@The_ProfessorUK @climo2009 @EE Know what you mean, I'd given up on one this side of Christmas but if I'd known about the problems I'd have left it out the bundle. My ten year old will be so happy when he gets home from school but it's on 12% with the data transfer so might have to wait until after his tea!!

FINALLY got my Shopto refund thanks to @PayPalUK .. I will never use that shambolic company ever again. Stick your £20 'admin fee' - I hope others do the same and challenge it. Got my PS5 from @EE in the end!

@EE Another disgruntled PS5 customer here. Email on Saturday to say will be delivered today. Spoke to DPD who don't have the package. Spoke to your live chat who also don't have the package. Now hearing that some have been cancelled and gone missing. What is the deal here???????

Such "developed world problems" but I can't lie @EE you're another one. I've been trying to be patient, been the one to chase up as no-one has been in touch, no updates have been given & still, 2 months later I'm waiting for a phone that I was told would come in 2 weeks. Ummm
