@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE your customer service and policies are dreadful, you made a mistake on delivering my new phone and because of your return policy with shipping company I have to wait 7 days for another to be sent, now more than ever people need communication when face to face can't be had.

@EE Did you know Voyager 2 is 10 billion miles away in space sending back pictures of the Ort Cloud & it still gets a better bluetooth signal than your shiiiite home wifi, I'm in the garden 25ft from the router & youtube is buffering like it's running on a 2001 56K ether cable🖕

@EE no reply at my complaint. Still no answer and Staff ( Julie ) pretending to call me . What is wrong with people ? Can i please have the proof where is signed the contract ? Can i please have a reply for my emails ? Can someone actually call me when they say they call?
