@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE made an error with my package delivery address and sent it to the wrong place and now someone has stolen it. I spent the last hour on the phone to your colleagues and they decided this was the appropriate way to address me? As rude and aggressive even tho it's their error.

@EE well thank you very much EE, I’m a loyal mobile phone customer and want to cancel my 4G wifi contract as it doesn’t work in my area. Can’t get on social media, Netflix etc. been told cancel cost is £462 but will only cost £300 to let it run. Absolutely disgusting treatment

@EE your 5G and mobile signal in central Edinburgh is unusable today. I’ve dropped from several work calls due to signal and 5G is very very slow.

@EE It’s about the continued signal issues and having to ring each month and my husband checked yesterday & they haven’t given him his credits I’ve had to buy another sim with another network just to have signal & if I cancelled my contracts they still want to charge me

@EE Hi, when I told your messaging service they told me it was fake and to report it. When I called you help line they told me it was fake and to report it. But it was genuine ? Everything’s sorted now anyway
