@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE have by far the best customer service out there for a broadband provider. In the space of 11 minutes I was able to call, speak to a help desk worker & book a next day appointment for an engineer to come and fix a fault!

Dear @EE, your MMS / picture message handling sucks. Kindly actually deliver my picture messages, or at least give me a URL I can click on to visit instead of getting my to manually type in a long complicated password that drives me mad! Best wishes, A very frustrated EE customer
