@EE I feel so sad Michael. I rang & got such great customer service. Was told everything is fine, it's sorted. Well guess what. It wasn't and now you've taken all the money I had left for the month because of a mistake EE made!!! Thanks so much for absolutely doing nothing. So mad😠

@DPDgroup_news Lying saying they’ve attempted to deliver my new iPhone twice over the weekend when my ring doorbell says they only attempted once. Worst courier company ever. @EE just as bad not giving them my details to plan a delivery time and date! 😡

@EE I gave you so much praise the other day. Thanked you for your help and even named the person! Sadly, they haven't done what they said they were going to do.. and now.. I've just been slammed with a bill for £132.50 when I was told not to worry it was sorted! It's NOT sorted.
