@EE Following on from the above, I get a 20% discount through my work benefit scheme off my monthly bill, but the codes I use don't work. Yet they do if I was a new customer? Which sucks considering I've been a customer since the Orange days in 2003...so I guess I wont upgrade

  • DianaClaudS diana (@DianaClaudS) reported

When @EE lie to you twice and tell you that you can cancel your contract for free today and then magically change their minds. Smh and I've been a customer for so long.

  • BeauDongle Elizabeth Deeney (@BeauDongle) reported

@EE Just off the phone to your customer services regarding my father paying an extra £20 on top of his bill, for 4gb of data, he does not use. He has been paying for this for 4 years, do EE not check the amount of data their clients are using, when they upgrade every two years?

  • tom_wasley Thomas Wasley (@tom_wasley) reported

@EE They would flash ‘aqua’. Apparently there is an issue with an open reach box in our area. The router itself is fine.

  • Harry_Brin98 Harriet Brin🌎 (@Harry_Brin98) reported
