@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

Kevin Bacon may be able to stay connected, but @EE is quite frankly the worse mobile network I have ever been on!! Unless I am on WiFi, my phone often becomes useless!! Thanks to @bt_uk for having persuaded me to move across… #stayunconnected #alwaysinthe1%withoutcoverage

.@ThreeUK your in store customer service & call centre need to be able to talk to when dealing with a complaint. Putting a red flag on my account because I had not updated my address & blocking my account for 3 days means you have just lost a family account (5 sims) to @EE. 👍

@EE Are you aware of any issues in Preston ATM. Internet on and off all day, not really acceptable service tbh. You'd hate it if we paid some days and then not others ?

@EE No network in Taunton now for several hours. Website says it should be fixed in 4 hours, but it's been out for longer than that already. Any update please?
