    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    Hey @EE looking for some help with EE Perk. I had registered 3 years ago and was prompted to updat details. I couldn't get logged into the Perk site and now it's saying my account has been deactivated. I try and create a new account but it's saying details registered already.

    @EE I’ll have to try. Having so many issues. Can’t even make a top up to phone the technical team. I’ve been getting tecurring free data at 20gb when I asked them to stop months ago through fear of high bills. I got a one off free 20gb at xmas & it recurred. Tried stopping it.

    @EE suggest I need a new SIM card as I’m getting no signal at all and haven’t got a long time then asked me to pay for it? Wtf! I’m not getting the service I pay nearly £50 a week for!

    @EE I can't seem to get in touch with you. Literally can't find a way that doesn't need a landline number or an EE mobile. All I want is you to fix my ****** broadband! I don't have you as a mobile provider so how can I get in touch please?

    @EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

    @EE Argh stop texting me about problems in my area, I haven't been a customer for over a year because of that very issue! No way to opt-out and your call centre won't accept my call as no longer a customer.
