@ee Can you advise what ports and MTU are required in order for Wifi Calling to function? And any particular wifi ISP router settings that may need adjusting to allow wifi calling to work for an EE mobile customer?

@EE By the look of it you respond to people who ask for upgrades (2 hours ago) but not people who are asking for actual help as stated in your original tweet(8hrs ago)? Great service guys. Top notch. And your app has been down all day with no explanation on here. Really, really bad.

So the only benefit of being an existing/loyal customer on @EE is 10% off price plans?? That really is ****. When on Orange I remember upgrading and not having to pay upfront fees and I could choose a cheaper price plan too.
