  @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

  @DPDUkHelp44 Can you explain why it is considered acceptable for your delivery drivers to falsely report a failed delivery attempt for my @EE parcel? I have been at home all afternoon waiting for this, yet your driver has lied about an attempt that never happened?

  Luckily the @EE account seems obligated to reply to every complaint, So I will simply tweet every time I lose connection from now on (several times a day), so everyone can see how bad they are on their replies.

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
