  @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

  @EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

  @EE I have just spent another 1hr 30mins on the phone when the phones been put down, this is and utterdisgrace. I will not spend my life on the phone to EE, I want a senior manager to ring me!!

  @EE @ee all I want to do is cancel roaming. The WhatsApp bot doesn't recognise what that means and I can't cancel it on the app or by logging in on the website (presumably making it deliberately hard to cancel).
