    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Deffo look around. Lebara are on the Vodafone network which is better quality than O2. No annual price rises which O2 do now.

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service

    Hey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.

    @EE This ain’t going to work. I’ve tried that number and end up in an automated queue. I provided my contact details to allow EE to contact me. Instead I am doing the chasing over an issue I have shown is not what is claimed. I look forward to hearing from you, please!

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

    @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Keep the device, i did. Purchase a 1pmobile sim (EE) problem solved and so much cheaper. I use it as a mobile router when i am selling at markets. £10 a month.
