@ChessPM @EE I'm pretty sure this also falls down to the T&C's when you receive your contract too, this isn't just EE or BT but this is also a world wide business thing due to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) inflation, correct me if I'm wrong Sarah

@EE @Raymbb Same old response sent to everyone. Your “inflation increase” should be based on the service NOT the full bill (including handset). Robbery especially when service is poor…

@EE I tried to move with you after being a mobile customer for 5+ years only to be put on a new contract, then when cancelling was told it would be done with, only to then be hit with some sort of exit fee? Never told about the new contract or exit fees.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Just don’t pay anything. Cancel your direct debit through your bank. Opt for a new eg Vodafone or 02 or three etc . Don’t go for BT as that’s part of EE

Shocking customer care response from @EE. I called in with concerns of how much my sons contract had went up Will be cancelling broadband, mobile contracts! Shame on you EE, your customer care response of ...don't pay bill, get bad credit, then we might force ourselves to help u
