    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE my broadband is down….again. An engineer came out a few weeks ago and said it was fixed, also that he would advise you to send me a new router but i never recieved this and now im STILL paying for rubbish internet. Its really not worth the money when it barely works

    @EE are you choosing who you reply to. I have raised issues on numerous occasions over the last three days. I have sent 8 direct messages and rides a formal complaint. Why doesn’t it surprise me that you haven’t responded, your customer service is shocking, customer retention ??

    @EE Could you please explain to me why your Internet service is so **** in the Bradford area? For the past 24 hours, I have had real trouble accessing Gmail; Facebook; YouTube; Google; and Twitter! It is only by pure luck that I have been able to connect to Twitter!
