    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @EE Hello, we’ve got no signal or 4G in our area currently. Website checker says it’s fine but it’s not device related as it’s over multiple peoples devices. Any reports of issues?

    @EE and on it goes. No interest at all about the customer who has asked for help. No one answers a call, email only on Twitter !! But hours later only interested in security questions when it's obvious that I own the account no doubt deflection from the issue by EE

    @bilqisrz @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
