    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    . Has any @EE customer who has @tntsports as an inclusive extra actually managed to get TNT to work on @HBOMax_UK ? Constantly comes up with ‘get access’. Worked absolutely fine on Discovery +.

    @EE you gave DPD the wrong mobile number for my delivery therefore I didn’t get the PIN. The same will happen again tomorrow unless you correct this. Can a person and not a useless virtual assistant or IVR DM me to fix this

    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    @EE Yep. Done that. Spoke to someone. Absolutely useless. You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team. Never mind I’ll make sure I recommend a different provider next time his or my contracts are up.

    @EE Placed order twice for new phone. First order cancelled by you. EE text to speak to bot. Bot said phone you. Tried. Time didn't allow me to wait on hold. New order placed. Your text. Speak to bot. Been waiting for bot to speak for 5 hours... Can someone real please help!

    @EE Hi. I’ve just gone onto the EE app and there are random phone numbers appearing on my account? When I should only have 2 associated numbers with my account. Is this a bug? Or the app is having issues?

    @EE It doesn’t work. I had to ring today and that person couldn’t help either and had to long it with your admin team.

    @EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network
