    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @bobbyrob1974 @EE It's the best I've ever had too, Bobby, I bought a phone tho and go SIM free. Service and network is great.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE It’s cool Andy, after SEVEN hours James at level 2 technical support switched it on and was baffled why no one else had seen there was a block on the data. He was fab and I’ve been compensated for the inconvenience. Definitely not renewing the contract though, that was hellish.

    Hey @EE why is it so difficult to find a service status page for your broadband? I've been searching for the last half hour and come up blank, meanwhile I've got no home internet and no idea if there's a local or wider issue. Not helpful.

    @EE seriously it’s been three months and one apology, one data breach inc bank details, one escalated complaint and three refunds and you are still messing up my account and I really need you to set me free now… I have been on hold for a total of 3 hours this week
