Are you a @bt_uk & @EE customer? How do you feel about the total disrespect @WebhelpUK members of staff have for you? Agents and TLs being intoxicated whilst working, vaping and using their mobiles on the call floor. You ask where is operations in this? They don’t have a clue.

@deadheaddraven @EE It's gone beyond a mistake now. We're into the realms of can't do a simple thing like not send you a bill months down the line. Makes me wonder how many people have kept paying....
