@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@missclark_mfl @EE Trying to call them now and there is no option for what I want, and when I find something similar there’s a waiting time of 20 mins. But none of those four staff members could help me in store? Ugh.

@EE I think you should get the bosses out of their cosy offices and ride the London to Nottingham train and then see how stupid your advert about shaving remotely on a mountain top is infuriating to your customers

@virginmedia said they’d call me when my contract is up for renewal. Failed to do so. Tried to call you a numerous amount of times to discuss a new packs .. still on hold as always. Never gets through… At this rate I may have to take up @EE ‘s offer hmm

@EE 4 days spending 20+ mins on your call line to upgrade and no ones picking up, absolutely ridiculous, im guessing you dont want my money. Terrible customer service, ill be going to another provider if i cant speak to a human rather then machines.
