    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE @pedro188867 Isn't that the problem though, if you think we can "expect good service" when there is none, maybe the stats your working from aren't so reliable.

    @EE I was on the phone for over an hour while trying to speak to a rep yesterday, but still couldn’t get through. And I’m having the same issue today. You can’t use covid as an excuse, neither do I expect you to be short staffed, considering you claim to be the biggest network.

    Dear @EE there have been 13 problems with the signal at my place since the start of May. No discount offered for the inconvenience, just text after text informing me that I can't use data ( the bit that costs the most) despite a rise in price earlier this year. It's a disgrace

    @EE I don't use this phone but it was my late mother's and is locked to your network. I keep it as a backup and put a PAYG SIM in it. I've not used in for a while and I turn it on and see I have a voicemail? I try to check but I have to top up £5 to check my own voicemail?

    Ever since the switch, within the same house where I used to golet decent network with @bt_uk I have been getting rare to no service with @EE. I called today with that regard, explaining that I work from home and need the service. But I was refused solutions for whatever reasons.

    Hi @EE I’ve spent the last hour trying to order a phone from you, but your website is infuriating. Needless to say I don’t want to join your network now, but you’ve charged me £30. How do I get my money back please?
