    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a £160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @botbusta999 @virginmedia @EE when you join EE for their "internet", you'll be complaining you're being scammed, fact is aside from Virgin, noone can come close to the speeds they provide. Dont get me wrong, im not praising Virgin, their customer service is AIDS

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
