@EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

Brilliant... so @EE send a new SIM card and immediately cancel the old one without the new one arriving. Now without a phone for the duration of the week as going away for work on Sunday. You're useless.

@VodafoneUK I’m going to leave, as a result. What a shame! @EE are doing unlimited data internationally, I’ll jump ship to them. Your customer service has gone downhill too, it’s impossible to get through to Prime Contact! You’ve gone from amazing to ****, in the space of 2 years
