Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masks😷 (@ClareQ12) reported@Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
-
Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@EE It cannot be condensed into a DM. I need to speak to someone so can you at least provide me with a telephone number. And may I suggest you speak to Morgan from Customer Services who did his best to help last Thursday/Friday. The attitude of the store manager today was appalling.
-
Alison Denham (@paddymaid) reported@Hepworthclare @EE It’s called “customer service”, apparently. It’s sadly lacking in some companies & yet they talk about it enough. As with so much else, it’s just words. 😩
-
Darren Snow (@darrensnowecfc) reported@EE Then I find out that my tv order has been cancelled, and will not be delivered, and now I have to reorder again tomorrow, you’ve had a month, dreadful service, I’d better get my boxes by Friday
-
Emily Atkins (@bahallathegreat) reported@EE any chance someone could help me with the mobile app trying to put a new card details but it’s not showing up. I’m pay as you go and desperate to put on credit

-
Steve Williams™ 🏴 🇪🇺 👻 🌲 (@stevewill26) reportedHeads Up! I have finally seen sense, and ditched @EE , for my Broadband, which was costing me £50 per month, for a very slow connection. Certainly not the "UK's Best Network". I have a final bill for £44, just received, but @EE have passed it onto debt collectors, demanding £59.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault
-
roqzee (@roqzivelli) reportedBest of luck switching to @EE with their bait and switch £50 deposit mentioned literally nowhere until you get your first bill and which they will hold “until you establish good payment history” which means indefinitely. FOH. Cancel it quickly please.
