    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‰

    @squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St Davidโ€™s Store error will cost me around ยฃ1800.00 extra Ali, canโ€™t help feeling disgruntled. Glad youโ€™re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Hi, when I send VM on to 150 I keep getting this error reply - "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." When I sent Off, it turns off ok. Just won't turn on. Help? Thanks. @EE

    And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband

    The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they canโ€™t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? Itโ€™s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV wonโ€™t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!

    @EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? Iโ€™m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasnโ€™t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the โ€˜messageโ€™. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And donโ€™t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once Iโ€™ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone ๐Ÿ˜ก
