    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE I'm trying to activate my new EE SIM. No response from texting PORT, dialling 07953 966 150 from landline gives a 'temporary fault' recording, 150 from mobile giving 'no mobile network', no way to contact you via website. Any ideas?

    @EE I beg to differ @ee. In Canada and unable to access roaming. Need Tech help and can’t get through, it automatically connects to 3G which of course is obsolete. My son is unable to access any of his phone again and now cannot get assistance

    @EE @MartineStigter are these guys that clueless that can’t test there 150 or mobile or other numbers for there support and realise it’s not working? god all it takes is a phone call to test it

    @EE Absolutely useless. Overpriced and signals are getting worse. 100 quid a month for no signal and constant technical issues. Won't be renewing
