@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE It's a cancellation, not a PAC. As mentioned I did call to speak with your team over the phone, with a line that worked, and after being on hold for over 30 minutes on an international call you hung up on me saying that you couldn't hear me. How can I cancel my SIM?

@EE Thanks, I've tried 7 times over last 2 days but get terminated with a 'service temporarily unavailable' message. This has been the order. 2 - broadband 4 broadband 3 -moving / leaving 2 - leaving Then terminated Please advise thanks
