@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE absolutely shocking service from EE when trying to get our broadband up and running, had an advisor hang up on us lastnight then when trying to get it resolved again today getting no where!! Happy enough to take money but not resolve any issues. Email sent to CEO

@EE I'm trying my best not to rage but it's hard when I raise a complaint to you on twitter and not even a reply? Or a reassurance that it's just maintenence or anything. Come on. It 14:19 and still no WiFi across areas in London. Stop promoting and start fixing.

@EE 2/2 Instead he played a game of pretending to resister my complaint. I understand why the upgrade lady wouldn’t have thought to mention anything about charging. But I certainly expect the technical support person to explain. I may not be brilliant with technology but I can learn!

@EE He was the technical support person I spoke to the day after I arranged the upgrade with the upgrade team. I’m almost certain he gave me a different name at first. And all he really needed to explain was that my existing cable would work. 1/2

@Berrilic1ous @EE Im not even on a contract phone tho , like its pay as you go and they have no reason to keep messing me around , my number has already been switched to VOXI , but due to the lock I've not been able to use it yet but im paying for it , like , I thought EE would have better support

@EE im sick and tired of having to wait so long for my phone network unlock , I've had to wait nearly a week now with barely any help from your customer service , its also affecting my job as I cannot call them and they cannot call me due to my number hanging in limbo
