  @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

  @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

  X really are useless, right? Report an account for impersonating @EE support and X says the account did not violate their terms of service. So they can carry on scamming.

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

  @EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.
