    @EE Ours has been a wee bit pants since the big storms earlier in the year but not as pants as it was the other days where sod all worked Must remember to buy some nice OS maps for when the network goes tits up

    Welcome to the digital world. @EE helpfully alerted me to the end of me broadband contract. After trying and failing to use the online and "help" desk routes I went to the @EE shop in Chiswick High Road to find no queue, friendly service and job done

    @EE One of your employees recently emailed me to ask me for my Apple ID and password. I was very surprised to receive this email is it normal behaviour from an EE employee? I doubt it. I did call Customer Service who appeared to be not very interested to me

    @EE Mine came back around 1pm today. This issue cost me a job interview as i had no incoming calls or wifi calling the company thinks i wasn't answering the phone and offered it to another person. So im really angry with ee because of this effects my life!!!!!!

    @EE Still down for me, can't even call EE to sort it or request a new SIM to try that, because we isn't listed as an average operator

    @EE I have had broadband with you but have just changed to BT.. I was told that it will automatically cancel my contract with you now the new service is up and running, but can you confirm that please.. I don't want to be charged twice.. Thanks..
