@EE Hi. I’ve just received a text stating my complaint is closed. I was waiting for a follow up call back and never received one and the complaint should still be open?

  • li4mb0wman Liam Bowman (@li4mb0wman) reported

@Nomme1992 @EE Christ! Seems they really don’t care about the customer once they’ve got us to sign on the dotted line. Thank you for taking the time to respond and give advice, I will explore all avenues suggested. I’ve just received my ADR from EE so will be contacting ombudsman today.

@scottyf82 @EE No point being loyal to a brand. o2 will **** you over as well eventually.

  • moegamb1no m (@moegamb1no) reported

@EE by the end of today guaranteed i’m taking everyone off this meady network

  • li4mb0wman Liam Bowman (@li4mb0wman) reported

@LiamNorris5 @EE Oh Christ. I’ve just started the ombudsman process now and felt optimistic but perhaps I shouldn’t feel so.. crazy how it’s been a known issue for a while now and the companies are refusing to do anything about it.

  • FaceSeriousCFC seriousface⭐⭐ (@FaceSeriousCFC) reported

@EE how is it possible for you to have an app so bad?

  • jaysta1979 J (@jaysta1979) reported

@EE morning. Currently a mobile customer with you. Have a few months left on my sky TV and broadband contract and wondered if you offer any early termination payment if I were to move over to EE for TV and broadband? (Sky stream is useless) Thanks

  • li4mb0wman Liam Bowman (@li4mb0wman) reported

@EE Well it was either an issue from you or DPD that deliver for you are up to no good. Either way your phone line staff have been nothing but unhelpful saying it’s not your problem at all and I still have to pay for a product I’ve not received!

  • mi_shmash nikki (@mi_shmash) reported

@scottyf82 @EE We had the same, been loyal for 16+ years, everyone in the house has a phone iPad etc then when we went to take a new line xmass they wanted stupid money so we switched to sky and got it for a quarter the price.

  • li4mb0wman Liam Bowman (@li4mb0wman) reported

@trillb19 @EE Seems the so called ‘uk best network’ has terrible security protocols all across the board
