@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE hi EE, on my app it says my bill next month will have £16 extra for out of contract charges but doesn’t show what for and has a 0 for items. Could you help with what this additional charge is please?

@EE they talk about some global warming crap but releasing a ducking phone every year... why do you need a phone to have eeevery year... one model in 3 years or keeping production of old ones would be enough. thats like so for sheeps to have one phone every year. beeee

@MartinSLewis @EE Is there anything legalwise I can do about this? I understand the cost of living has gone up, but it seems phone companies can change their agreed monthly payments and you are locked in! I feel sorry for the ppl on the help lines getting all the abuse when it's the ceo's greed.
