    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    Hi @EE - why is my Samsung phone unable to connect to your network, telling me I'm "not registered on this network"? I've tried restarting, taking out the sim card and returning it, looking for phone updates (I'm fully up to date). What else can I do?

    @CJSeedge @XboxP3 @EE This is how competition works. You can't support exclusives, but, complain about 1 platform taking exclusives. Want to play FFXVI get a PS5, Zelda get a Switch, Starfield get an Xbox, PC or even a Steam Deck. Don't limit yourself to so few platforms.

    @XboxP3 @EE @XboxP3 allow gaming while updating a game on Xbox. These are not nextgen consoles if they can't do that. I will get rid of my Xbox if this feature is not fixed. My freaking ps3 from 2007 can update while downloading an update. Ridiculous, please fix. I'm petitioning.

    @EE Ugh, it's working again. Tried rebooting etc to no avail. I noticed that my device is currently running the train wreck that is Google messages so I tried turning off WiFi. It started working straight away but I don't know if WiFi was actually the issue or just coincidence

    @EE Hi. Our mobile broadband 5GEE router has been off for the past week as we have been on holiday. But upon turning it on last night the connection has been incredibly unstable. Cannot stream or work remotely. Never had an issue like this before. Anyone who can help?

    @EE I need some assistance as your colleague has upgraded me to a worse package. I told him had BT sports for free on my old package and now I have to pay £20. I would like you to put me back to my old package ASAP and cancel this upgrade.
