@VodafoneUK You’ll investigate? Like you did last time and offer £20 credit to my account that then never materialised. Or how about the time I went in-store where you have signal boosters only to be told that it was my phone case obscuring the signal. Should never have left @EE

@EE how on earth were Sky, on the instructions of the person buying my flat, able to tell EE to cancel our contract, which EE did without even consulting us, the owners of the flat? We haven’t even exchanged - we can’t work we have no internet. Surely this is illegal????

@tempusvastum @EE @BTCare I am told there are many logistical issues, and BT does move at a glacial pace, but it IS happening. People are already seeing changes (like the hub software removing BT logo). I am just trying to save some money!

@Kaaayliii_xo @EE I would call the debt recovery service. That's what DRS stands for, don't open the link just check with the DRS. I've had one for a parking ticket before but this looks much too vague. My message had case and reference number etc

@EE 13+ yrs as a customer. 2+ yrs with an ongoing signal fault affecting service. Just been told by your call staff I can't get a refund for last month because I didn't call up in time to complain. Even though this policy is discretionary and not in your contracts. Absolute joke
