    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @EE I’ve been trying to pay my bill for a week now the website is down and the app is ******* useless. I don’t know what’s happened to EE in the last 5 years but I’m defiantly leaving at the end of my contract

    @EE You are my provider! I don’t have access to another one. This system is shockingly bad for your customers who are 4g reliant in rural areas!

    @CapelLofft @BTBusiness @EE An EE sales rep talked his way into my (then) 88 year old mother's house and got her to sign a contract for broadband. Fortunately the police intervened as they'd been tipped off that aggressive salesmen were targeting elderly people. I'll never give them any business.

    @CapelLofft @EE @BTBusiness Keep at it. They’re trying to wear you down. The only way to deal with this is prison sentences for the CEOs of organisations that behave like this: that would focus their minds.
