@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Having worked as an advisor and then on to support advisors if any of mine said this I would go absolutely mad. It’s not acceptable to talk to customers like that where I work. EE has a responsibility to work with you not against you. Raise a complaint!
