@EE hi. I’ve had issues with not having replacement SIMs arriving in the post. If I was to buy a pay as you go SIM could that be changed over to my contract as the number I’m currently unable to use?

@DarrelBirkett @OpenreachHelp @EE A sim is going to be worse unfortunately mate. If its available we run coax to your property. Our network is far better and more advanced than any of the others.

@EE Hi, I’ve not had good 4G or signal at all for about 2 weeks now in the Brecon, Powys area. If you are doing work here, I would expect some compensation back for having no signal for a fortnight now!
