@SarahWhe78 @EE This is the reason I switched from EE to Tesco last year. Tesco never put the price up mid contract. Never agreed with payments going up mid contract.
-
Martin Boult (@boulty1967) reported
@EE 14.4% increase is obscene! Existing contracts cannot need to go up this much as the phone is already purchased and budgeted. You could have chose morality and help over profiteering. Be ashamed! I hope your staff will be getting at least 14.4% raise? Your number! #ripoff

Craig (@cra1gbluenose) reported
@EE @SarahWhe78 @EE you’ll lose loads more customers just for the fact you can’t take criticism. It doesn’t all of a sudden cost you more to give us the same service you always have , you’re just *************** out of your customers .
-
Takarii (@Takariistorm) reported
@EE Thats fine. Your short term gain of £20 per month in the interim is going to lose you £130 per month once my end dates arrive. This isn't how you build and service loyalty.
