    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    @squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @EE I've tried this and it doesn't work. Have been into a store today, they thought it was the sim but after changing it, still no service. Tried activating an eSim and this has now failed too. Still can't get access to live chat or anything.

    @EE why is it so difficult to get a simple question answered? Can I get full fibre in my area? Yes or no? Now I’ve your colleague asking me if I need my internet checking or me to look at things in the house…..No I just need to know if I can get this service and then we talk

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

    @EE You claim to be the best network in the uk, your terrible in Birmingham does ee stand for “extremely exaggerated “ probably the worse network I’ve ever had
