@EE has to have one of the worst customer service amongst all the mobile networks. Also, no signal at all throughout today. Poor, poor service.

God why are @EE so expensive when it comes to mobile contracts, who in their own mind wants to spend £70+ a month, on top of that they ask for a upfront payment of between £50-100. For the damn thing, glad I didn't get a new contract with them when mine ended.

@EE Hello. How can you check on the status/ response to a complaint made against EE please. I got a text earlier, saying my complaint has been closed, but I can't see any information on the reasons why/ outcome
