@EE Okay, thanks. Not unreasonable for a consumer to want to know where the additional 3.9% is going; certainly disappointing rough dates aren't readily available considering the whacking price increase for a relatively poor service in my area.

So I have a watch on contract and the contract finished in January but you have to ring up 30days before to cancel it!! Joke..so now I have to pay extra 2 months fuming 😡 @EE

@EE Love a copy and pasted response. No issue paying the bill, just a shame you can’t even provide a basic level of customer service to answer about the service being worse and worse, but thanks for summing up my point. Hope the extra money goes towards some basic training for you

@EE @billgoats It’s a joke. EE should price in the running of their business at the start of a contract. Adding 3.9% above CPI is either greedy or plain bad business planning. Time to look elsewhere. #grEEdy
