@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@oncebenny @BTCare @EE Mate, I thought they handled my leaving well a few years ago, if I recall. But I have to give up my current provider on a house move, and gave them first crack. It was beyond horrible.

  • SHANEOMahony18 Shane O'Mahony (@SHANEOMahony18) reported

@EE we're having broadband issues all dat at home. There are obviously issues but when will they be fixed? Maidenhead area SL6

  • Keableg Aldeby 294 🇪🇺 (@Keableg) reported

@EE There are so many postcodes that have awful 5G, I don't have enough time to list them all. & nothing will be done about it. I will be just referred to some future plans with an ambiguous deadline date. Prices have gone up although my phone has stayed the same & service is worse.

I’m so sick to death of bad customer service!!! After @EE sent me THREE faulty phones which meant me staying home, erasing and restoring on 3 separate occasions and paying £100 for the privilege they have now charged me for each of the times THEY messed up!

  • IanChandler1990 Ian Chandler (@IanChandler1990) reported

@EE Yes fully reset the router few times when it happened and also when I was told to do it last time. Last night did full reset after the 2nd drop out and well then was stable since. (No Monitoring emails to say nets gone down)

  • Roman1st_ Roman (@Roman1st_) reported

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. Basically it doesn’t auto connect. I have to manually select the wifi at each station. Auto connect tab is on, I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, makes no difference. It doesn’t allow me to ‘forget the network’.

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported

@bt_uk @EE This is now degenerating into the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now up to 1 hour 40 minutes. @BTCare, you are a total disgrace.

  • eireannfeather_ Erin (@eireannfeather_) reported

@EE check dms, got my phone fixed the other day but now there are other parts of it broken that I've never had an issue with

@adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.
