I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Everytime I get โ We are testing and all looks fineโโ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you arenโt meeting your promises, never again
