@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

So since I chose to renew my @EE broadband I'm paying more and having worse service

  • BaynhamPhoto Mike (@BaynhamPhoto) reported

@EE Any increase is an increase let's not beat around the bush what are you using the now standard annual rpi increase for if not network investment. Too long EE have raided loyal customers pockets there is no defence for the roaming charges other than its an easy increase to apply.

  • cavemandave71 caveman (@cavemandave71) reported

@EE Goodbye EE, moving to another network with your roaming charges kicking in

  • Jonthemon6 Jonthemon (@Jonthemon6) reported

@EE Roaming charge grifters Lost a customer Been with you 25 years (started with orange) Greedy

  • phil_mc_leeds jim pan-zee 💛💙 (@phil_mc_leeds) reported

@pantsdanny I just cancelled by @EE phone contract for our business (5 phones) and the customer service guy was really upset they had done that to you

  • who_is_arris arris (@who_is_arris) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Darren they are a bunch of robbers and everyone knows it. Price hiking, **** service and mugging off the older folk. Any excuse to bleed more money out of people they will

  • Roystonwarrior Steve O'Sullivan (@Roystonwarrior) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE They didn't "pledge not to reintroduce roaming charges", they said they had no plans to introduce them. Surely even you can see the difference? I've no plans to move house, but that doesn't mean I never will.

  • BoobBoo Chris Kernaghan (@BoobBoo) reported

@AndySteer @EE In NI around the border I can pick up an Irish network without notification, so under EE rules I'll be billed for every call/GB used. Think how 'chatty' current mobiles are - it's a bollocks move IMHO, just another example of #brexshit

  • charlesmangion Charles Mangion (@charlesmangion) reported

@EE How can you get good signal up a mountain but if I leave my front room and go to the kitchen I get none 🤔

  • steve_p66 Steve P (@steve_p66) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE This surely is opportunism, does anyone know if the phone providers are actually incurring additional costs. Problem is you move providers then when they’ve captured you all they folow suit, it’s a cartel.
