    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @bobbyrob1974 @EE It's the best I've ever had too, Bobby, I bought a phone tho and go SIM free. Service and network is great.

    Received a text message from @EE (or so it said) saying they failed to take my payment and to follow a link however the app and the statement says they won’t be taking it until the 1st :/ surely this was a scam and if there was an issue it wouldn’t flag up until the 1st right?!

    @EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

    @EE I'm not sure tbh. Tech guy joined my bb with my 2 mobiles on the 1 account and he said that would solve the issue, but still no joy. My app stopped worked about 2 days ago and I can only view bb details online, no access to mobile account at all.

    @EE Seems like lots of people having the exact same problem for days on end with no fix in sight. As you know I've rang twice today and had a convo with yourself but I have to ring a 3rd time. Is EE aware that it's a problem for multiple users ?

    @EE Its now 4 days without internet or the ability to make calls. Your texts just say it will be up in 7 hours and it never is. Is anyone actually working on this. Broadband has been shocking for a month now. Llandinam, Powys
