@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE @VodafoneUK It is true that no-one tried to stop me moving my number, and the call agents I spoke to were both exceptionally helpful, but having read the EE forum, it seems these issues crop up quite often. @Ofcom

They'll say "We've only seen X days where you've had issues" despite me clearly showing continuous lack of quality service and will refuse to take any accountability on it (eg. Allowing me to leave early). TLDR: Don't use @EE .

@EE Thanks for following up. I've sorted it. The issue was that somehow the SIM wasn't activated, even tho I rang you from it. So, @VodafoneUK said I had more than 1 number on the a/c (no, just an e-sim), EE said there was a SIM issue, so the PAC process failed. It's not great.

So why go on a tirade on Twitter about it? Because despite all of this, despite 13 days (In the last 20) where I've had issues like this, and @EE promising "It should be fine after this" there are still issues and I still can't use the so called 5G speeds promised.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Don’t understand. Are you a pay as you go customer or a pay monthly ? Or have you just tried selling a handset to them?
-
Chris Watkinson
(@CTW130784) reported
@ItsJamesPowers @EE Just don’t pay anything. Cancel your direct debit through your bank. Opt for a new eg Vodafone or 02 or three etc . Don’t go for BT as that’s part of EE
