I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…

So can you get me someone who can fix this without wasting anymore of my time.
