@EE Yeah, you were busy over the phone too…….we’ve waited 40 mins+ on each occasion and it’s still not resolved. Shouldn’t take 3 x attempts to get the same issue sorted surely? (Brilliant Basics)

@EE frustrated again by customer service rep as no one can explain to me why you can’t provide me with a VAT reg Invoice unless I register myself as a company- I need this to reclaim my phone/bb from work which is a lot more than £20! Am complaining to @HMRCcustomers and @Ofcom

@EE someone explain to me why my DD has been cancelled? Just had letter asking for 100+ quid and just tried to call out yet my account has been barred. Balance now paid but not happy this has happened! Continued issue since upgrading few months back.
