@EE You say you're using the price increase to invest and make things better, but nothing ever does the consumer end. Can't see why I should pay for 500mb when it never passes 300mb. Will be dropping down or changing provider asap

@EE Given that I took my new contract in December when inflation was already at 10%, how do you justify over a 14% price rise less than 3 months later? Inflation hasn’t risen since, if anything it’s gone down. (Without the insulting pre-scripted answers your sending customers…)

@EE Your service is an absolute disgrace. I have been left with TWO phones not working. Therefore I can't call you. And your messaging system on "My EE" is down. I spend £100 a month with you. SORT IT OUT. Please call me as an emergency. PM me for my mobile number.

Slow handclap for our mobile provider @EE & their "mid-contract price rise" of 14.4%. Very unlikely to remain with them when this contract ends. Any better deals/rises out there at other companies?

@EE I'm looking at your new contracts. Is the difference between "Excellent Speeds" and "Our best speeds" a case of 4G vs 5G? I might be interested in "Excellent Speeds" if it runs on the 5G Network with a capped speed but if it's just a 4G offering I'm not.
