    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @mos3abof @EE Probably. If only I knew anything about networking and how to configure such things without breaking what's already working. last time I tried changing something like this *everything* stopped working and someone had to physically come to the machine to fix it.

    @EE whereas my returns package?? Have received a final demand for my phone before charges apply.....no answer from EE or from Brightstar on the no. provided......absolute joke of a service and unacceptable way to treat customers.....why no help or answers #tradingstandards #ofcom

    @EE my mobile trade in to Brightstar has been sent and signed for but I've received an email from Brightstar saying they haven't received it. On hold with them for over an hour but they are impossible to get hold of. Can you help?
