    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @YardleyShooting @EE Unfortunately one has to accept that phoning up is no longer a valid means of communication for companies.They decided this a while ago& just never told us officially. But they do keep repeating the advice to'contact us online' or get the App, whenever one dares to phone them up.

    @YardleyShooting @EE It's not just call centres. I was in the queue for 90 minutes to my local council before they picked up. They were rude and unhelpful and told me to contact them by filling a form on their Website.

    @EE I think the onus should be on those who leak our details. This is an impossible task for people with memory issues, such as Epileptics etc so the organisations should protect their service users. Dont put this back on customers. This is exactly why I left @ThreeUK for EE.

    It appears to be impossible to email @EE. This just adds to the nightmare of dealing with this now BT owned company. I spent a miserable 2 hours on the phone to them this morning & finally prised a 'letter of deadlock' out of them today. Just awful service in my case. #Ombudsman

    @EE I have called customer service number 10 times this morning. It does not ring, it remains silent then cuts off. I have tried your online chat which said I had to wait 40minutes. I want to speak to somebody. How exactly do I achieve this - you’re a freakin’ TELECOMS FIRM FFS?

    No big system works as it should now. Nearly all our institutions are broken. Particular loathing is reserved for 'call centres'. They are centres of misery now. You can't get through - the companies don't want to talk to humans - when you do, it's pulling teeth. @EE @LloydsBank

    @EE Hey EE, anything wrong with 150? I can't call any of the variations of the customer service number. Just a dead line. I'm keen to know why the data I gifted my daughter this morning has completely disappeared off my account. Not on either of our allowances
