  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

  @EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom

  @EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? I’m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasn’t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the ‘message’. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And don’t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once I’ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone 😡

  @EE tried that - both on phone & online through app. Can’t make complaint as don’t seem to have an account set up for my Broadband. Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help

  @EE Abysmal. Got an automatic voice telling me they'd sent me a text and then telling me AGAIN to text VM on or VM off. Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal

  @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt
