@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE Morning, my broadband has been cutting out more over the past few months. Is this because there is more people online and I should just ignore it? Or does it mean there is an issue I should be looking into?

@EE It's a mobile-data device and my number is: 07943267403. I don't have an account, but always top up every month anonymously. I have done this for several years and have never encountered this problem before.

@EE has anything changed on your network for broadband customers regarding VPN connections? Several of our teachers on your network now unable to connect to our work VPN despite port clamping being enabled. Changing from your DNS improves from no connection to intermittent.
