@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

Phone/tech help from any Samsung/Android experts please. I put my phone on silent when I go to bed, but I'm expecting a VIP call from a customer who will call me when they going into labour to take them to hospital. Can I make my phone ring for them whilst phone on silent? @EE
