    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15 April. Install promised 22 April. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr “updates” that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.

    @EE absolute garbage app down yet again and I am left unable to use parental controls. So much negative feedback on your forum yet nothing improves. 😡

    @EE @indigojo_uk Same my house is LU1 4ER couldn’t find a problem even thought the signals so bad. The trainer couldn’t hear me properly

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.
