  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

  @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

  @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.

  @EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.
