    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE been trying all day to speak to someone about my WiFi router which can’t hold devices to it. Keep going through the text and waiting for someone to call. Seriously considering leaving. V poor service

    Be prepared for my phone call @EE when my husband gets home so I can use his phone to call you. This issue had better be resolved this evening!

    @SClash2019 @EE @Apple They've gone dreadful recently, everytime I ring my fiance and also one of my friends who both use EE I struggle to hold a conversation with either of them as their signal constantly break up. It's not my end as I've tried two different sims with the same result!

    @EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?

    Amen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.

    @EE your signal has been utterly useless of late, even on major A roads. You are a business-prevention exercise. Please sort it out.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.
