@BassmanBowman @EE There was a time my account was locked, So I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support and no response, I contacted @unihacksupport and they got me back to my account. I think they can help you too

@EE absolutely shocking customer service today. Offered an early upgrade deal to be told after a 3 hour we chat computer days no’ at then end and ill need to pay £300 upfront

@EE A 10% discount wouldn't cover it either, given that the majority of the cost of a contract is the value of the phone itself. Feels very much like you are scamming loyal customers because they forgot to cancel/change their contract after it ended
