@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE @EE is already the most expensive network. 9.3% makes it even more so, when others are not increasing by as much. Basically the forthcoming S22Ultra unlimited everything 256gb will be around £100PM on #EE Whilst nearest rival around £82. That's a big gap over 24 months. (1/2)

@EE awful customer service from you today. Ordered a new phone a week ago. Was told it would take 7 days max. Called up to chase and then told it could be up to 28 days. What are your staff doing taking orders that you cannot fulfil. Very unethical

@EE Hi, is there a known scam going on with broadband customers receiving an email saying there’s an issue with payment details? I’ve received said email from a very dodgy-looking email address…

@EE Hi Matty! I was going to give you a call today but I’ve checked this morning and it’s back online again. Not sure what the reason for the outage was, but it seems to be ok now. Will call if anything changes :)

Been with @EE for 22 years, wow. Moved to @Plusnet today which is EE underneath in any regard. Contract dropped from to £8 from £24. I’ll never understand how they can do it for that price using EE’s network but EE themselves can’t do it. It’ll make sense to someone I’m sure.
