@EE how long is mask going to be down in my area . I missed really important call today because phone only emergency calls only . Not good enough . Pay for service expect it. Be nearly week

  • jamiebennett92 ⚒ Jamie Bennett ⚒ (@jamiebennett92) reported

@JameswhufcJones @AranNicol1994 @EE And then because you’re such a valued customer, they’ll just copy and paste the same response that they send everyone, rather than actually dignifying you with an actual reply.

  • stripeys Cheryl Satherley (@stripeys) reported

@EE is there an issue with your service? Our 5G box is only running at 1.71 download!!!

  • MarkInWine Mark (@MarkInWine) reported

@ellenfulham @EE Same! My network is completely down

  • Beed_mcfc Beed (@Beed_mcfc) reported

@Dotty_Dawsey @EE ******* hell!!!! Surprised you can get a signal where you live! Did you get one of them flip phones?

  • Kaaayliii_xo Kaaayliii_xo🌈💓💫 (@Kaaayliii_xo) reported

@EE How do I make a complaint???? It’s NOT acceptable to reply to people who tweeted hours after me and ignore me. Then leave me waiting over an HOUR in a live chat. No one is speaking to me and it’s outrageous & causing me more mental anguish😡😡😡

  • jamiebennett92 ⚒ Jamie Bennett ⚒ (@jamiebennett92) reported

@JameswhufcJones @EE It’s a joke, they’ll send you a stock reply saying that it’s for investment in the network & to help vulnerable customers. Personally I’m not sure why helping EE’s customers is our job, they should really be doing that out of their own profits rather than by making us pay more.

  • GJRbluebird frankly (@GJRbluebird) reported

@EE EE are by no means 'UK's number one network provider'as they, or Kevin Bacon likes to say...my contract of 4 lines is up in November and I, and many like me are gone too. Shameful behaviour. Hopefully we'll leave in droves and they'll see how poorly they've actually treated us.

  • Rutherfor5Kevin Kevin Rutherford (@Rutherfor5Kevin) reported

@EE @B_Luesley Your putting up my monthly payment by 14.40%. that's a fecking joke! Youve lost me as a customer, complaint lodged, not that'll make much difference.

  • hertsfarming Andrew Watts (@hertsfarming) reported

@EE how acceptable is it to be off the network for 2 1/2 days at a crucial time in the farming calendar ? Perhaps I should change networks to one that responds more quickly…..
