@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@alexbloor @blakedrayson @EE Not as bad as Cable & Wireless telling me I couldn't report a fault on my Frame Relay circuit without telling them what telephone number the service had (yes, this was more than 2 decades ago, but I am sure the customer experience remains similar because that's how telcos are)

@EE Instead of just supporting trans people why don't you support your disabled & ill customers? You're a disgraceful company, having no care or concern for your disabled, I'll people. I'm disabled,have many illnesses & have glaucoma. You're supposed to ring me to remind me to pay.
