@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE can you help.spoke to someone via your live chat to cancel my rolling contract and was advised they’d done so and I could cancel my DD. 2 months later I get a letter saying I need to make a payment?!

@EE Sadly, connection still bad. I cannot call from here as reception is also terrible. Can you look into my local connection- the mast outside where the box is located has often been found to have issues in the past. Thank you

@EE honestly had enough of EE now. Moved house and someone’s been out 3 times for the wifi and it’s still not working. Can’t even use mobile data coz it doesn’t work here either. Yet I’m paying all this money for a service I haven’t received in months. I want my p’s back pls🥱

@EE don’t waste your money. Been a customer for 10 years. Time to upgrade. Get offered a deal. Don’t honour it. And won’t as the contracts not gone through. Worst customer service
