    @EE just can't get hold of anyone in customer services ever ... Doesn't matter what time you call EE are always experiencing a high number of calls ... Anyone else have 50 minutes and counting spare time ?

    @EE My business sim...where is it? Was meant to be next day delivery. I can't track it as the ref number you gave me doesn't work...ref 210627-000129 1st impressions count and this is poor.

    @EE OK found it. But I never switched it on - so that's really weird - perhaps an update or something did it. Again, thanks for the pointers
