@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

Hi A message from one of your customers I might even say a customer since the very beginning. I have a back order for an #applewatchultra and while I know #ee were waiting for stock from #Apple I’ve had no update, zero, nought, nothing, no ETA complete radio silence from @EE.

@EE I get that, but the service is generally non-existent for extensive parts of this line. My other iPhone on Vodafone has a fairly solid connection. Please improve.

@EE my wife has been waiting over an hour on a help chat about an issue she is having, waiting to be transferred. It's not obvious whether the chat is still connected, is it normal to wait that long?

@EE BT moved me to Fibre2 last night but the connection speed is still slower than with EE. I should never have let you persuade me to move to BT. All that's changed is the router and provider on my side.

@EE I had super fibre kept dropping out all the time had over 20 engineers in a 2 yrs period.. I changed to bt fibre and no trouble since.. I was a customer for over 10 years.. Shocking customer service
