@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

I switched my network to @EE on Friday and today while I was switching sims to @EE I see no network and my old sim is invalid. @EE store guys just told it’s a nation wide system outage and they can’t help. Seriously? I have no number as I am now abandoned - worst experience ever.

I’ve been a customer of @EE since the iPhone 4S, and I’ve more or less had every iPhone through them. I’ve got 4 running contracts with them, (Apple Watch & 2 iPads) and even additional items like add to plan. But I will definitely be moving away from them…

@EE what’s going on with my iPhone pre-order? Nothing has shipped, no comms from you since I placed the order a week ago and 3 phone calls (original order + 2 more to find out what’s going on) have resulted in clueless staff giving vague, contradictory explanations. #fail
