    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @_Shareen267 Cant comment on Virgin, as its not available in my area. @BT was brilliant, but the prices became ridiculous @EE (basically BT now) customer service is extremely good. Wifi isnt bad. downside, current price is £80+ a month with two boosters. so will see whats available in Sept.

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    @JackEmson99 @EE I have been with all 4... (including MVNOs) Personal ranking from best to worst: EE Three Vodafone O2 EE is better than the rest but they are **** too... Vodafone and Three seem to have gotten worse since their merger...

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    How can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks

    Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

    @EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!
