@EE Have just tried to remove my spend cap, both via your website and via Text however neither has worked? App/website redirects to page not found. And the text has said you’ll text me when applied but that was over 30 mins ago. I’m in the USA and need data! Help!

@EE I am not sure if I contacted you earlier about this but on my bill which I printed from your website, my latest bill was £24.12 Data Usage was suspended, would this be why I never got emails for a week, so did not get my bill? I renewed my pack on 19th as topped up £15 #Pack

@EE @schoolbusstays All my friends had data and reception with Luther networks. I’ve been to Hyde park twice in the last week - both times zero data despite saying 4G! I’m going again today and I bet it’s the same issue!!! Rubbish!

@EE Hi, unfortunately I've had a further issue with the account and need to speak to someone about it. I spoke to a very kind advisor on 0800 079 8586 however the issue isn't resolved and it's now the third issue

@EE Disgraceful customer service from @EE unable to help, unable to call you back, despite spending numerous hours calling them. Unable to escalate to a manager as apparently managers don’t take calls. Waiting on insurance claim for 3 days despite paying for next day replacement.
