@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE Any increase is an increase let's not beat around the bush what are you using the now standard annual rpi increase for if not network investment. Too long EE have raided loyal customers pockets there is no defence for the roaming charges other than its an easy increase to apply.

@darrengrimes_ @EE Darren they are a bunch of robbers and everyone knows it. Price hiking, **** service and mugging off the older folk. Any excuse to bleed more money out of people they will

@darrengrimes_ @EE They didn't "pledge not to reintroduce roaming charges", they said they had no plans to introduce them. Surely even you can see the difference? I've no plans to move house, but that doesn't mean I never will.

@AndySteer @EE In NI around the border I can pick up an Irish network without notification, so under EE rules I'll be billed for every call/GB used. Think how 'chatty' current mobiles are - it's a bollocks move IMHO, just another example of #brexshit

@EE How can you get good signal up a mountain but if I leave my front room and go to the kitchen I get none 🤔

@darrengrimes_ @EE This surely is opportunism, does anyone know if the phone providers are actually incurring additional costs. Problem is you move providers then when they’ve captured you all they folow suit, it’s a cartel.
