    Today was the worst. Specifically told the rep i spoke with 7 months ago that i want led a smart benefit plan on my line and was looking forward to have an upgrade, only to find out that i was given an essential plan and i am paying same amount. Thanks. @EE

    @EE After two lengthy chat sessions (on Saturday and Sunday) you're billing me £10.44 extra for a 'roam further' add-on which I'm still unable to use as I have "no service". Thanks for absolutely nothing. Very disappointing after more than a decade of using your network!

    @EE Is there a problem with your system? I Have twice texted CYMRAEG to 150 as advertised on your website, received the automated response saying someone would call me within 48 hours but heard nothing back. This was on 07/12/21 and 13/12/21.

    @EE Long story short I contacted live chat last week as I was switching banks & my DD did not go through. I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.

    @EE How does that make any sense. I waited for the last stock. Managed to get one. Added it to my line. Paid for it, and then because of a delivery issue I now don't get one. That's clearly not right.
