    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE I’ve had no signal for the past 24 hours. Like literally nothing. Just the dots on the screen are there, no bars. What’s going on?!

    @EE Except when you pay to roam abroad, get abroad, and see no networks 🙄 Then @EE utterly fail to respond, and time is wasted by relatives back home to sort things out. NOT my network of the year, and we have 3 mobiles currently using it. That will have to change!

    @EE I had a great call with a man who basically said I maybe didn't know if I was on 5g or inputted my password correct. All of which was not the issue. So I've left the call.

    @EE my EE account shows I have no minutes or texts allowance plus only 100 mb of data left yet I’ve no used any this month so far? Does EE have a technical issue?

    I really need to change my phone service @EE are thieves the internet barely works I get by on WiFi and now it also affects your call services.
