@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE We pay over £350 a month for 5 lines and our reception and 4g and everything is shocking the last 6 months and you guys don't acknowledge it and don't fix it, despite being a business line

@bob_do1an @EE Its 3.9% on top of CPI rate of inflation which I'm guessing was 5.4% but @ee don't care about extraordinary circumstances the nation is in rn. Families will struggle, especially those with 1/2/3 plans that don't know how to reach out for help as no details on the letters 🙄

Seven years later we discovered this - but all records of the @EE phone - apart from the monthly direct debit - had vanished. And you can’t even get through to customer services without your phone number. So we just cancelled the direct debit. Big mistake?

I have now managed to register with @EE & cancel the contract. They have also cancelled the £54.90 debt. But they refuse to return any of the £1,260 they took over the years he didn’t use the service and didn’t know he needed to cancel. Not even a small gesture of goodwill
