I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

Shadi Kirk (@DarvishKirk) reported@orange @EE I have done and no reply. It seems to be normal to take money and not provide a service. I do believe you are not providing me with a service as I am not French. My neighbours all have internet and the only difference is that they are French!

l (@irnbruicecream) reported@BTGroup @EE BT decided to switch off my Broadband yesterday, they flicked a switched and just switched it off. Now in order for them to correct their error I have to wait 2 days for an engineer. Can someone from BT please contact me with a solution as currently unable to WFH
