  @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @EE I understand this isn’t directly you. But we are being lied to. Everyone locally is complaining. And nothings being done. You’ve turned a mast off in the town centre. There’s little or no signal, 4g and 5g barely works. I’m at home with 1bar. Where as before it was full.

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
