John Hundeslit (@JohnHundeslit) reported@EE Hello. I'm paying £10 a month extra for your WiFi extender but I've had nothing but trouble with it from the beginning. For the last few weeks, I've had to just turn it off. How do I get a refund and remove this from my plan?

James Taylor (@Jimtails83) reported@StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
