Who knows I could be back but looking forward to being a customer with @EE who have been fab at customer services and great in getting me set up on EE.

DustyFlapdragon (@DustyFlapdragon) reported@EE A 10% discount wouldn't cover it either, given that the majority of the cost of a contract is the value of the phone itself. Feels very much like you are scamming loyal customers because they forgot to cancel/change their contract after it ended
