@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE @hzaum Maybe someone at head office should contact the manager at the store to see what’s going on if no members of staff want to help an older lady like 15 mins of there time to make her happy with a phone set up not hard just obviously bad customer service in branch!!

@mdw080664 @EE I placed order with them for Internet (I am mobile customer have been 7/8 years) told 7th Jan installation, explained my son has medical equipment that needs wifi. They have not only pushed it back2end of March they are refusing help2obtain the mini hub DPD refusing deliver

@EE can I have a temp mini hu & give @bt_uk the bill please? They are doing absolutely nothing about my order despite it being raised as welfare account. I have disabled child that has equipment that needs WIFI currently without it. Meaning he is high risk for emergency admission

For anyone who uses Virgin Media... Don't move to @EE these guys have a better support and get stuff done! Been with them for 2 months now network wise and had zero issues. 😎

@bt_uk @EE i think you need change your slogan "best network for 12 years" your refusing to answer questions, your refusing a manager, your refusing a wifi hub for a disabled child who needs wifi for equipment after lying about installation by 3+ months. Nothing best about that!
