  @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!
