    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE Openreach essentially allowed an order to fail because a form wasn’t completed when Openreach hadn’t actually sent the form…

    @EE @RaPiDkIlLzZz Come on…. EE have been having huge problems for months, maybe years. I’ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Can’t get a statement. Can check contract status. EE have admitted they have enormous tech problems.

    @EE I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(

    @EE I’m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and I’ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

    @EE after given you basically 5 weeks to set up a new customer, had cancelled because 4 of your employees have lied to me, and I’ve still not received any equipment
