Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

REALLY2 (@JimNewcomb10) reported@EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮
