  @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

  @EE Your broadband service is rubbish. It frequently drops out and tonight it dropped out half an hour ago and has still not come back. And the 4G backup is useless as it doesn’t work. Really fed up with this now.

  @untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.

  @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves

  @cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

  @EE why is my full fibre going down recently, and it's been down for the last 2 days?
