  @MarinaPurkiss @EE tell me about it, different supplier, I was going to London to a funeral last winter, on the day all trains cancelled. they refunded my journey to but not back? How could I come back if I never got there?????? Bureaucracy

  Was gonna sit and smash out a few hours of casework but @EE broadband went down at midnight and says there's a problem in my area. Marvellous.
