Gav (@aftertheflood_) reported@IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.

Belfast Col (@BelfastCol) reported@EE on hold for technical support. After the recording told me you are the UKs favourite network you then told me my call should be answered 'within an hour' Really!?!?!

Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

I know coz I was moved from BT to EE when the company was bought out &Course it goes up it goes up every year march with the API even in contract
