  @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

  @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

  @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…

  @LeilaniDowding @EE It is very scary for us with poor or non existent mobile reception. In a real emergency - power cut, fire etc we would be scuppered.

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

  @EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.

  @EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

  @stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
