@EE this is my 4th hour in one of your stores, being unable to upgrade via the app my business account. Whilst the store has been great, your system isn’t working, you have wasted a huge amount of my time..as a loyal customer for many years this experience just isn’t acceptable.

@MarcAllera @EE worst customer service. Been with you for 11 years. Was offered lifetime discount to avoid lawsuit. Now saying they can remove all discounts as they please. Partner offered better deal as new customer. AVOID.

@EE If you are too bone idle to send my bill by email, then send it by post each month and I will pay it by Debit card then without any financial questions from your unco-operative staff,as they have no Customer Service Now, I have 2 Level 2 Certificates in Customer Service Keith
