@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE I have registered online but everyone else I know who has received a message saying they had I never have once and never got a message last time to say stock had been released is there a way of checking to make sure I’m on the system to receive the notification

@Ghawkins7 @EE A lot of iPhones 12 have this issue. From day one @Apple promised a software update to fix this issue. We’re 4 months later and there still isn’t a fix. More people are convinced this is a hardware issue, because some devices have this green tint and others don’t. We’re screwed.
