@EE Actually I do need your help.. I’ve had my new phone delivered and I’m trying to switch sims it’s not working.. I’m currently using the old phone which all data has been transferred but there is no signal.. can’t make calls or use data

@EE absolute disgrace guys I'm trying to call your support because my mums phone (she works for the NHS) is constantly on no signal and only uses wifi calling. As a key worker her phone is vital...... 45 mins in the queue guys. What a disgrace !

@EE I have been trying to speak to someone about my business mobile phone contract for and upgrade since 26th December. Constantly busy 20/30 minute waits. Customer service not good enough for a business contract

@EE Pay Monthly. Last used in the U.K. on 16th Dec 2020. Yes always worked abroad on holidays. Data is working fine. Just phone calls that are an issue. Can someone look if there are any billing bars / or credit breaches that’s preventing me from making calls? Happy to DM number.
