@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE moving from vodafone, signed with ee but not got sim card after 1 week (did get direct debit mandate info). Phoned customer service but they have to verify account by sending text to the sim I haven't received yet, Genius! Have cancelled bank direct debit and signed with o2

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.
