    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE EE is placing vulnerable people's lives at risk we have had issues with our phone and Internet line keeps going down at night my mum has an emergency alarm for medical conditions and eevare failing her and putting her life at risk not fixing it

    Dear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

    @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

    @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF £19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

    @EE Never had this issue before just a shame a company like you who I’ve used for years. Has this problem with awful delivery company.
