    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE The issue is the lack of momentum by Openreach to gain this permission. I got this myself and passed it on via EE but they were advised by you that it had to be you that got this. So I gave details and now you’ve emailed once.

    @tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. 😕

    @EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.

    @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

    @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
