@EE please explain why after being charged £218 for an early upgrade (no issue, my choice) my first bill is £161 when my plan is £59 per month? Surely when you charge someone for an early upgrade there should be no hidden costs?

@EE I contacted support and it could well be fixed, finally. The Open Reach guy went above and beyond to fix it. Time will tell.
