  Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

  Always amazes me that when you call @EE to upgrade the people can’t be bothered to help and find you a good deal. Family member gets upgrade and gets a good deal and then I call and can’t get any where near it. Been with them for years and now looks like it is coming to an end.

  @reaverman @sophielouisecc @EE What a brainwave. Yes. A poster saying “VIOLENCE IS BAD” would totally nail it. Don’t differentiate the message. The target audience. Carry that message on certain channels where it could be seen by certain groups more readily. Just a blanket single message. Genius 😬

  @EE received my new phone and sim on Saturday and it’s still showing as no service. Tried to make an account on EE and the number I’m entering is apparently not a correct number, it’s the number I have been given. What is going on?
