@WilliamNB @vodafone @EE I don't know where abouts you are, but if that's 3 companies you've had issues with, are you sure it's not your phone playing up?? I've never had issues with Vodafone or giffgaff (can't speak for EE) but Vodafone isn't cheap hence moving to gg. Hope you get it sorted anyway!

@EE I purchased extended roaming to use my phone when in Australia. I was assured that it would work, but mine and my partner’s phones won’t connect to any Australian network. It’s unacceptable..I can’t contact you as I can’t call off my phone & your live chat doesn’t work! Help!

@WilliamNB @MustardSeedUK @EE If you want SIM only, I've had no issues with Plusnet. They use EE's network though which may not be what you're looking for.

@EE I only have 14 days to return the old one though, and you're happy enough to charge for the delivery but fail fullfill what I paid for. Will the returns period for the anytime upgrade be extended to reflect the reality that I have not actually received the device?
