@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

Hi @MarcAllera I feel really sorry for your staff now; no-one is able to help me. 2nd line support don’t call when they say they will. What am I supposed to do? I’ve spent 10 grand or so with @ee over the last decade. Surely you don’t want to lose that custom over an add-on?

@EE @Tommy_lockw00d What speeds should we be getting with EE home broadband? Mine is ok today but some days it's awful. I live in DE4. The speed today is 46. Thanks for the link to speed tester tho - useful for when it goes bad.

@EE soooo I've lost my job because I was told multiple times I would have my broadband installed which never happened.. last week I was told an engineer will come on tomorrow and that I will receive a confirmation text to say they are coming.. I haven't received anything

@YardleyShooting @EE Your not the only one EE internet is shocking, has been for days. No issue according to EE. Try working from home with crap signal its hopeless.

@EE the service had been terrible in my area now for 3 weeks. I get texts and emails saying the problem is taken longer to fix. I was advised to call 150 and when I tried the calls kept cutting out. Absolutely terrible!
