@EE Hi - if a customer enters a 24-month contract with EE, what happens at the end of the 24-month period? Is the contract automatically extended on a ‘roll on’ basis, or is a new contract entered into should the customer wish to continue to be on a plan?

  • joshjay1969 Josh Higgins (@joshjay1969) reported

@EE Hi LB - thanks for your reply. Am I right in saying that once the 24-month contract has ended and it ‘rolls on’ it is ‘rolling on’ on a month-by-month basis until the customer stops the rolling monthly contract or enters a new 24-month contract?
