    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE How long does it take you to deal with complaints? sitting here with a potentially damaged iphone after my new order dropped thru letterbox after me paying DPD service they used Royal Fail ! and now nobody from @EE wants to talk to me but bet they’ll take the DD next week!

    @whatdoumeantho @EE Nope! I got sent in a circle of Jargon and just gave up very disappointed as i have been an EE customer for over 10 years

    Ordered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.

    @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

    @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!

    @EE absolutely fantastic that our broadband has cut out 4 times in the last 20 minutes or so 🙃
