@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

NCSC Continuous #cyberattacks 21-06-2025 0000hrs - 03-07-2025 ongoing (DDOS & Bandwidth attenuated, signal suppression) in MK region. Properties (10), (12), (13) in particular involved with UK telecoms interference. @EE please advise asap 100Mbps+ to< 10Mbps 4G in 5G Unlimit area

I have to say. EE is the worst broadband provider I have ever come across living in England. I am beyond angry and I’m being fobbed off to every other department. @EE sort yourself out.

@EE Not being able to access my account online so I can check my bill, your advisors promising call back and updates via email but never happening and when I email the advisor they decide not to respond. Pretty basic customer service issues

So we have total internet blackout from @EE .. They used to speak English. Now any calls are routed to an unintelligible Indian/pakistani call centre. I can’t understand a bloody word they say. Thinking of leaving EE after more than 20 years - **** service - and still no internet

@EE I have and although I’ve spoken to kind, polite and empathetic guides there is still no solution. DPD have admitted that my brand new device was stolen by a self employed driver but nothing has been resolved. A disappointing experience all around to be honest
