    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE Hello, any solution for a phone that is asking me to sign into EE, can't connect to network? No status issues on your website for WN5, I have data, have restarted and turned off numerous times. Still showing 4G symbol. Using S22.

    @PriyaMulji @O2 @EE Tesco mobile uses the same network as O2 and I’ve always found their customer service fab and some very good deals too. Worth a look.

    @rhysmorgan @EE Your new app is so bad I was really taken aback. Whoever designed / approved it must be quite mad. I don't want to interact constantly / switch back and forth with web pages while using an App!

    WTF is going on with @EE ? A new phone 'app' that just displays a webpage, that keeps giving errors. Try to look at 'My EE' on laptop, log on and it tries to register me as a new user. Just stick to being a pipe, cheaply and effectively, leave hard stuff to the big boys.

    @EE I have been trying to cancel my contract for over a month. The wait time on the phone is too long, and even when the phone line dis connects i never get a call back. I have sent you my number via DM as you are most responsive on twitter. Call me back.

    @rhysmorgan @EE It worked flawlessly & the layout made perfect sense. I have seen text spilling from text box boundary. It's terrible.
