@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE have got to have the worst customer service, ever. After many years with them, I cannot wait to get out of contract, and move to a company that treats its clients better..... Which is probably any of them. I'm a very disgruntled customer at the moment.

@EE Your service is a shambles!!!! I raised a complaint on Wednesday the 15 of June and I’m still no further forward. Failed callbacks, no replies to emails and today I’ve been going over the same story with at least 10 different agents since 1253 with no outcome or resolution.
