    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @EE @Mr_Grumpy_Arse Can't get into mine either just got a phone upgrade so can't leave mobile acc BUT tv/broadband ends January so at least can cancel that never thought could get worse than virgin I stand corrected

    @EE @danfotoman1 @ee are so ****, i used to have 7 phones and 2 i pads with them, i`m finally down to 1 phone and i still feel like they are ripping me off. good luck you`ll need it

    @EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

    @EE another day and still no resolution so I’ve added another pile to the count 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩- 15 pikes and counting - I’m just putting it out there how poor you are - I would have gone to another provider if I had known most definitely

    @EE why is it virtually impossible to actually speak to a human person instead of your crap bots!! You charge people a fortune for monthly line rental yet you can't actually be bothered to employ people customers can speak to!!

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

    @JohnStokes0uk @EE More radio sites is not necessarily the solution to poor data speeds, if existing coverage levels are good.

    @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!
