@EE yet again, I received excellent customer service from EE. This time, it was from the kiosk in Erneside, Enniskillen. Life is so much easier with service like this 🤓

@EE I can’t seem to send sms messages from my iPhone 13 to an android phone. I’ve reset network settings, have made sure the sms option is on,& restarted my phone. The message looks like it’s sent and I don’t get a red explanation mark but the recipient isn’t getting it

@Steven_duff @EE @virginmedia Glasgow is in Scotland dude, just find it really poor that at home i get 1mb -5mb download speeds, and when in Glasgow i get 139mb d/load.... crazy we pay the same amount for a much much lesser service

@EE I see the service is still appalling at customer svcs. Can't find any info on the app regarding my query. Been on hold now for God knows how long. Dreadful. App is also poor.

@EE I was told I’d hear something within 72 hours from your complaints department. I’ve been charged £118 needlessly if the phone isn’t going to arrive on time. I’d like that money back and some additional compensation. It’s always a struggle with EE sales/Customer service.

@EE It is OK, i just have an extra £10 credit on my phone that i did not want on it, it will be used next month for my top up. more letting you know in case there was a problem your end because i only topped up once and ended up with 2 lots of top ups and payments.
