Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Chulmleigh and nearby locations:

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

    @EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

    @EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

    @EE Rude.

  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • elovabloke Jeff Laing 🇯🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴‍☠️🇬🇧 (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

  • Sarah_UK88 Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

    @EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

    @EE Hi Neil, i know that both myself and my partner will have to pay for a roam abroad pass for our trip, i just find it annoying that as an EE customer who dared to upgrade my phone and plan at already considerable cost is having to extra to use my phone abroad!

  • mjmm152 TheBackshotBishop 👏 (@mjmm152) reported

    @EE you guys really are the worst network providers around ‘most coverage in the uk’ but what they don’t tell you is the data doesn’t work 🤡

  • aimeetressider Aimee Tressider (@aimeetressider) reported

    @EE will now cancel my account with you

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

    @miserablebastad @EE We do not have Underground WiFi on our network. This will have likely been a service offered by your previous network as an agreement. - Mohammed

  • bettygregs52 Liz (@bettygregs52) reported

    @EE I ordered an Apple Watch on the 3rd July for my daughter and have still no idea when it is coming and it’s her birthday soon. I want to cancel it yet I cannot get any sense when ringing as there are no options to cancel orders?????

  • OMacMan PolitcalGaming (@OMacMan) reported

    @NewsHubUK @EE What's your issue with it?

  • damianwebber Damian Webber 💙💛 (@damianwebber) reported

    @EE I did - the staff were very friendly and helpful. 4G in the centre is very poor and when I’m using my phone I really rely on Wi-Fi. Ironic that yours wasn’t working ;-) in the end, I used the Wi-Fi from a close store

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

    @miserablebastad @EE Where you're using it, it may be down to a multitude of factors such as Congestion during peak times, poor coverage in the areas, thickness of walls etc. If it's just in one place, it's more likely down to a specific mast. This is why I suggested a return (2) - Mohammed

  • kentgirl40 Jean Clark (@kentgirl40) reported

    @FreddieScovell @EE The fact that you're saying that just shows how important and needed the ad is. You are obviously part of the problem!

  • furtheviews Lucas ‘Luc’ Red (@furtheviews) reported

    @EE Any reason why my signal has gone from Full 4G to No Service/1 Bar with EDGE in the space of an hour without moving an inch?
