Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?
-
The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.
-

Jeff Laing π―π²π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπ΄ββ οΈπ¬π§ (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.
-
Nigel K γγ (@NDK72) reported from Warkleigh, EnglandOnce again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for Β£9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for Β£8/month ffs

Kev (@KevlarBrock) reportedNow in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldnβt need to keep calling) π‘
-
Michael Williamson (@michaeljw_97) reported@EE Another guide rang me back. The call managed to hold but i did unfortunately fail the credit check like i suspected.
-
Mark H (@Lordylord) reported@EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)
-
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported@EE @birthdaycakexo Lmao the signal in my area bh6 is barely 4g it's a complete joke
-
Andy Hobbs (@AJHobbsy) reportedCustomer service at @EE still no better after all these years #disappointed
-
NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported@chriscollins462 @MissCatTrap @EE You rarely need to go to the ombudsman. All you need to do is make an official complaint and ask them to provide you with contact details for the ombudsman in case you are not satisfied with their response.
-
Irene Obrien (@scotlabnurse7) reported@Hepworthclare @EE I can't even get customer service. Preferred it when it was @bt

π MissCatTrap π³οΈββ§οΈ (@MissCatTrap) reportedCurrently in a battle with @EE as their broadband support are dismissive and useless. It is very obvious what the fault is with my service: the hub is faulty - and constantly badgering on about channels etc is an insult. Anyone had luck before or am I forced to go complaints?
