@EE Hi, no need anymore. My parents are travelling back south and their phones appear to be working to make calls now. Must have been a temporary issue in the Edinburgh area yesterday. Happy new year 👍🏻

@EE Afraid I'm getting nowhere on your website where I've been trying to unlock an old iPad to give to my Mum. Currently the iPad shows the Carrier as "EE 36.0" but your website doesn't seem to recognise the IMEI so I can't progress the unlock. Can you help? Cheers, Martin
