@EE Is there an issue with fibre broadband in the Salford M30 area? It's been down since 8:30am. Not a great start when I'm meant to be working all day. Tried to check the status page from my mobile but it's useless as only covers mobile coverage. (Have rebooted router twice)

@EE Been sent a phone that doesn't work properly from EE. This was a refurbished phone from insurance. Now they want me to pay again for a new phone or just upgrade for a new phone.... Isn't this basically stealing?

@EE Another problem I have is that I used my debit card to top up my wife's account successfully, but I get payment error on mine. So I am not sure how to top up without a payment error.
