@adebradley @EE I’ve found the smaller operators with 30 day sim only plans much better to deal with. I change my plan via the app whenever a better one arrives and if they mess up I can just leave. Currently on ID mobile (three network) getting 10Gb and unlimited calls for £8 a month

@Huawei @EE is there a known fault with Huawei rear camera? I popped into EE other day and was suggested there might be but not yet fixed and heard nobody else with this issue!! Blurry unless on wide angle and super zoomed in.

@EE scuse me 👋 been trying to contact regarding the upgrade I was promised in 7 days. Been over a week and still haven't had a delivery date. Tried to cancel the upgrade and got mysteriously cut off. No response to my DM either

.@EE I have been in France for over a week now (Nice, Antibes, Roussillon & Annecy) and never have I had more than 2 bars signal, mostly none at all. 5g is rubbish. @EE What do you say to that please? #NoService

@EE how does this work. 4g 1 bar of signal and the mask is not even 300meters away from me clear view line of sight and outside. Something needs to be sorted. Been like this all summer and the only excuse you give each time is the fact there are to many people in the area. 🙈
