    @EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.

    @EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

    @EE Been without EE 4G WiFi in our area (NN7) for over 2 weeks now and no prospect of a fix. EE are useless - GET IT SORTED.

    @EE is there any update on the broadband being down. Openreach have been trying to fix for a week. I appreciate this is a nationwide fault, but I hope we are not going to be charged for the bb when we can't use it for days

    @EE @EE I cannot receive calls or texts and have no signal. I live in Birmingham, UK. My neighbours and partner can’t either. What is going on?
