My son and his family are also on EE and his reception 2 miles away is the same. Anyone else in Thanet experiencing the same

Ben (@BenKegg) reported@EE bordering on 4 weeks now for abysmal network signal. when is this going to be rectified! your network checker "we're not sure how long its going to take to fix it" doesn't really cut it. Could have thrown a new mast up by now if that's the issue. please help!
