@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@christesla @EE I’ve used their roaming loads of times prior to this, so it definitely is. My husband is on EE too & called them before we travelled to enable roaming and purchase the add on. His isn’t working either. Seen lots of other people on here with the same issue too.

@EE Hi Michael, all that does is give me the equivalent of INFO. It does not give me the PAC I need to switch network. I've been on hold to 150 for nearly 20 minutes.

@EE I note that nearly 24 hours after the network faults appeared around Manchester, the service keeps dropping out altogether even now. What's going on?
