@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE I have roaming turned on and have bought Roam Further. I'm in the US and still am not able to use my phone as it won't connect to any network. I can't call customer services as I have no network. Please help!

@EE You whole process is just wrong and unfair ok I understand first come first served etc but why advise customers to register there interest to to be notified by txt or email the just announce available stock on twitter !!! I have 3 lines and registered numerous times ,poor !

@EE Smartphone is not working since yesterday morning, 18/11/2021. This morning as well. Will hget this sorted soon. thanks. EE Smartphone customer. Also i know i'm being hacked using this device. My battery goes dim and then brightens up. Found out on YouTube 2 days ago.

And I’m asked why I might leave @EE im on a call to discuss an upgrade the woman randomly screams at someone in the background and been on hold ever since. Ontop of that I had to ring 3 times for an over collection refund. The bad service is unreal! #customerfor21years

@EE Yeah but it's truespeed, they have thier own fibre line direct into the property. Completely bypassing the need to use the open reach network. I've said that I'd keep the broadband and phone line with you but won't be using the WiFi as the router keeps crapping out

@EE spoke to a ee representative today and said about My data disappearing and got no help at all.. I've been with ee for years and years and felt unhappy with the service I got.. thinking of changing providers now..
