Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE @MarcAllera Just don’t count on EE to provide a signal so that you can actually get calls and texts. To be fair the current lack of signal is 100% effective in protecting me from scam calls and texts. Still waiting to hear from you up@here in Uig!

@amosdoornbos @EE I remember when they were Orange and they were incredible, there was a huge shift in quality of cutsomer service the day that EE bought them.

@EE My friend from london had gifted me her iphone 11 . But i cant use my Indian sim in my iphone. When I contacted apple customer they said this phone’s sim has been locked. The contract of this phone has been ended but you haven’t took the lock off. So what should i do

@EE I just ran ofcoms mobile checker app. The only provider that ISNT green for voice calls is yours! Why wont you release me from my contract ? Where is the “ excellent customer service” you promise to deliver ? Calls last seconds …. !

If there is a company with worse customer service than @EE I'm yet to find them. Only @EE would cancel your number for no reason then try and tell you it was your fault and basically say it's tough and you've now lost that number....
