@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE We have bad network coverage here (GL54) so rely on EE WiFi calling. We have been experiencing pretty much every call dropping, and also miss a lot of incoming calls. It’s never been reliable. Is there something we can do to fix this, or do we have a faulty router?

@EE TIRED of the awful service! Since July I’ve complained, nothing fixed. 1h on the phone,spoke with 3 people ... joke that they want to charge me over £100 for cancelling ...Maybe if the 2 engineers that came or the new router worked I won’t ask to cancel????! Again doesn’t work!🤬

@EE I have a pay as you go EE sim in my phone hence data. I signed up for a monthly 200Gb data plan and free calls a while ago. I never got the sim card (never used) but am still paying £20.83 for it every month. Please can you send me a sim? If you need the phone number let me know.

@EE Hi its a smart sim contract I been paying £20.83 a month since December but never received a data sim. Its my fault I not chased this up as I been busy but please can we sort this?
