    @EE I unplugged Bt box and plugged in Ee box, why should there be issues, I've had no heating no TV, No alexa, everything needs WiFi, what a **** show from you Guys

    @EE Hi, I was but I live in an area of Leicester where EE have poor signal coverage compared to O2 and Vodafone.

    @EE I really couldn't bare to jump through hoops to any customer service. On the contrary, it should be EE contacting me to apologise. EE have the technology to know exactly when hubs are not responding. If EE didn't know then the hub wouldn't come back online. Just deliver.

    @MufcGibz @EE @Reece7795 E waste is a massive problem currently, it is another money grab, but atleast there is a good enough reason for it at least in my opinion. Since most people already have the required cables / usb bricks it won't really cause any issues for consumers, unless switching platforms
