    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    @squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

    Customer of @EE for over a decade. Phone , TV and broadband . Today is the start of the end of that relationship. Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people £39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .

    @EE A 30 yr customer is having their account access and line suspended for £ 22 connections unresolved complaints open closed within 24hrs Resolution required.

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    @EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!

    @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….
