@EE can someone assist in getting access to my EE Benefit that I have never been able to access! I tried 2 weeks ago and you could not assist as the App wasn't sending me a PIN number and had locked for 24hrs

@BeastlyBeautyUK FYI. My phone died! ha ha. I dropped it so I now have a new phone (with battery life) and contract. I'm just waiting for my number to transfer over. Should be tomorrow. Went with @EE because @virginmedia have shut down all their stores! #BadMove

@EE My internet connection is so bad with you that I physically can’t upload a 17mb file to my Etsy store even when connected to the router with an Ethernet cable. How can this be fixed? I use my phone data constantly because of your weak service.

@EE Hi I need help. My contract is set to end today and I need a PAC code. This is for my personal device (my work one is still with you) how do I do this as I cannot call from the phone, when I try calling from another it’s not recognised. Really disappointing.

@EE I'm not sure why you can't just reopen my case from last year and send the engineer that you were going to, but I cancelled when my local council said you should only have people in the house if its an emergency and since we weren't working from home it didn't seem like one.
