@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

Update on stolen phone. Big thank you to @EE Carla,Walworth Rd for new SIM card and letting me speak bad Spanish and Connor in Darlington for his patience when I couldn’t remember my password 😳 @metpoliceuk Walworth Rd, so kind. Using old phone, need a grandchild’s help now
