    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    I’m shocked by how a complaint has been handled @EE Following several recorded calls, I agreed to close my account based on assurances regarding my exit fees. Despite this, I’ve been charged over £600. I feel I’ve been misled,requesting an urgent review into this matter. #EE

    Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

    @EE I’m unable to update my address it just says “We can’t show your address here right now Please come back later when we’ve fixed things” Is there a known issue??

    @EE What is going on, myself and my neighbours have had trouble with EE for weeks now, I am fed up with phoning Plymouth, we are paying a lot of money for a useless service

    @EE tried to renew my contract and agreed on a price and the agent is like "don't worry about the contract the pricing is wrong but it's right on my end" ??? Do you think I'm stupid? I've not signed anything and now it's gone through? I've had confirmation emails. Unwind this now
