Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE No. No timeframe. I feel like I wasted my money on a dongle that doesn’t work in the area I live. For personal reasons I had to cancel my broadband. The dongle was meant to be a suitable stopgap.

@EE Thank you but still very disappointed with the King Edward St EE store Hull Extreme lack of phone protocol use when the registered number given & advertised in “ Well Everything “ is totally ignored by store staff or Rudely hang up on customers

@EE My wife went into town &blocked her lost phone It’s a shame she had to get a taxi to do this when the store has a registered #PhoneNumber04182-300395 that they “ Do Not Answer ! “ I’ve been trying the King Edward St store number for 3 hours ZILCH !!! Rude!

@ShackHull @Carl_Thompson @EE It’s been awful right in the centre of Hull for months now. I work just 2 mins from Smith and Nephew. Wouldn’t expect it to be so bad!
