  @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

  @EE EE IS ******* SHITE! THE ONLY REASON IT COSTS LESS THAN OTHER PROVIDERS IS THE FACT YOU CAN NEVER GET SIGNAL TO MAKE A CALL. AVOID EE AT ALL COSTS.

  @EE I took a contract out with free add-ons. I was told on a chat with one of your colleagues that they would only activate when I messaged 150. I’ve just seen on the app that the free period for them ends next month even though I’ve never used them or activated them. How?

  @ee @openreachhelp still have ongoing BB issues & have 2nd openreach visit to check our connection scheduled this week, but again this w/e, village FB page has several comments re slow & dropped connections - is there a bigger issue that needs fixing than individual properties?

  @EE I was in a live chat earlier with grant at Newcastle and he gave me a link for the TPS while helping me out and of course I clicked on it and got cut off. I couldn’t get back on so can you thank him for his help for me. Cheers
