@EE No. Called up. No real solution, a little compensation (fair enough) but problem can’t, and won’t, be resolved for 3 weeks and even then it’s fingers crossed

@EE Hi Bob, it’s a wifi mini portable which we pay for monthly. The signal drops at least once a day, even if it’s fully charged and/or connected directly to a laptop.

@EE Broadband isn't working. Smart hub says there's a problem - refuse to call because of crippling anxiety but is there any reason why it's suddenly gone down?

@ee lessons learnt - people in a shop are pretty good to deal with and your customer service by phone or by twitter is pretty lacking and slightly surreal to deal with.

@bt_uk @EE why in 10 days have I phoned you 7 times and no one has sorted my problem or called me back. All I want is a PAC code that works. Shocking service and I am paying you both for the same thing!!

@EE Hi, the confusion of having two different prices floating around for the same plan threw me. Havent spoken to them yet but I'm sure they'll be able to help. Maybe having that option online would save your team a bit of work though? Just a thought
