@BabyLossLawyer @DerekRKENT @EE When I was in manufacturing this was called 'Being sent around (the houses)' Directors should train staff to take ownership of a call. The person receiving it stays with the customer until the customer gets a clear acceptable answer.

Non legal question.What phone provider has the best customer service as @EE is beyond terrible and an hour wasted on hold for their error & being passed from 1 person to the next.‘Call this number’, on hold for 25 minutes with zero care for how this disrupts the day.Suggestions?

Currently 35 thousand feet in the air on an @emirates flight with unlimited data (albeit relatively slow for some things). Meanwhile @EE offering an embarrassingly low 150Mb a day for an eye watering £6.85 when in Indonesia.

@EE I have the data roaming smart benefit enabled. I am in Canada and unable to make calls to any mobile numbers. I hear a message saying International calls can be enabled by ringing *611. I cannot ring any numbers. I'm connected to "Rogers EE" network. Please advise.

@EE @geraldvjuk Err ... why on earth are you asking the customer what your EE broadband team said last time he spoke to them. Don't your customer services team keep notes of their conversations with customers ? It all sounds very unprofessional.
