Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE The phones ok now I’ve gone out and purchased a plug.. also I was supposed to recieve the new Samsung headphones and a charge pad with the deal.. had neither of these? The phone doesn’t have a headphone port so that’s another issue.. So far, not so good tbh mate

@EE Hi Jess, I’ve just tried again, but the plan I chose yesterday has gone up in price now, so I feel a bit cheated that I couldn’t check out because of website issues and now I’m expected to pay more....

@EE hi I got the new 21 ultra delivered Friday. Contract. But it still says no network. All my apps etc are on here but physically can't use the phone away from WiFi cuz it's still not switched over. Please help
