@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

Help - any mobile phone experts out there? My iPhone has just displayed an 'invalid SIM' error then seemingly deleted my @EE eSIM. Which obviously isn't ideal half way through a US road trip.

@denkmit @EE Try resetting the network settings, hope that fixes it. Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings

@EE Hi, I’ve added BT on large screen to my account but when I try and login from Apple TV app says I don’t have valid subscription. Works fine on mobile app. Can’t get through on phones. Please help.

I know this because I spoke to, Eddie from customer service yday. He kindly sent me a new SIM, free of charge and it arrived today. I go to activate said SIM and they want to ffffffff... text me a PIN code to activate it. What kind of daft logic is that!? @EE

@EE service and signal has been TERRIBLE past few days in Streatham, London. Can’t even call to check what’s wrong. Please advise when it will be resolved
