@EE @Tim17583334 Total “bull crap” to say the least! It’s pure EE greed and there is no justification for an increase of 15% whatsoever. A contract should stay at the cost agreed during the contract 24 month period.

@clydefc123 @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@EE @Tim17583334 2/2 - I work in Peterborough (Hampton) PE7 8HP and barely get 2 bars at best, I will not renew to 24 month fixed contracts by moving to 5G, I am with a rolling business contract on 4G with Roaming, so why is 4G NOT improving in the area above, a 5G mast is 80M from me, poor 4G.

@EE thanks for closing my complaint, not sending me my final response or ombudsman rights. You send deceiving text messages to your customers and when the customer is not happy with your service you just let them leave you. Wow your customer service is shocking.

Hi @EE I know customer service seems to be the LEAST of your priorities but I am really fed up with dealing with agents who don’t listen and my complaint having already been ignored for a month.

@EE Does a 10.5% inflation increase not cover that? Utter tripe. Losing a 20 year customer as of April. Total rip off

@EE closed my complaint without solving the problem... why is this company voted no1 for customer service?

@EE @MaxBrassingt0n Feb 2020, you went via the RPI with NO additional % added. Feb 2020 - RPI (2.2%) Feb 2023 - CPI (10.5%) + your own 3.9% added, care to explain this 3.9%? If you went via RPI this time, it would have been 13.4% You can’t justify this! Signal at work PE7 8HP is poor, 2 bar 4G.
