    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE You call customer service and they just robotically state " you signed a contract agreement as saying we can up the price this, "nothing we can do about it" nowhere in that agreement did it say, you would increase my bill by 14% 2weeks after owning the phone.

    @JamesH4ll @EE I agree. I took out a 24mth plan in October. £67 per month (it’s never under £70 but that’s another story). It’s going up £10. I’ll be paying best part of £80 a month. Yes I didn’t read the small print but who does. Never had this with any other provider - and I used them all

    @EE Appalling Customer Service- network coverage poor - increasing our bills - do not go with this company people - also watch out for extra charges - complain to The Ombudsman I have 😤

    @EE When I logged in last Friday I wasn't sure whether I was leaving, or advising EE of my recent change of address, but the website was so unstable I was pushed into leaving.
