@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE hey just to say that's been a couple of nights recently and like right now broadband in the flat far from wot to expect from ur 4G in nottingham uk. not that bad for formal complain but faulty nevertheless. any issue in the region?

@dazyoungs @O2 Sick of them myself, only switched to them as I had no signal in an old office with @EE. Stuck in a stupid bloody contract and have to wait an age before it runs out, can't wait to leave!

@EE Hello. Your customer website is an incredibly poor user experience. My contract has ended and I'd simply like to move to a 4g sim only contract on my existing phone. Why do you make that simple thing so difficult?

@SamsungMobile I recently purchased the Samsung A52S from @EE i can't help wondering why there were no basic headphones included? I wasn't expecting wireless/cordless/buds as I prefer having the wires but neither was included in the box?

@O2 @dazyoungs @EE Ha! Just read the previous DM's I've had to send you! Now signal has dropped in my house inexplicably over the last few months and I can barely make phone calls and be understood by the person on the other end! Sick of it, stupid poxy 36 month contracts as well absolute farce.
