@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@EE possibly the worst service I have ever received. Held a contract with you guys since I've had a mobile phone which was probably well over 15 years now. I'd like to escalate a formal complaint please let me know how I can do this... in writing.

@EE This seems and feels like a cash grab. No matter what you say about investing in your network. Especially when your owner made a profit over 7.6 billion pounds. How much of that profit is being invested back in? I can guess zero because shareholders right?
