@EE Thanks but still doesn't help with the fact that we are without Internet, I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot. I wouldn't mind so much but this is the 2nd time in a year and last time we had to get a new hub

@EE is your network down phone wise? I've been trying to make important phone calls for the last 30 minutes and I've had no signal/been cut off/been mute or not even been able to ring now.

@ee I've had to report a fault on my broadband through the text help only to be told it will take up to 48 hours to even have to get back to me. Not exactly helpful when you have 3 kids and having to self isolate with no Internet or TV

@EE My Broadband has suddenly cut leaving me in a difficult position with work. I have just learned that there are engineers up at our mobile mast. Can you please check the issue and see when service/calls will be back? ML11 0SJ.
