    @EE Why is data gifting not working this month? Leaving my son and husband vulnerable when out at work with no WiFi....currently on hold for 15 mins......no chat available to help - URGENT!!

    @EE I ordered from your web site 2 weeks ago one of the free pay as you go SIM cards. Was informed at the time I would receive it in approx 2 working days. I accept the post is a bit slow at the moment, 2 weeks to get the SIM seems excessive. Any ideas why I haven’t received it.
