@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE your customer service is 👎🏼 1. You can’t deliver 2 phones?! Only managed 1 2. Your call centre said I have to reorder the upgrade (not them) and hid behind “process” 3. Argued w/ me about reimbursing the cost of delivery and then found out a credit is being processed

@EE Still have problems. Thought I'd replied so apologies. I am getting a text each day, same message, 'taking longer than expected'. Data speeds down at @ 1mb at best now since Aug 15th. Did use website to raise complaint 3 days ago. Received auto response, nothing since!

@EE I went to your shop in the end. They were great but I think you need to sort out your network before your next price increase. Definitely be looking around when the contract ends. @EE just don’t seem to be as good as they think they are!
