@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE I did an upgrade order on Wednesday using online chat. I have not received an email or been told when it's likely to be delivered. If its going to be weeks I want to cancel the order

@jSam1218 @EE just warning if you are going to sign up to @btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

@bt_uk Hi, Something is not right here my broadband is fully working but I have had hardly any Wi-Fi signal since Tuesday on my phone? And my network @EE signal is one bar. Having to use my data due to some error with BT. Not a happy bunny as its going to cost me a fortune!

Last time this happened @EE it was strong wind. This time. Heavy rain. 48 hours of problems. Let me cut a deal with you. I'll go up the mountain with my insulation tape and some foil. I'll be invoicing you for these repairs to the mast in CF83 8XX. Let's call it £1000.

@SBPMusicUK @EE We've had mobile issues with them for the last few weeks. I don't get the emails but the Mrs does. They provide our landline too but that's been ok so far.
