    @adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

    @EE @MayaJama @onlymikes_ I’d love to however we still have no network coverage in #Lymeregis and haven’t had for a week now. I trust our bills will reflect this #noservice

    @EE You’re scammers! I called, went to the store, and did all I can to cancel a plan I didn’t sign up for but had no luck. All your CS agents promised to look into my issue and give me call back but they never did. One of them even booked a slot to make sure I am available

    @EE But never called. I never authorized this new plan and will not accept any extra charges. I did all I possibly can to cancel it but your lousy service prevailed. I even went to the store and they couldn’t do a thing. Thug company

    @EE i hear they are switching off the 2 & 3g service at some point. I have a EE sim in old 2/3g phone how do i know if its a 4g sim or will it just swap automaticly???

    @EE That would be too much hastle. Maybe you could check my account history and see the length of time and total amount of £££s I've paid to EE over the many years as a loyal customer. Sometimes existing customers deserve the wee bit extra rather than a new customer🤔
