    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

    @EE yet more billing problems with EE. Why is this so terrible? Some of your team are great, some not so good, but your systems for dealing with problems are awful

    So had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp

    @EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

    Do @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?

    @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

    @EE @whealie The uk signal Is poor all over, every networks the same….Our phone bills increase every year and the service gets worse. Yet they tell you to phone up to get technical help when they know the problem is uk wide

    @EE hi. I’m trying to set up my friends ee top box but we have no volume. We’ve tried resetting the box and pressing home/7 but nothing is working. Help!
