    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE No EE connection to network on my phone since this morning - definitely the Sim/network and not the phone as other EE sims are working in it. Tech support and in store say they can't do anything as their system is down. Looks like you're about to break that 2 hour promise

    @EE - I was told yesterday I'd definitely receive my console today. Again, I've had no email, no text message and the person that was dealing with my complaint has not responded to any emails. Your communication regarding the issue is ridiculous.

    @EE No it’s ok Stacey, I’ve accepted my phone just doesn’t get good signal no matter what. I’ll wait for an upgrade in a year and a half’s time and hope for the best. Cheers

    @EE code in the app and when I phoned you earlier all your systems were down - someone said they’d phone me back when they were up and running again but they haven’t. What do I do?
