-
Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?
-
JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England@EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

-
Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.
-
Jeff Laing 🇯🇲🏴🏴☠️🇬🇧 (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.
-
The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.
-
Nigel K 〓〓 (@NDK72) reported from Warkleigh, EnglandOnce again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs
-
JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.
-
Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????
-
The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

-
caitlyn1972 (@AlwaysAnAngel72) reportedSpent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE When asked if I want to talk to someone and I follow the prompt, the call ends with an instruction to wait for further messages to guide me on how to get further support. The message doesn’t arrive, nor do I get a call back.
-
Paul (@insittingbourne) reported@ee #o2 sort out your masts near # Iwade Kent. 4hrs stuck in traffic with terrible service on both networks barely communicate either anyone. This is 2026 sort it out
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
-
Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE This is becoming a joke, and as I’ve said previously, I haven’t got the energy to go up and down three floors to sort your rubbish out
-
Jim (@James18Farthing) reported@EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good
-
Wolf flybynature (@Wolfflybynature) reportedSome of you Gen Z behave why too robotic you ask them a question they answer like @EE customer service advisors 🤡
-
Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported@jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
-
ObamaWellington (@ObamaWellington) reported@EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.
-
Matt (@mechmonkey) reported@EE Appreciate the help. Will I be refunded for the over charge for the last 2 months?
