@EE Awful service. Endless clicking of options and replying to texts. Cant talk to anyone. Cant email you. This must be the worst customer service ever. When I pressed some more options I was told a technical issue has a 45 minute wait to speak to someone.

@EE can you tell me what you’re doing to restore my broadband please? So far I’ve had estimations of 7pm 2nd October, 17:58 today and 19:07 today for resolution. Which is the correct estimation? And are you on track? I cannot be without my broadband connection until 2nd October.

@EE I renewed my BT broadband thinking it would be easiest option. They put me with EE, what a total **** show!Broadband is fine but all aspects of billing, app etc are a disaster.
