@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE inwonder if you could help I logged into my ee app to pay a bill and I looked at what's new and I see I could have an early upgrade without paying the fee but when I go through the process of choosing my phone and plan it still say I have to pay the fee why is that?

@EE I'm on the phone to customer service about to make a change to my plan, and the call is dropped and now I have no confirmation of the change... It took me over 20 minutes to get through to an actual human being 😕

@theBuzz85 @EE The wait time is…. How longs a piece of string. EE have no actual idea despite telling customers it will be dispatched within 7 days. Just cancel and go elsewhere, you’ll get better customer service I guarantee it
