@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE @MarcAllera The agent I spoke to Basically told me no matter who I contact he has final say.Despite explainin where I was let down&mislead he didn’t care he just said well tough as he apologized. Wen called he seem annoyed as I wanted to speak on phone as if I was a burden&wasting his time

@EE are the worst company ever, I regret the day I took out a contract with them because I’ve never had such issues with 3 or o2 like I have with EE! Been chasing a refund since bloody February and they keep saying they’ve processed it but there’s still nothing in my account 🤬

@EE can I just tell you simply to SACK your web team. The website is unbelievably ******* diabolical BAD on mobile phones. You login, it logs you out, you click on phones for upgrades, it logs you out. it says login when you are logged in. Been like it for years, ALL NEED SACKING
