To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

If you’re looking to keep your number and this is the only active line your account text PAC to 65075 and don’t even bother calling 150 to cancel otherwise give 150 a ring.

Gordon Marino (@GordonSMarino) reportedOver two weeks since I wrote to @EE customer services about my account and not even the courtesy of a reply. Phone huge waits, web doesn't work, app wont recognise my account and now ignoring letters. Awful service. Time to contact ombudsman I think.
