@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE Hi, there seems to be a problem with EE service. I don't have any signal or 4G (in London) since Saturday, and I can't get into the app. I've tried my sim card in another phone and it's still an issue, so not my phone at fault.

Many thanks to Neil at @EE for helping me while I was in Germany and getting no data. Tried the solution he suggested and although the coverage wasn't great (I think it just wasn't in that area) his advice actually did improve the service I got and made it useable.

@EE There's a yellow glow spot shining through the screen. I've tried factory reseting but that didn't fix it, nor did updating to latest software. It shines through every app. More noticable on white sites like Wikipedia and Google. I think it's getting worse and melting the phone.
