@EE @Ofcom updated my 4 lines with EE. They failed the deal 200gb they offered. logged complaint, offered unlimited deal on all lines failed again, only applied unlimited to 2 lines, manager calling me 2day, say 2 lines will remain 200gb.complaint reopened EE LIED- cancel 4 lines

@EE The service I have received from EE today is absolutely disgusting! I would advise anyone not to purchase products in store as you apparently dont get any time to change your mind but if you buy it online you get 14 days. Absolutely ridiculous. Not what I was told at the time

@EE what’s the point in yr Cust supp? Called Friday only to be told to call my car’s manufacturer. Only when I referred to same issue previously handled by EE did yr person help He left it with an email for me to contact him direct on Monday if it persists It did persist……

would port after a very long period of time, the quickest way, according to @ee was to shut that account down and start up another, which was done. What wasn't done properly was preventing the system from slapping me with an £800 early termination charge

@EE @CRAFTYMUMMY I followed the guidance given for a system refresh. Worked for 24hours then back to the same **** Had to make several round trips to the office to get things done - 3 days and nearly 600 miles later I can meet a deadline. No thanks to ee

@EE I am absolutely astounded with the lack of customer service. I have 3 open complaints. Someone needs to contact me quickly as I am absolutely raging. You need to contact me ASAP 😡😡
