    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE Definitely isn't, was with ee on a 2 year contract and the signal was constantly terrible, when I went to leave at the end of my contract, an ee agent asked why i was leaving, I said signal is embarrassing and he checked my area and agreed so I moved to o2, much better network

    @bensher501 @EE As you are roaming, you might have the option to manually switch networks. The other network in Barbados is Digicell. See if you can manually select that.

    @EE provides a worse internet connection than I had in 2005 and the customer service is abysmal. I literally cannot wait to leave.

    @EE Trying to register sim card says it will send text to phone with code. My partner got his as but I haven't and keep requesting one. I have no phone to call anyone for help. I cannot get started or call 150. My partner has got a pack but now that won't work! Fed up.

    And that's @EE losing a customer. Rang sales team to sort order out, was told all I needed to do was sign trade in forms. Afterwards, was told that the price stated on their website was wrong and that I would have to pay the full contract price, despite the offer I was given.

    @EE It’s a cynical ploy isn’t it? People run out of data near the end of their billing - so you count on people overspending for data that runs out before they can use it. I would leave @EE if I could #terrible @martinlewis

    @EE Hi. The postcode I quoted isn't my home address. I have been checking updates and seen quite a few people are having similar problems as myself. This is almost daily. I hope it resolves soon as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting in full.
