@EE I have no signal. Used your coverage checker and it says my location receives signal indoors and outdoors. I went outside and still no signal. No 3G or 4G, not even E. No bars at all. Switched my phone off and on again, no difference. Help please 😭

@EE bought a pay as you go sim, it shows there is enough credit in the account to activate a 15£ pack, it says is active but when I’m trying to call, sms or navigate is not working. Could you please assist me ? Thank you

@EE also when you get a chance to respond to the other question I already have an account with yourselves as I was a customer years ago and I’ve put my email address when I bought the sim but account still says it’s closed will this update eventually? Thanks

I haev spent more than 6 hours trying to resolve wifi calling issue with @EE and still not working. Completely hacked off and the phone is going back.
