    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE Busiest parts = city’s the rest of us will have to wait years. Ps I have a 5G phone and never once seen a 5G signal.

    @EE I still can't access the EEWiFi-Auto on London Underground. It's been 3 days. I get "cannot authenticate connection" and "credentials not valid" messages. I spent my meal relief yesterday on the phone to support. I have Tues off. If it's not working Weds I'll want a PAC code

    omg @EE have been taking two phone bills from my gran for this whole pandemic year litro March 2020 - 2021 one for a broken phone which she thought she cancelled last year 😢 £360 taken and they won’t return it. Protect ur vulnerable, elderly and low income customers!!

    @EE recently upgraded but now experiencing daily disconnection from broadband. In 'settling down' after installation, does that mean it'll disconnect? Everything seemed fine before upgrade...
