@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@pauloefc1878 @EE I have 4 phones on there. I’m tempted to cancel my direct debit and send phones back and let them try to take me to court but as far as I’m concerned sending phones back is a fair deal. Also I fell the increase should only be on the line cost itself not the phone cost as well

@EE once again met with officious EE representatives who ask the same questions again if you don’t answer within circa 12 hours - can you supply address of where legal papers can be served? Not your complaint department and not talk to anyone - just the address!

@ee so this price increase on my 3 phone contracts mean your going to provide me with better signal in my area? Sick of complaining about terrible phone signal and lack of data. Looks like I'm going elsewhere come end of contract

@JoelSaffer @EE I’m in contract until September so I’m off then. The price of their new contracts when I upgrade are a joke anyway and can get the same/a better package for £30+ pm less from another network

@EE does this mean with the greater than inflation price increase that my phone contract will be paid off sooner?? What improved service will I be getting from the “uk’s best network” because currently I get next to no coverage at old Trafford where other networks do??
