What the chuff is going on at @EE mobile? Basically no signal from St Austell to north of Exeter and slow / unstable in Taunton. No other reports on the self help site.

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

So yet again iv been lied to, was told by @EE yesterday that an @OpenreachHelp engineer would be out today to fix the internet i havent had for 12 days now. Suprise noones shown up for the 3rd or 4th time!iv lost count now! Can anyone help me?

@EE I know what the issue is. They explained the issue was a system error where the upgrade displayed as despatched and cancelled at the same time, hence I was waiting a call back. If I cal again I will be asked to wait another 72 hours for a call back
