@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

@EE you have disconnected my dads pay as you go as he does not use it very often and is just for emergencies but I cannot contact customer service as your automated message needs a mobile but this is no longer active. How do we get this re connected ?

@EE Morning I’m still waiting for you to help me. That’s 6 days now and I still can’t access my account online. One of your colleagues started to help me and then just decided to stop. I’m new to EE and it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
