    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    @EE over hour of more bullsh*t service. Trying to get overseas data top up for one on my 4 staff bus numbers. Doesn’t work. Chat for 4O mins waiting to chat to person. Call. Useless person who does nothing. Then transfers. Start again. No answer to issue. 6pm arrives. Call ends.

    @EE A 30 yr customer is having their account access and line suspended for £ 22 connections unresolved complaints open closed within 24hrs Resolution required.

    A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.

    @EE why has my service been restricted for non payment of a bill that was paid days before due as normal. Payment taken from my bank but not updated on the app. Very very unimpressed

    @EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.

    How many elderly R victims of #financialabuse by telcos like @EE & have money being debited every month for services they’ve been upsold by nefarious sales teams that they never use? It happened 2 me and I bet it’s happening 2 your gran 2. Check in with your elders #grubbythieves
