Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

Hazard Hyena (@hazardhyena) reported@TheBeardedNardo @EE And medical reasons should not be required by any company to accommodate for a business to prioritize their customer to me that just sounds like a scam or a way for you to sell clients information I would never work with a company like that nor would I recommend such a company

ʍ ʍ ӄɦǟռ (@MMKUK1) reported@Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.
-
ᗰOOᑎ 🌙 (@ClarityClack) reportedI live in a town with 742 phone masts so why @EE am I gasping for internet and phone signal every time I leave the house
-
Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported@EE why do we pay £££ every month if each time we leave the house we can’t use our phones due to no signal even though it says 5G?
-
Maggs ⚒🫧 (@maggs10) reported@EE @JackEmson99 I’m with ee and the service on my train from esssx to London is shocking.
-
Nomi (@Knowmeee) reported@EE can I get your customer service email address? I have already called to cancel my account but I just got a new bill but I can’t check it online or on the app because my profile (using the same email address mindU) is not linked to my account 🫠🫠🫠

Jabzz (@thejabzz) reportedSo @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬
-
Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people
-
BROTHERLYY (@Oj_jman) reported@EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

Andrew Berry (@andrewsberry68) reported@EE it one thing claim to have the best service but it's now been waiting to speak to someone for 23mins, not a good service
