@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@EE I can’t believe the customer service I received from EE. I have ordered a new iPhone 13 pro max paid £400 meant to be delivered in Nov never came. Then told it would come tomorrow just called now been told not in stock. Unbelievably **** customer service. @EEComplaints

@ee essentially what I am trying to get to is how I can best watch BT Sport and benefit from being an EE customer? Is loyalty actually valuable anymore? Or do I have to pay the £25 a month like any old random punter?
