  • ClothingEleven ELEVEN.11 Clothing (@ClothingEleven) reported

@EE guessing I won’t receive a reply since your customer service team are apparently useless! I’ll be leaving my contract when it’s up in a month! Not acceptable at all.

  • mymacaroon Richard A #FBPE (@mymacaroon) reported

@EE Aha, thanks. I’m not signed up for updates but I do check when there’s an outage. Usually it says there’s no outage. Then suddenly there’s a “scheduled update”, then an “issue” (the one that doesn’t exist) “has been fixed”. Not sure retrospective notifications are what I’m after.

@Zedkays @EE I once went over my phone bill by £750 and then £500 the month after and they was like nah we don't send out messages to warn you, EE legit suck worst phone company and customer support lad I would cancel and dip to a new cell service

@EE Dreadful service. Finally get new SIM after no phone for 2 days. Letter with SIM says do this, message on phone says do something different. Neither work. No one answering phone. Awful.

  • timothystock Tim Stock (@timothystock) reported

@EE Hello - I was unable to connect to the internet even though I was on strong 4G and 5G signal (a city centre, and a place I visit regularly and know I can normally get good signal). I was unable to connect to the internet via browsers and other apps (not just fb or insta).

  • Crazy_DavidP David Preston (@Crazy_DavidP) reported

@EE One last question, I am going away to Wales, if I am in a $G area, will the %g Route just drop down to 4g?

  • RMCB_86 RMB (@RMCB_86) reported

@ToughBamboo @EE Well the location and area I am in I have half a dozen people all on ee having network problems so the issue still persists
