    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @bobbyrob1974 @EE It's the best I've ever had too, Bobby, I bought a phone tho and go SIM free. Service and network is great.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

    What the hell is going on with @EE service today? My signal is constantly cutting out and reconnecting, talking like every 30 seconds.

    @EE We are still getting texts saying there is a problem at the moment every day - which is not good enough and very frustrating as we can’t do much on our phones !!

    @EE can someone call me as getting seriously pissed off with incorrect orders, cancelled subscriptions and generally just really bad customer service from EE and BT

    @EE currently sat in Switzerland, phone was working fine up until an hour ago and now I have no reception. Roaming issues overall?? (Tried restarting everything/selecting different providers)
