@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE It is so amazing that we have mobile phone companies improving society by correcting social behaviour. We are so lucky. I wonder when they will get around to improving customer service, answering their phones, making it easier to cancel contracts and reduce prices.

I've never been late on a payment or had any issues with @O2 who I've had a contract with for years. @EE are absolutely vile. There are loads of stories online about people being denied mortgages because they had 14 pounds on an EE line rental they didn't realise

@EE Afternoon EE… you appear to have switched off the data on my mobile internet SIM, even though it was a 12 months / 120GB card with 6 months and 100GB left on it! It’s impossible to get through to customer services to resolve.
