  @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

  @LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE Yes, however your contact system is so poorly configured that, having fought through the very poor AI to get to a human, they always appear unable to do anything after 30 minutes of identification and account checks

  Hey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.

  Why has EE gone so ****? You’d think they’d be better considering how expensive they are. Tells me I can upgrade for no fee… proceeds to charge me an ETC. Happy to pay it as I have NHS discount but whatever plan I pick, I can’t use the NHS discount. @EE 🤬😡

  Something weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

  @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?

  @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service
