@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE Can you explain to me why you are discriminating against existing customers? We have phoned to make the switch to Full Fibre after being messed about and you’re wanting to charge us double & cannot contact a manager either? Absolutely disgusting service.

@EE And if you read my post (Bot) it was a general gripe how bad the signal is here in the UK around the small towns. Yet in the bleakest of areas around Norway, you get a 5G signal.

@EE Thanks for the reply, But not worth the time. I ended up getting a new SIM card on a EE store. Where they said they couldn't help me with the card I bought at Sainsbury's. Which was also disappointing.

@EE Complete waste of time. You’re a telecommunications company that can’t access accounts online. I’ll be exiting my contract due to lack of service first thing on Monday. Hopeless. @O2 here I come.
