EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
-
Liam Purves (@purves_liam) reportedSo had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp
-
Dan Frampton (@danwillmixit) reported@EE Yeah, that’s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE If you DM me and then I’ll reply with my details and then a senior complaints manager can call me. If not cancel my service and I’ll take my business elsewhere!!.
-
Stuart1959 (@StuartT34021273) reported@EE You cant already spoke twice your not budging so cheaper to pay off contract than pay for all rounder which I will never use
-
D E A N 🍁 (@dalli_72) reported@EE Shouldn’t need to do that tbh you’re supposed to be providing a service people are paying for!
