@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE Online upgrades are not working .. a message came up this is embarrassing try again later. My daughters phone stopped working and I m just fed up with EE and the same happened last week when I tried the upgrade. There are no stores near me.

@EE my contract ends on 14/July meaning I should be able to do a standard upgrade right now (within 45 days) but your website says I can’t. Can someone there please fix my account so I can pick a new tarrif and/or upgrade via the website please?

@EE Just wanted to say I had absolutely outstanding customer service from someone called Aeron (not sure if that's the right spelling!)in your Newcastle call centre last night. Very patient, knowledgeable and kind. An asset to your company.

After multiple phone calls and promises @EE and @BT have now cancelled my complaint! Also a staff memeber isn't responding to my emails, after saying any issues please email me personally. They owe me £295 from an error on their part when changing broadband provider.
