@EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

@EE hi do you have any issues in the North Somerset area ? Have been trying to speak to someone and the call dropped or wouldn’t connect - tried it 7 times !! Eventually have given up and used my husbands phone ( on a diff network and it was perfect )

Absolutely shocking service from @EE. Sent my phone away for a replacement battery under the warranty, but otherwise in perfect condition. Phone turned up at repair centre with a cracked screen, thus incurring an £89 charge. Total refusal to put their error right.
