@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

I purchased and opened a second phone line with @EE back in December and I have been inundated with spam calls, mostly on a daily basis now, ever since. How is this happening when my number has only been given to a handful of colleagues and has never been inputted elsewhere?

@EE @EE @ofcom offered me partial compensation but left me in a worse financial position. I’ve asked for a deadlock letter. 20 years as a customer clearly counts for nothing. #EEfail #CustomerService
