@EE - you pay for phone insurance only to be told when making a claim that no insurance is being paid due to an admin error made by you - terrible customer service and no resolve - still on the same phone call after nearly 1.5 hours!!

@EE Disappointed with EE Hereford store:1) Got to make an appointment.2)My Wife went in to renew her contract.she pays for three phones,I told them I wanted this to change.They ignored me and sold her a deal I regard as terrible. Why should I stay with EE?

@Queen_UK @EE @EE the signal in Sandringham is awful and I am sure HRH would appreciate that it was sorted out!!! On the A149 and at the back gate of Sandringham is even worse!!!

@Ofcom @EE Hi. Thank you for being in touch. EE have contacted me today to advise me that it was a system error and I should have never been offered the deal I was let alone approved it. They have gone out of their way to honour the deal I signed up to and given a full apology. Fair play EE

@EE upgraded to an IPhone 13 Max with 5G and it’s utter crap. My 4G on my old S10 was light years ahead. Absolutely shocking! Fix up.

@EE tried to log into the app with my normal Face ID but you’ve scrapped it. Can’t remember my password but still waiting ages for the reset email to gone through. Why is it taking so long? Please help
