    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE your service absolutely shocking I’m on your customer care line for the 3rd weekend running,due to poor internet performance. After 30 mins in the queue to be disconnected coz you tech service is now finished !!

    Had nearly a full week of drop outs and slow speeds whilst paying a fortune for '1GB broadband' @EE. Sort it out ffs.

    @EE I ordered a Playatation game and DPD won’t deliver it (waited in for a whole week) and there is no way of calling or contacting you regarding the issue abd no tracking info for the order. How do I resolve this?

    @EE absolutely shocking been trying to get hold of EE all day and had no luck your app is a pile of crap! New provider I think!

    @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died

    Is there a company with worse customer service y than @EE My advice is to avoid them at all costs - or it will cost you.

    @AndyWoodturner I hate Digital Voice too. Spent an hour sitting in my car earlier this week in the nearest spot to us with mobile signal to call @EE because the broadband was out again, therefore no phone! Useless service.
