@EE paid for a sim contract for a month. Spoke to an agent in live chat to cancel it after the month is up but it seems like he may have cancelled it now? I’ve paid for the month and need it, can someone check this for me?

@VodafoneUK **Avoid** I've been into a Vodafone shop and was told I'd been put on the wrong tariff. I phoned 191 and after an hour wait I've been given a link to the chat service. Your complaint number does not go to a person to complain it went to the same call centre. Go @EE

@JamesUpsher @EE @Roman1st_ Hey 👋 Are you using ESIM or regular? I’ve been onto tech support on the phone last night who reset everything but I still have the same problem. I’m on ESIM, and that the only thing I’ve changed since the new phone so wondering if it’s that.

@EE I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I am disappointed with the way my complaint is being dealt with. Complaint Ref 19596519 refers. My package was changed when I upgraded my mobile recently and now I am being charged for calls that were historically in my pack

@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

@EE Wow. Just received possibly the worst customer service in all my many years on EE. Not only was I not told about ‘extra charges’ on my bill, they weren’t on the itemisation and the man at 150 was just incredibly rude and patronising to me on the phone. Am in shock!
