@MartinSLewis Ofcom and the Communications Ombudsman don’t put enough pressure on telco’s to deliver the services they charge consumers for. I’m not sure what your daily experience is with your mobile network but mine is pretty poor with @EE - Huge gaps in coverage and a very unstable network.

@EE Hey guys! My bill is normally due for payment around 12th of each month but my payday in work has changed so I won't be able to pay my bill this time until 14th. I'm guessing it won't cause any issues?

Are there any worse people to deal with than @bt_uk been a client for 20+ years they are charging me for a service that they can’t provide and the only offer is an additional £20 a month for 2 years, absolute joke of a company. Tried @ee but can’t go there as existing bt customer
