@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

Haven't been a @bt_uk customer for a couple of years now, but it's nice to know they're still crap. Customer Service misinforming customers on processes and potentially causing @EE stores problems at the same time

So, it seems @SamsungUK do not want new customers on the @EE network 🤯 I have a Samsung handset to trade in...but as my last contract handset was an iPhone, I'm excluded from the Samsung trade-in offer. Sorry Samsung. You just lost another potential customer 👊🏻

@EE Please sort out your website, try to look at upgrading however keep getting a message saying ‘sorry! There was a problem while trying to display the page’ Otherwise will be looking to move provider @EE
