@EE hi, mobile calls AND mobile wifi down or very slow on TW11, making homeworking impossible - again. If you can’t fix the phone can you at least fix the wifi? It’s no good telling us to make wifi calls instead when the wifi is also incredibly patchy

@A138967 @ThreeUK Made a promise to myself in 2013 that I’d never go with them ever again after their awful service for 2 years and haven’t looked back since. @EE have had my back since. Worth paying extra for decent service.

@mattrunback @EE You don't have to wait until renewal! You can cancel without charge as they're increasing above the rate of inflation. Call them and state due to price increase, you will be cancelling without charge as the increase is above the rate of inflation.

@EE could you please look into the issue with data in the Ysbyty Gwynedd area of Bangor, Gwynedd? I keep reporting it and sometimes I get no issues found or that you’ve fixed it but 2 months in it’s still the same! Shows 4G signal but nothing works and can’t make a call or text!

@EE raising my phone bill a quarter of a way into my 2 year contract is ridiculous. I've sent a complaint in this afternoon, who knows if I'll ever hear back.

@TomR555 @EE They're owned by @BT . I've just got a letter saying my bill will go up 9.3% from April! Service is still as poor as ever but they are going 73% ABOVE the max suggested CPI rate of inflation of 5.4%. Absolutely disgusting.

@EE It's your pitiful mobile data you need to sort Fortunately don't have my broadband with you at home but in county like this we need reliable mobile service something @ThreeUKSupport seem to beable provide will have to look at switching
