@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE Apologies I meant to reply last night but got distracted. I don't think you can help, the app is what it is now, all information has been crammed into a small box, the rest is ads, I've uninstalled, I'll use EE Web to view my account details (unless they're going to ruin that)

. @EE 5g not living up to its promises in the early throes of #leedspride - full signal but abysmal latency and speeds. Mostly just hype eh?

@EE Nothings been sorted. No contact from your customer service or complaints team. Seemingly happy to run credit checks and take my money for the upfront but now not fulfilling the contract or formally responding. No wording in the purchase process to justify EE's stance. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Oh, and the 'despite having no service for a day, you are still being charged for it'. I'm on day 2 of the cooling off period and @EE is looking more attractive by the second. I'm sure you'd have an eSIM to a new customer quicker.
