@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@francisuk1989 @EE @EE when will this be completed? Surely you should have got legal permission first before removing a mast and causing bad signal without a new one in place? Will you refund us as we cannot use our mobiles which is less than ideal!!

4 hours on the phone to @ThreeUK trying to set up my new SIM. Catalogue of errors and misinformation with unhelpful “support”, decided to give up - had to ask 15 times on chat for cancellation & still haven’t had it confirmed. Thank goodness @EE welcomed me back with open arms.

@EE No point Sarah, since upgrading my signal is terrible, including when in London. EE pushed 5g to hard and yet you can't provide normal service. Shocking

He asked for the pac code to be told he couldn’t until the phone was returned and contract cancelled. Another attempt and was told basically keep the phone as it’s easier. At 7pm last night I rang @EE to see if I could add dad to my name. Yes no problem.

@EE I got a new sim as recommended by someone I store bcos my phone signal and internet keep fully going off and I have to turn aeroplane mode on and off to reboot it but my phones still doing it with the new sim, what should I do :( ?
