@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE I’ve tried calling multiple times since and still not had an answer, whatever time I call I’m told there are “very high call volumes”, unacceptably I’ve now been unable to cancel my mobile broadband contract and still haven’t got any access to BT Sport.

@EE need help ASAP, my daughter tried to upgrade her mini WiFi, not sure who she spoke to on the phone yesterday but they've added an additional mini WiFi and NOT an upgrade, the box is meant to be delivered on Tuesday 4th May, how do we cancel it?

@EE My password isn't recognised, can't login online. My number isn't recognised, can't top up at cash points. Topped up via 150 with card, a day later the card isn't recognised. What's going on EE?
