@EE How can I escalate a problem? I have made 3 calls to tech support, over 2 hours in total and problem still not fixed. Each person goes through the same steps, gets me connected but then WiFi fails within minutes and the cycle repeats.

@EE just had my first bad customer service experience with EE after trying to see if I can do anything to my plan to soften the price increase. Unhelpful and backchatting in retentions and now feel trapped! Funny how one bad experience after years of loyalty can knock your trust!

@EE beyond a joke now, can’t get any form of signal, still paying full price for no service and left in situations where I’m without a phone. Beyond ridiculous.
