@EE DM sent, sorry if TN39 4 didn’t narrow it down enough for you. But you’ve got the last two letters now...

  • Theferret131 The ferret13 (@Theferret131) reported

@ldnJJ @EE Vodafone had an emergency services discount scheme. I got the iPhone 12 last year with 5G for £66 a month. Deal was even cheaper if you traded in your old phone, only snag your traded in phone had to be a newer iPhone.

  • MrsB6574 Mrs B💙 (@MrsB6574) reported

@EE It was only last night but I’ve never done an upgrade online before just want to make sure it’s not stuck or anything I would really appreciate it being delivered tomorrow lol

  • sarahharrison86 Sarah Harrison (@sarahharrison86) reported

@StarWalf @tescomobile I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. Totally garbage network and customer service. I moved to @EE and haven’t looked back.

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

@EE OK, lots to unpack here. Firstly, you've missed my point - a 24 month contract where I pay higher than agreed for 23 months of it is not a good contract, yes? If your price increase is in March and I sign in Feb, just incorporate the price increase into the contract! More honest

  • wickedlady01 WickedBitchCraft☠ (@wickedlady01) reported

@tescomobile @EE need to sort it out. Been with em 12 years and we have broadband with them. We pay for optimum speed but we dont get it. Im paying nearly 50quid for a samsung a40 for **** sake

  • guy_courier TheCourierGuyUK (@guy_courier) reported

@EE Hi, my signal has been almost none existent for weeks and I'm missing some important calls at home. Is there an ongoing problem in HU7 (Hull) Thank you.

  • SwarveStudios SwarveStudios (@SwarveStudios) reported

@tescomobile I was with tesco for 4 years, i switched to EE (most 4G coverage in the uk btw..) to consolidate my home broadband, tv and mobile into one bill. Worst mistake. @EE say most coverage but that doesnt account for quality of coverage, so many times you have "4G" but no signal bars---

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@EE @mattyhighamZA Kind of makes a mockery of the word "contract" though doesn't it? If the customer changed the amount they paid you you would penalise them for breaching that contract. Contracts work both ways.

  • porcinesludge hello human (@porcinesludge) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE If they change your contract they are breaching your contract and you can cancel. I was with them and they upped my picture message cost, so I told them I wanted out, also because they breached I got to keep the phone. Then I went sim only and bought a phone outright.
