    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE I am pretty disgusted with your repair centre right now!! I have an 8 week old phone that has a screen defect and the repair centre not only refused to fix it, they downgraded the OS on my phone!! This is unnacceptable

    @EE It’s apparently discounted and they cant offer anything else? Guy was useless. Pretty terrible service to loyal customers then isnt it.

    Leaving @ThreeUK as they have the worst signal in London. I can’t even make calls from my own flat. Either heading to @TheO2 or @EE

    @EE my upgrade was due today. I think the delivery driver was playing knock down ginger. 1 whole minute he got out the van, rang the bell and then run away. All on ring doorbell. Obviously I’m not as fast as him so I missed it. Worked from home today for that. Cancel the order.

    @EE No service since last Friday. All computers and EE mobiles down. Again unable to work so am being forced back into office. EE promised regular updates to my husband - nothing. Looking to cancel EE completely and get refund for abysmal service. Paying £200+/month for no service.
