    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE Might have been better to just lay low today @EE after slamming us with an almost 19% total increase in price knowing that none of us will be making 19% this year to pay for your increase. It's about the furthest thing from customer first you can do, this is EE first all the way

    @EE ok so technically this percentage is reflective of the increase you need to make to continue providing services and expanding etc., yes? so why is this also being applied to the device side of my plan when that's not required for you to provide the network? as much as I... 1/2

    @EE my phone won't make or receive calls. Been like this for hours. Can't dial 150, and customer service is closed. Absolutely appalling from the so called biggest network

    @EE @LightningAlex_ Absolute rubbish.. I have called, and live chatted to see what you are able to do to manage the cost of my two contracts with your frankly disgusting price rises and I was met each time with little more than 'sorry, that's a you problem' raised a complaint and heard nothing!

    @PhilPinfold @EE agreed. I have a 14.4% increase after being a customer since the year dot. My pay rise will not be 14.4%. Or even 4.4%.
