@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@KellyAllen01 @seatzie @EE I’ve been on SIM only EE for about 4 years now, think it started about £20 a month but over the years has crept up to £25. Unlimited mins, not sure about data but I’ve never run out and I use it a lot!

@EE Hi. I upgraded my phone in April and received an e-mail confirming the details. I have now received a bill showing it will be a highly monthly charge. I checked the app and that shows the same figure as the paper bill. Please help

@EE Let’s stay on this. Was contacting to report several signal issues and call connectivity problems. This was experienced whilst on call with your team. But ‘unfortunately there’s nothing more they can do’. Laughable really.

@EE why is the network down so often! There isn’t a week goes by now when I don’t loose service ( I’ve had no mobile service today again) … what’s going on?! 😡 Prices go up, never any compensation for loss of service, feeling frustrated!!

@EE Further to my complaint last night. I tried my sim in my S21 tonight which managed around 70meg on 5G. I then tried a Iphone 13 Pro Max and was getting speeds of over 220meg. This was repeated several times sa.e sim same room. Always the same results.
