IT’S @EE YET AGAIN.!! Tried to upgrade TEN devices and the system was completely down last week and today I was put on hold so hung on and was cut off... Feedback from customers must atrocious... #CusomerCare

@EE Have tried the app which keeps failing & have also tried the SMS service, still no answer Must admit it doesn't look good for upgrade Vs going elsewhere!
