-
ironchimp (@ironchimp) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s your infrastructure, just like the old tv signal infrastructure was yours and not the damned state’s.
-
CraigH (@cragz_uk) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
-
MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported@EE can I have some help
-
gilbert (@Gilbert_36174) reported@EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.

stuuk1🇬🇧🏴 (@stuuk11) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE No idea Leilani. My elderly mother in law had issues last month with her virgin media line. It was down for 4 days, luckily she only lives around the corner.
-
Dudley (@agoldentale) reported@EE is there an issue with your app? Just topped up via it and had no confirmation text and money hasn't left bank either
-
MK 🇬🇧 (@mk_hostile17) reported@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE Conventional PSTN is being shut down. Conventional landlines are now delivered over your broadband connection. Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
