Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

I called last Thursday to discuss this & was made to spend 25 minutes reseting my phone, doing tests etc to test the 1/
