    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.

    @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!

    @EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.

    Hi, when I send VM on to 150 I keep getting this error reply - "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." When I sent Off, it turns off ok. Just won't turn on. Help? Thanks. @EE

    And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband
