    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    @squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

    @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive

    @EE Hi,im moving house and want to take out a package with EE through Uswitch. When does the credit report get run? I dont want it to cause any issue with my mortgage but I need broadband booking in asap. Can I pre book at appointment and the credit search be done when I move in

    @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is
