@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Was told by @EE when ordering that I would receive the new iPhone 13 Pro Max on launch day, heard nothing back all week to now find out it's expected at the end of October - what a joke! Poor customer service

Been with @ee from the days of one2one & can whole heartedly say they have no customer loyalty. Preorder the iPhone for release day 24th September, just been told not expect it til 19th October. New customers Seem to have their phones, where’s mine? #ee #iphone

@ThaFlyingYrkshm @EE @bt_uk It's EE. I had to leave them because their reception is so bad here. It's a shame BT don't allow their hubs to access all networks. To be fair to BT they responded straight away and said as much. EE haven't bothered.

@EE I have spoken to your network engineers who have stated the issue is the new distribution warehouse has increased the number of phones connecting to the nearby cell tower. Great signal elsewhere but the coverage map is wrong about our area.
