@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE got a free PAYG sim to check coverage, it arrived today put it in my iPhone but its come back as No Service Any ideas?

@mobile_mag @EE @bt_uk We had Fibre installed by BT to the poles on our lane in 2017. It was never connected, such a a waste of money. Now being replaced but stopping at the property before us 300m away. Infuriating. Stuck on 4G broadband but signal is appalling even with cantenna.

@EE i will never open a contract with this company. Rude, disrespectful, argumentative employees, I hope all staff members I have spoken to give that same level of service to the executive child and see if they still have a job

@EE Not your fault Linzi. Your colleagues on the phone are helpful but hands tied by appalling customer service from the company. Loyalty is worth nothing sadly. I have raised formal complaint which I hope drives change.
