@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE are probably the worst service provider I’ve ever used. **** knows how they’ve won best network provider however many years in a row. Imagine I have 5g but have to connect to my pals 4g hotspot to get an internet connection

@EE @Mrprickles86 Is no one listening? The EE network is not working at all. Nothing will load! People have been rejected from buses because they can’t access their tickets.
