businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
Simon James 🚂 (@UKMondoMan) reported@EE Issue now resolved. Not the outcome I was looking for but a fair compromise.
-
Peter (@tenerifepete) reported@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite
-
Mark McWilliams (@markmcwilliams) reported@EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏
-
Paul Jones (@Wrexham1978) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
JT (@JTXbox) reported@marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra £80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.
-
Philip Murphy (@PhilipMur3) reported@Amy_90_x @EE Scam calls, just don't take any notice of them and just block them, problem is older people might answer them
-
Adam Waltz (@Amadagram_) reportedThe worst mobile phone network in the UK @EE
-
PIX (@PIXX3L5) reportedI'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU
