    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    So my phone reckons I get excellent service at home. However working from home I've got such a delay in calls it's virtually impossible to make work calls lately. @EE your website claims I'll have full service. I have 1 bar at best.

    @EE @HuaweiMobileUK I am contacting you via Twitter as my Huawei P10 has not functioned for a number of weeks, now, following an enforced "upgrade" that has corrupted my phone files - to the extent that I can rarely even switch my phone on. I have damage cover. What should I do?

    Can’t stand these bozos @EE @EEHelpdesk you got 10 mins before I lose my ****. Your support desk keep bouncing me around (they’ve also said they don’t know why it wasn’t cancelled). I’ll get the Ombudsman on the line.

    @EE Is the upgrade chat online down ? As been trying to get to talk to someone since yesterday but it constantly says busy then give me a link to sms service witch come up as site under maintenance as the phone I want is online only as it good as new phone

    @EE terrible service!! I’ve had orange/EE as my service provider for over 20 years!! I have terrible internet even though it’s fibre and my phone signal is nonexistent. I’m paying a considerable amount of money for a product that I can’t use. After numerous calls still no resolve

    @EE hi there. We’ve had constant interruption since 7th May, same text every morning about 9 am. Expect disruption for 7 hours (the whole working day) can you please confirm when the issue will be fixed as it’s becoming painful now.

    @EE Hi, I want to cancel one of the phone contracts on my account. How long before the end of contract can I give notice to cancel? Thanks
