    @EE I’m not sure on the number as I’ve never used it unfortunately. Only ever really used it when it’s linked up to the WiFi at home. I can try to find it when I get home from work if someone would still be available to help?

    @MarcAllera @EE @btsport Day 155 overdue for full fibre install. Back to the drawing board because engineers just dug up grass with a spade and flung fibre cable in the ground with no ducting, so it was damaged when they tried to connect. Deadline on fix about to be missed.

    Ok @EE what's with this new service where I can't talk to anyone. I keep trying to call and you send me this text to a link and all I'm doing is going in a circle. How do I actually chat to someone about a problem I'm having with your network?

    Really disappointing customer service received from @EE after 7 years of continuous custom. I have been overcharged on my mobile contract including the handset after my contract ended June 2021. I didn’t receive any regular out of contract notifications as required by @Ofcom
