    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE It’s been a year with no access to my EE app. Every support call ends with promises, then my case gets closed with no fix or follow up. My bill is increasing in April but I’ve had zero info. Really poor service can you resolve this and offer compensation?

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I’ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

    @EE currently on phone to your customer services who have no idea what they are doing. We have two payg sims, purchased online, Both inserted, and pac numbers given, but no credit on both as been put on! Where’s the £15 and £10 credit gone?

    @EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

    @EE I was contacted, problem fixed and here we are again - Groundhog Day - same problem. Now having to go through the whole confluted process again
