@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

New phone coming! Finally getting away from @EE . Writing this has taken over 6 minutes as signal is rubbish. Lost a long term customer. Also never bothered to update me on lost phone and complaints I made. Family ending long term contracts in next months as well.

@EE what a joke of a company. Just got a very rude person who refused to talk to me because my case has a deadlock letter that I still not received for nearly 2 weeks. I want to ask something and he refused. And you wonder why I’m going to the ombudsman. Beware people.

.@EE So your 'new, exciting visual navigation' option for your customer service calls consistently throws a "There was an error processing your request" response. Of course, because the only option when calling is to ask for another one-time code by text, there's no way to fix it

@EE what is wrong with the broadband. Mines went down at 1am and it still hasn't cane back on. I pay a fortune for this to happen every week or so. This is the worse that's happened. What a joke. I'm enraged right now. Almost 35 mins with no internet

@EE I cant count on you to be fair at all. I hope the ombudsman will agree. You cant even give me a proper link to all my complaint’s- unless your inefficient staff neglected to add follow up notes every time I called? #worstcompanyever
