@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE My issue gets resolved in that my blue light on the router comes back on, but it’s a recurring problem. Not enough signal in this area. When my router goes red (again) so I have to resort to 4G there is none. 1 bar at best. It’s 2022. TN33, the land that time and EE forgot

@SamJBeech @EE What address did she send it to. Wouldn’t be too bad if you could leave find my phone on and then remove it on confirmation of receipt but it’s basically free cash to whoever gets it.

@olafwide @EE Your partner went to the shop and computer said no... apperantly you have to present to get any support... it makes me think about people in wheelchairs, in supported accommodation etc etc @EE

@EE how do I unlock my phone, so that an O2 sim can be put into it? I've upgraded my Samsung, and given my S10 to my Godmother, we've put her O2 sim in and it's asking for an unlock code. Please help 🙏

Excellent service from @EE. We had an intermittent broadband problem. Their Web site says text HELP to them, so I did. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3
