    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE I’ve been trying to ask you for probably about an hour now. My signal is down. When are you going to have it back on. According to the status tracker, it says that in my area (Cumbria) it could be fixed in 16 hours. Is that right? It’s beyond a joke.

    @EE My mobile connection to the net has been completely off since about 1pm. I see there are hundreds with the same problem. Any news?

    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    Wtf @EE haven’t had data all day, couldn’t use Spotify, couldn’t check my buses or trains and now ur saying it’ll take minimum 16 hours to repair?? Naw **** that mate get this **** sorted #eedown
