    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE Unfortunately you are unable to help me as you are unable to allow me to keep my old landline number as well as get the products I want (my mother in law has dementia, and will not be able to remember a new number in an emergency). I will go elsewhere, and report this to OFCOM.

    @EE So someone would call me but that’s not happened either. This is so bad. Was with BT and never had any issues like this. Customer service is zero

    @EE As a BT customer (out of contact) I cannot get the same pricing and product options from your regrade service as I can as a customer on the website, which I cant do as I am a BT customer 😡

    @EE I'm in the queue to talk to someone... The waiting time is over 20 minutes. Is there any other option to contact you? There is nothing that can help on the previous link that you informed.

    @Lionesses @EE Serina clearly hasn’t got a bloody clue. Lucia has been playing like that for ages, but never got picked. Now she is in the WSL, she suddenly starts. Nothing like favouritism 😡😡

    @EE Appalling service it’s taken me an hour to get a signal this morning! £49 a month this is daylight robbery and totally unacceptable. It’s the worst service I’ve had

    @EE Had numerous calls with them and the funny part is when they tell me to resset the iphone and once the call drops.. guess what never call back! Anyways glad to November is my last month of contract and glad to move on! Will take my 4 contracts to a much more reliable UK network!

    Wtf is wrong with service providers in this country ? - can't even get an email despite having @ee @bt_uk 5G absolute (unfunny) joke of a network... Pathetic
