@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Absolutely RUBBISH customer service from @EE 🤬🤬🤬 Cut us off mid call on 3 occasions, in breach of contract and they just don’t care 🤬🤬🤬 Now left with no data on 2 lines thru no fault of our own 🤬🤬🤬

Hi @EE we have not had mobile broadband now at all for over a week. We have repeatedly called and been told that it will be fixed within 24-48 hours and that there is a ‘known issue’. No updates, no communication, no internet!!
