    @EE About time someone came and posted some communication about this issue. I thought it was my phone for hours and not your network. Next time maybe update your customers on a problem to stop them seeking out the problem cause themselves

    @EE I'm sorry, but that's really pretty poor. I checked prior to going on holiday and was assured all would be fine as I NEEDED my phone. I spent about 10 hours of my holiday trying to fix your problem and had to go to pretty extreme workarounds. How about send out a communication!
