@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE. Good morning yet again signal issues as I can't ring out nor talk calls either. The signal strength fluctuates between one bar to none. Please advise what is happening as this has been going on for sometime now. Or is there a block on my phone for some reason?.

@EE @simariot Hi I am having this same issue. I am in Bali Indonesia and my bank otp codes are not coming through via sms. I really need this resolved as asp as I have already spoken to your 2nd line support in U.K. who clarified there will be no issues as I am on monthly plan pls help thanks
