    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    Afternoon @EE is there an issue with data in King's Lynn as my phone has been running like a dog. Or have you restricted my Chinese spy device huawei already ;)

    @EE hi we if I want to do anytime upgrade and my phone has some chips in the paint with one quite deep and the metal is gouged but no Damage other than that will I be charged?

    @PlymouthCraig @O2 I agree, I’m going to go with @EE next. Much better signal and deals out there and one monthly payment rather than two like on o2. I wish I could leave early ha x

    @EE I can't believe you allowed a customer who has been with you for 12 years leave you over £1.86 a month. I guess my £240 a Year isn't worth it for you ?????

    @EE I will leave EE after a very long time. I have anytime upgrade and the deals are woefully poor. Being a new customer is better than the trade ins and ever increasing price rises. No loyalty to long standing customers .

    @EE Hi yes, this has been an on going problem. All off her boast have not been activated. Only had 1gb data when it renewed and she has 21 data boasts which should equate to 1.5gb. Pack didn't renew despite there being £10 on the account
