  @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

  @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

  @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

  @GorwayGlobal @EE Their website is so bad.... im always on the phone to them. They take your name, say ses there is a problem, add you to a list available say it will be back to normal in 24Hrs

  @EE @_deedee33 Love the fact your advice is to use a website to check service status and signal strength when the complaint is lack of signal / service. Think about it!?

  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE @nickduval Not everyone has either of these, so what you are basically saying is we don’t want you, I suggest they go elsewhere where there is better customer service.
