    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE please note at White City, East Acton and North Acton tube stations in London, there is no 5G Coverage and even though the mobile network does have bars, it does not work at all. #EE #networkcoverage

    @EE I’m a happy but increasingly exasperated EE customer. I am receiving NON STOP calls to promote additional service. I told thrice already to not call again and to delete me from the list. What’s going on and how do I stop it?

    @EE Where do I begin. I’ve just spent the best part of 2 hours with one of your agents on your messaging service to be told no one can help me. I’ve been trying to cancel my broadband and tv package with you since July……..

    @EE Can you guys fix the bug on your top up text service? When trying to buy data, it doesn't recognise you have sufficient funds and you have to top up again just to be able to buy data! I just wasted £30!

    @EE ….however I was promised numerous times the return package labels for the equipment and never received them. I took my equipment into the EE store in Meadowhall as I was told I could…..
