    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this πŸ€“

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the β€œplus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

    After getting a new πŸ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’―

    @EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?

    @EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
