@EE we have had a broadband outage for 2 days now… can we have an ETA of when it will be fixed? Your diagnostics bot is saying it should have been fixed an hour ago (after previously missed etas). SE20

Which follows on from a May 11th agent not calling back like she said she would and customer service being completely unreachable (not answering phones) on June 23rd when services went down @EE

@ee For 2nd time today, in CT15 5LA, the internet connection suddenly dropped off (circa 20:05hrs), this time during an on-line course I was taking part in. After switching off wifi on my iPhone and logging into the EE app via 4G, I see no problems recorded (again).

@EE Just FYI everyone, EE just turned off all 3g home signal boxes ... For no reason. It's WiFi calling or nothing if you're in a bad area now. Go figure.
