@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

There an issue today accessing the EE app. Rather than make us all hang on the line for 20 or 25 minutes you think they post a message up on their Twitter account informing customers there is an issue. @MarcAllera @EE

@StephanieMPR @EE Agreed - they could easily put a current warning on their website that a problem is occurring. Others being told to change their password but then not receiving the link. These things happen - but @EE should be telling us. Their Twitter account says nothing.

@EE Our internet is working now. Came back up about 2pm. When it was down the 4 lights were all green all the time. No flickering at all just stated on all the devices no internet.

@EE seriously how hard is it to upgrade? App useless, online chat not working. I have been a customer over 20yrs and I'm being offered a new deal £15 more than I currently pay? No nice extras. Is there no customer loyalty?
