@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@EE Hi Megan. Whilst I appreciate the response someone has done the same before and always suggested there are no issues what-so-ever. It appears the damage has already been done. I've raised this 3 / 4 times previously to EE and its not been resolved. Instead I've been fobbed off.

@EE All cases been closed. The first BT engineer said give it 7-10 days to stabilise, time comes and goes & then it starts having issues again... the second engineer said give it 7-10 days, this has been and gone and then in the last week or so, the same issues again
