    After 17 years as a customer and a former employee I must say the service I’ve received from @EE over the last week has been so shockingly bad I’m Contemplating @Ofcom Lied to on recorded calls and threatened with illegal increase to my bill as punishment! A sad decline.

    @drummergirl2000 @EE Yesterday, then I rang up yesterday evening and was told they have no intention of starting work yet. I’ve never heard thr like of it service is going backwards

    @EE don’t you love it when you call up for the 3rd time about your phone not working over a 3 month period and the problem still isn’t fixed. And they still want you to pay full price despite having faults acknowledged by EE! So sort the problem finally and we pay. 🤬#eecomplaint

    @EE Shows there is no network, already. Been in touch via phone and it's been confirmed network down as mast got damaged. It's not just my area but others also, but doesn't help matters when you are running a business and call scan't be made or received. Issue reported now

    @drummergirl2000 @EE The customer service advisors have been good, apologetic etc but yes youre right it’s shocking service considering everything is done through the internet. I have no TV, no banking, can’t work from home, no radio nothing.
