    @EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

    @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @EE feel for the elderly and more vulnerable people who get these offers pushed on them when they simply want to cancel their contracts.

    @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.

    @amybobbles @EE I think EE and BT are joined. Never had an issues with it tbh.
