  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!

  EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed
