@EE Aug/Sep time, not early upgrading as there is a massive amount for me to pay, I have the essential 10gb plan at £60, my friend has essential 100gb plan at £43. I’ve never once moaned about pricing as I thought it was fair but clearly not.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks - that will help pay for the @EE 4G data (thankfully reliable) we are using while we wait for the line to be restored/fixed.

@EE @MarcAllera Any thoughts on why this has to be a riddle? You could improve your customer experience tenfold, with honest communication. You could go one step further and provide some examples *based on a customer's actual bill* to show how add-ons or out-of-plan prices rise too!

@EE no loyalty to long-standing customers. “Unable” to pricematch - despite promising me if I waited a few days you would. Poor treatment in my opinion. Will now go elsewhere 😔

@EE Extremely frustrating! Especially when the call doesn’t even result in the issue you’re trying to resolve with @UPS !! I’ll look at the spending cap as additional charges like this are not ok, especially at a time when everyone is trying to watch their spending!

@gormley_greg @camcitco @EE Emergency code powers aside, the Council as developer of the car park hotel has precipitated this and they can pause that scheme until a suitable site is found - so Council still has control.
