Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Chulmleigh and nearby locations:

  • Sarah_UK88 Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • elovabloke Jeff Laing 🇯🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴‍☠️🇬🇧 (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • NDK72 Nigel K 〓〓 (@NDK72) reported from Warkleigh, England

Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

    @EE Rude.

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • N21PZ Nuss (@N21PZ) reported

@OhPetePETE1 @EE @EE 's customer service kept implying the issue was on my WiFi. Didn't want to admit it was an issue on their side although I mentioned to check twitter. Told me to switch to voice calling but the joke is their network doesn't work in my building and I purely rely on WiFi calling

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie #SaveNeighbours (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

@EE Hey are you going to get the ASUS Rog 6 Pro phone? Keep seeing phones being announced and released and I’m sure the latest android phone you have is the S22 Ultra with its terrible performance Exynos!! I also work in a weak EE (mostly not a single bar) area so pixel 6 is a no

  • gavxero xero (@gavxero) reported

@N21PZ @OhPetePETE1 @EE Think their WiFi calling is struggling to cope since they turned off the SignalBox service (for an unknown reason). Not sure they realise how many people don't have a signal on "the UK's best network" absolute joke.

  • GymGodders James 🏳️‍🌈 🇬🇧 (@GymGodders) reported

@EE wifi calling not working on multiple handsets - any problems?

  • Jezebel53582665 Jezebel (@Jezebel53582665) reported

@the_coopertron @EE “WHAT ABOUT BOWEL CANCER?” we should be allowed to focus on (and thus tackle) one issue at a time and it not be seen as ignoring injustice elsewhere

  • CDog2662 CyberDog2662 🇬🇧 🇵🇱 (@CDog2662) reported

@EE Alienating all men from your business isn't going to help you sell more mobile phone contracts.

  • PhilMitchell83 Phil Mitchell: Male Sexual Abuse Specialist (@PhilMitchell83) reported

First Gillette implied “men” are the problem & now we see @EE doing the same Apart from the obvious misandry here perhaps we should think about how demonising “men” because of the harm a minority of them perpetrate may prevent men from disclosing the harm they experience

  • stevebu95997064 steve buckley (@stevebu95997064) reported

@sdf15705930 @EE Me too, I'm doin it now, can't stand this bullshit bein rammed down our throats from such a bunch of privileged cry-babies. Can u recommend a network that doesn't do this kind of pandering shite?

  • N21PZ Nuss (@N21PZ) reported

@OhPetePETE1 @EE Their service rep was not trained, I kept repeating myself a number of times and I was going around in circles. @EE at least train your reps if your service is that bad!

  • back2theegg markbradley (@back2theegg) reported

@EE Not all things were bad in the old days...razor companies concentrated on razors.Building societies on savings and Mobile phone networks on phones....Now it’s just virtue signaling pish.
