@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@EE what a stupid advert smart kettle & smart toaster completely unnecessary items. as the phone doesn't put the water in the kettle or the bread in the toaster. while your doing that you may as well turn them on #Bonkers

@EE Unfortunately no it's been down for 9 days now and customer services have no time line as to when it will be fixed. Its a pain I have 6 lines and none of them work outside the house.

@EE I think it's more a problem with the MacBook. It just won't start now. It froze when I put the router password in. So I shutdown to try it again and now I just goes into a loop of the start-up process stopping at a certain point. The router works on my ancient mac mini.

@EE Hi Jamie. The status checker is fine. However I’m having intermittent problems with videos stopping and starting/buffering on things like tiktok, Instagram not loading up properly or stories not opening for example
