    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE 11th day in a row with slow or no broadband. What happens to the minimum speed guarantee, now that you have broken the agreement?

    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still havenโ€™t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @EE You know what, you're going to give a refund for the money I've paid for this 4G hub garbage. You cannot charge for that. I barely get any internet... Another company taking the absolute piss.

    @EE ordered broadband from you, BT eventually fixed it, but service constantly drops, now BT have billed me for ยฃ37.99 despite being told I would get a rebate for first week nor being connected My question is am I a BT or EE customer as EE promised to pay off my previous

    @EE Your broadband service is horrendous. ยฃ120 per month for Internet and TV and if the Broadband doesn't work literally shuts everything down for hours at a time, horrendous.

    @EE Iโ€™ve made an appointment to speak with the branch manager next week, I will be making a formal complaint and taking the issue up with him and his staff will verify the hanging up on us. Why didnโ€™t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?

    @EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!

    @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I
