    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE I have just arrived in the UK The problem persists 4G but no internet phone number works. EE rep tried the sim in their iPhone and it worked.

    @frankie_mcstein @EE Mine has also been like this for days. EE has told me they have problems with the app and online and to text AL to 150 in the meantime. But it would be nice if they tweeted about the problem to make everyone aware.

    @EE well after 1 cube engineer and 2x @WeAreOpenreach im no closer to getting sorted wish i had never left @bt_uk at least there service was consistent im paying for 1gig full fibre and lucky to get 500mbps down and 50mbps thats half what i should be getting #ofcom

    @EE i've been with EE for many years and the upgrades are absolutely shocking for loyal customers.I appreciated the help of the staff member this morning. From looking on other websites they have got better deals so after 10+ plus years of loyalty I will be going elsewhere.

    Bit of a pisstake when @EE bar your Internet service not once, but twice, in the space of a week for no reason. Just glad the customer service agents get it sorted but still how ridiculous.
