@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

Just joined @EE and separated from @ThreeUK after 10 years. I have to say, my initial experience with @EE is frustrating and woeful. Simply no way of getting hold of customer service. Waited for 26 minutes only for the call to drop. Absolutely appalling! 😡😠 Not a good start!

@EE Just ordered mine this morning at 7am despite the website nearly being down all last night haven’t had an email yet from EE for dispatch and dpd has sent me tracking number and told me it will be delivered tomorrow 7th can’t wait

@EE trying to upgrade my contract on the app but every phone I look at says there is no available plans, Is there some sort of issue atm stopping from being able to upgrade online?
