    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @OniSuika @EE Sounds like a real waste of time considering the social media team don’t have access to any accounts. They are literally just paid to redirect you to somewhere they think can help.

    Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

    @EE Is it true that you are on the fastest broadband deal that you can never go down to a lower speed, hence cheaper deal? I was told this by one of your staff.

    @ElDino169 @EE @netflix Hi Lee, I’m sorry to hear about your issue with your Netflix/Billing. You can sign up for Netflix separately without using our EE services. There’s nothing stopping you from doing that.

    @EE Yeah says an issue in my area but still had signal but now it’s completely gone off and says won’t be fixed for another 16 hours. Absolutely ridiculous this

    @STEVEOLUCKY7 @EE They told me it’s been fixed but I still have no signal 🙄 my contact is up for renewal soon so I might look at other networks.

    @EE If only I could get someone to phone me and talk through the problem instead of bots it would be a start, it’s very poor to say the least @Ofcom might be my next hope to get this ongoing issue sorted
