@EE ive been a loyal customer for 6yrs now, upgrade coming soon and yet I still get thrown under the bus with what I can be offered. Yet I go on your website and instantly see something more appealing that supposedly didn't exist when talking to your centre, its disappointing.

Received a text message from @EE (or so it said) saying they failed to take my payment and to follow a link however the app and the statement says they won’t be taking it until the 1st :/ surely this was a scam and if there was an issue it wouldn’t flag up until the 1st right?!

@EE OK you are stopping EETV service but why does it mean you are going to disable my EE TV box. It's a working freeview box with hours of recordings on it that I've not watched yet but it's going to become a brick. Why are you contributing to the #Ewaste MOUNTAIN? 😡😡😡

@EE Hello been getting poor reception in our house since yesterday. Call 150 and keep getting cut off and the 24/7 service fails to register. Hugely frustrating and expecting important calls.
