    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE what the hell is with your 'customer service'? And your billing department?? And refusing to communicate in writing??? And most importantly what's with stiffing your customers in foreign charges???? Off to Vodafone in 3,2,1, ...

    Managed to bring my mums @EE bill down from ~£50 to only £10pm. After merging it into my account next week that should reduce to only £8pm after the 20% multi-line discount they offer. Nice days work!

    @EE - trying to cancel elderly, frail, non-communicating father in laws contract. EVERY operative has suggested a different thing we need to do and EVERY one was then negated by the next person. Contact me to sort this outm please. It’s a shambles.

    @EE if nothing is done I will call in The Nottingham Branch next time I am in town and file the complaint with them maybe they will get it sorted and kick somebody's backside into touch if they don't do their job and get some Customer Service, The Customer Service today Atrocious
