@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE is it normal for 4G upload to be be significantly faster than download ? I keep logging problems and they keep coming back as no issue ... but we consistently see slow download, fast upload.

@EE Hi. I lost my phone on saturday, bought a new one today but I can't get a replacement for my contract sim because my ID displayed my new address. Changing address online requires sending a verification pin to my number that I don't have access to. Any help would be great

@EE just wanted to say, amazing customer service experience today with Alison from your Ireland tech support centre. Hugely helpful, even called me back twice to check on progress of my Apple Watch data plan issue. Rare these days to have such a good CS experience. Great stuff.

@EE Hi. My signal is still really poor in my area and can’t make calls or if can the reception is rubbish and all crackled noise. I live brownhills, Walsall. I asked about the problem a couple month ago and was told a mast was under maintenance and would be sorted after a week.
