@EE You’ve taken £250 AGAIN!!! I sent my details hours ago. You’re not live chat but I think as you’re making the error, I’ve already called, done a chargeback, messaged you on here and you’ve taken money I don’t owe again you should be prioritising me! I’d like to raise a complaint!

@EE Broadband issues, incredibly unreliable restarts every 45minutes and speeds drop every day at an exponential rate. We've had 2 new routers + plus another one which is on the way.

@Or1ginalSandman @ShireFarming @EE Have since had a replacement txt, since the first one was 'incorrect'.... If you open it, the 'Legal Bit' clearly states existing clients can still use data/calls/txts in EU/EEA up to 50GB fair use, for duration of plan. So not too bad. Maybe.

@Plusnet my grandma hasn’t had a working mobile answerphone for months now. Keeps saying ‘this persons mailbox is disabled’. Countless calls to you and 2 new phones and still no better… Might try and see if @EE can give her better service.

My small win for today is I was paying far too much for my phone bill - managed to save a whopping £64 on my contract and now paying £20 a month. Massive thanks to Simon @EE Newcastle call centre for his help

Bit naughty of @EE, plaster all over their app your eligible for an early upgrade for being a "loyal customer". In reality, they're fighting to source as many Samsung S20's as possible to sell good as new. Nothing to do with being a loyal customer.
