    @EE I have a office mobile connection with EE and I am currently travelling with no service. I contacted the IT help desk who confirmed that international roaming is on. However there is still no service. It has now been 3 days.

    @EE That makes sense as it follows iTil which I'm qualified in, but that's not been the case. So if you're closing the complaint without resolve then it shows there is something you aren't telling me. I will message you my information now.
