely loop of not getting matter resolved.
-
Hefin Richards (@HefinR) reported@LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!
-
NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported@EE Your complaints process was disgraceful For an agent to open/close a complaint 10 seconds apart without my consent is why we are reporting you to CISAS and ofcom. Being told what turns out to be a poor speed is sufficient enough to work from home is false representation
