@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE Thanks, I saw that page and I will refer to it but I'm hoping to use the app. So my current connection won't support the new router? I thought I might be just able to swap them over? I'm only upgrading the router, it's not a new account.

@ee I had slow awful internet for 2 months because a local mask got damaged, then waited patently for it to get fixed. it has been fixed for like a month and just now it's gone down again. I need so speak to someone right now. This is a ******* joke.

@EE I'm not getting great customer service from you guys today & it's unfortunate, seems as it's usually great? My code for the Razor Kishi controller for xbox isn't working & all I've had is that I need to email BT whereas, my friend has been resent a link with code that works!
