    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @EE I beg you to get in touch with me - I am now approaching three weeks with no land-line, no broadband, no mobile, intermittent wifi, multiple engineer call outs, no resolution. Back to work Monday and I really need this to be fixed.

    @EE is possibly the worst for both mobile and WiFi. They used to be so good but then BT got involved and well, what can I say? Come on guys, you claim to be great... so prove it. I regret signing up to another contract.

    @EE I’ve been through this process many many times - rec’d new routers, had engineers out etc. It can only be down to a poor BT line install which cuts out intermittently. @WeAreOpenreach need to offer a fibre to the house option. Or a-n-other fibre provider.

    @mickbrace @EE Hey Mick. I’d advise avoiding @EE They have some very shady tactics when the end of your contract comes around. They erroneously charge for services and then left a red Mark on credit file which they refuse to rectify. Customer services full of ‘computer says no’ types #EE #avoid

    @EE help! New iPhone 12 today. Part set up but no mobile days as I need a QR code? Don’t have one with the phone. It’s also stuck ‘loading’ apps but won’t compete. 😩
