I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Nicky B (@nickybarrot84) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mutβs nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, youβll get nothing !!!
