    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

    @EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

    @EE why have I only got one bar of signal strength in my location? From the so called best network in 🇬🇧 I’d expect slightly more..

    @EE is quite literally the worst company I've ever dealt with their customer service absolutely stinks ,they scam loyal customers aswell 👍🏻

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

    Hi @EE just like to say thanks for sending Ian Cassidy from @mjquinnhq round to sort my 92 yo dad’s fibre out after a few teething issues earlier. He also connected my dad’s laptop to the router for him too as I can’t get over myself currently to help as I’ve just had surgery.
