    @NallaBalu67 @EE The signal with EE is bad everywere in the uk and they arent really helpful going forward to sort it id get another supplier if i was you

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @EE When I was changing my contract I was told I could never downgrade and had to stay at the highest plan.

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

    Third time in a week there’s been an issue with signal at home. Where is not working they “fix” it and then it doesn’t work again. Rubbish paying for a service I can’t use @EE

    @EE Thankyou but every time I try 150 it gets disconnected or states I’m not a customer which I am.
