@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE I contacted your customer service 4 hours ago and was advised I’d be called back within 10 minutes, I’m still waiting? I’ve tried to call back however I can’t get through due to wait times. Awful service

@EE are your #Phones down? Trying to call 150 (and the alternative numbers and nothing connects) also appears the contact function on the website isn’t working/available
