This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

@EE It is Tough with EE. Only the Staff Care You See. The Company is owned by BT. HERE : Poor/Non Existent Signal is Occasionally FREE! Perhaps It is Worth Considering T☆☆☆☆!!

@EE went into store to upgrade today and walked away with a sim only and broadband I’ve since changed my mind and want to cancel the broadband and to change the sim only to to a different sim only called you this evening to change this and was told I can’t cancel…WTF?! Yes I can

@EE Your custom service / protocol both in store, online and over the phone are an absolute joke. I have wasted 12 hours over the weekend trying to resolve a simple issue, that was your admin error… and yet I still have no solution. Complete shambles.

@EE sorry been busy elsewhere. Its still the same. I had to drop to 3g to get one bar. Other areas are fine. Wife's phone has low signal as well

@EE I did get the runaround from the “chat” team, delaying phone further, however the help I got from the girl in store at the Fort restored my faith in EE as a whole, I basically wasted a days holiday and was offered £20, this rose to £30/ And I’m donating it to charity.
