@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE can supposedly land a plane miles away on WiFi but cowers behind a rock when faced with a small hill... come on ee... thought you were supposed to be the best network for 5g data.... I have literally nothing....

@EE I don't need any network to be lightning fast. It just has to be satisfactorily fast - but cheaper!

@EE wow shocked &disappointed at the massive price increase announcement. I’ve been a customer since T-Mobile & you’ve always given great customer service however this is a real slap in the face. Very disappointed that this is the only solution for investment in these hard times

@EE I'd like to have a signal that doesn't need me to stand in a specific square inch of my kitchen, in order to make a call!!

@EE It’s a little frustrating that I now get yet another loss of service and an over 9% increase in cost on the same day…I wouldn’t let em in a mile of me with a razor?

@EE Glad they didn't do it this week. I've had slow, patchy 4g since Friday. I have an @EE sim in *all* my devices which I'm starting to regret now. Is there a mast down in Kent?

@kirm84 @EE I'm on a very small network. 10 quid a month. 30 day rolling. Will never change. The problem is all the big telcos are doing it. So can't just go to voda or three. Exact same thing. A PAYG deal with good Mobile internet and a good WiFi connection is all I need.

@EE So are you saying I'm actually going to have reliable signal on my home Wi-Fi for a change, following your "investments"? Can you explain how increasing your pricing is "protecting" anyone from financial hardship or exclusion? If anything you seem to be pricing people out...
