    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

    @bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.

    @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.

    @EE Yeh it shows issues.. but I can't even WiFi call... Why is this? Why has EE gone so terrible now?
