@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE @EE - please can someone call me? Called yesterday, took 20 mins to connect. Then put on hold for 25 mins by your operator who had to speak to her supervisor. I couldn’t wait any longer. Utterly clueless. I’ve been a customer for years. Rude and incompetent.

@EE Now spoke on 17 occasions to a technical support engineer, can’t believe it’s this difficult to get a few TV channels working. This needs raised to a higher level, on 3 occasions now a senior manager was supposed to be calling me back, none of which have called.

@EE There must have been a reboot while I was out and two of my cameras were not working. I needed to check the IP addresses applied automatically but I couldn't get that info in the app.

@p4ulmiller @EE I tried the app. I went to cancel contract, and it said the only way to do it was by calling them. That’s frustrating, I could have saved 40 minutes of death-by-hold-music torture!

@EE Hi yes I spoke to your team and it’s the power cable that’s faulty, it was a bad batch according to the man at your end, unfortunately with it being the weekend it’s going to be Tuesday at the earliest before cable arrives, so got no tv at all.
