@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE Hi Rachel, imagine how disappointed I am. Daniel, your customer service manager lied about the delivery date too. He said it would be today but I've just received a text saying 1st June. Your conditions and customer service is laughable. Feel free to review Excalibur.

@EE Hard to say - a long time. Admittedly I've never contacted EE about it until I got particularly frustrated this time in not being able to make a call. As I type this it's not working and I've got a flaky 1 bar of mobile signal.
