@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@EE What is going on with your service? My BB has been out most of the day. Tried to speak to someone - message saying the office is closed!! Finally managed to follow new "visual" service and still waiting for advisor to call. Not known anything like it in years as a customer.

@EE conned out of a £300 mastercard. Won't do anything about it. Was with o2 for 16 years & had no issues besides the odd signal problem. Move to EE with help of the £300 incentive & better signal. And in 16 day have experienced the worst level of service on 3 different issues

@EE My mum has got a new smartphone and kept her old ee sim where she is paying a lot for next to no data. She can't remember any login or password but needs to change her contract, but keep the same number. How does she go about it?

@EE your roaming packages for America are terrible. Please could you help me with being able to use my normal mobile data package in the USA? I’ve already spent £70.00 in less than 24 hours. Which is shocking.

@EE poor service today @ your Cheshire Oaks outlet. Arrived to complete a purchase only to be told the system not available come back in 2 hours.Returned only to be told deal offered in your Liverpool they could not match.5 staff sitting/standing around.Left to purchase @ tesco
