I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Does the safety of 16 year old girls not matter?

Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

Le Coq (@LeCoq_79) reported@Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.
