    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves

    How many elderly R victims of #financialabuse by telcos like @EE & have money being debited every month for services they’ve been upsold by nefarious sales teams that they never use? It happened 2 me and I bet it’s happening 2 your gran 2. Check in with your elders #grubbythieves

    @EE for a paying 5G customer I spend a hell of a lot of time on 4G. Don’t you think that’s strange? Do I get rebates on my phone bills for failure to deliver services!

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a £160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.
