    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE 11th day in a row with slow or no broadband. What happens to the minimum speed guarantee, now that you have broken the agreement?

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @VodafoneUK it's time to upgrade and the selection of phones is poor.@EE and @O2 has a better choice! They still have the samsung note 20 ultra and vodafone stopped it. They even had the #XiaomiMi11Ultra for a week just. And the tarrifs! Wow so expensive Time to change i guess

    Hey @EE are you having outage problems with home broadband? It was working this morning and has not been working at all this afternoon and yes I've tried restarting the home hub.

    @MagathaBagatha @Dyfed_Telecom @EE Mine worked for 2 weeks. EE won’t cancel contract because they say it’s down to Dyfed and vice versa. So frustrating! Ombudsman looks like only way 👎

    @YardleyShooting @EE Try Webchat with EE, explain they have duty to provide service under section 50 of CRA 2015. Tell them they have breached contract then make the request to provide the service paid for but for inconvenience they must provide you with a reasonable discount. enforce your rights
