@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@SamsungUK I've had my new s22 ultra for a few months. The phone will not update android or UI. I have to connect to my laptop and update via smartswitch. I've spoken with @EE and they have informed me that this is an issue for you to deal with. What's going on?

@EE Terrible customer service! They booked an engineer inspection two days in a row and no one has ever showed up wasting my days. They then said some higher office would have called me at least to talk over the phone... I am assuming it won't happen since it's night already ???
