@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE Sadly 2 hours of phone calls to be told that all of this was unnecessary as the hub has a hardware fault (told them this at beginning) and to take it to store. We are now up to 10 days with no hub - terrible service from all except Plymouth

It’s crazy that a company such as @EE employ people who clearly aren’t bothered about their customer base. Imagine being told something and lied to, ignored and made to feel like nothing ok a call when I was trying to stay with them. Laughable !!!!!

Impossible to get through to @EE this morning. Calls dropped, calls refused, text link not working, given up after being on hold for 20 minutes. Shame as I wanted to upgrade. Gonna buy elsewhere and just continue with my sim-only deal.

@EE This is appalling; your 15 minute call-back service has just passed half an hour! The guy in your Sutton branch shop said one of the apps had a virus causing my phone to not swipe up but having deleted many it's still a problem!

@EE Your call centre wait times are a joke! I have been on hold for 40 minutes and it is impossible to get through (plus it is annoying that you are always changing your options). Very poor customer service! 👎
