@bt_uk @EE Shame you’re not implementing emergency fixes for major known issues, instead sending an engineer to fix the exchange on WEDNESDAY! You do know folk are working from home and are relying on their broadband? Why haven’t you fixed this today? Kings Park, Glasgow

@EE I pay £94 a month and the iPhone 12 max is £91 - I keep getting bombarded with deals to re new my I watch which I was also going to do. I’ve been a customer of yours for nearly 15 years. Sorry you couldn’t help me.

@EE my wife and I have been experiencing lots of silent calls ( inbound & outbound ) recently. Disabling calls over VoLTE seems to fix it. Can you investigate please?

@EE Thats right, however I'm paying £100 early upgrade fee, and i get a free upgrade the start of march, with no clue how far down this waiting list I am, I may answer cancel my order, not pay the upgrade free and just order it in march 🙄

@EE any issues with Broadband?.... mines been dodgy for months.... its always been PATHETICALLY SLOW since we got it..... but yesterday and today its unreal can’t use it.... having to use my Data! Keeps cutting off
