    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    Well Laura from @EE Customer service promised me she would call at 4pm today, it is 5.45 pm and she hasn't called. Can a real human look at this. Thank you.

    @EE I have—repeatedly After a further 40 min call secured appt for tomorrow PM. It shouldn’t be this difficult to become a New Customer, where equipment is correct & right 1st time✅ It’s cost me over 5.5hrs of my time If you say you’ll call back—just do what you say you’ll do!

    @EE any idea why my signal has gone in Boston cant call or text anyone and need to use it for maps and getting about can’t call 150 or 360 to get it fixed need it sorted asap! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    @EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills
