@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

hi @EE im having problems accessing epic games and rocket league, theres no issues on epic games twitter, i cant get onto there website and alot of customers on ee are having the same issues. thanks

@EE I'm a network engineer I don't need troubleshooting tips but thanks. What I would like, along with everyone else is an acknowledgement that there is an issue and that @EE are doing their best to resolve it in a timely manner. Making people queue on the phone isn't helping
