@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE Recently switched network to you, but mobile data hast worked since switch. Called 150 etc which was a waste of time. Can you assist ASAP, this i affecting my livelihood

Hey @ee is there any news on when the problem will be fixed in my area !? I missed my disabled parent’s seizure alarm last night due to not having any service & data signal. Totally unacceptable now ! And I’m expected to lay my bill at the end of the month ?! 😡😡😡

Takes @EE 3 days to look up an imei number... all the while causing a pensioner undue stress and trying to take 300 quid off her for an error of their doing. Best network my rear!
