@EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

Has @EE come to the rescue and delivered and activated my broadband early for me to stream again? @virginmedia 29th of March til now still nothing, MAYBE 2nd of May the appointment might fix it? Will I have an Uninterrupted Stream after a whole month of pain?

Worse decision ever was renewing my contract with @EE - customer service is appalling. I now have a new phone that doesn’t work & they want £730 to repair it! That’s what you get for being loyal for 25 yrs. What does it take to speak to a person in customer service? 🤔

@EE absolute rip off!! Price increase already?? Only upgraded in March, no mention of increase then!! Cover inflation but wages don’t increase!! Disgusting I’d never have taken out contract if I’d know how much it was going to go up!! Complaints department number please???
