    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE I ordered at 1.04 on the 12th. EE cancelled the order and made me reorder on the 13th promising this wouldn’t impact delivery. Which it clearly has. I received an XKO number and confirmation email stating launch date. Can someone look into this? App support is useless.

    @EE WiFi down in SA6 Swansea postcode. There has been work done recently to @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach lines in the area. Haven't got time to phone you, just letting you know you may want to investigate.

    @EE No, I always have RCS switched off. And it's been doing it for ages. Never used to happen with PlusNet.. so maybe it's an EE protocol or something?...

    @FPL_Solicitor @EE Yes I found 1pmobile to be weaker than standard EE. I’m now with Mozillion on my iPad, which I initially went with due to them offering eSIM, but they’re also cheaper and the network feels better than my main EE phone sim?! Harborough is struggling though. I believe there is a mast issue.

    Absolutely bloody livid now! So I ordered my device on pre-order day. Was told it would be delivered on 19th September 2025. It didn’t turn up, the online tracker says still awaiting confirmation. Now @EE Customer services say that I am looking at 17th of October 2025. 35 days after the order date. Oh but I’m still expected to pay the pre-order price and not the current price they are now advertising the device at. @EE have well and truly had my pants down here.

    @EE I've tried twice to give notice on my phone contract with you...and twice I've been told I'd receive a message back to sort this out...and twice this hasn't happened...I don't have time to mess about...I'll cancel my DD you can contact me instead..

    What is the matter with the @EE signal it’s bad enough I cannot use my phone at home unless I’m connected to the WIFI ; pay all this money a month for the signal to be shocking #EE

    @EE I suddenly just lost network service. GU21 area service on your website says fine but not able to call / text / internet
