@EE nearly 5 weeks now with no signal in CV213XP and no indication of when it will be fixed and now the signal doesn’t get above 3G at my home address glad I chose the UK number one network! When can my contract be cancelled as you can’t provide a service?

@EE is there any particular reason why I've been told that I'm unable to take out another contract with you until 30 days has passed from when my old one was cancelled? You've now lost a sale of a 24 month plan! What a stupid policy.

@EE Spoke with your team already. Go check my trustpilot review from 2 days ago titled AVOID AT ALL COST!! Utterly rubbish. I wanted the pixel 4a or an oppo matched to a new customer offer or another network, that before any loyalty. Not to mention doing 3 upgrades, not 1.

@EE hi is there a way I can check the actual mobile signal strength i recieve from EE for calls texts ect and also for mobile 4g data, the symbol on my phone says 3 bars yet my iphone xs wont use mobile internet or make calls unless I connect to wifi..

@ee moved house about 4 years ago and I’m still getting the previous owners correspondence to this address. I don’t have their contact details and have been told only way to stop it is for the named person on the account to update their address…how of I can’t contact them?! HELP
