    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE Im on an international sim. Why are you replying on here when I’ve asked you to reply to my DM? I would’ve called that number but I can’t. I’ll be moving to @vodafone when im back cus your customer service is ridiculous. You can’t even do the basics 👍🏽

    @Jamie__Gray1 @EE It’s infuriating, my account says it’s been closed since last year and customer services won’t do anything about it. I’ve raised 2 complaints and had unsatisfactory responses to both, saying that they know there’s an issue but not rectifying

    @racenerd2 @TimHarford @EE A good way to get a better deal is to ask to transfer. They will almost always the give you the deal they claim they cannot give. It’s simply business and the loyal customer is the cash-cow that they milk.

    @EE 25 minutes on the phone to your customer service so far, I only want an e-sim, I passed security 7 minutes ago, and put back on hold. Do any of your managers ever try and pretend to be customers, might be an eye opener.

    @EE App wont log in. Card verifications broken. Entering card info and we jump to a random field. Card dates adds a random 0. Broken pages. Relooping info not loading, bad requests. it goes on and on
