@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE Tried the text service and it does not let you connect, comes up with a message saying all agents are busy. Spent 45 minutes on hold yesterday trying to get through but to no joy. Will just have to keep trying

@EE That's right mark so really if I wanted it all I'll have to do is pay 100 pound ? If I didn't want to Waite a extra 2 month would pre orders be as normal or would I have to do this is store as all my phone I normally do via customer service xx
