@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE hi, I’m trying to purchase the roaming further add on for my sister on the EE app but it’s not working, we’ve also been on hold on the phone for just over 30 mins now and no answer, please could someone dm me and help me out? We fly out tomorrow morning!

@EE After my 94 year old father's phone broke, which is on a Contract with EE, I sent my partner in with note for a micro SIM, instead he was sold a new 2 yr contract, complained to customer service, told go to store where they tried telling I had no right cancel, DISGUSTING!!

The typical @EE battle; call center say it’s the stores fault, store says it’s the call centres fault. All whilst trying to spend more money with you. Turns out the new SIM card your call center said had posted never existed. A waste of a month of time and revenue for you 🥴

Whenever I’m abroad, it is impossible to receive authentication messages, and when they do, they arrive late and the copy of the same message arrives 5 times per day, sometimes even more. Very frustrating, this is the second time that I’m having major issues because of it. @EE
