  @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

  @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

  @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

  @EE Already done that. They were no help. Flatly refused to provide an extender which Sky did without question. There doesn’t appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I don’t have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.

  @EE @VirginMedia Long seen some play legal moves via The Walking Dead, years ago, which some of my funds also paid for much zombie production. Trouble is when it's a success the rats come sniffing via Disney, and TWD in France, so don't want my get my U.S compound interest slice.
