@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE Why not just reduce the cost of the phone by £300? I'll tell you why, because then the customer is locked into higher monthly payments for the duration of the contract.

@EE can you explain to me why a member of the executive complaints team has just put the phone down on me? Not aggressive no bad language just didn't want to give me the same resolution to the same problem I had to have escalated last month and didn't want to answer my questions.

@EE 17 years as a mobile customer with no issues. Home broadband team are abysmal. Compensation is not compensation if you keep it.
