  @EE currently sat in Switzerland, phone was working fine up until an hour ago and now I have no reception. Roaming issues overall?? (Tried restarting everything/selecting different providers)

  @lebara customer service isn't a patch on @EE but it's too late to change now. I wonder if, in a years time, I'll be moving back to EE.

  @EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?

  @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.
