Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE Had no network signal for 2 days now. Can't make or receive calls! MK41 area, Bedford. SMS update said would be sorted in 16 hours, but that was at 3pm on 14/05. Any update please? This is frustrating.

@EE Given that I couldn't validate my account and if my sim was delivered to someone else by mistake and they could perform validation and therefore pretend to be me, it seemed very sensible to cancel the direct debit immediately from a security perspective.

For the second Sunday in a row, my @EE broadband has gone down. An engineer will come on Tuesday afternoon 🤯 this is really poor service.

@jnicholls82 @EE I’m going to Antigua Saturday and these are the prices for add ones £11 for 60 mins of calls 10mb data for £11 ******* joke , EE can do one at end of my contract been with them for years and treat customers like this

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.
