    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE Oh & @VodafoneUK and @O2 work perfectly in this same area, both indoor and outdoor signal. Ashleigh, Are you able to tell me why the engineers cannot visit either mast box and boost the signal/ are the masts even on?

    @EE still no access to BT Sport, subscribed, raised issue over 28 hrs ago, sent a DM 2 hrs ago.....nothing!!!

    @EE Really? I have @EE and the reception in the Canonmills area of Edinburgh is terrible. My calls constantly cut out.

    @EE how can you justify not swapping handsets for people with Huawei phones when they cant access the NHS app and get a covid passport. They are restricted from so much. Just had an awful call with a member of your cust service who hung up! #nhsapp #covidpassport #badservice

    @EE What a bunch not had a signal on my mothers phone in the house for months, She complains then they tell her to get a pay as you go mobile as not sold as a landline, The call before give her two months free for a problem that the second call say does not exist. Idiots
