@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE if I wish to add text from anywhere and calls from anywhere for the 10th of August when do I need to ask for these to be added to my line? If I called today would they be added today or does it go from the billing period and is it month by month so I can cancel it?

@cjcheesecake @EE Look after mumma cheese. All I can say is that is EE for you. Cancel a DD at your peril these days. Can't you go to citizens advice, sure they will have some bumf for you.

@EE Hi EE, I am a long time customer with 3 contracts with you. I have received a new handset that is faulty and I am still within my 14 day cooling off period. I called last Thursday to discuss this & was made to spend 25 minutes reseting my phone, doing tests etc to test the 1/

@EE Firstly just got off phone with ur support team about your network being down for the past week only for them to say they will credit my bill next month instead of putting on this months bill which I pay tomorrow and I’m sorry but I’m refusing to pay

@EE 2/ the phone. Nine of them.fixed the problem but the advisor wanted me to download ITUNES to continue testing. When I refused he advised you couldn't replace my handset. I asked to.make a complaint which he said was raised. He was also sending me a package to return my phone

.@EE I am absolutely fed up with your shocking signal at my house. The whole cul-de-sac is like it. I have to find the one position in our bedroom by the window or at the front door or to get an actually signal that’s more than 2 bars, go and stand outside to ring someone

@EE coverage is really, really bad in my busy neighbourhood (which is also a tourist spot). Spoken to your rep but said they couldn’t do anything. Seems odd—you guys are usually the best!

So if you remember back in Feb I cancelled mumma cheeses @EE account for sim only they've been taking money out still so I took her to the bank to cancel now shes getting ****** letters from EE which is worrying mum as my mum has never not paid anything in her 82years . #fuming
