@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@EE's customer service on the phone when compared to @O2 is just so much better. Lovely people. Dealing with O2 is just shear incompetence and frustrations. Never leaving EE again.

@EE Hi can you help me please. We ordered a phone online. I called after a few days, and was told that you were awaiting stock and would be 7days from when we ordered. Called today and told 28 days. No communication on this from start to now. Terrible service

WOW @EE has blatantly lied to me to get me to open a BT wifi account by promising money off. Can’t even get a response from them so expect a call from the ombudsman for your absolute shocking service and lies.
