@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@jgmotorsport @EE Some countries give you 500 MB for a crazy low price... I think just under £7.— a day. I know China does. I'm not on the max plan but it's still not too bad.

@EE have signed me up to their broadband that I never agreed to as I made it clear I need the landline number for our business and you have gone ahead and cancelled our provider and our business number

@EE Having enormous issues topping up with a new card. Doing it by phone keeps getting cut off and whatever login I try online won’t let me link my mobile phone number.

@EE you guys are a ******* joke. Every year, 3-4 fraudulent lines get added to my account and you can’t seem to stop it. Just called customer service, and I got transferred from customer services, to business accounts, to sales, then to billing! Get your act together!!!!!!
