    @EE it would appear your tech gurus are sleeping gurus at the moment 🙄 3hours without internet and current 1 hour on hold and yes I’ve tried the text service which is no help whatsoever 🙄

    @EE Have lost access since 9 am this morning, using EE broadband, to a number of sites including Zoom, Malwarebytes update and all Alexa devices. Other sites, e.g. BBC unaffected? Help, anyone?

    @EE Internet down at least 5 hours now. Rebooted many times and still down and I'm not the only one. 5 hours is way too long. What is going on please?

    @EE Hi - having issues this morning connecting to Amazon games and Lost Ark - looking at the Steam forum this seems to be affecting only UK EE broadband (and possibly mobile) customers. Any ideas?

    @EE You should fix your servers instead of asking everybody to DM. It's everywhere. Here in Northern Ireland also broadband not working...

    @splattsville @EE Seems to be a weird and specific issue with EE and certain things, Amazon, Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation and a few other things. Really bizarre.
