    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    On 22 April I asked @EE to unlock my Samsung phone. As I am not an @EE customer they said it wd take 8-10 working days and cost £8.99 to be paid when they email me. 15 working days later I have heard NOTHING in spite of chasing them twice.😞😞

    @EE My Mum 88 having such trouble with her TV box, she's very upset 3 of us including a teenager! of us tried to delete recordings it just gets worse! tried yr website, no mention of a TV box, nothing in technical section, wasted an hour sent a complaint 2 days ago - radio silence !

    @EE very slow sim router and mobiles now 2 full days now. We’ve called 3 times now and you keep saying it’ll be fixed in 3 hours buts it’s slow all day (but fine in the evenings). 3rd day running and the speed just dropped again...what’s going on?

    It’s frustrating when @ee deliver a crap service and just say “engineers are looking into it”, rather than just admitting their reception is ****. Take my advice if you’re looking for a new contract…avoid EE

    @EE are an absolute **** show.. more than a month and still waiting for a returns bag. Charged for 2 consecutive months for a line and handset that is faulty. And have now closed my complaint case without a word about it.. fuming!!

    @EE paid £150 upfront for an order that apparently now can’t be fulfilled due to stock issues, and no one can give an ETA for when it will be available. 4GEE Home Router 2 is still available to order on your website. Incredibly frustrating. What gives?
