    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @freddy0047 @EE Their app is AI and is absolutely useless. We've just had full fibre broadband installed from them. The installation is causing our neighbour problems but I can't get to speak to anyone to get them to come out and have a look. BT & EE playing tennis with it.

    @EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom

    I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE
