@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE please can someone help. Uograded phone nov 22. Traded in old phone. Customer service agent upgraded wrong line. Called Monday told they could resolve issue 8am Tuesday. Refund authorised as charged £177 👀. Another call and account still not sorted pt1

@EE I’m absolutely disgusted with you customer service. My OAP mum ordered a new phone Monday 28th Nov. Was told be delivered Tuesday 29th Nov today 2nd Dec the phone is being delivered. She’s made several calls chasing the delivery each time fobbed of and no info given

@EE . I’m now making my third call to EE Corporate and I’m a queue to try and activate my new phone. This has been since Tuesday. Incredibly poor level of customer service.
