I have insurance with EE which was missold by an agent. My phone was stolen and when I went to claim, you keep telling me I took up damage only cover. Several agents have told me I have full cover but your insurance company refuse to honour it. Ive called over 20 times @EE

@EE My reception still lets me down occasionally. Never used to happen. I love near a 5g tower. I pay top whack for poor service now. It’s caused me major issues

Every time I return to @EE it reminds me of why I leave these clowns in the first place. Horrendous customer service and just a poor company overall. Staff that can’t carry out simple instructions #ee #woefulservice

@FreeTheGrime @EE Try dropping down to 4g then 3g, they use different feed to the cell tower.

@EE He is a pathetic rodent. Men are amazing and we would be a lot worse off without them. Stop putting our men down.

So I'm in London, capital of our country. I'm showing full bar of 5G with @EE, but I can't even load mobile web pages. Apps are a non-starter, an exclamation mark repeatedly appears by the signal meter but even when that's not there, internet is sporadic at best. Not happy 😡 #EE

@Simon_Griz @EE Can't. It automatically selects. Also, it's been through 3G, 4G & 5G, none of which are working. I can only do this now because I'm standing by the entrance gate where they have free WiFi so people can access their etickets. I'm paying £64 a month and can't even get a signal 😡
