@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@mouthwaite @EE They should be able to replace your phone the next day if phone is lost or damage or stolen but it’s a £100 fee to replace the phone or just go for a upgrade it will be cheaper and easier @mouthwaite

@EE I live in SE3 in south London and you have been acknowledging network issues since the end of April which I have had to live with. Will I get a refund for the 6 weeks I have been suffering from a poor network, and when will it be fixed?

@mouthwaite @EE You get absolutely nothing for loyalty with EE. Been with them (previously Orange) for 15+ years. Unfortunately up here in the middle of nowhere, they have the best service coverage 😥
