Wayne Smith @waynesmith1971.bsky.social (@WayneSmithUK71) reported@EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE nearly every day in my area in wales thereβs an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday thereβs an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.
