@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE @EE hello again. I just added a watch to my account after seeing the ad for a free Google play voucher on the website and now I discover that it ran til September 30th yet the ad is still there. Will you honour the offer or do I have to cancel the order? Thanks.
