I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

andrew (@adrewmg) reported@EE I haven’t been able to use my phone since I get to Spain a few days ago. I can’t make calls or use the internet. How can I log into my account when I can’t receive the text code sent to my phone. I have never had this problem on other networks.

Me (@shawtty64) reported@GorwayGlobal @EE Their website is so bad.... im always on the phone to them. They take your name, say ses there is a problem, add you to a list available say it will be back to normal in 24Hrs
