@MarcAllera @EE It would be nice to get a decent and steady 4G signal at Rangeworthy, just a few miles outside Bristol. Shambolic reception for years. The area needs its own mast, as at present it seems to be served by several, none of which offer a reliable 4G service.

  • sps81 Stephen Smith (@sps81) reported

@EE Good afternoon. I've got a Galaxy Active 2 watch, from EE, which got stuck in a rebooting loop 2 weeks ago while I was swimming. Nothing I tried (holding buttons down) would stop it looping. Eventually the battery went flat. When I got to a charger again, I put it on... 1/3

@MarcAllera @EE The new sim only plans are terrible much better value before I have been a customer for years but time for a change come renewal this nov me thinks

  • neildickinson Neil Dickinson (@neildickinson) reported

@EE have you got problems in KT20, usually great 4G signal, last few weeks it’s been awful, hoping from 4G to 3G to E…..not working.

  • Nickpurn300 Jebiga 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇦🇩🇨🇾🇭🇷🇨🇮 (@Nickpurn300) reported

@EE Not too shabby today, 7 data calls, 4 disconnected. 8 mobile calls, 3 disconnected. Various issues with data connection during the day, but that's kinda standard.

@EE Unfortunately, I've had to put a complaint in and request a manager callback. The time given, has been and gone. Displeased.

  • BenTenby Ben James (@BenTenby) reported

@Glyn_WAST @EE You should see how bad it is in Tenby. Less than half that most of the time. Been like it years. As soon as soon as tourists hit at Easter, no 4g until Oct. Most people I know have switched to other providers.

  • M_at Matthew Thompson (@M_at) reported

Damn @EE SIM Only plans have changed! Two weeks ago I got 160Gb, Max speed, 1 'smart benefit', 24months for £25 a month. Now £26 a month gets you the same but only 5Gb.

  • wanahowl mik lambert (@wanahowl) reported

@EE have you got wesite problems ?
