Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE Answrr ur customer service number and yeabu can help.... if not u cant help.... soo really this is a bullshit post just to make people think ur a "LIVE" brand, your customer service is as good as wet paper! U charge2even speak2an agent, evn tho u cant get thru u still take£ 🤡🤡

@ShropshireStar Whilst @EE may have provided 5G in the town the service outside is very poor frequently no signal for days on end and many areas that still only have 3G and no 4G for voice calls

.@EE I know you’re going to say you’ve 85% 4G coverage, but babes you don’t. My lived experience tells me otherwise. Please sort your signal coverage out. I’m forever stuck with buffering and my partner is sick of hearing about it. #4G #EE
