@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@EE @PokemonGoApp 3 EE stores in Liverpool, visited all 3 and sent from one to another. No staff aware, shocking customer services and I was laughed at out of one, stating 'wasn't I a bit to old to play pokemon'.

@EE Just upgraded to iPhone 13 from an iPhone 8. My 4g signal is rubbish now and video just buffers. Never had an issue with my old phone. Really frustrating. Sent 2 tweets already but no reply, can’t get through on the phone. Bit annoying since EE say they are the best 4g network.

@EE Thank you but I will be taking this further as a complaint. Do not appreciate being made a joke of, over a game I enjoy playing dye to your companies inability to inform its staff of events. 3 stores with no clue.

@MarcAllera @TutelaTech @EE You still haven’t fixed the issue where users are staying stuck on 4G when 5G is available (seems to be related to Wi-Fi calling). Just search EE 5G on Twitter and you will see so many users effected including myself for over a week. EE Support hasn’t been helpful at all.

@EE @Hirork Brag about been UK biggest network and only doing a Promotion in England is a pure kick to the baws to people who play in Scotland Wales and NI. Shame on you EE should’ve been UK wide not just England.

@EE I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 from an iPhone 8 and my 4g is awful, never had a problem with my old phone. Bit weird seeing as EE say they have the best 4g network available. Even with 4g video just buffers. Any ideas please?
