  Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

  @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

  Hi @EE any known issues in CH65? Multiple devices having connection issues. Router restarted. Issue persists. Some devices working fine? Can’t even get into EE app to run tests!

  @EE Not looking good for EE either, only 6 days in, it goes off completely, even restarting fails to show the Wi-Fi network name for me to even connect to, either its a problem with OpenReach or your Router

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

  @EE 👋🏻 my boyfriend has dropped his phone in the canal. I have called your customer care who advised we can’t get his number back? We need that number for his customer database. Please help!
