    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    Hi @EE, the validation on the credit check page of your SIM-only plans seems to be broken in Safari and Chrome. Won't let me proceed as it thinks 2016 (employment/joined bank) is before my date of birth (1987).

    Most of us do post about bad customer service we get but I just had excellent customer service from @ee over the phone the ******* the phone was brilliant and solved my issue really quick

    I’d just like to add I’ve been with @EE since I was a kid and I’ve always received excellent customer service until today. Disappointing.

    @EE 11th January is more than just a bit of time. I need a straight answer as to what the access issue actually is. Are you in dispute with the land owner?

    Nothing gets me angrier than **** customer service. It’s really not hard. @EE you should really update the dispatch times for orders on your website and train your staff to at least pretend to have empathy for your customers when you’ve misinformed them 🙄
