@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE I'm trying to claim the Razer Kishi through a text I've received from upgrading to the s21. Everytime I get to checkout it's still trying to charge me full price. I've even tried entering the voucher code provided but it won't work. Can anyone help?

@EE Yes I have a phone. My point is, your letter should clearly tell me the number I can call to cancel my contract. I shouldn’t have to spend 10 mins trying to find a number you’ve buried on your website. Telling me to call 150 from the SIM card, in my router, is ridiculous.

@EE Tuesday, although i was originally told it would be ten days not 2 wks. And now it keeps going off anyway. As lovely as all the people are that iv dealt with iv been continually lied to all through my internet problems. Iv had enough amd just cant be bothered now

@EE I must admit, tonight is the first time I've been very unhappy with EE. I think a complaint to the communications ombudsman is afoot. Tried emailing their ceo of customer service but emails blocked. They don't have an email complaints section, it's either here, phone or forum
