    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE can you tell me why I can spend the vast majority of the day at Paultons Park which is entirely outside with no signal to load anything whatsoever despite having 2 bars and 5G showing? Really is soo poor, due for renewal next month making my decision pretty easy.

    @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again

    @McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!

    @EE another day and still no resolution so I’ve added another pile to the count 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩- 15 piles and counting - I’m just putting it out there how poor you are - I would have gone to another provider if I had known most definitely

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    Dear @EE what’s the point of me accepting a contract renewal over the phone if you neither progress it, nor advise me of any issues? I’m making all the calls and getting no real answers here.

    @EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all I’ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers

    @StuartT34021273 @EE My issue is that I literally can’t return a watch I no longer need because of their incompetence. They won’t initiate a return because they say a store issued the order (it didn’t) and the store says they cant do a return. Charlatans.

    @EE I placed an order on your store. You took the payment twice. First time it gave me an error but still took the payment. 2nd time it worked. Any help?
