Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people

Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported@bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet
-
darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

Dave Hales (@dayvales) reported@dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!
-

Hazard Hyena (@hazardhyena) reported@TheBeardedNardo @EE Honestly this is very poor business practices as a company and makes even me question how legitimate as a company you are you should be prioritizing your customers over anything else and working with them to find a solution this is poor business practices

Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
