    @EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

    @EE Can you explain why my phone was cut off this morning causing me a lot of inconvenience as I was driving down a motorway at try time and the data got cut off meaning I had to stop as sat nav was cut off too?

    @helendaykin @EE @ThreeUK I had the same, been a customer from days of one2 one about 18 years. We would not match 3 offer so had to leave. Very poor loyalty offers for existing customers

    @EE EE pretending to care but as soon as it’s a private message.. they don’t want to really help. Just show on a public social media platform how great they are and kid at helping people. They lie!!!!

    And you will know the day your internet is down because BT no longer provides it. But EE is not up or you have a way to connect. You would spent a minimum of 10 hours of the phone with the crap costumer service @EE has, and you will still not have solved it.

    @tescomobile @EE Maria I believe it’s going ahead in the next 24hrs. Badly informed by Watford, he had no idea how to access his phone, very poor phone handover, I’m not at all impressed

    @EE It was via rhe txt help and engineer in out and seen it not working it might be the router even though its new router

    @EE waiting for a new phone to be delivered. Thought I would check my account and @EE is trying to charge me over £70 for a 20min phone call…. Time to cancel and find a new provider
