@EE hi how do I report an issue with my broadband please? I’m working from home and having to put some hours in over the weekend as the internet was so poor yesterday, and it’s still not working properly today. At times I’m getting speeds of less then 10 mbps!!

@EE Yes, it has updated to 14.3, I thought it would work after the update, but it’s still saying there’s a problem.
