  @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

  @EE are actually the worst broadband and TV provider ever. Always up and down like a yoyo and cause its all internet streaming now, when it goes down can’t even watch TV. Every day its on and off ffs

  @EE thank you EE for another bad experience, now moving away from this company, all they’ve ever done is cause me hassle… almost 2 years ago lies and problems (someone did fix the issue after couple weeks) and now issues with broadband.

  @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

  @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app

  @EE Please can you confirm if there a network issue as boardband is down and there is no fix with the help recommendations. Is there a global outage. In CO11 area.
