    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE No point………when one of your colleagues checked he offered £9 off each phone contract but, come April back to square one when the prices go up, his attitude was practically…..tough not my problem. If I’d have known this was going to happen I wouldn’t have upgraded last year.

    @EE @OpenreachHelp @UtilityWareho13 Phone signal is shocking ! Been told a mast is dead - and not going to be repaired till enough complaints ! I use my phone for work and no signal is dangerous when out on my own

    @EE I have just received an email saying my contract price will increase £6.57 per month. I only just started this contact on 6th Feb!! It is unacceptable to increase the price of a contract when it’s less than 30days of starting one!! Very unhappy customer here.

    @EE very poor show on the price increases, you didnt need to use the total inflation rate as at Jan, you could have taken half that rate, but no.

    Sim only rolling contract and @EE want to put it up by 15% a month - make it make sense? That’ll be me immediately changing to a different network! Some companies are generally just taking the mick when it comes to using the cost of living as an excuse to whack prices up

    Another shameless price increase by @EE Once again, one of the wealthy corporate giants kicking people when they’re down ensuring those big bonus’s get paid. Criminal! I will be leaving when my contract is up in a few months without a doubt.

    @bouldie @EE Atleast you can cancel. I am a few months in across mine and my wife’s phones and they want thousands to terminate early. Following complaints procedure with EE.

    Am I reading this right? My contract is going up by over £13 a month, I know it goes up year to year due to "inflation", interesting how in all this years its never gone down. But £13 a month extra is a joke. I'm sure it's normally been £2-3 a month when it goes up. @EE
