I can’t but help think there’s a flaw in that process? @Ee can you please DM me with a number I can ring

Marie Louise (@thewisdomofwolf) reported@EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.
