That’s me having to go airplane mode on a train to Bristol, as by 2pm my phone has used 15% of its battery searching for @ThreeUK ‘s elusive mobile coverage. A truly unusable service for 40 quid a month. Won’t be renewing that contract. Back to @EE for sure

@bt_uk so I been with @EE for years yet had problems from 1st week. Ee sent engineer out 2weeks ago showed me how unstable connection is saying 1 of worse he ever seen ee would have to get bt out. Then he told ee no problems can u fix it and I change from ee to you ????

@EE Pathetic customer service, had to wait for over an hour on the customer service line, still got no response. We have a technical issue in the broadband, can you send home a technician to check it please?

@EE when will you sort out the reception issue all down Brixton Road in London. For over a week now there is 0% reception and I can’t use my phone at all at home. 😡
