    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

    @EE Zero phone signal in CR0 sunny croydon for the last 6 weeks or so. Come here every week. Never used to be a problem and my client hasn't moved.... so what's up? Please sort it out EE!!

    @EE I’ve paid for a roaming pass for Mexico, and have been charged for it, however I Havnt been able to use my phone for 3 days whilst I’ve been here. My account tells me to call but I can’t as I have no service. I’m unable to get in contact with anyone. It’s a complete disgrace!

    @EE why is the app not working for gifting data? It says ‘come back later’ but said this yesterday. The two other people on my account who I want to gift data currently have none…?

    @EE currently traveling from Manchester to London Euston on the train. For most of the journey either NO service or extremely poor! It’s pretty shocking EE that one of the most strategic rail lines in the UK has virtually no mobile service.

    OMG #EE @EE U.K. coverage is awful. It’s impossible to have an unbroken conversation along the A50 in England. It’s a major dual carriageway across the centre of England. It’s 2022. #profitsbeforecustomers

    End of @O2 contract gave 30 days notice and now my network is buffering alot. Not as the way it was before . Same problem happened with @EE when i gave them 30days notice 2yrs ago.. why do networks do this when someone moves servies?? Very angry

    @alexbloor @EE I would expect it's from the first time it's registered on the network, 12 months or 120gb from that point.

    @ee cannot make outgoing calls in BH postcodes. Cut off before ringing. Any known issues?
