@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE Following on from the above, I get a 20% discount through my work benefit scheme off my monthly bill, but the codes I use don't work. Yet they do if I was a new customer? Which sucks considering I've been a customer since the Orange days in 2003...so I guess I wont upgrade

@EE when the network will be working again in FY6 8JX. It's not been working since last Tuesday resulting in me being unable to make or receive calls, send or receive texts or having any access to the internet. My children are at school so l they need to be able to contact me.

@EE I tried to use your livechat but it threw me out without asking my query I cannot seem to use the MyEE app. It won't recognise the card I use to pay ALL my EE bills with? Not sure how to get past it and don't want to hang on the telephone for ages.

@EE Yes managed to get through, one problem solved still having problems with my ee. Won't let me log in changed my password still doesn't recognise me so now I cant even look at a new upgrade 😫
