    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..

    @EE so EE won’t connect their customers with an 0330 number,when every other provider does, but when I call you to report this… there is nothing you can do as I’m not an EE customer… care to comment?

    @EE Customer for 15 years-closing my business due to the economic climate. Livid! my broadband contract ends Sept 23-EE want to charge £117 to cancel! How about spending less on fancy tv adverts! We have 2 mobiles and home broadband with EE and you call this customer service!
