  @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

  @EE So it had to be the Champions League final when your nationwide hub problem caught up with me, right? At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE what a disgrace!! Best customer service?? I don’t think so. Phone stolen and reported immediately to EE who FAILED TO BLOCK IT! Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!

  @EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
