    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE Rang EE. After a load of spiel about how good they are, number 1 for years and if you have bad service to try WiFi calling, I related I had no service in Town. Then automated voice said they would check and hung up. Then got text saying there’s no problem with service.

    I don’t care you are busy selling the new iphone, answer the phone to me, repair your faults properly so I don’t get endless dropped calls due to poor signal, respond on your App with a human regards your overcharging from not processing contract change. again. @EE

    @EE Been trying to get help all day. Nobody in call centre answering the phone, no answer on social media. Very poor customer service. Being busy is no excuse for not being able to get hold of you all day. Even online chat would do but you don't even do that anymore it appears.
