    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    If you’re thinking of moving over to EE, think again!! And don’t get me started on their ‘trade in’ scheme 😶 traded in my previous iPhone and told it would bring my monthly payments down... EE sort it out @EE

    @EE Yes, and I also got my direct debit set up but nothing since then...but in between i got an email about something added and cancelled on my account (not by me) for a reference number that was different and i never figured out what happened .

    @EE My WiFi has cut out about 5 times this evening (often coming back online after about a minute wait). It's not good enough! I just renewed my contract with you after 18 months of good service. What will you do to make sure this doesn't keep happening?

    @EE Haven’t heard a thing EE I find it very disappointing that when complaint filed still not called me! If I don’t hear tomorrow I will contact your CEO myself

    @EE Never worked properly. Kept disconnecting from WiFi and Bluetooth and it was really annoying. Gonna get a Find X3 Pro once the return has been processed as I love my Find X2 Pro
