@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

  • elovabloke Jeff Laing 🇯🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴‍☠️🇬🇧 (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

  • Sarah_UK88 Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

@EE hello! Trying to message someone via the app (as I prefer live messages than phonecalls) and it all goes okay, till I start to message then keep getting "we're having trouble identifying you, please hit retry" but going in circles. Is there an issue currently? thanks!

  • DSWY2 DS_WY (@DSWY2) reported

@kirsty_cwallace @SamsungHelpUK @EE You are best taking it to EE, I took my 53 week old Samsung and they couldn't repair it and they only offered a partial refund or a cheaper model phone even when my phone is under warranty and the issue is confirmed to be know manufacturing defect. I am taking Samsung to Court

  • bournemonkey Simon McPherson (@bournemonkey) reported

@lincsbirder2019 @EE Absolute joke… we have 6 phones on @EE hate it when our 4 kids are out and can’t be in touch IF there’s an issue PE100PZ

  • JamesRa38747871 James Randall esq. (@JamesRa38747871) reported

@ee why is your mobile phone coverage stopping Monday “for a couple of days”? Why such short notice? When phone is only “life-line” how is someone in a wheelchair to feel comfortable without? New phone needed @virgin or @VodafoneUK better customer service? New phone needed too.

  • cludgie78 Mark Rainford (@cludgie78) reported

Moved to @EE just over a month ago. Unfortunately I find the coverage abysmal, some places where once I had a reliable signal - now nothing, or week signal. 🙁 mostly indoors, frustrating- just a wee bit.

  • Ella_TurnerAS Ella Turner (@Ella_TurnerAS) reported

How can @TheO2 offer me the new iPhone 13 Pro max with a phone case and screen protectors for £47.36. But @EE (who I’ve been with for over 7 years) offer me the phone down from this one for £71. How does that make sense?! Same GB, minutes and texts. Shocking..

  • mjtfreeze Mikhail T (@mjtfreeze) reported

Is @EE down in Barking? Internet speed is slow on 5g and 4g.

  • Whitey4K_ Whitey🤙🏻 (@Whitey4K_) reported

Seriously can’t wait for Friday, moving back over to @EE after 3 years of poor service/internet on @O2 will be refreshing.

  • KingJohnForever John (@KingJohnForever) reported

@EE I have been cut off 3 times now by your agents and your telling me call you. I have just signed up for EE starting to regret it now! Awful first impressions and still haven’t had any answers!

  • JamesRa38747871 James Randall esq. (@JamesRa38747871) reported

@ee why is your mobile phone coverage stopping "for a couple of days" on Monday? Wheelchair = zero "life-line". Why such short notice? New phone needed, shall I visit @virgin, @VodafoneUK or another more customer based cellular provider?
