@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE you say the issues have been resolved however I have no access to data. Flicking aeroplane mode on and off. Restarted phone and waiting for more than an hour for a call back from technical support. I am supposed to be out playing Pokémon go, which you as a company sponsor

Between attempting to charge me over £800 for a simple repair (of a phone with a retail price of £850) and their staggeringly bad coverage over the last week suffice to say I'm fully done with @EE after the contract runs out

@EE hey, contract ends next week - spoken to a member of your team who said if I want to cancel, I have to give 30 days notice, hut I have to wait till contract ends? Is that same if I want to change providers?
