@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

Due to @ee signal being woeful (This tweet probably took 5x to post) the card machine may not be working on arrival so if possible bring cash for any purchases.

@EE are a absolute disgrace! Spoke to 3 people on the phone and all said different things, trying to cancel and never even got told I was on a contract! Customer service is disgusting and this is exactly why I want to leave and will be #ee

Hi @EE I've got a mini hub provided by @bt_uk whilst waiting for my broadband to be installed, but why do I only get 15 mins of connection before it decides there's no signal? I'm on EE for my mobile in the same location and have full signal? Not useful

Hi @EE - why is my Samsung phone unable to connect to your network, telling me I'm "not registered on this network"? I've tried restarting, taking out the sim card and returning it, looking for phone updates (I'm fully up to date). What else can I do?

@EE Your service has now been down for 35 hours (I checked with one of your sellers). It’s a costly disruption for me as a working visitor to the UK, and there’s been no communication from you. So what’s the story, EE people?
