    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE we were told our broadband would be back on by around two o’clock today we are still waiting any news on when the problem will be fixes

    @EE your 5G and mobile signal in central Edinburgh is unusable today. I’ve dropped from several work calls due to signal and 5G is very very slow.

    @EE all I can say is worse customer service and please stay away from EE is very good at the beginning when things goes wrong they will not help you at all

    @EE internet in Doncaster has not been working now for 5 hours, have tried multiple restarts and refresh’s on the router and it’s still not working.

    I ordered the package and asked it to be delivered to my local store. Instead they made and error and sent it to my home address. I have email confirmation of this error and while trying to resolve an @EE agent decided to call me rude and aggressive

    @EE No. But it dropped shortly after an hour. My call was never life threatening, but if your network is cutting off calls to 111 you may be complicit in someone's recovery. You need to look into this. It's now in the public domain.

    @EE Online doesnt work, over the phone staff cant apply discount themselfs as apparently it's meant to be used online only. Disaster @EE @studentbeans

    The level of scammers using Indian accent to scam people here in UK is becoming something else. These Indians have been calling my wife and I claiming to be from EE network and trying to obtain information. @EE how are these scammers getting information from your system?
