    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    Why are @EE customer service so terrible! Hardly any service in my flat on their broadband and then a cancellation fee when they have been unable to solve the issue! Absolute waste of time being bounced with zero help! Definitely leaving!

    I don't think people tweet enough about good service - I reported a fault with my broadband to @ee last night and they sent an engineer round and fixed it this morning. I'm really happy.

    @EE please I'm at a stand still I can't get into multiple accounts no matter what I do I'm to ill for this I'm seriously very ill more than you know I've been told I could die hence why need to get number back to get into accounts to sort out money problems of 5yrs, no DLA
