@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

my BT sport went off after 30 mins spurs Liverpool and never came back on, BT had suspended my account because I’ve not re logged in for 6 months, all sorted now thanks to Aisling at @EE and Barry from @btsport top customer service and lovely people

@EE no broadband since Thursday; this is happening so often now. Live chat on your websites not working, how to I report this so that I’m not charged for days I have no access? Preferably in writing as clearly I need to start keeping records of poor access.

@EE our little white box that is connected to the broadband router to allow us to make phonecards has failed!🥺🥺so no phone calls! Tried to contact customer services, but can't get through!😡😡 My daughter has her phone on another network and has no problems using it!!
