    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    Great start to the day. Called @EE yesterday to cancel my broadband as my new service starts next week and they have gone and cancelled and stopped my internet today. Well thanks for that. 😤😩 guess I’ll have a stroppy 7 year old and no tv for week until my @BrawBandHome starts

    Just starting a customer service interaction with @EE via their app, which I am signed into. Their website says "My EE app... You won’t need to verify it’s you" but already I have been asked for my name and my phone number." I don't think this is going to go well.

    @100ANB @YardleyShooting @EE What REALLY pisses me off is when you try to self-serve, but their web site doesnt work, or doesnt contain the information you need. So you call, and they spend 3 mins trying to get you to use the website for x, y, z … THATS WHY I’M CALLING YOU BOZOS

    @EE Your service is a shambles!!!! I raised a complaint on Wednesday the 15 of June and I’m still no further forward. Failed callbacks, no replies to emails and today I’ve been going over the same story with at least 10 different agents since 1253 with no outcome or resolution.

    @EE why did I just get cut-off from customer service whilst trying to upgrade my package then instantly get a text asking me if I was happy or not?The answer is no!It took me over 20 mins to talk to someone, only to be cut-off before actually helping me.Maybe try phoning back EE

    @YardleyShooting @EE Most business are now run this way. Service is non existent since 2020 and no one cares. It’s like the last days of Rome before the whole lot burns down.

    @EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

    @EE customer service not great EE. Impossible to speak to anyone and got cut off twice while waiting. No response from direct messages on here. What do you suggest?
