  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  @EE @paulmatt86 This is the same for all uk mobile providers. In Croatia i can get a signal in the middle of the sea on my way to brač island but cant get a.signal in the Lake District

  @CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE Yet again another failure of Service, Fibre went down on 14th, engineer showed up Daniel Cox today, internet went down again after 1hr that’s all properties on the road again. It’s just not good enough!!!

  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

  @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

  @EE I have already done this twice, both times it stopped working within 15 minutes of ending the call. I’d like to know if our next bill will reflect 3/4 days of no service? Currently having to use family members hotspot when they visit.
