@EE @hisophiehey Sophie just choose different options. EE try to palm you off. Just call the sales line, they'll always pickup the phone to make a sale. Not so much to help anyone. Useless.

@EE when is the situation with the mast going to be sorted, my signal has been horrendous!! This needs sorting now as its been going in to long. As soon as my contract comes to and end I'll be leaving and going elsewhere!!

@EE Hi Russ, the internet is back up and running, it just happened at the worst point, when I was working from home. We do not have a landline, just the fibre.
