@EE I’ve just transferred from Sky to you and I wish I hadn’t. Every evening, at least 3 or 4 times, I lose transmission and the reason stated on the screen is the internet, which you provide! If this continues I’ll cancel my contract based on your failure to deliver

@EE I’m contacting you on behalf of my father who is older and living alone. His mobile broadband stopped working shortly after renewing on 28 Sept. He’s been without WiFi for nearly a month despite calls, a new SIM, and no engineer help. Please investigate urgently

@EE I’ve tried to buy from you. You misled and missold me. I called you to chase, spent 3 hours with no resolution. Was told I would get a call back, didn’t. I called again. I’m still nowhere. It’s taken 6 hours so far. I just want to buy EE One. This is rediculous.

Hey @EE how can you admit to their being network failures in response to AWS going down but then when its reported claim nothing happened? Some of us need our mobile connections for work/side hustles etc. We pay you every month for stable connections not lies its just my device
