Big Nath (@E236_Nathan) reportedHey @EE wanna pay the last few months of my @ThreeUK contract up so I can leave them early, they are terrible 😞
-
Matthew Smith 🇵🇸🇿🇦 (@indigojo_uk) reported@EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.
-
C (@arcpantmcgee) reportedSurely there’s mitigating circumstances in this and some common sense can be applied, I won’t be receiving the service I pay for and my living situation is something totally out of my control, very poor customer service @EE @financialombuds @CitizensAdvice
-
Melanie Kibblewhite (@MelanieK1957) reported@EE Awful customer service today. New contract agreed which has now been cancelled by you because of a mistake made by you. I have to call you and renegotiate the contract tomorrow.

ben widdowson (@benwiddowson) reported@EE @ianclatworthy Hi Ian. First off sorry for your loss. Could I suggest emailing their CEO. I'm sure you've probably already thought of that but going down that route has proved fruitful the last time I hit the brick wall with EE.
-
Matthew Watts (@Matthew_G_Watts) reported.@EE, why have I got little to no mobile signal in SW14? I'm reliant on mobile internet to do my job and I'm not even sure this tweet will send. I'm missing out on income and paying you for the privilege. Not good enough. I don't even have the signal to reliably get on the EE app
-
Kitten Kong (@kittenkong42) reportedThis is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I can’t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldn’t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code
-
Liam Parry (@liam_spx) reported@EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you

REALLY2 (@JimNewcomb10) reported@EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮
