  @EE Apparently thats already been done, but it hasnt. My broadband speed has been diabolical for over a year. I raised this in February this year. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....

  @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?

  A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.

  @EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, licking after a few hours we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb within any network cover :) awful
