After very nearly switching to @EE I thought I’d give @O2 one last chance but they’ve let me down yet again. I’m so disappointed. Was really looking forward to getting my new phone today. Probably should have switched tbh 😕

@Aaron_787 @EE @O2 I get that. And honestly from my W ork as well knowing certain couriers aren’t able to do the set turnarounds at the moments I think it’s poor service companies still offering guaranteed delivery when they know there’s room they may not be able to do so. And should get a refund
