    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE 11th day in a row with slow or no broadband. What happens to the minimum speed guarantee, now that you have broken the agreement?

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    Guys need help I need a sim only deal because @EE have the worst service and are costing me too much.. Vodafone and 02 have the same deal 12gb Unlimited text/mins £8 PM Who's better & is that a good deal? Currently on £14, 5gb, 1000mins Unlimited texts on dumb EE.

    @EE @BTCare hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @EE I'm a train operator. I have an app to let me know where my next train is. If I can't get a data signal I must be able to use the WiFi.
