@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@LizKershawDJ @skytv @EE what gets me end of contract; not a new customer? why. end of contract. notice goes up every year. saw an advert save £1000 on mobile phone? what???? how much are they? ponder £40 x 36 month contract. £1440 and not even calls included? are mobiles over priced?

@EE They are not helping so you have to help. If neither of you know where the SIM is then I want a refund, I have put £10 on it. I should not have to have an EE number just to be able to speak to someone. I also need one to set up an account so how am I meant to resolve the issue?

@LizKershawDJ @skytv @EE I make it an annual job to do this. Usual I manage to save £50-100/month by spending a morning on the phone threatening to cancel various things!
