    @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same

    @EE Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, been led on for 2 weeks, had complaints closed without contacting me - different agents saying different things, including mis-information. Please advise your contact details for complaints, telephone, not 'email'

    @EE your customer service towards customers that have YEARS of honouring contracts is probably the worst thing ive ever come across, i cant even get my stolen phone replaced. Its the most unprofessional and disgusting service ive ever had
