    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @MEENAJUTLAS @EE I finally managed to speak to someone. In my area it is due to come back online for the 30th of December. (I’m unsure if your area will be the same) It has been down due to a broken multi core cable

    @EE anyway to check what’s going on with my internet? Thought it was cut off because a member of your staff never set up our direct debit so paid that and STILL no internet!

    @EE Broadband been down since the 24th and no communication, no updates, no estimated fix time. Nothing! Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience!” Absolute appalling service!

    @EE Everytime I try to login, it asks me for my details, the set up a pin and says something went wrong. Been happening for days..
