  Hi @EE I have 5G Router and we are not getting any internet through it!! We logged into it and nothing is wrong but when we can’t even do a speed test!!! With only one device connected to it! It costs £50 a month for this crap?!

  @EE Uig Isle of Lewis - 2 weeks after getting our broadband and mobile signal back, it's playing up again. Crippling for my online business. No other masts cover our area most people don't have land lines. When EE goes down we are back to carrier pigeons & smoke signals

  Why is it whenever I switch to 4g or worse 3g my connection basically stops working! Also i never auto connect to ee wife on the tube anymore?? @EE
