Does @EE actually store passwords in clear text? I got an email from John Bonner, Executive Customer Resolution Team saying: If you can’t call me, please email me back to confirm the: name on the account 3rd and 5th characters of the account password.

So @EE put up my phone bill by £120 a year and yet I can’t even get phone signal in my entire town without needing WIFI! How they can justify a 15% increase during these time is a mystery #ee #greed #thieves

Okay so Pokémon go London who’s gunna be there?! Seems I can’t afford to stay overnight which is a shame but it’s gunna be a long day & hopefully a good one! Hoping the service for EE will be good too! #Pokemongo @EE
