@EE I've had problems with my messages. Yesterday it took a very long time to send a MMS and another one didn't send at all, and just now I've sent a SMS that was marked as "sending" for at least a full minute before going. Is there a problem?

@EE after a very condescending call with one of your agents, I requested the complaints procedure. They have opened and then CLOSED my complaint on that call. I did not agree to closing. They sent me a link for complaints that, shock, doesn't work.I need the complaint procedure.

Literally never been so happy to be a @SkyUK Mobile customer it has taken all morning to upgrade my parents @EE phones and it’s still not right. 🤯
