@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE 90 minutes on a call to get another replacement phone because you sent me a phone that doesn’t work.. what is the point of insurance? The Apple store today told me today that the battery isn’t likely an Apple part.. sub standard service! Who do I speak to, to escalate this?

@EE what's going on with signal? Over a year now it's been on and off but the last 3/4 months it's been absolutely ****, paying premium business rates and can't make a call receive calls, texts , emails anything, useless

@DeputyGrocott @EE Yes, you must be armed with comparable prices from any company which holds phone you want. EE will price match if you can prove the company has a better deal. Ask for your pack number, which implies you then leave with no problems. Good luck.
