@EE Your website is all over the place at this moment with 400 bad request screens. And even though I did see my bill earlier, i cannot access it now, neither can customer care. Sorry you website, is not great. frequent errors and very slow. I have 30 mb speed.

@EE app says service in my post code is great yet no Internet for 4hrs and been at 2mbps all.l last week 5g with the best network what a joke and refused 2 times to be passed to manager or tech support

@SkyUK_Help1 I have sent a DM, have also logged a complaint with Sky. I have now decided to leave @SkyUK and have found a different TV Provider in @EE . I will ring up Sky later today to cancel. Clearly loyalty means nothing to Sky, so why should I remain loyal to Sky TV

@sweenyness @EE Bizarre. My dad was moaning about a friend's signal last night, always crap when it's foggy (they're in England) I dismissed it as nonsense...I may have to apologise to him now 😶

@EE I’ve had some of the worst customer service today. Applied for iPhone 17 pro wanted to change colour choice from orange to blue was told to change id have to change broadband provider was then misquoted cost and after it all was told I couldn’t get my iPhone.

@EE Can you not read either? I’ve tried all that. I’m waiting for a manager to actually call back. As promised. An online complaint takes 7 days to sort!
