@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE any idea why Arlsey is a network blackspot. Every day travelling through on the train my 5G drops to 4G and then E with no network access at all

Just wasted an entire evening attempting to get my utter heap of junk @EpsonUK WF2950 to try and reconnect to my wi-fi network so I can print stuff. It fails a MAC Address Filtering check even though my @EE router doesn't filter MAC Addresses. Everything was fine yesterday

@EE shocked and dismayed. 25+ years of being a high spending exemplary customer with an above average credit score. Nagged to upgrade and due to faulty i phone agreed contract £48 per month compared to £40 currently. Declined so bye EE 4 mobiles 3 broadband accounts gone. Idiots

@EE I have been trying for 5 weeks, EE does not care, just by the way I am a loyal customer for over 12 years and spend over £220.00 a month on my contracts, you know as well as I do that phoning 150 will take another hour with NO resolution.

For ***** Sake.. My @EE Hotspot Wifi signal dropping out faster than a Blue Lodge Freemason in a competition against a non mason where the deciding factor is skill and ability not handshakes and leg ups... Leave my internet connection alone...
