    @EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

    @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

    @EE is your site down? Every time I try to upgrade it tells me that my bank details are wrong, I haven’t changed them and then it tells me the site is under maintenance? #EEhelp

    @EE I still have not received my order since September 14 and I’m travelling to Vienna this Sunday. I really can’t deal with this right after suffering a 4-week network downtime.

    What the chuff is going on at @EE mobile? Basically no signal from St Austell to north of Exeter and slow / unstable in Taunton. No other reports on the self help site.

    Hi @EE absolutely no comment from Apple as you can see. I am paying you for a service that doesn’t work. You told me the customer to contact Apple who supply you with these Apple TV devices. @bt_uk don’t reply either. Doesn’t customer service not exist?

    Don’t get why I even bothered rejoining @EE. Quick enough to take your money but after constant phone calls speaking to multiple different people since NOVEMBER. Still nothing. Rotten customer service

    After days of issues with my 5G router on @EE it appears that they are blocking 5G routers in the ‘towns' where 5G has rolled out. Just because you can see a 5G signal, do NOT assume you can use it for 5G broadband!
