@EE You took 2 days to respond. An hour wasted online, an hour wasted in a phone queue, and two days for a response here. All because you closed the plan I was on and would automatically force me onto one I didn’t need if I didn’t contact you. Poor treatment for a 10+ year customer.

@EE Your customer service is appalling, they have repeatedly been unable to get my account on their screens, and the signal where I live is zero during the day!!!! This is not the way to run a Mobile network, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!

@EE Yes. This isn't lag. My speeds are really fast, every other streaming service works fine. Its only ever an issue with football and the commentary being out of sync with the video feed.
