Mobile bill with @EE going up just over £10 a month, in contract, based on inflation, etc. Allowing mobile companies to do this should be illegal anyway as a person can't break the contract. Short term gain to lose another customer.

@EE Still waiting for a response about my complaint about you ripping me off with price increase my bill going up by 8.97 a month . You should be allowing Every customer to be able to end there contact early due to the sky high inflation rate without being charged.

@EE We all expect a small amount of increase but not nearly £5 extra, it's incredibly sad how loyal customers are treated. I've been asked to call back after being on hold for ages because your systems are down.

@AceTrainerLiam @EE Fr, you definitely have grounds to put a complaint in if you haven't already. Complaints would look through everything, but there's no reason the billing team shouldn't be able to remove a billing issue.

@EE Happy Friday! 🙄What an absolute pile…. Only 13 months on current contract, on a “valued customer” offer, to end up paying more than the contract would have been without it! Other companies have frozen their increases, not GREEDY EE!
