@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE Hi Michael I saw your message and again last night I had to put the password in again on the phone for the wifi, it seems to happen a lot lately, it is a samsung Galaxy J3 Pro storage issues all the time due to app updates it wants, I will never have another samsung

@EE the service in Oxford around the high street/Queen’s Lane is appalling, please could you look into this? It’s been unreliable for a couple of weeks now. I have full signal strength there but it says 4G instead of 5G and I cannot connect to anything online

is going to be saving about £10 a month on my Broadband by switching from Sky to @BT_UK (same package) & thanks to that switch i'll also be saving about £4 on my @EE mobile phone bill as well. A massive thanks to the #EE customer service person who sorted it out for me earlier.
