@EE stop hiding information on how to cancel my expired contract + why are you sending out letters telling people to dial 150 to discuss their 4gee broadband contact? The SIM cards in the router so how do you propose I dial 150 on my router??

@EE Upgrade isn’t due till December that’s when it will be 10 years exactly. They didn’t give me any discounts when I told them I’ve been a loyal customer 8 years. Anyway who do I speak to about this ? Thanks in advance.

@EE absolutely shocking customer experience. Ordered a new iPhone 12 from you and have been a customer for as long as I can remember and I get sent a good as new phone. Time to goto Sky mobile I think
