    @Pete_Bassist @EE @Ofcom All UK networks signal coverage maps are slightly misleading. We are in 21st Century and all networks together should share the cost of the entire infrastructure and all share their infrastructure - this would make a huge difference

    @EE absolutely useless - instore staff unwilling to help with upgrade , nobody answering instore phone. general phone been on hold 20 mins. no wonder we want to leave

    @EE @EE I’ve had no usable mobile internet at my home (OL16 5AS) for over 2 months. I can’t use WhatsApp or browse the web. I’ve contacted you multiple times with no solution. I’m paying a high monthly fee for unusable service and want to cancel my contract without penalty. help.
