    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE @EE I am very annoyed as I have been trying to contact customer service and kept on hold for 2hrs! this is my second try n still on hold!! I would like to find out if I will be refunded. Very frustrating and not at all good customer service!!!

    @EE I’ve been told on three different occasions since 20 April now that my phone will work and that the PAC has been activated. The latest was it allegedly working from 1pm today. It isn’t. I have made countless calls and a branch visit. You are taking money for no service.

    Has @EE come to the rescue and delivered and activated my broadband early for me to stream again? @virginmedia 29th of March til now still nothing, MAYBE 2nd of May the appointment might fix it? Will I have an Uninterrupted Stream after a whole month of pain?
