  @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

  @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them
