    @Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

    @EE hoping you can help. I spoke to an advisor earlier who promised to look into an unexpected charge on my account and phone me back. I still haven’t received my call back and the office is now closed.. really unhappy with this

    @pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

    @EE I called to make a formal complaint about EE’s lack of service. Your representative took my details, was lovely and proceeded to bin my complaint. I have heard nothing. Just trying to get service! Love paying for something I can’t use.

    @Random_Robbie @EE I imagine you must have got this clarified and understood that discounts are applied to get the price down to £10. My renewal is coming up soon and I’m on the same plan, were you able to get anything better or cheaper after this plan?

    @EE And that it was because I was a loyal customer. Paying a premium for being loyal is disgusting as is being told I couldn't arrange a contract over the phone then go to a store to pick up and be made to jump through delivery hoops

    Been With: @BT_Uk Since 2016 Alone At Bedford House & Both Had Settled Closed Accounts, & Both Excellent Credit History, Yet No Options Apply To Us At All @EE Credit Checks , & Can't Just Add To @BT_Uk Accounts/Bills Like Past Deals Or Sim Only Deals :( Help :(

    @EE on a two hour journey between Stoke on Trent and London no service whatsoever. Nothing. Not even when the train stopped at stations. Which twinned with wifi @AvantiWestCoast not working as usual really made the journey quite unpleasant

    @EE no service in the Chingford area for almost two weeks. I am a small business and cannot run my online restaurant delivery without it. No word no explanation. I am losing money and business and no help or support offered. Absolute disgrace. Can someone get back to me urgently?
