@EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

@RealMattLucas @EE Matt if they do end up putting something on your credit report, you can dispute it via the credit reference agencies and they'll raise a dispute with EE on your behalf and then correct accordingly. Plenty of free tools like @creditkarma to help with this. Happy to take a DM.

Dear @EE and @BT This isn't a complaint. It's just that I assumed that my new contract was with EE when I took up an offer from BT. But my SIM etc say BT. Don't get me wrong, the service I have now pisses over my old Vodafone account, I'm just curious 🤔

@RealMattLucas @EE I agree it could be fraud. Raise a complaint to EE and contact action fraud to log it also. Stay in touch with EE at least once every 28 days and if its not resolved after 8 weeks, complain to the communications ombudsman 🙃
