    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE Finally spoke to a very helpful chap on the four attempt and several hours later on Thursday. Replacement handset on its way 🤞 this resolves the issue with my phone. It doesn’t make up for the service or wasted time though

    @MarcAllera @EE Times I came of a call to @EE completely disraught almost in tears having argued with EE staff who refused to acknowledged what we were stating. Most. Times we had to repeatedly phone EE about the same issue to get someone to acknowledge what we were saying. Most.

    @Star_Stef @EE @LNonno_ Well known issue. You have to send a text message every six months to keep the data active or they switch it off. You should have 100 free text messages with the 120gb. You can get it reactivated.

    @TalkTalk, worst customer service experience ever experienced. Hugely regretting switching from @EE who had first class customer service. @TalkTalk customer services and tech support just don't appear to care, at least those whom I have dealt with. Brutal experience overall.

    @GeekPill @EE Because you didn't send a text message every six months so they stop your data. It's a well known issue. You should have 100 free text messages. You can reactivate it though and get your data back 👍
