    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @EE Shouldn’t need to do that tbh you’re supposed to be providing a service people are paying for!

    @EE Thought you might like an update- the engineer attended and ran his tests - I was told the test indicated I was getting 350 mb download speed - I said that’s not what I’m signed up to I’m signed up to minimum1.3GB - so not even close - The engineer said I have to contact EE they can sort it from their end - I just felt like laughing at him - so I contacted EE and tests were run I even managed to run a speed test myself - and guess what we got an increased speed of 930 mb/s still way short of what I’m supposed to get - and it was agreed that the fault still existed - fast forward to 17:40 this evening and so get a text saying everything should now be ok - great I thought so I turned off the router and restarted it as I was told to do in the text - and wait for it - what a pile of 💩 it’s not fixed in fact I’m now only getting 850 mb/s - so the fault hast been corrected and I’m once again having to pay for a premium service which is worse than the BT service so was advised to change away from - Once again lie after lie after lie - I want this sorting - I want someone more senior to contact me and explain this whole thing through - and tell me the truth - why am I paying for something I’m not getting !!!!

    @markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

    @EE Hello I upgraded my phone yesterday & it is due to be delivered in store today as the colour I wanted wasn't available. I have tried to track it but the order number is invalid according to the website. Please can you help me?

    @EE I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(

    @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

    @EE @adchef76 Phones won't roaming when their home network has coverage. The fix is to enable flight mode until EE service is restored, then let automatic selection do its job.

    @EE I have just spent another 1hr 30mins on the phone when the phones been put down, this is and utterdisgrace. I will not spend my life on the phone to EE, I want a senior manager to ring me!!
