    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @EE I have never know such incompetence and mismanagement. I have spend 8-10 hours talking with a variety of @EE staff that have made things worse every step of the way. All I wanted was a no. transfer from one EE account to my other EE account. Useless! Customer of 10years +

    @EE and 24 hours later (including 90 more minutes on the phone to customer "services" and escalating to management I have a replacement phone, which if EE were any good in the first place would have done after the first failed repair.

    @EE Your mobile broadband is terrible and have been waiting for over an hour for Lesley to get back to me. You make flash TV adverts claiming to be able to land a jumbo jet from a living room but fail to repair masts.

    @EE customer service is surprisingly bad - because I won’t answer a call at random times on a Sunday, they close the complaint & make you start again by complaining to a different dept (rather than just passing it over internally) So many big firms with terrible customer service!

    @EE Any malicious calls being made to emergency services today by Ashely? Also anyone care to explain why I'm still waiting for a deadlock letter so I can escalate my complaint. Or is that the reason your withholding it?

    @EE I'm currently in the US and have bought the upgrade to be able to use my minutes texts and date over here, currently I cannot call the UK at all saying "service has been restricted" how do I sort this to be able to call UK numbers?

    @EE I have upgraded my phone (which is being returned to you) and my ‘new’ contract still has BT Sport attached. I have tried to watch football a couple of times over the last week but keep getting an error message. I am paying for something I am not getting. Help.
