@EE hi! I recently bought a mobile plan for my #GalaxyWatch4 LTE. I ran through set up, but then said mobile plan cannot be activated, but I'm being charged for it. What gives? Can I cancel the watch plan if its not going to connect?

@EE Hi been a customer of EE for over 20 years back to when you were Orange & have always had a competitive deal so quite frustrating today to have to request my PAC code as your retentions team couldn't offer a sim only deal close to what o2 & Vodafone are offering new customers
