    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE Absolute piss poor service, no network no 4G,£40 a month for something I can't use good job my contract is up soon I'll be off to another provider

    @EE @Veronica_Ameri No you can't use WIFI calling mine has been down since these problems began, live rurally so no mobile signal ever, can only use WIFI calling to make and receive calls and that is down too.
