  • elovabloke Jeff Laing 🇯🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴‍☠️🇬🇧 (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

    @EE Rude.

  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

  • Sarah_UK88 Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • stuayres Stu Ayres (@stuayres) reported

@EE ‘s treatment of my 88 year-old father trying to cancel my poorly mother’s contract has been atrocious. Customer service doesn’t apply to older people.

  • neil_macd_v3 Neil Macdougall (@neil_macd_v3) reported

@EE This is crap customer service. The help function in the EE home app connects to your sales team & now you’ve passed up ownership too. The app reckons I’ve got the wrong router so won’t run a speed test. Hardly confidence inspiring.

  • sw51 Sue (@sw51) reported

@EE 20 years a customer and been stitched up like a kipper - £48 promise turned into a £232 bill - you can have your phones back. No cancellation - no upgrade fee - so why is my bank account now empty?

  • Mimi_rose84 Mia rose (@Mimi_rose84) reported

@EE any chance I’ll Have mobile signal Today? Or anything that can be done as I have a phone that I can’t use to call and can’t receive calls. Wi-Fi calling doesn’t work either. I have a very young baby so I need my phone

  • VinceEm78 Stephen Vince (@VinceEm78) reported

@EE Hi, it’s like it’s trying to connect to ringing but stops and I hear the hang up beeps. Stephen

  • ShannanAmira Bunny. (@ShannanAmira) reported

Cannot believe I’ve been paying @EE a full contract amount for a contract that finished last July. No compensation offers, refund nothing. There’s actually nothing in being a loyal customer to these broad day scammers

  • eugster Eugene Barnardt (@eugster) reported

@EE is there a problem with your customer services inbound calls ? Been trying to call all morning and my calls are not getting connected. Tried 150 as well as 07953 966250 and 0800 956 6000

  • Lulumf لولوه بنت متعب (@Lulumf) reported

@EE hi..I’m trying to upgrade my pay as u go internet since yesterday but its not working !

  • neil_macd_v3 Neil Macdougall (@neil_macd_v3) reported

@EE Yep it’s all connected as per the guide provided & I’ve had confirmation service is up and running. The EE Home app is pretty poor given it can’t find a Wi-Fi signal when the device it’s being run from is connected to Wi-Fi.

  • Mimi_rose84 Mia rose (@Mimi_rose84) reported

@EE mobile seems to be down I can’t call , text or receive anything. How long will this be going on ?
