@EE Not your fault Linzi. Your colleagues on the phone are helpful but hands tied by appalling customer service from the company. Loyalty is worth nothing sadly. I have raised formal complaint which I hope drives change.

@England @EE I'm listening on the radio and I heard lots of booing just before kickoff. What are they doing that's making people boo them. Whatever it is they need to stop doing it and win back the support of their own supporters.
