@EE Bought a 15gb sim for £15 in Poundland yesterday to try you out. I’m getting 4G download speeds of less than 2mb & upload of no more than 3mb. I’m back on my Vodafone sim & get 40 down/18 up. Do you throttle payg as both transmitters are on the same mast?? Post Code SO50 5PS.

@EE no EMAILS - but given a CASE NUMBER - This is me LITERALLY a guy who SPENDS 100 POUNDS per month on my PLAN for two years now and I GET THIS CRAP - TOOK my BLOOD PRESSURE on Monday as my face was HOT for hours talking to the phone and begging for HELP from EE -

@kevinbacon sorry to bother but nowhere else to turn. Doing work expenses but @EE stopped providing a VAT inv I need 4 charity I work for unless I register as business (which I am not). Same 4 many EE clients but EE won’t budge. Costing me 100s of £ & an angry boss. Can u help?

@EE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with CUSTOMER HOTLINE SERVICE Since MOnday night - MY UPGRADE TO Microsoft DUO 2 Phone - I was on the phone with 4 different EE Hotline agents from like 3 pm to almost 7 pm and plus a call to Microsoft Support - PROMISED 48 HRS today and no calls and no EMAILS
