@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE How about putting money into customer service? So EE member of staff advised me of the wrong cost for my contract , they own up to the mistake but won’t let you cancel the contract or amend the cost to what was agreed, Absolutely horrendous service!!!!!

Shame on @VodafoneUK for telling eight disabled, bedridden woman, that if she wanted a new phone from you, she would just have to get dressed and go to the shops if she wanted to replace a broken phone. You can bet @EE Will be better.

So if i want to renew my account with @EE for my Internet. As a loyal customer for 6 years I have to pay more than a new customer signing up today. Honestly makes no fricking sense. Why have a rewards and loyalty department? What is their purpose??

Mildly irritating @EE problem in my area, meaning that the signal is so bad someone described as "like I answered the phone in the shower." I don't have a landline, so hope they're getting on to this!

@EE I've been trying to contact you in regards to my Amazon voucher every number I call says invalid and even tried 150 which doesn't work neither does the emails? Can you help me to try and get this sorted or give me a number that actually works?
