@EE Your website is all over the place at this moment with 400 bad request screens. And even though I did see my bill earlier, i cannot access it now, neither can customer care. Sorry you website, is not great. frequent errors and very slow. I have 30 mb speed.

On the flip side Joe from Hull at @EE customer service couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Sorted out everything, didn't tell me I was wasting his time and made my mind up to leave @SkyUK which I was bordering on doing anyway 🙌🏾

@SkyUK_Help1 I have sent a DM, have also logged a complaint with Sky. I have now decided to leave @SkyUK and have found a different TV Provider in @EE . I will ring up Sky later today to cancel. Clearly loyalty means nothing to Sky, so why should I remain loyal to Sky TV

@EE When are you going to fix the mobile signal issues in Market Harborough ? Postcode LE16 9DR You removed an old mast now most of the town has no working signal . Report to you and say no issues

@LizKershawDJ @skytv @EE Sky retentions offer great deals! Basic TV should be around £25 pm. They do rip off loyal customers sadly unless u threaten to leave. Put in notice, let it disconnect, they'll contact u, or call just after cut off. BB shop around. uSwitch. Smarty SIM only uses VF-3 network.
