Pubgrundy (@Pubgrundy) reported@EE can you please help me. I pre-ordered a Pixel 6 Pro in-store and picked it up on release day. The receipt given clearly states it is a preorder, but @Google are refusing my Bose headphone claim as the date on the receipt is the release date

andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE They'll have in some clause that these speeds are estimates as they will never guarantee a minimum speed...otherwise if it goes down they'll have to refund everyone all the time. We both know they'll be dodgy small print 👍

Calum Harvie (@xCalumHarviex) reportedHello, @EE. There have been problems with your network in my postcode area since November 25th. I first contacted you about it on Nov 26th. Your network checker keeps returning a "we expect good service within 16 hours", but it has been doing so for several weeks now. Not good!

andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE We can only hope, if we have to pay over the odds they'd better give a good service. But I don't trust EE or BT one iota
-
Grant Williams (@GWilliamsLLM) reported@EE Dear Bob. I did eventually but they weren’t able to help as the security questions rely on my mother being able to remember things she’s no chance of remembering. The alternative being a text to the list phone or an email which, of course, she’s only got on the lost phone… 🙄
-
Steve (@steve_8776) reported@EE why does your button to start a Mobile tech support chat never appear even during open hours?
-
The Spookiest Forward (@LoosestThe) reported.@EE why are you charging me money to text you to solve a problem at your end? With a service I already pay for?

Mark #IndyScot #FBSI 🦄🕷️🏴 (@lochvue) reportedSeven weeks now without phone service from the incompetent @EE I thought Currys were hopeless, but we have a new champion #EE
