@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE customer care? My dad is stuck in Abu Dhabi, he has lost his phone. My mother has called you to get international calls added to her mobile so she can call him and you have refused because she is not the account holder. You’re making a traumatising situation even worse!

@elinorchapman @EE I called EE customer service from number on google search. Couldn’t get who I wanted on 150. Got thru whole conversation with various people - sending verification codes from EE text and clearly had access to my account. Even their e-mail was EE -but all scam

@EE @lauren_cwxo With the amount of issues I am now seeing on social media over upgrades & having been with Orange/EE for nearly 30 yrs I would advise buy a phone outright & have a monthly SIM hell of a lot less hassle
