  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

  @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension
