    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE can't wait for september to come. I finally get away from you and your god awful service and signal. Not austim friendly AT ALL. Disgusting and your automated service is absolutely awful. Does not work and does not help. Noone likes it. You certainly are not to help.

    The number on my @EE account is not, and has never been, my number….? Trying to add tech to my plan but as the number is not mine, I can’t get the text with a security code in order to take delivery. Don’t really wanna be sat on the phone for hours. How else can I change it?

    @EE how is it possible that in 2025 you have the worst internet coverage that I ever found in a country especially inside buildings that is 0%? @VodafoneUK you are included in this group as well. What is happening in the UK?
