@EE i’d sack your engineers trying to fix problem in Peacehaven out of two weeks I’ve had two days service cannot use phone unless I drive way out of Peacehaven absolutely disgusting wish I went elsewhere instead of being loyal to EE

@Nick_Osborn_ @EE But this is what I don’t get - the only reason I’d ever buy a phone directly from the operator is because it is normally cheaper. At least it is in Latvia, I’ve never bought a phone from an operator in the UK.

@EE Too late. I’ve issued a chargeback from my bank, purchased elsewhere and will be leaving EE. I received awful customer experience via live chat
