    @EE having trouble with my router. keeps going on & off every 15 mins or so. turned it off yesterday for several hours to see if it was over heating or something (due to heat/weather) but no, still doing it, please help.

    @EE I’ll be travelling to USA next month and I’m a pay monthly customer. What do I need to do to make sure my phone will work when I’m there? I know I’ll need to add the roam abroad pass but what else needs to be done?

    @EE Hiya - my phone service is suspended and the automated message says I need to make a part payment of over £300 to unsuspend. However, when I login to my EE it shows I'm +£1 in credit and there's no balance to pay? I've paid all bills and it's never £300. Help?

    @EE 30 day sim only too expensive and an 18 month sim only they are charging you for loss and damage of an esim guys i am changing the game nxt month EE customer service is stealing from please look at your itemised bills i need you in order for me to win nxt month
