I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Please help as my mum needs her phone back working especially as she receives texts from NHS so very important. Thanks

FoodCollabs (@FoodCollabs) reported@EE your myEE platform seems to be having some trouble logging people in. Unable to login via web browser on mobile or desktop & unable to log into the app on iOS. A quick twitter search seems to indicate its a known problem. Any news on a fix?

Twice in 7 days is not good publicity either. I understand it's the infrastructure not specifically EE so if your getting a refund pass it on
