@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

On 6th July @EE informed me their 'Executive Team' would be in touch within 72 hours to help me resolve this issue. Almost a month later, still no contact from them. The unsolicited mail continues to come through our letterbox. Dear @EE - please can you just sort this mess out?

@littlemissbants @FemCondition @EE True, but doubt it ... Victims Commissioner is loving it ... I got blocked by her just for retweeting an image her tweet on a thread where people were unable to see as she is actively going out to block male victims. Seriously, cant make this crap up lol.

@EE what’s going on with the broadband it’s unbelievable slow it’s been like that for few weeks now in the NE5 3RE area. Even trying to fill out the reporting of the problem online doesn’t work.

@EE Hello. I got a text offering Apple Music free for 6 months so signed up. But when I go to Apple Music, I get an error saying 'This subscription is already being used with a different Apple ID'. Can you help solve this problem?
