    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    Does anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees

    @stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous
