    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

    @EE Placed order twice for new phone. First order cancelled by you. EE text to speak to bot. Bot said phone you. Tried. Time didn't allow me to wait on hold. New order placed. Your text. Speak to bot. Been waiting for bot to speak for 5 hours... Can someone real please help!

    @EE Good Afternoon I have come off the phone with an advisor about an eSIM transfer issue. Done the replacement via myEE app QR code. The new phone is now on “Activating”. How long can this take please?

    Hi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?

    @EE what is up with the mobile phone signals? For the past 3-4 months I just can't get good enough signals anywhere i go, yet yous have all these 5g masts up in the area, yet the services are still terrible.
