@iD_Mobile_UK @EE I tell you this I know my warranty with you is longer than 24 months. I brought the phone from you not apple. I know my consumer rights. I do t expert a phone of this value to last 12months. Funny how that. I have issues for months. Whay happening with my complaint?

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Yeah but I have been having issues way before this all over East England. Do you want me to post all my speed test videos again? What are you talking about? Ive done the reset multiple times. I asked is my complaint still open? What are we doing about compensation?
-
iD Mobile
(@iD_Mobile_UK) reported
@VillanAston @EE Indeed, and we're trying to determine the cause; there's been no issue with our network in that time, so something else must be at play here. There's been no discussion of a network reset, hence me asking. Could you try again? Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings - Rory

iD Mobile
(@iD_Mobile_UK) reported
@VillanAston @EE We wouldn't consider compensation for any time before 20/07, as there's been no issue with our network during this time. As advised, our coverage checker has always advised you'll only receive marginal coverage indoors, so that's not something we'd offer compensation for. - Rory

iD Mobile
(@iD_Mobile_UK) reported
@VillanAston @EE For any time from 20/07, we'll of course be happy to offer compensation, as that's a result of issues with our network. Regardless of where you bought the phone from, we simply uphold the warranty of the manufacturer. For some, it's 24 months. in this case, it's 12. - Rory

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE I dont think so. I will go right to the top. Im paying for a service your not providing. You think you can take me fool? Consumer rights is law what ever you want to say. I brought it from you, its you responsibility. Whats the complaints number?

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Ow so taken you this long to suggest this after months and months of complaining? You said its not under warranty so who is paying for this? Its this a normal thing with iPhones 11 pro? I have never had this on my other iPhones ever.
