@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@EE No there not .. 1 bar or no signal at all. Relying on wifi to do anything .... And yes I've DMd and yes I've been through everything to be told that there's no problem on your end .. Tell that to others I know in the area with the same issue... By look of it it's all over

@EE and @VodafoneUK do u offer a good service in BS1 3EA area as @O2 can’t seem to offer a service and after numerous complaints they don’t seem to care so think it’s about time i moved to a new network?

Absolutely horrendous customer service from @EE. We’ve had three appointments for someone to come out & install our broadband. No communication & no one arrived each time. Over a week now since it was supposed to be installed & still nothing!
