    @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful

    @EE I’ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I don’t owe them any money. Your broadband didn’t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.
