    @EE It'd be great to answer your customers I've sent dm on here and on Facebook asked you to answer on one of your posts yesterday and still Nada thanks for nothing however in next few days I will be visiting an ee shop to cancel joke of a company. Best In the country my backside.

    @EE @SarahWhe78 @EE you’ll lose loads more customers just for the fact you can’t take criticism. It doesn’t all of a sudden cost you more to give us the same service you always have , you’re just *************** out of your customers .

    @EE we've been without any phone signal or 4G home broadband for the last 24 hrs in ZE2 9PT Not the 1st time this month. Seems like at least one outage per month just now (No EE cell signal at all. Currently using wifi at local shop) #EE Absolutely not fit for purpose.

    Been with @EE for over 15 years. Never considered moving to another provider, even when they reintroduced EU roaming fees, but just received a text saying the monthly fee for EU roaming is going up by 50%. It’s a no from me. Contract ends in August. Will be moving to O2

    @bazc1982 @EE @O2 Don’t do it they sent all us current customers Emails to say our bills are going up 14.4%. My contract is going to cost an extra £10 a month rip off and crap service

    @EE OK, don't raise our bills, I'm sure your billions in profit can take it. Not interested in your LTT either. You get government help to invest in infrastructure.

    @EE signal still down after 2 weeks with no end in sight (next update 10th march). Effecting 1000s Apparently due to land owner not allowing access to mast!!!! How can this be the case???? Took over 45 mins to get through to 111 re. my 10 week old due to sign keep dropping 😡

    @EE @ChessPM You’re not addressing the real issue. Widespread customer anger over what your company has done. Reverse the hike and pay compensation!
