    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE @ianclatworthy Hi Ian. First off sorry for your loss. Could I suggest emailing their CEO. I'm sure you've probably already thought of that but going down that route has proved fruitful the last time I hit the brick wall with EE.

    @EE @EE 40 minutes into a live chat trying to get this sent out still. Whoever decides your customer services scripts and strategy needs sacking immediately. Canโ€™t wait for my contracts to run down to move elsewhere because youโ€™re THE MOST frustrating company to try and deal with

    @EE signal issues in KY12 yet again. No connection on mobile and as recently moved to 4G broadband no connection either

    @ee @O2 if yous do start to slow speeds yous better reduce the bills and prices because your in breach of contract

    @EE I live in the middle of nowhere. I have the EE app but it is sending me messages via my non-working phone number. I have missed 11 calls from my GP and 14 from the district nursing team today. I do not have a landline. This problem occured a month ago and you sorted it then

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad
