    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @li4mb0wman @EE Problem EE have is trying to figure out where this was placed in the lineage. Simple way is to check the IMEI or the order they sent. Do you have the invoice slip thats in the bag? IMEI is on there

    @JSS779 @EE To add to this, I’ve spoken to others who have the same issue. EE have never actually resolved any of our complaints regarding this. They kept passing me from dept to dept who would be clueless as to what the issue was. I’ve given up using them abroad at all now.

    @EE very poor customer service & your allegedly the number 1 network provider & being a customer for 13 years, I'm sure anyone well known wouldn't have this issue

    @scottyf82 @EE O2 are a worse network though in general, although they are getting better. Just switch your EE to an EE MVNO like 1p mobile
