    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE I got the tx message informing that my bill is going up 14.4% from 31 March. What can I do to my phone bill to get this down? I have literally just renewed my 3 contracts under my account in November & December

    @80zDuer @EE Cancel the direct debit. If enough people do that and refuse to pay they will have to do something. They cannot take everyone to court.

    @EE Dear EE, I have reported a deceased relative's EE a/c to you online; however, my husband says that I must ask you to cancel the account, but leave the phone CONNECTED. Is this possible please? I have an EE a/c under my e-mail beginning and ending in jan ....aol.com

    @EE would never ever recommend your company to anyone. Disgraceful that you think it’s ok to put bills up so much at this tough time. Definitely never use you after my contract has finished so many much better options out there #ripoff

    @EE how do you put in a formal complaint? How you expect someone to pay 100 a month after the inflation is beyond me especially through a cost of living crisis.

    @kimwordley @EE The worst is they put it on the entire contract, has the phone that is now over a year old suddenly cost more to supply? Sharp practice. Compounded since Jan 22 by contract has increased by just under 25%. Sim only in future and buy my phones outright. Neither with EE.
