    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE Your app doesn’t let me login and keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise username/password. I can login to your website with the same credentials without issue. Removed the app and reinstalled it, same issue. App version 4.48.0 on iOS 14.3.

    @EE No further forward. Need my bill adjusted otherwise a lot of money will come out of my account when it’s a basic error. I have the confirmation text so say my old phone was received. Should be a simple fix.

    The @EE call centre in Newcastle just put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to a manager, some bloke with a deep northern Irish accent and the word part kept me waiting over 27 minutes absolutely disgraceful people. Customer service is awful!!

    @EE @educationgovuk Shame you only offered it to England. The rest of the uk pay the same monthly fee for your services as England but are offered a poorer service regarding coverage.

    @Brett_DJ23 @EE I travel the country with work too and rarely to I experience any signal faults. Always on Mobile data, rarely any issues
