    Received a text just now pertains to be from @EE to say there was a problem processing my payment and I might lose the service ! Am not clicking in the link as I pay @EE by direct debit and they have already collected it! Scam alert

    @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

    @EE and what has that got to do with exsisting customers who have supported you for years ? , ive sang the praises of ee for years but not anymore, adding £7 to bills to pay for your expansion ?foff use ya profits, you have lost a customer and ive started a group to fight you on this

    @EE Tried that one already Connor, I get back: "EE Message Connection problem or invalid MMI code" Never mind, I don't think USSD codes work on EE.

    @EE Nope, no problems at all, I was playing around and made an app to show the balance in a notification every time you use any minutes, it uses the USSD codes to grab the data and show you the remaining balance but obvs doesn't work with EE. thanks anyway.

    @EE Hiya, I've got my partners new 📱 and sim. In bid to try and solve the problem sim is a replacement as old one lost, constantly says "sim not provisioned" online say 150 or we will send a text, that's great but you can't phone or send texts as sim doesn't work. Please help

    @EE Really Poor customer service, been speaking to ee CS for almost 3 months to resolve a bill issue which is not my fault and have been told there’s nothing they can do . Now stuck with a massive bill in a cost of living crisis for 18months! #ee #poorservice #costofliving

    @EE ******, patronising response. I know all of this because I read the email, that isn't the point. When I signed a contract 9 months ago I didn't expect my monthly repayment to go up 14% - that isn't inflation, that's ***************. Wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy

    @EE Hi, I struggle to get signal 50% of my week when I’m in a certain postcode, any idea why? I don’t get calls or texts but then will randomly gets several texts saying I’ve missed calls

    @john1genius @EE Oh no. They are not the worst, they will quote some unknown survey company at some point who told them how great they are and how much their customers love them.
