A few months back a very pushy 'customer services' operative persuaded me 2 move my @bt_uk mobile account early to a 'near identincal' but sim only package with @EE. He failed 2 mention the £2 a day roaming charge I'm now incurring while in France. I'll be leaving EE on my return

@EE I would like to add that you did not manage to help because you are using false advertising to try to gain contracts to EE, do you know that this is illegal?

@EE Hey! Quick Q - I’ve just got to France and want to double check that my smart benefit is active. I keep getting texts saying I’m going to be charged £2 a day. I don’t wanna pay mega bucks, to use my data, at the end of the month because I’ve not done it right. Help?
