  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  @EE i need help with my broadband, ive been with you for 2 months now and the connection is awful. i can no longer stream in 4K and the wifi connection is awful.
