@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

Hi @EE, disappointed. After 13 years of loyalty my wife buys herself a 4g samsung watch that she was told would work with her phone but didn't. then upgraded her phone and was assured it would work. To be told by tech support it will never work together #return #badservice
