Out of all the mobile phone networks I’ve been with other the years - @EE are the worst. Dreadful customer service, would not recommend.

@EE quite disappointed in your customer service today when I tried to get my iPhone replaced that was stolen and the. You tell my my insurance doesn’t cover theft !!! This wasn’t made clear when I purchased it !!

@EE @bt_uk I pay for my large screen access and it's still telling me I need to upgrade my subscription I've spoke to you guys already and you said give it 24 hours. A whole week later still not working

@EE #EE livid with EE. Links to some months bills not working on their website nor app. Chat is useless wanted to charge me for the copies of the bills, transferred me to technical still waiting 1hr. So rang was told they can’t email pdfs have to post them. Seriously

@MarcAllera @EE Hi just letting you know your Exec Office has just trashed my 32 yr loyalty since Hutchinson days over a discount set by legal director over SERIOUS SECURITY BREACH! Nice to know how appallingly you treat such loyalty. In ofcom hands. Im off to Tesco Mobile🤬🤬🤬

@EE Home broadband down since Tuesday. Issues since 20th Oct. Whilst your customer service team have been good, I feel we’re no further forward with a solution. A major outage is all I’m told with solution dates forever moving. Surely you know what the issue is now.
