@EE another day....actually, another 16 days and still no signal despite having a message saying engineers had fixed the problem. Paying for a service I cannot use most of the time.

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

@EE Any reason why signal is still down in Cheadle Hulme? The mast issues were meant to be fixed based on the email update but still having issues of no signal at all.

@jacks1912s @EE FYI I get texts to say about signal issues. It always says to reboot the phone. Perhaps consider getting the texts and rebooting a couple of times a week?

@Dianne1963 @EE I have to ask often they never gave me that info. Thankfully my contract is up next month and I’m off. No choice. 5G everywhere, but only one bar of 4G where I am. Three of the local masts are on private land they can’t always access they’ve told me so the issues can take days

@EE Yup. Simple question that requires a VERY simple answer (and not for me to give my life history via DM). Is there another mast issue in TN330SU? If so I’m sure they’ll fix it soon just need to know as yet again my signal is one occasional bar of 4G Zero 5G here in 2023 still..
