    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE hi there need some help please. We have disconnected our broadband services and been asked to send back out router however we haven’t received any packaging or the QR code that had apparently been sent. How do I get another sent to us asap so we can post? Thanks

    @EE Hi @EE , just about to start going round the never ending loop of text messages to try in vain to speak to someone about this rubbish service I am getting from you, is there any chance of someone calling me?

    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

    @EE Thanks for not much - all I want to do is talk to a person- after 6 days of tests - but I ring the number you gave and what do I get : Hi, it's the EE Diagnostics bot here. We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem…..
