@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

Hey @EE, can you improve your Apple Watch cellular data setup? It's pretty low contrast (poor accessibility), and not clear that you need to choose from the 1 choice of plans, or that you have to agree to the terms and conditions to show the button...

Just upgraded my contract with @EE and I wish I never I wish I suck with my gut instinct and went with a new provider. I pay a fare price a month for my contract and the signal is the worst it’s been in years I’m guaranteed to disconnect on every call I make…
