@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@emcwx @EE Nothing is working. No signal. No data. No acknowledgement from EE. 150 calls they don't answer. Keep me posted link on Network Checker leads to a form which does not work... terrible. No service and completely in the dark!

@EE Hi as your aware there are issues with the network today. I called 150 earlier and I just got sent a standard help text for fixing internet issues! I had to hang up as she wasn’t responding and staying silent for the majority of the call❌keep me posted form is not working either
