@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

I am appalled by the policies @EE, been delivered a defective phone and I need to exchange this and they won’t give me any lead time to move the data across. Even though this service is provided if you were to upgrade the mobile. They expect you to pay for iCloud storage!

@EE I tried to call 150 for topping up but the signal today is very low and voice quality was bad so I will try again with online method tomorrow and if it fail again I will continue with calling or texting. Thank you

@EE Do you offer a 30 day network guarantee? I switched from Vodafone a couple of weeks ago, and after more than a week of Wi-Fi Calling and 4G issues, I still don’t have any coverage in and around my home. Requested a PAC, but it’s showing £500 in cancellation fees instead of..
