@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@mouthwaite @EE Tesco mobile service coverage has terrible reputation, you can't get signal on a tesco mobile in my mums village in Warwickshire what so ever or Vodafone Yet you can get EE 4G and Virgin at a push

@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

@mouthwaite @EE I totally agree I was with them for 19 yrs + when they were ‘orange’. They were S***t every week I got fault messages, my reception in my house was crap and I complained constantly about their customer service. I’ve finally left now. I got a good deal for my daughter tho. 😰😰

@RonGRAH20712792 @mouthwaite @EE Iv never had bad service from them,hubby lost his job couple years ago(before covid kicked off) I missed 4 months of payments,they never cut me off,they helped me,we got back on track an are still with them,I could never ever fault ee from my point of view

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.
