@EE Then why not provide those numbers on the letter then Craig? The instructions are to call a certain number, which I did - so don't try to make this my fault when it is EE's poor comms.

@EE Lately you run the most unreliable network I’ve ever used, you’re messaging me multiple times a week telling me there is a network problem near me. After being with you over 10 years, I can’t wait to get away.

@EE It’s sorted but there was a 30+ minute wait on your phonelines, told to go online, I then spent an hour online accepting a deal, only to be told at the end they couldn’t put it through and I had to go and do it all over again on the phone. Totally inadequate customer support @EE

@EE I have the US roaming package. Been on honeymoon in the US for nearly two weeks. Cannot make or receive calls or send/receive texts. Awful service! No help from app. Why am I paying for a service thats doesn't work?
