    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

    @EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

    @EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!

    @EE why is your roaming in Europe not working today ? I’ve called your service centre three times today. Wasted three hours and nothing was solved. I cannot make or receive calls. Disgraceful service.

    Hay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

    @EE I do really need your help my husband had a cardiac arrest while on holiday in spain Valencia area and the phone is with my husband contract. Can you please help me with more roaming to deal with our insurance and call the flight company. Please 🙏.

    @EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!
