    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE This is not super helpful - I don't know the postcode of every single area where the network dropped out and this map only indicates expected coverage, not faults. My connection was intermittent across the whole of Hull, Woodmansey and Beverley.

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

    @hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE Same here. They told my parents they could have 2 free tablets and a decrease on their monthly payments. Neither was true. Complained and they said they would get the tablets picked up by DPD. DPD never arrived. After 4 further DPD no-shows we had to send them back via Royal Mail

    @EE THE THIRD TIME I’VE HAD TO COME TO YOU LOT AND SOMEBOW EVEN THOUGH 2 AGENRS ‘SORTED OUT MY PROBLEM’ IM STILL GETTING TEXT SAYING I OWE MONEY? IF THIS DOESNT FET SORTED OUT TONUGHT IM GOING TO COME AND CAUSE ******* PROBLEMS. Same way you lot are causing me problems

    @iemhans @England @EE Clearly never watched the last 6 months of him at Newcastle then did you because he was terrible
