@EE Hello, yea definitely warmer over here. I have managed to cancel the direct debit through my account for online luckily.

  • DJY2308 Dan Young (@DJY2308) reported

Why is @O2 4G so crap. 4 bars and still all day to load 😩 should of stayed with @EE even if they are £20 a month more expensive!

  • AmberHoy 𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐒🌻 (@AmberHoy) reported

@EE No signal in the GL7 area, any idea when this will be resolved??

  • cruisertwo Barry Brown (@cruisertwo) reported

@EE Frankly having a recoded message tell me you would check strength of signal to me then hanging up. Then text to say it’s ok. Then for following 2 days texting to say working on signal problems in my area without apology was not impressive. So already not happy with EE service.

  • R_yanGG Ryan (@R_yanGG) reported

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia @EE I had an issue which they kept telling me was a local cable issue. 5 weeks before they agreed to send an engineer. Turns out it's not a cable but a faulty equipment box. 5 weeks yet no apology, no refund and still stuck with them. Down again today. They are useless.

  • SenileElf Robert Dickson 🇺🇦 (@SenileElf) reported

@EE Unfortunately you wouldn't even entertain a deal.. Even after 3 tries.. I couldn't even get the same deal as a new customer, I was told I would have to cancel my account and take a new one. Poor customer service to be honest, I got the sense that they didn't want me upgrading.

@EE Hi I want to cancel my broadband contract as moving. Not clear from website how to do this - no email contact details and can't get through on phone.
