    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

    @EE Just to report that there seems to be fault with your website. Unable to update an address on 2 accounts. Tried the app as well but not working as well on 2 different devices. Might be worth advising the tech team to investigate the issue.

    @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app

    @EE @mynameisAndyJ @EE I’ve had this emergency alert 12 times now. My partner who has the same iPhone but on Sky mobile has only had it twice, why am I getting it so many times?
