Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

Mark (@MarkAmiga) reported@Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

Col Price (@coldesign_ltd) reported@EE At no point is it mentioned that only wifi will do the speeds and anything else wont. All our stuff is ethernet. Oh and also im still being charged up till the 21st for a substandard and misleading set up.#bt #ee @BT @EE . Never again . And totally inept customer service too
