    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    Wow @EE after over 20 years of being a loyal customer, you offer a deal which will cost me more than moving to @O2 but then 2 hours later can’t honour even that! Utter disbelief at a complete lack of customer care. #badcustomerservice #nothingforloyality

    Hi @EE, not the biggest issue in the world all things considered, but I have an EE 5G contract and for the past couple of days the 5G hasn’t been available and I’ve only been able to connect to 4G. I’m in west London so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any insight?

    If @EE is the UK's No1 network how come everybody at work who is with skymobile and Vodafone get a full 4g/5g signal and I get exactly sod all signal........so frustrating I'm leaving @EE as soon as my contract is up!!
